What an absolutely lovely experience! I had such an incredible time here. My girlfriend and I got the head to toe package and spent 3 hours in self care wonderland. Beautiful atmosphere, lovely staff, great service.The only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is a lack of soundproofing between rooms. When I felt relaxed and calm I’d hear a slam or someone talking in the next room over.

Such a an immaculate salon. I have traveled the country and overseas, I must say this one of the nicest salons I have ever been to. If not the top, especially for the area. I felt transported back to California with the lavish amenities and attention to detail.I am always one to do extensive research before finally making a choice on visiting a business such as this. The choice was not mine this time as my significant other purchased my treatments for me and chose the salon. I was so pleased at how lovely my time was. It was a perfect early birthday present!

They maybe good at their services however their customer service is horrible. They will still penalize you and hold your appointment deposit for an error their system made.I had made a booking online and when I showed up for my appointment they assigned a male therapist when I asked the front desk to change and advised I was uncomfortable with a male therapist they said they did not have any female therapists available and they can reschedule me if I wanted.The front desk also advised me that their manager is in a meeting and she will advise her and have their manager call me and see what they can do for the inconvenience.I had her reschedule and left the spa only to be shocked when the manager called me not appologetic at all however blamed me for not requesting the appointment correctly online. She insisted that the error was on my part and now I had to forgo my deposit amount of $145 and they will need to charge me a deposit again for the rescheduled appointment.When I questioned why their staff did not advise me that I would be penalized and they had no answer. They did not budge and I ended up paying $110 for a service I did not get.They have no empathy for their customers…. It’s just all about the money.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!My recommendation…. There are other good Spas in the Baton Rouge area…. Go visit them.

I love everything about The Woodhouse. The experience, the ambiance, the service. Ive paid the same price for services at other establishments that didnt provide me with anywhere near the same quality of experience. Everything about this place is top tier.

Booked My first visit For a Birthday Massage for 4/26, they wait until the day before my visit, wish is the day before my birthday to cancel on me. Now it’s too late to book a massage at another location. Very disappointed, waiting on my refund.

For 115 dollars I expected my entire to face to be worked on not just the center of my face. The extraction took only 15 mins max! I called beforehand requesting extractions to be the main focus of my facial and reminded my facial esthetician of this as well. After 15 mins of working only on the center of my face while I had problem areas(whiteheads and blackheads all around my cheeks/forehead. If time was the issue as why the facial felt rushed then please be specific with what can be done in 50 mins so I could prepare for only the center of my face to be worked on. I honestly could have done the same service at home myself. I was expecting the esthetician to use a needle or perhaps steam my face more for extractions to occur not just move on to a mask ignore the visible whiteheads on my face. I have had professional facials done before in nyc and they really work on your whole face removing whiteheads and blackheads not just a mini 15 min facial in which the problem is covered with a mask and ends with a neck massage. This is what what they calls deep cleanse facial? Sounds more like a relax facial and less like an extraction facial.

I had a great experience here. The directions to get there on my map were a little bit off (of course that’s not the spa’s fault, just letting others know). Also they were quite helpful when I left something behind and had to come back the next day to get it. I really like the facilities and had a good hot stone massage. Everyone in our party was pleased with their services

Woodhouse Spa would not honor the prices listed in the pamphlet that came with my gift card that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Bought a gift card for my wife. Booked and appointment weeks in advance, they call & text her for weeks to confirm the appointment, then they cancel the DAY before. Called to get a refund, but you can guess where that went. Avoid them, as there are many better option in baton Rouge & NOLA.

My daughter and I have been here several times with Great pedicures from Ann. This time my daughter had someone named Bridget. She was extremely rough and cut my daughter twice. The manager was not there for me to speak to. Both my daughters big toes were bleeding and one was still bleeding 2 hours later. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. My daughter told her twice that her legs were burning during the massage because she was so rough. We have never had this kind of horrible treatment. I don’t even think she apologized!

