I had purchased an e-rig here and thought it came with a flower atomizer, but it did not, so I went back and talked to Zach since I couldnt find the atomizer online, and he got it over to the store for me within the hour!! I was so impressed. theres always great selection here. they also have competitive prices and an awesome rewards program! 10/10 recommend!!

They gave me extra off on a dope Mod refused to sell me a more expensive but apparently terrible mod and gave me free stuff. Absolutely great service and a huge selection. Definitely my go-to, and highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years spending about $50-60 a week , they were out of stock of Kratom capsules of 240and couldn’t adjust the price of 2 bags of 120 for the same price of 240 that they didn’t have in stock, nice people, but VERY disappointed , I’ve been a loyal customer spending at least $5k a year at this place smh

This spot used to be my favorite spot to get Vapes and mods. Until this happens to me, so I purchased a geek bar vape, and flavors was (Sagittariuscherry bomb) but I noticed that my vape wasnt charging at all, (i still have 95% of juice btw) didnt even think twice went back to see, if they can give me a replacement, the guy says sorry all I can do is give you a $5 coupon well thats my last time going to this vape shop. Went to this shop today, young man Behind counter, the African American, helped me to find some kratom. At checkout he asked for ID and I wasn’t able to produce as I had left it home. So I got ride to come in and use hers.. he THEN told me I’d have to wait OUTSIDE as I couldn’t be in the store with ID 😡 that was AFTER I’d been in the store for 5 minutes.I AM 61 years old. (Stale juice, recomended products that are just not for me, over priced mods and defective disposable batteries) And just keep eating the cost because of the return policy.And today I bought the WORST disposable vape known to man and just left it there because the best i was offered was $5 off. I MEAN THIS THING TASTED LIKE BURNT HAIR AND PLASTIC. Did i mention it came on high recomendation?The only saving gace here is the staff is very friendly and kind. Ill miss them.I think Ill just buy online now and save 60%

I was a little behind on errands today and they close at 10:00 p.m. I called to see if they carried a product I was looking for which they did then realized I want to get there till about 9:58 but I believe the owner was super nice even though Im sure he was busy closing and getting ready for 4:20 sales tomorrow He was nice enough to pick out what I was looking for and have the items ready at the counter to check out.point being great first impression on a first time customer, Which is now going to be a repeat customer for sure.They have a huge selection of all kinds of stuff even compared to most other shops which there are plenty of. prices are definitely the best for what I was looking for and on the few things I looked at while I was there.Also I was surprised to see a really nice selection of different strains of hemp that looked up great quality as well so if youre looking for some no THC natural hemp flower This seems to be a great spot and honestly The only spot I can think of off the top of my head that even has it.TLDR; Check these guys out and support a small business feel good about it as they almost certainly have what youre looking for at a price youll appreciate all with quality genuine customer service That is very rare to come by these days.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The kids that run this place are greedy and they lie. Totally unfair. And everything they sell is way overpriced. You can get the exact same devices down the street for at least $10 cheaper. And the worst part is they sell expired juices and then won’t allow you to return or exchange them. And btw the only reason they have so many “positive reviews” is because they promise to give you 15% off your next purchase if you write one, but then they won’t honor it when you come back.

The young lady working the counter there was great! Very helpful and sweet but I didnt end up purchasing anything because one of the items I was looking for was over priced and the other they just didnt have available. I would return based off of the service given by the girl working there.

I originally had an unfortunate start when I first visited this place, but Ive been going to it more and had better experience with most of the employees and are always courteous. When I purchased a vape juice at a different location they sold me something with formaldehyde I called this location because I know they are very knowledgeable. New to kratom? This place is a safe bet with great service. I’m quite new to kratom and discovered Smash after a fair bit of frustrating “shopping around”. I look for a solid selection, but good customer service and knowledgeable staff are paramount, and I couldn’t be happier with Smash. I’ve certainly experienced very disinterested and uninformed service in other shops. At Smash, owner Paul and staff have my sincere appreciation for their professionalism and insight. They use a discount points system, gave me a discount coupon on day 1, and I find their prices reasonable. All of my purchases have been great quality and every visit has been pleasant - and they allow returns, which is rare. Thank you guys!

This place is so cool!! We were greeted the minute we walked in and the young lady helping us was absolutely amazing! They have a vast selection of vape juice and assorted other really cool glass water pipes! I’m could’ve looked around for a long time there is so much to see!!Will definitely be back!

Show my own experience will take much longer than I have right now. It was the best experience in any of these type of stores that I’ve ever had. I was helped with a loaded Vape pen and educated thoroughly on the ins and outs of vaping issues. I also found some of the best hookah selection in the greater Denver area. Mind blowing customer service gonna probably come back here to to three times a week for whatever I can afford highly recommended.

