My Experience I had with Linda was Great. But the Experience I’ve had with the Company over the last year has been Horrible they have been taking my Money every month but yet I haven’t had not one Massage All year. This is my 1st massage this year. Every time I made an appointment either I would come in wait in the back for about 20-30 minutes then I would go back to the front desk and ask is anyone coming they then would reach out to the Therapist and they’ll tell me no one is coming. They would reschedule me either the day before or the day of my appointment I’ll receive a call that the Therapist isn’t coming. I asked for a Manager/Supervisor to call me but yet no one Never reached out to me but yet Massage Envy still was Withdrawing $60 from my account Every Month. I Finally Canceled My Membership. I wouldn’t recommend this Company to anyone else. Years ago I would have a Pleasant Experience there but 2023-2024 has been a Darn Nightmare the Front Desk Employee’s was Always Kind Friendly and very Apologetic. I would asked for the Manager to call me and I would call back for them but I would never speak to anyone……… I’m Very Disappointed at this Time. I Wouldn’t recommend Massage Envy to Anyone!

This massage envy location is great. The people are the front desk are always friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Jessica, has magical hands. I always leave my sessions refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. She is also so warm and friendly! I am always looking forward to my next session! Definitely would recommend.

Received a Microderm facial by Christiana and it was GREAT. Booked with her again for a regular facial as soon as I got to the front desk. She was amazing and sweet. Saw immediate results.

Ms Jessica was amazing! She was so sweet and made my first experience getting a massage very comfortable! I have chronic pain and she was able to relieve the worst of it. I highly recommend booking with her she is great!

Absolutely the BEST place hands down! I went last Friday (6/21) for my birthday and left my gift card at home rushing to make my appointment. Ms.Justice and the assistant manager, Ms. Stacy, were ANGELS! They went out of their way & made sure my situation was handled with follow up phone calls and all. THANK YOU Ms. Justice and Ms. Stacy .. absolute queens!My therapist Aliyah was great as well!! She knows exactly what she’s doing!

Mrs. Laura was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend!! I came in with neck pain on my right side and she accommodated to all of my needs during the massage time. I hadn’t gotten many massages prior to coming here, and she made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I almost fell asleep from the relief I felt. If you are coming with intense pain in your neck or upper body - I highly recommend asking for her. I will definitely be coming back:)

Aliyah was amazing! She did outstanding work with me, my husband, and my dad! She is very intuitive and knows just what to do with out having to pinpoint every sore spot. I love her!

Juloni was attentive to what my preferences were, and she was consistent in meeting those standards (as far as pressure and focus areas). The environment was clean and calming. I would definitely have her as my massage therapist again.

Ive been coming to Ms Linda, and I will say she has been wonderful at exceeding my expectations! For someone who was nervous about getting a massage since it isnt something that Im used to getting, I must say she has been great about allaying those concerns.This is definitely an experience Id recommend to anyone thats looking for a calm, attentive, and professional massage therapist!

Jeremiah was wonderful. This was my first visit to Massage Envy and I enjoyed it a lot. He made me very comfortable, made sure to adjust the temp of bed, got the proper pillow to adjust my upper half and adjusted his pressure to meet the needs of different areas. You can tell he really cares about his clients. Jeremiah is an asset to your Citiplace location for sure.

Aaliyah is amazing!! Hands down one of my top 5, in 9 years!! She puts me at ease and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable!! I am able to fall asleep. I’m hypersensitive to touch, and if you can put me to sleep during massage, I’m impressed. Thanks Aaliyah…always a pleasure!!

Staff is always nice. Check in process is smooth. My masseuse, Jeremiah, was great as always. Definitely my go to for the last 18 months. I always leave feeling much better than I did when I arrived.

Ms. Linda was amazing! I did the 30min rapid release and I can walk again! After 2 weeks of packing and moving my legs were tight and every step hurt. Ms Linda and her little machine got me up and moving again! 11/10 would recommend for those super tight musclesEdit: today went and saw Jeremiah and he is amazing. Polite and professional and made sure it was ok with me before moving to a new place. And when I said the pressure was too much in one spot, he immediately let up. He is also friendly and kind. Another 11/10 would recommend.