I’ve been here a few times. The facials are always great! I just had a pedicure done here and it was lackluster.I arrived to my appointment on time however the lady doing my pedicure told me to change into a robe/slippers after the pedicure.She did the pedicure which was fine but after the pedicure she didn’t even offer me the foam slippers you get anywhere after a pedicure. I know they have them because the lady next to me was wearing them after her pedicure.Instead, she told me to put my running shoes back on.The polish on my toes isn’t stellar and I’ve had a better polish job done by the local nail place down the street. I got gel polish but it’s not shiny at all. It just looks like dollar store nail polish lacking a top coat.The facials are nice but the pedicure was really disappointing.

I loved it. I booked a 50 minute massage for my mom & I for Mother’s Day (I didn’t know about the specials) and it was fantastic. I plan on becoming regular here. Our masseuses were Adrian & Mae and both were great! The staff were really nice and friendly. I was nervous this being my first time but I didn’t need to worry I was literally in the right hands.

My experience at The Woodhouse Spa was phenomenal! I got an 80 minute hydrafacial with Jodi. She did an amazing job and she was super nice too. Lorran & Heather were super helpful checking me in & out as well. I highly recommend getting services done here!

Very nice spa, generally the staff is very friendly. The quiet space is nice but would like more separation from other guests. Services seem to be inconsistent. I’ve had the hydrate facial three times by three different therapist and all were dramatically different. If you find a therapist you like, just request them. Will return 😃

Loved my spa experience here! Very beautiful facility, great masseuse, and great customer service from start to finish. I can be very shy so massages make me very uncomfortable; however, I was reassured and assisted from the time I entered the building until I left. Loved every minute of it! Hannah absolutely made this experience amazing for me! The deep tissue massage was amazing. I love how she checked in with me on pressure as well as making my experience comfortable the whole time.

This is was my first massage experience at The Woodhouse and it did not disappoint! I was nervous for this new experience but all of the staff members were informative, soft spoken, and warm. The facility had a nice ambiance and was quite clean. My masseuse did a wonderful job. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I cannot wait to book again!

Horrible experience! I booked a 50 minute massage on yesterday,mind you I am 7 months pregnant they decided to give me a Masseuse that’s 38 weeks pregnant to perform my massage! I would try the New Orleans location again but Never The one in Baton Rouge!

Great service. As soon as you walk in, you feel the calming feeling instantly, with great smells and a wonderful ambiance. Everything from the waiting room to the rest rooms are top quality, and it feels like royalty the entire experience. I just went for a simple brow wax this time, but my room was private and calming. Jodie, my brow tech., was so welcoming, attentive to what i wanted, and made great small talk with me. I have let my brows grow out over 4 months of pregnancy and have very thick hair, but she somehow made it completely pain free, which I did not expect. I will definitely be back to see her, and to get more services after the babys here. I recommend this spa to anyone looking for a professional relaxing and welcoming experience. And btw, the prices are extremely great for their many services offered!!!

My Woodhouse Spa Experience was amazing! Ms. Latrice was absolutely wonderful! She anticipated all of needs before I asked for it! She takes her time to talk to you about what she finds during your massage.If youre looking for an excellent massage therapist, please consider Ms. Latrice! Shes well worth the money!!!

My husband and I were here from Dallas visiting our sister and he told our sister to go get massages and he was going to pay for it. My sister booked everything and OMG this was the best experience! Latrice was the absolute best and she even said when she comes to Dallas she was going to look us up. I received the hot stone massage because we were leaving the next day for Dallas and even though I probably needed a deep tissue my hot stone was more than I could ever ask for. The staff was always so professional, polite and just overall friendly! The atmosphere here was so very pleasant! The worst part was I had to leave. 😭 I even looked up a location in Dallas, TX so I can get regular massages their. I hope the service is just as great!

