Was here August 15th at 4:21 pm. Moses is extremely nice and is aware of every customer that walks in. Greets them individually and gives them their own experience.He needs a raise if he hasn’t had one recently.Very nice man that’s an asset to the company that keeps customers coming back.

Words cannot describe just how enjoyable my interactions were with Moses my first time in the store yesterday. I remained in the store much longer than I had initially planned just to hangout with the guy. He had plenty of suggestions and offered a wealth of information and recommendations for the products I was interested in. This is my new favorite smoke shop, and Ill definitely be back.

I seldomly write reviews but I love this smoke shop and had to share. There is very welcoming atmosphere every time I stop by. Moses is a remarkably friendly and kind human being who genuinely wants to help people and share his expertise on their variety of products. He’s like the guide you didn’t think you needed but glad you found. Comparing to other shops, the prices are much lower and the quality is noticeably better which makes it a pretty rare gem. The recommendations Moses gave have never disappointed me and have experienced nothing but GOOD vibes at this Happy Clouds shop! I will be a forever customer. Thank you!!!

This store is closer to where I live. Ive had a great experience for the second time going in. Ive been here for 3 years. And this is the best head shop around. Knowledgeable about products. And the best house flower you can get in Texas. Im going to be moving to Oregon soon, Im going to be in the motherland of ganja. But I will still kind of miss the store 😅 it will be one of the handful of good things Ill miss about Austin. I swear when life is more stable for me Im going to make a free cool weird add type song for the store on my YouTube only🤘 I put the jar stickers on My guitar theyre so cute

Moses the employee is an incredible human and helper. I called in asking about Fifty Bars, he answered with enthusiasm and literally gave me all the information I asked for and was not only polite but excited / positive.I drove 35 minutes out of my way just to go buy from Happy Clouds because of MOSES. And because of that experience, I will gladly continue going 35 min out of my way to buy from this vape shop and to buy them from Moses.

Just discovered this shop the other day. Both times I went since, Ive been helped by Moses. He is super awesome and friendly, and was also able to help with some questions I had. The shop is very chill and has a great vibe, Ill definitely plan on making this my shop from here on out and being back. 10/10

My cousin came to visit two weeks ago and needed to replace her nicotine vape, so we decided to check out Happy Clouds. It exceeded our expectations! They have a large selection so it can be difficult to decide/know what to get, but Moses was super helpful and informative about all the different brands, flavors, and devices. The other clerk, Nick, was very friendly and answered any questions we had too.Definitely recommend this place!

Hi / this is now the only place that i buy my products most of the cashiers are respectfull friendly helpfull sometimes / even thuogh its far from my house / i stopped going to megaplex dreamers and Especially Austin 6 / Because everytime i went there and spend 50$ or more they wuold still be rude and mean anyways there is one partcular cashier thats always going out of his way to make my shopping experience the best / the namebof the cashiers is moses i believe

Moses is literally the best most empathetic and non-condescending people I have ever dealt with in the service industry especially in a smoke shop. I am not well versed in the different CBD or delta products and many employees I’ve asked questions about the products and what may have the best results and they are rude condescending and act like I am wasting their time. Moses talks to me and asks pertinent questions in order to try and get me something that will give me some relief from my anxiety

Here at Happy Clouds I was treated well, products were explained to me and the gentleman that helped me today was welcoming, informative, friendly and not at all what I expected. I cant remember your name, Happy Clouds dude but thank you SO MUCH for making my visit to your store a pleasant one. I dont even remember how much I spent and dont even care if I overpaid for items. The employee who helped me was very friendly and honest with me. I didnt catch his name but he was an older man. He offered excellent service and seemed very knowledgeable about all the items he sold. This location is now one of my favorite smoke shops in Austin TX. Definitely recommend this place.

Moses is the man! Im pretty sure hes a manger already, because he was running the store all by himself, and he did a VERY good job. He has given me hope in true hospitality. Ive been treated rather harshly at some vape/smoke shops because sometimes I make it there within minutes of the store closing. Which I do feel very bad for in the first place. But Moses provided superb customer service starting with the phone call I had placed. I called asking if they had butane, but I actually was calling as a heads-up that I was going to be arriving within minutes of the store closing. He was so great, after hanging up I literally said, Wow that was really pleasant! Then he blew me away when I arrived. He even went out of his way to make sure I was able to get everything I needed. I will forever see Happy Clouds as the superior, sophisticated smoke shop.