My hour at massage envy with Laura was fabulous she really made me feel great,she has good touch knows when to apply pressure or not. I left there feeling youful again.

Linda was amazing. It was my first massage, my first prenatal massage, and she was super gentle but applied pressure in just the right spots. I feel like a brand new woman.

Laura helped me tremendously yesterday. The fact that she has been trained in reflexology was just what I needed for my massage.

Therapist was great! Their front staff does not return or listen to messages. Unfortunately I would never recommend. Go to the one on Bluebonnet or St Michel Day spa in Gonzales.

Juloni is not only a skilled therapist but she practices her craft as a “calling”. She has a soothing and calm demeanor in her personality, and she skillfully identifies problem areas and relieves me of discomfort and stress. She never appears to be rushing or just trying to get through the allotted session time. To say she’s thorough is an understatement.I’ve spent more time with Juloni; however, there is that perfect therapist to fit with most clients.I’d like to see Massage Envy /Citiplace do more to maintain the employees who are an asset to them and their clients. Good therapists, who are good at their craft, tend to leave for greener pastures elsewhere.I’ve been going to Massage Envy since 2010. It’s clean and comfortable. The therapists are well trained and knowledgeable. Everyone is professional.

Laura was very friendly & professional. She takes pride in what shes doing. She took care of all my areas & needs. Wonderful experience. Shes a great asset .Highly recommend her.

I had a 90 session scheduled for 8:30 pm which started on time, Jeremiah is such a professional, focused on my trouble areas as expressed in my pre-service consult, he was considerate about as much as the lighting in the room, the comfort of the massage table and always checking my comfort level with the intensity of my service. I book my next appt. With him he is a 5 star professional.

This review is long overdue, and theres a part of me that wants to keep this to myself since Ms. Linda is already very popular there, but I have to leave this. Very friendly staff-quick scheduling, and Ms. Linda there is one of the best for deep tissue massages. Every single time Ive gone to her-I have never ever been disappointed. Ive gone to many different locations around here, and she is the reason Im returning to the Citiplace location. Some deep tissue massages really arent strong enough for me, and with Ms. Linda - you can tell shes really focused and knows what she is doing. Consistent, caring and reallllly will take her time if you have any knots/areas of concern. Cannot recommend her enough.

Brand was amazing. When I went in I was so tensed and hurting. When she finished I felt brand new. I would recommend her to everyone.

Probably the worst location in Baton Rouge, they waited until I got there to say they my appointment was canceled and they sent me a message, I showed them the only test I got was them confirming my appointment which was the previous day. She proceeds to say she doesn’t know why they sent the text when they should’ve taken me off the schedule weeks ago. She then proceeds they can reschedule me but not until 5 pm and it will only be for 60 mins when my initial appointment was at 10 am and I had a 90 scheduled. This is the 3rd time they canceled my appointment the day of. I haven’t have any issues at the other franchises. I called Long Farm and Bluebonnet and both were willing to accommodate me the same day. Please do better!

Linda is THE BEST IN BATON ROUGE!!! I had had MANY massages over the year and she is BY FAR the best!

They are great! I recommend the chemical peel and microdermabrasion treatments. I also got a teeth whitening treatment that was ok, wouldn’t get that again but everything else was great!

My membership has been in Miami for most of my tenure and that location was never noteworthy one way or another.I stopped here while visiting Baton Rouge and a giant of a man (I think the name is Greg) was my therapist. He was very skilled and I would recommend. Pretty sure he can juice coconuts barehanded.The front desk personnel were also attentive and friendly! Something we see very little of these days.

This is an update to my previous review. It’s now been 7 years of great service by my Therapist Brad Dixon. I’m there every week unless I’m traveling. I have several medical issues that wear me out but getting my weekly massage puts me right back on track. Thanks for making my life better. This is the best ME I’ve ever been to.Been going to this location for 6 years now. Best therapists and wonderful facility. Im told they are remodeling so Im looking forward to that. They consistently have a regional Massage Therapist of The Year. This year it was my therapist, Brad Dixon. Keep up the great work.