Nice place to go if you would like a relaxing and enjoyable time it was very delightful to have visited. And the reason why I rated a 4 out of 5 is only because when I visited, they offered no mimosas or even a bottled water ... would have been nice but still... as I said before I had a nice time. The masseuse I had was personable and professional as well. My rating is mostly due to my overall experience and the ambiance of the place however, I’d go again. 👍🏽👍🏽😃

My first experience there was amazing. The masseuse was great and addressed my concerns. I recently went for a duet massage and it was not quite as great. The atmosphere was calming and serene as usual but my masseuse (different one this time) caused me quite a bit of pain. Granted, I have had a lot of tension. At one point she pressed her elbow into my back and held it with what had to be with at least half of her weight leaning into it. I told her it hurt and had to grab her hand to get her to stop. It has been sore since. I dont mind giving the place another try. My partners masseuse was great and I really do love the atmosphere.

I ordered a gift card for mil birthday to be shipped locally.They missed sending it and when I emailed, the general manager offered to make it right. And she did! Got it to my mil for her bday..and on time. Superb service!

Nice place and nice staff. I had a prenatal massage which was relaxing but I had tension in my back and shoulders that I mentioned that were not addressed. I checked off moderate massage on my new client form but I felt as though I was getting light pressure at most and really just being rubbed with oils. I then got a facial, again very sweet girl and it was very relaxing but I was specifically asked about extractions and I had a few problem spots that needed addressing and I felt as though that part was skipped completely. There was never a light turned on to even look for my blackheads and comedones. I hate to write a mediocre review because everyone was so nice but it definitely was not worth the $250 I spent before having my baby next week.

I developed a pretty gnarly tweak in my back and they fit me in last minute during a busy weekend to get it worked out. I was able to stand up straight after leaving and was much more functional than I was previously.

The location is beautiful and the inside is very spa-like and relaxing. My husband had a gift card for a massage, so I decided to splurge on myself and go with him. We got massages in separate rooms and I was disappointed with the service. To begin with, when the masseuse introduced herself, she was very standoffish and didnt say much. The massage was definitely not deep tissue and barely felt relaxing because of the soft touch. Because of the masseuses demeanor I didnt feel comfortable asking her to increase the pressure and she never bothered asking me if the pressure was good. The experience was ok, but very bad value because 80$ +tip is a lot of money to me.

Poor customer service. We were stuck in traffic and ended up being about 15 minutes late for the appointment. I notified them 30 minutes prior to the appointment that we were in traffic and would be late. They did not accommodate us. The therapist rushed through our massage. They almost mopped our feet to get us out of the building because they were ready to leave. I wont spend my money here again. Definitely disappointed.

As soon as I walked in I felt so calm! I was able to relax from a super stressful day, which was much needed. The staff was incredibly kind, and really enjoyed my experience.

This was my first time to enjoy a spa day package and it was amazing throughout each service. The pedicure was wonderfully done with my pedicurist, Patty making sure I was relaxed every minute of the service. My facial was great! The esthetician, Sarah asked me about my skin and any problems I have and decided on my treatment, so it was very personalized. Finally my massage ended a very relaxing day with an awesome massage by Jazzy. Overall it was a great experience from the time I walked in and was greeted by staff to the time it was over. I was very sad when the time was up.

I loved my experience at the Woodhouse Day Spa. It was extremely relaxing and they have great customer service. I got a Swedish massage from Taylor, who was also great. I had just worked lots of days in a row (nurse) then did a 36hr road trip in 3 days so my back was acting up. It was tight, sore and I was having muscle spasms. After my 50min massage with Taylor all my problems have resolved. I will definitely be going back!

I visited Woodhouse Day Spa (Baton Rouge) the week of July 6th, 2020 and I was very pleased with my experience given all the COVID restrictions. My temp was checked at the door and front desk workers separated clean/dirty pens to sign my waiver.I would give my therapist, Adrian, a 10/10 (5-stars and beyond) for his attention to detail and care during my session! Great experience overall.