Bought a vape yesterday for 35 bucks it stopped working an hour after I bought it. Came back the next morning and the gentleman at the desk said he wouldn’t give me another one. I literally hit it 10 times and stopped. Waste of money and time. I would suggest not getting any vape products or any products it’s more of a scam if you ask me. He said did it work in the store so their policy is if you hit it in the store and it works then they are not liable for anything. Don’t waste your money or time please. Maybe they will change their policy

Always have a great experience at this place. Kay (or K, not sure how he spells it) is awesome. I never know what exactly I want when I go in, and he had some solid recommendations. This is the only place I will shop for vape accessories!

Pros...Huge selection of vaping products and they are open until 10pm....they also have a few bongs but nothing to write home to mom about .What makes them stand out from other head shops....They carry CBD products for pets. I thought was very cool and a great idea.Cons.... The only thing I didnt like was the overwhelming what can I get you the second I stepped foot in the door...I dont think I was even all the way in the store yet and one of the employees was in my face, literally, asking what I was needing. That almost made me turn right back out but instead I stayed...ended up spending $120...ooops.Overall its a basic vap and glass head shop. They have most things one could need and they are open later than most other similar shops.

Smash glass was an amazing head shop that I went to across from Green solutions where Chloe gave us amazing help with finding a nectar collector as well as a grinder and some butane that was much needed Id recommend anybody to come to the store needing glassware

Great selection and pricing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The even have some local vape juices that are not commonly found at any other shop Ive been to in the denver metro area. Environment is super comfortable, lighting is just bright enough to see, but not overwhelming. Definitely recommend

Pretty bummed out I spent my last 20 bucks on a bong that I never even got to hit because it snapped in half while I heated my dab nail In it and then was turned away when I was sure to at least get an equal priced bong in replacement . Im super dissapointed to never come back here because I truly loved it here . With that being said however, as a business owner I cant possibly put my money in the hands of a person who isnt willing to stand behind the product they sell to myself as a paying and tipping customer . I will never come back here and that is super dissapointing but Id rather it be that way then spending my money on something I can never use. Farewell

Paid $50 for a bag marked down from $200 for a kilo of Kratom. Tasted horrible and had 0 effect. Probably my mistake for going for the deal. My buddy took 3 huge cups and nothing. The taste was so bad we both almost puked. Called and was told issue would escalate to manager, but no response yet. Will not go back lol.

I love smash glass!!! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and patient with me when I take 30 minutes to pick out some juice. I dont go anywhere else. My favorite juice, that was recommended by an employee, is the loaded strawberry jelly donut.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I would seriously advise against calling or stopping in if youre needing help. The gentleman who answered the phone could not be bothered with any questions more complicated than a yes or no, and got quite agitated that he had to get up and check whether or not a product is carried. Im amazed they let this kid answer the phone without first making sure at the very least, hed say Thanks for calling company Im so and so. Monotonous Jerk will be sure to help you as little as possible

Ive had a lot of Kratom from a lot of different places at a lot of different prices. But this place is among the very best. We got off the plane and this was literally our first stop. When he told me the Kratom prices I was actually surprised and asked again because they were so cheap I didnt expect it. I was paying literally 6x that price in Chicago. But the quality here was awesome and just as good as Id ever had anywhere. This is the only place Im going to need to go to when in Denver. Very very good. And he even gave me a little scoop thing to scoop with.

I was immediately greeted by an awesome woman with the most upbeat attitude she was highly informative kept me laughing and helped me with a lot of my questions because there is sooooooooooooo much to choose from! Smash Glass and vape is probably one of the best shops Ive been to in the area. Im a native of Colorado and have never found such a real genuine place in this area. The owners name is Isaac and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were leaving his shop with exactly what we needed. The restrictions shops have to meet because of covid-19 really restricts places like these shops of making a personal relationship with theircostumers and we felt nothing but love from Isaac and his right hand Liz. We cant wait to come back and buy some good glass from them. Please show this location some love because they deserve it. I was very happy wit the selection of their glassware as well as the exceptional customer service. The salespeople made me uncomfortable undressing me with their eyes, but other that being gawked at like a fresh piece of meatloaf, I loved my experience.

Used to come all the time, spent good money here, till one day we showed up 5 minutes before opening, and the owner was like wait outside for 20 minutes. Ill take the hundreds I was spending here monthly elsewhere if thats how you treat good customers.

(!!!!READ ALL OF THE POST!!!!) This place does have a great selection and prices are definitely competitive with other headshops. I would have given them a 4 if not 5 star rating, since I recently made a purchase from them, and the service was beyond what I had asked for at the time. They even did an exhange for me when they typically don’t, which was awesome. However; once I left, I looked at the recipes and found that I had accidentally been charged more, and should of had a credit of a few dollars instead. Once I called and ask about it, I could overhear in the background them disputing it in a defensive manner (keep in mind that I wasnt even asking for money back, just store credit) and knew it would be more of a hassel than I wanted to deal with. SO BE WARNED WHEN/IF YOU SHOP HERE, SO YOU DONT GET ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY!!!! Personally they have lost my business.