I had my very first professional massage and I have to say it was a relaxing and insightful experience. The staff was informative and took exceptional care to ensure I was well informed and pleased with my service. It was a holistic experience and I will be going back soon. It wasnt just about providing a service, they also seemed to genuinely care about my health and well-being. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been visiting Massage Envy Citiplace for the last 5 years. The front desk staff are always welcoming and polite. Aisha is wonderful and gives an awesome deep tissue massage. She makes sure that I am comfortable and well relaxed. When I first started receiving massages I visited other locations, however, none of them compared to this location and especially to the outstanding service that Aisha provides. Aisha is a phenomenal massage therapist who is excellent with her skills!

Treat yourself! The Citi Place location is awesome. The customer service is always good. Since launching the app everything is touch-less, which makes booking and checking in seamless. The massage experience is always pleasant. The rooms are clean, the music is soothing and the masseuse are talented. The location is also optimum for grabbing a bite to eat after a relaxing massage. Again, you should treat yourself.

Aisha is THE best! She’s been my masseuse for well over 5 years now. She know exactly what my body needs every time I walk in the door & she listens to me. BIG rave for the new Rapid Pulse Release gun. It really accelerates my massage. 30 minutes of stretching, 60 minutes of massage & I’m good to go! I’m there every 2 weeks!

Friendly Staff, clean facility, and good service. Brianna gave a great massage. She checks in to make sure it is going well and she pays attention to detail. Shes good with pressure too, if thats what you like. Nice personality as well.

I’ve been coming to massage envy since 2012. I joined after my car accident to get some relief. I went through 3 therapist till I got Brad Dixon. He is the BEST!!! He always listened to what was hurting and worked with me to find the right pressure. Not only does he do an amazing job with the massage he takes the time to explain after what was tight and gives stretching advice. I feel better every time I leave. He also will check up on me to make sure I’m doing ok if I come in hurting really bad which has happened a few times. The only downfall is that he’s so good, he books up fast!!! I highly recommend coming to massage envy. Clean facility and great staff!

Massage Envy Citiplace is my Sanctuary!The environment is clean and beautiful. The front desk is welcoming. The best part however, is my massage therapist, Sarah Schneider. Very professional massage therapist! Easy to talk to.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a massage, but neglecting myself has started to take a toll. So I booked a session with Brianna this week and she was amazing! My muscles are ridiculously tight but she helped relieve some of that tension without leaving me feeling sore. Going back the week after next for another session with rapid tension relief added on and I’m really looking forward to it.

Ive been going here for years now and have never been disappointed. Sarah is the BEST - she always helps a ton with my aching shoulders and back (life of a hairdresser) and went above and beyond during my pregnancy to be sure I was comfortable and happy (and believe me, I was a little complicated). I cant recommend her enough. Shes stuck with me for life!

First and foremost, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this establishment. I have been to several different clinics in my work travels. I’ve had good experiences and I had bad ones. However when I walked in the door here I was immediately welcomed by a very friendly and welcoming staff. They were very adamant about me being comfortable while I awaited my therapist. As I sat there waiting I noticed that there was nothing distracting them from their job duties. Which was impressive considering it’s the age of the cellphone.After which I was referred to my thereapist. Ms. Sarah S, she was also very kind and professional. The massage that I received was exactly what I needed. Sarah and I went over my trouble areas and she listened and tailored a massage to suit me. The massage itself was amazing! It was the perfect blend of relaxation and deep tissue! I walked out of there feeling refreshed and relaxed!So I’d like to say thank you to crew over at massage envy citiplace! You guys have a very clean, professional, and above all relaxing environment! I highly recommend visiting them!

I have a monthly membership with Massage Envy. The customer service is great, and the massages are even greater! I have been going to Kim R. EVERY month since the Fall of 2016, sometimes twice a month, like clockwork! She definitely gets the job done each and every visit! Thank You for all that you do! This guy is very appreciative!

It took me a few tries to find my perfect fit for massage therapist, but now that I have Im so pleased! Kacy is great if you just want a feel good rub down for relaxing, but I cant rave enough about Kimberly for deep tissue really get in there and find those muscles you didnt know existed work out the knots massage. The membership is totally worth it! Try out the 3 month one if you dont want to commit long term.

My experience has been great. Ive been a member since 2015. The staff is very nice. I have used a few therapist to get to one I really liked. I think you need to do that because not all therapist will fit your needs. If for any reason my experience changes I will post another review. Thank you...