Terrible unprofessional staff. We had a gift card that they would not honor because we had used a gift card for a service in the past. However they did not tell us this would be an issue until after our massages and we were checking out. Quite a huge surprise to think your service is covered yet in fact they tell you that you owe $90. Of course no manager was there that could help us. Will never spend a cent here ever again and will make sure anyone I know doesnt either. Dont give your money to this dishonest establishment.Not to mention the massage was ok. Id give it a 4 out of 10. Weak pressure, inconsiderate, etc.

3 star rating. I would have like to change my type of massage but was informed a different kind was on my gift cart. Other services were good except check out time. There was a problem with locating my gift card which took extra long to check out.

The atmosphere was great. My boyfriend and I went. He got the deep tissue gentlemans massage and I got the hot stone therapeutic massage. Next time we will do a couples massage so we can enjoy together.

Booked couples massage on Christmas Eve to surprise my husband and start holidays on positive foot. Massages were good. Men’s shower didn’t have any hot water. Also found out that the spa sent both of us confirmation texts. He asked about it while checking out and they couldn’t find his phone number anywhere in the system. It blew the surprise. Need to improve customer service. All we got was sorry.

My boyfriend and I did the couples swiss massage. This was a first experience for both of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Our therapists were Jeremy and Nicole; they both provided us with a super relaxing experience on top of the calming atmosphere. We wont wait so long before doing this again.

The place itself is nice, but the employees arent. I walked in and 2 employees just stared at me instead of greeting me after I said hello. The drink I ordered was never brought to me. The massage therapist was okay, but could have been better. In my opinion, the services were not worth the price.

I waited for a while when I walked into the spa for anyone to greet me & get me checked in. I was getting a facial & a massage. I was not asked to complete forms until after my facial. The esthetician was not very knowledgeable. She talked a lot and actually showed me the yucky stuff she extracted from my nose. She applied a peel but had no fan to put on my face for the few minutes that the peel stayed on. I requested one but it was down on the floor...not able to reach my face. The facial lasted maybe 30 mins for $125. Typically for this amount, there is more. It was disappointing. Ive been getting facials (in BR & Houston) for 25 years. The massage was very good. I think the spa has great potential but not there yet for the price.

I had my second appointment with Adrian today. I came for the first time about a year ago to ~treat myself~.Today, I went in with pain caused by bursitis in both shoulders, a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder, as well as a pulled muscle on the right side of my neck. I left feeling like a new person! I cannot recommend Adrian enough! I’ll never see another massage therapist in Baton Rouge.

I had the chance to visit for the first time a couple days ago for my birthday. I was very excited as I have always heard great things about The Woodhouse franchises. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed overall. Upon check in, I was asked did I want a beverage and given a list of choices. I never received the mimosa that I requested. Being that I was a first time customer, I know there should have been consultation forms that should have been filled out. I was never given any consultation prior to the start of my therapeutic stone massage. It’s a good thing I’m a pretty experienced “spa conniseuor” as I knew to to discuss with the therapist my expectations, areas of concern, etc. I did have to initiate this discussion with the therapist; she did not ask prior to getting ready to start the service. So the most important order of business was the massage itself since that was the reason for the visit. Another disappointment! I wish that I could say it was even mediocre. I was not satisfied with my service at all. Never once during the service was I asked if I was comfortable, if pressure needed to be adjusted, temperature of the table etc. Again I had to initiate saying these things. These things should be Spa 101 for such a luxury brand. I gave this location 2 stars and that’s only due to atmosphere and ambiance. It is a beautiful spa but customer service is very subpar. At this price point, I expected much more and have received far better massages at lower end facilities.

I used a gift certificate for a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. Used on two different occasions, the facial and massage were great, but the manicure and pedicure were awful. I would not recommend anyone go here for nail treatment. I went home and had to redo my toenail polish and my fingernails look terrible. I did not want to walk back in to have my nails fixed, as my big toe was already redone once, and I just wanted to get out of there. It’s sad that such a nice place would have unqualified people hired to do this.

