Zero customer service! They do NOT have a license to sell this stuff. You do NOT know what you’re getting. I was told they had a license, but it was at their other location. When I went back, I was told they didn’t need a license. So, I was lied to. So typical these days. Too bad, bc I would have been a very loyal customer who has the $$$ to spend. Go to La. There they have outstanding customer service and much nicer shops.

If I could give less then 1 star I would.this store sells broken products and has some of the worst customer service I have seen in my life especially the white guy that works there.I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

I don’t know where to start. I found them on accident because I was desperate for a good juice for my vape. As soon as I come in I’m greeted respectfully and the person behind the counter went straight to showing his selection (they have an endless selection so be prepared !). I ended up buying the Nord 4 that night, really amazing price! The next day I came to buy some juice, keep in mind I am very picky and indecisive with my flavors. The person behind the counter had so much patience with me and even let me try each juice I looked at and gave me some recommendations. I finally chose the one I liked the most and he was more than respectful through the process. If anyone is looking for TOP NOTCH QUALITY devices, glass, gear or juice, HEAD OVER THERE IMMEDIATLY! You won’t regret your decision, and as soon as you come in, you’re a part of the family! Thank you guys for the pleasant experience, this is my new go to shop and I’m not saying that lightly.

This Smoke Shop is literally the only one i go to, The staff are so cool and down to earth. I’m in and out within 5 minutes! I will never stop coming here!

Ive done business multiple times over the past year with SmokeySolutions here in Bakersfield and theyve always been extremely helpful in making sure I was satisfied with what I was going to purchase but most importantly picking the correct product I was hoping to buy. Bought a Puffco plus today and it came with a bad battery, I went back in they swapped the faulty battery no hassle and apologized for my inconvenience. Thanks again Marwan! I hope your boss knows his employees do an excellent job for him as I will be a returning customer for many more years to come.

And the shop is set up so well and the renovations in their new shop on panama is like night and day from the smoke shop that used to be there.