So let me say that I am only giving a 3 star review based on how AMAZING Kim (therapist) is and how nice the owner, Michelle is. My experience with the front desk was AWFUL to say the least. Kim (my therapist) made up for the terrible service I received from the front desk. I do not recommmend dealing with Candice. She was very rude, unprofessional, rolled her eyes, had an attitude, and literally gave answers like “that’s just the way it is.” I spoke with Brandi (manager) who constantly argued about her employee. Finally Michelle (owner) called and spoke with me regarding my experience and really made me feel a lot better. She actually apologized for her employee being rude. She was the first person to offer a sencere apology. The front desk employees do not make you aware of any policies. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THEIR POLICIES WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. I would also recommend seeing Kim as a therapist. Like I said, she is absolutely amazing.

Really great service. We had to suspend our membership for 6 months, and when my wife walked in to renew they erupted with hey [name]! Did Luke find a job? How are you both doing? and it was lovely, personal, and spontaneous. The ladies here are sweet, and the therapists listen to your needs and dont load you up with needless stuff just to make a buck.

My initial impression of the front desk staff was very good, my massage was amazing and lasted the entire hour. My only complaint was after I decided not to become a member the front desk staff responded coldly, however, I filled out the survey that they emailed me and voiced my complaint. Imagine my surprise when a couple of days later I was contacted by a Massage Envy employee and was apologized to and offered an upgrade on my next massage, (which I already had scheduled). To me this is good customer service. It does not erase the fact that I felt that I was treated rudely, but it does go a long way to ease the sting.

I have been a standing client with Brad Dixon who works at this location for several years. Brad is the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge, experience and compassion. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. This is one of the appointments on my calendar that I rarely, if ever, cancel...I look forward to the experience every month!

Ive had a lot of massage over the past two years and the one I received from Brad was by far one of the best. Like in the Top Three. His pressure was perfect in all areas but his expertise really showed through in my problem areas, particularly my shoulders and forearms.  I opted to try vibration as an add on and was not disappointed - I couldve laid there all day. 10 out of 5 stars.

Great experience with Kimberly R. She was professional and the massage she provided was amazing! She is the best therapist for a firm/deep massage. The environment was clean and peaceful and it smelled good.

Aisha Nelson was absolutely awesome!!! She applied the right amount of pressure for my deep tissue massage. I felt like a million bucks after my session with her. Request her for your next next session you will not be disappointed

I initially meet Mr. (Brad) Dixon as my instructor at Medical Training College, where he was always enthusiastic about both being a massage therapist and sharing his gift with others. As a result, I booked a massage with him to get a better grasp on the knowledge he’d shared with me as well as to address an injury I’d gotten during military training. I must say I was impressed! Mr. Dixon maintained the same level of professionalism in the spa that he displayed in the classroom. His attention to detail was beyond words. It’s now four years later, and he still maintains that same enthusiasm/professionalism. Additionally, I’m now a licensed professional and I carry the knowledge he shared with me into every session and it hasn’t failed me once. Thank you for all you’ve done and your continued support!

So unprofessional. This was my first visit to Massage Envy. I had an appointment at 4 PM. I arrived at 3:45 as advised. The front desk staff was pleasant, checked me in, and directed me to the waiting area, where I wanted for 20 minutes. No one had come to check on me, so I went back to the front desk to ask about my appointment. The front desk staff checked, got another staff member who then told me there was a mistake, and that my therapist had called out, and wasn’t able to see me. I asked if anyone else was available, and was told no. They offered to reschedule me, compensate my next appointment, but I refuse to do business with a place that treats their customers like this. It would have been completely acceptable if I had been told at check in that my therapist had cancelled. But I wasn’t even given that. I will never do business with Massage Envy ever again, and I will make sure all of my friends & family know about my experience as well.

I am extremely please at the services provided at Message Envy. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I especially love my message therapist Kimberly Rivers. Not only does she gives a Great deep tissue massage and is also very sweet on top of that.... What more can I ask for......

I had my second massage with Briana B and enjoyed it. She was very nice and always made sure I was comfortable. She adjusts her pressure to your needs. I was relaxed the entire time and will return.

