Went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Called about a new Smok kit, had only one in the color I wanted (below) so they held it for me until I could come later in the day. Answered all my questions and had some great suggestions for issues I had with other mods and tanks Ive had problems with. Very knowledgeable and friendly, store was easy to find with lots of street parking, competitive prices. Overall a very nice experience. Will def shop here again. :)

Great place to pick up some new hardware or juice. Lots of juice lines to choose from and really friendly staff! These guys took time to help me understand rebuildables and I have never looked back. The owner is friendly and professional. Really listens to suggestions and will help you get the mod you want for a great price. Cant beat this place!

Great customer service, awesome atmosphere & great quality products. They have a whole wall full of all kinds of juices & their BYOB juices are amazing with prices to match. Must check out if youre a visiting Bakersfield, if youre local & havent been, its a shop not to be overlooked.

Im giving this review a three because the juice is pretty good, but the $10 mystery box deal online is a joke. Only ordered four times for the cereal/yogurt lines, and three out of four have had Vape Fames crunch berries(two 30ml and one 60ml that I just got in the mail). Its a good deal in the hopes that Id find a new awesome flavor. But 150 juice brands and you keep giving me the same flavor in your decisions? Its really not fair vaping the same flavor every week.

Went by before they had closed shop. Owner was reluctant with helping, I walked in an asked if he carried replacement coils without a glance he said he didnt carry anything for my mod. So, I asked him if he didnt mind just checking for me, with a sigh he looked, long behold he mainly stocked the coils I needed but didnt let me leave without repeatedly telling me about the deals.Something I expect from someone new in the workforce not the owner of a business.

The crew there is AWESOME. Great deals they make you feel right at home and the juice bar is a nice touch. 5 star all the way best shotp in Bakersfield Hands down.

Im upset i brought 2 new customers in that bought the $50 club thsy had a mod that just sropped after we cleaned it and put a new coil in it never dropped it had no scratch marks on it!!! Rick wouldnt exchange it he wanted to charge us another $40 for a new mod and he keeps fhe old one turns it in and gets the cash back it sbould automatically have a 30 day return at the same.time had to replace mine which rook bigger coiils and a 30$ Bottle of juice so on top of it all thsy have gotten 2 new customers i got.them to.purchase the club membership.for a year!!! I talk very highly about vape.fame i shop only at vape fame so im upset they spent $ 150 to get started that day and all.the talk i put out there to shop Vape Fame anyway exchanging a mod.amd wanting to keep the old one and pay another 40bucks for a knew means your out about 85 Plus and they het to keep old one which means they r putting all together about 150+ in his pocket!!! There should have been a 30 days return policy!!! I spend on the average 0f anywhere from.80to150+a month depending what i need the person i brought in spent i believe the spemt the sameo

Im from out of town and finally found a place that still existed on the Google list of vape shops! When I walked in staff was friendly customers were friendly its a cool environment to hang out in try your Vapes right there test others I wish they had more places like this around Central and Northern California! I will make it a point to stop by there every time I go through Bakersfield and thats a fact!

Today I walked in to vape fame to pick up the kanger tech nebox some juice and a battery. The atmosphere of the shop was the most relaxed Ive ever felt and Ive been to shops in Virginia Hawaii and San Diego and by far this was the best. I felt welcomed and not rushed at all. I got to test out my mod with the juice I bought and got good tips on how to use it and proper charging with it. This is the shop I will be going to anytime Im in town. If youre new to vaping or just looking for something new try this place out you wont be disappointed. The other shops here cannot compare to the quality and level of service you get from here.

The owners usually cut deals when purchasing whole kits. Sign up for their monthly drawing by getting their membership. It gives a pretty hefty discount if youre a regular

I like the owner Rich a lot. Knows his business side of the industry. Just Wary of items marked with no price. Justv be careful or you might take it in the Back BottomOh and thank you Lord that one of his employees that has just open hid opened his own Vape shop and only spoke in his outside voice. The guy can make his coils, very talented but if he was sitting down; cruising the internet, well?... Forget about asking for help or ever having a question answered. Holmes could only sit down,big?

Crappy service. Only one employee that is actually helpful there. Also they will refuse to help you if your mod stops working. Bought a skyhook from them contacted smok about the warranty and smok told me to have the shop I bought the mod from replace and send the broken device to their distribution. Vape fame owner refuses to help me. Long story short take your business elsewhere.

(BUYER BEWARE) I hate when I have to come to this store its always a rip off. I got charge $30 for a 5 pack of coils too (Normally $15-18 a pack out the door) and when I asked them why is the price so high he said is because their $5 each lol I told him wouldnt that make it 25 and at the most with tax $27? And then he said underneath his breath I can let you slide with 25 only this once. If I wasnt in such a rush I would it just through the coils back at him. But I definitely wont be using this store to resupply my vape habit. I rather drive to the other side of town then down the street to this place. The short nerdy stony dude with long hair Is a rip off Beware if you see him in the store

Prices to high, no longer carries coils for a vape that was purchased there 2 years ago.you have lost my business. Other shops are lower prices with more supplies.

Great place great selection and awesome customer service is all i can really say!! i went in there with a charger for my vape pen and walked out with a new setup!! i wish the last smoke shop i bought my vape pen had knowleged about vaping like these guys i totally reccomend them 100%

Tried vape fame today n loved it bought a 60ml bubble gum juice for 15 and got a free sample of lush juice the bubble gum wasnt so good but the lush is delicious going back for it ASAP !!!

Very helpful. Had to return 2 weeks later because my vape wasnt charging and they replaced it with out too much of a fuss