Customer service at this location is one of the best Ive seen for smoke shops. The selection is very good for such a small establishment. The Rick and Morty selection is bigger than any shop Ive been to. They also have some very cool stories here at this location as well, so if you have the time then stop by and see what it is all about.

Best smoke shop in Austin!! I have had the pleasure of buying multiple heady and unique pieces of glass from Happy Clouds. All of the staff has treated me with the utmost respect and demonstrate great salesmanship by always finding me the piece that fits my home!

Location was sketchy to me, but the guy working was super cool, very knowledgeable, and the prices are pretty good. 5 stars because its almost impossible to find good customer service ANYWHERE these days, but I was impressed for sure. Definitely recommend these guys!

Amazing selection of pipes - Colors, shapes, and sizes of all sorts. The paintings on the walls are almost as great as the glass. Super cool environment and the owners make it even better. This place is amazing which is why I continue to come back. No matter what your desires are, Happy Clouds has it. 10/10 would bang.

They have a nice selection overall, but should sell pieces for when/if you need one replaced on what they sell.Theyre sold as pairings but do not sell or are always out of replacement pieces for these if you ever break or need to get another. Their making $ this way understandably but this wasnt always the case until about the last 6 -12 months. Id say the replacement piece field has really narrowed. Probably the forth time they havent had anything for items Ive previously purchased & all different items to counter this, & on numerous occasions because of this.

Great location on Montopolis. They offer great service, and up to date, innovative product. It doesn’t have that typical incense smell to it, which to me, is good. This place has Planet Junk beat by miles

Great shop for reasonably priced items. Only been there a couple times. First time my experience with older gentelman employee was much more enjoyable. This last time the employee didnt seem very knowledgeable and was very pushy on trying to make sure I rather than answering any of my questions over its was a good experience just wish it was a bit more welcoming

On Oct 16 at 1:40PM, I called and asked if they had the Nord coils I was looking for and he told me yes. I showed up a few minutes later. The only person working tries to sell me an entirely different device, not having either the Nord coils nor the Nord pod kit for my device. There are other attitude related issues I could mention, but I will hold my tongue. I was not impressed with this location and feel that if that is the norm, you can find much more friendlier staff at almost any other similar store. To Owner, I have given you one star back because you at least contacted me to ask what could be done to improve the situation. I hope that kind of attitude is not tolerated, not that I want anyone fired either, that is unless anyone would be unwilling to adapt.

This guys are amazing! They are very close to the airport and they dont sell any cheap Chinese piece. Everything is high quality, good price and great service! They even have a recording studio and sessions are cheap, your will leave with your track finished!

There are plenty of headshops in Austin, but Happy Clouds is truly the best in experience and service. I have been coming here for years. The staff is always very knowledgeable and exceptionally kind.If they don’t have something you’re looking for they will go out of their way to call the other locations and get you what you need. They always hook it up and know what they’re talking about. Pre-Covid they also were always sponsoring or hosting art and music shows! They really get involved with the community, and keep it local and weird. You can tell they care.At the Montopolis location, Moses is always a real G, and always keeps it real. I wouldnt say they have the best selection definitely not an ideal location at least if you dont live around there, but whoever was working in there and had great customer service. If it wasnt for that they would have got two stars

His friendly and mellow demeanor put me at complete ease while I shopped. The sublime array of artefacts and accessories happy clouds offers are modern and high quality while also, incredibly, maintaining prices that would make a beggar like me smile. Other locations Ive been to are great, five stars. Same products and cool selection but the person behind the counter seemed annoyed and didnt even ask if we needed help.

Absolutely garbage!Walked in and asked about a glass water pipe the guy told me it was $430 because it was a custom piece.Days later my buddy goes and gets the same piece for $130.I love glass and I love the art behind it, so I said okay and passed on that piece and went to Smokers Dreamz.Got a water pipe there the sticker said 180.99 I paid $129.53. Moral of the story go to Smokers Dreamz

I try to go at least once every two week just to see my boy Mose coolest dude ever will do anything to make a customer happy and they will eventually become part of the Happy Clouds Family. 🙂