I will say our massages were great and started on time. We had 80 minutes couple massages and pedicures scheduled. Massages lasted only 70 minutes. While getting ready in the bathroom and employee was extremely rude to me and stared me down for saying I didn’t want my Louis Vuitton to get wet. I was not rude at all. I had a 40 minute wait between my massage and pedicure and the girl doing my pedicure is currently 22 minutes late and waiting…. I don’t want to cause a scene here so I’m posting here.

I found out about Woodhouse Day Spa driving to a graduation. I saw the billboard advertisement and went to their website. The website sold me. Everyone was very polite and helpful! The Woodhouse is very elegant and relaxing. Even though my session started a little late Taylor was great!! I will be going back very soon!!

The absolute best atmosphere. My masseuse Jeremy was very professional and I would highly recommend his services. The Woodhouse Day Spa is the perfect day getaway to just relax get away from the outside world.

I received a call 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment to cancel my 80 minute stone massage due to a therapist shortage. When I answered the call they asked to reschedule for the following day (Monday) without an apology or even some sort of discounted package due to the inconvenience. Horrible customer service. This was going to be my first experience with the Woodhouse Spa.

I bought the Spa Classics package that included a facial, pedi and swedish massage. The facial with Erica was amazing. She really educated me on my skin type but kept it very relaxing. Highly recommend the facial with Erica.My pedicure was a joke. Bridget kept cleaning her teeth with her tongue making noises that were less than desirable. She was not gentle at all, plus she had a sharp fingernail that dug into my skin a few times. Not her fault but the massage feature in the chair was broke, disappointing! She seemed like I was not worth her time too. I do not recommend Bridget at all.Chandler is a WONDERFUL massage therapist. I asked her to focus on my back, neck and shoulders and she listened! She has a gift of touch. She found my tense areas and worked them. Definitely will ask for her if I return.Overall though, the place is amazing, smelled wonderful too.

Ms Anns pedicures are the best in town, gentle but vigorous and very relaxing! I was late for my appointment but I was made welcome and wasnt rushed. Highly recommend!!!

Had a horrible massage experience where I was touched inappropriately by one of the employees. I was told by the manager that I would get a call back once the “investigation” was completed which obviously never happened.

The front desk attendant told me to be there 15 mins early to fill out paper work which I was I didnt receive paper work she asked if I been there before I informed her that I had not she asked me to change and then have a seat in the relaxation room would I like anything to drink I asked for water. when I got in the relaxation room a neck warmer and paper work was sitting on a chair which I assumed was mine ,. The massage was horrible I asked her to use more pressure which she did for about 5 to 10 mins , I had a 50 min massage which lasted maybe 20 I had a facial when she applied the steam it was not on my face but up my nose when I got home I had to finish the facial myself she didnt do a good job this place is a waste of money and time

Great experience. I did NOT want to leave when it was over. My masseuse was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and needed and used that to give me an overall great experience. I would 100% recommend.

Worst experience getting a pedicure! We were there for a bachelorette party and pedis! The staff was friendly but it was very expensive and it looked like a child did my feet. They didnt get all the dry skin off around my toenails and she didnt cut them ahirt like I asked. And she had polish all over my toes! Seriously I could have done a better job!

This place was AMAZING!!! We visited while on vacation visiting my daughter. We were late because we got lost; but they worked in as much as they can from our 50 min appointment! Wished wed not have gotten lost! We definatley would go back to explore more services they have.

Everyone was very nice and the facility was impressive. My masseuse was very nice and sweet, but the massage was not what I expected it to be or what I asked for. I requested a firmer Swedish massage and received a very light skin massage. Very disappointing.

The Illuminating Facial was amazing and I really noticed a difference right away.. New Fresh skin !!! Along with a Stone Massage...WOW soothing and with just the right amount of heat...what a perfect way to end to my spa day at The Woodhouse !!!