If you are looking for a therapist who makes sure their pressure meets your needs go see Briana @ Citiplace location. She is super sweet and makes you feel like a new person when you leave. Love this location and my therapist!

MASSAGE ENVY is AWESOME! BRAD DIXON is the best massage therapist. Ive been seeing Brad for 7-8 years. The massage experience is always great. He does a deep tissue massage and I have also done the new Hypervolt in my sessions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great and professional massage. You will love it!!!!! :)

At first I loved Massage Envy I recommended them to a lot of people and I also did their membership. I live in a location where I am not readily available to get there to have massages every month. I have ALOT of massages available. The memberships were being taken out of my account every month I wanted to stop and cancel it they wanted to charge meI wanted to get the gift cards they wanted to charge me. I felt that was really unfair considering I had so many massages on my account and now I have a notice that Im being sent to collections for an unpaid balance.. What happened to my money yall take every month?? This is a scam to continuously get money from customers. Give me a refund for my massages. This is not fair! People be aware before you get stuck with a membership. They will not help you in any way.. everything has an additional fee attached.

Brad Dixon is by far a talented, equipped and called Massage Therapist. His knowledge on the body and what makes it tick, flourish, become damaged, break down, etc. is extraordinary. He listens to his clients, and also learns what is best for their body and where they are at pain wise. Every time I walk away from his table I truly do feel a 180. I feel more calm, my pain is cut in half, and I am truly relaxed and ready to take on the next task. He’s THE best in Baton Rouge!

Brianna is a professional massage therapist that listens to the clients and addressed the problem areas discussed. My experience was GREAT!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone I come into contact with that is looking for a great massage therapist!!Michael

Massage Envy at CitiPlace is probably the best massage spa you could go to! I see Sarah every time I have a little extra money to spend, and she is FABULOUS! Sarah always works out the spots that have been giving me so many issues and has great communication during the whole session. Everyone I’ve seen there has always exceeded my expectations and you just can’t go wrong getting a massage (or facial) here!

I have been a member of Massage Envy Spa at a place for over seven years, and have seen many therapists, but Brad Dixon is the best! I have my massages booked every two weeks for year. Brad gives a great deep pressure massage.

I dont recommend this location. They have consistently been rude and unprofessional. It is unfortunate for the specialists at this site. The specialists like the massage therapists arent served well by such an unprofessional management team.

These people practice false advertising and are crooks. At the end of my year membership for which I paid $59.99 each month, I had 4 credits. They told me that for $10 more for each credit I could get a gift card- so that would make it $69.99 total for each one. When I went to get the cards I specifically asked what they were good for because nothing was written on the card. The lady said each one was good for a 50 minute massage. I gave 2 to my daughter and the first one was ok but when she went to use the second one she was told AFTER the massage that she would have to pay $30 more. I still have 2 left and when I went by today they told me that since I had been within the last 6 months that I too would have to payed an additional fee. That is very bad business. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Ive been seeing Brad Dixon for over a year now and I cant rate him highly enough! Brad is professional, intuitive and highly skilled in different techniques. He identified the source of some chronic leg pain that I had been dealing with for many, many years. Brads monthly massage work in this area has made a drastic improvement in the quality of my life!

I anticipate and thoroughly enjoy my monthly visits to Massage Envy for my deep pressure massages with Kim. She’s awesome , and knowledgeable about all the different pressure points . I have been a member for over 5 years and this location called TWICE this week to cancel the massage within 1 hour of my appointment. They just called and said yeah, you have an appointment scheduled with XXX, and well ummm, they are, sick? and have to leave and wont be able to do your session. They offered a free upgrade to my next massage the first time,but since they cancelled the next appointment Im not sure anyone will even remember to add it next time. I already had another appointment scheduled for next Friday, the day before my birthday, and almost feel like daring them to cancel that one at the last minute. Ive been angry with them all week

Fine massages. Lousy service.They begged my wife to schedule a follow up. She explained she wasnt sure if she could and didnt want a penalty. They said, No big deal, well call the day before and you can cancel. They called the day before our vacation, we couldnt do it. They claimed they called the day before, but it isnt in the call log. Fishy.From the beginning to the end of the sales pitch, they were pushy and now it feels deceptive.Avoid and find a non-chain that is committed to a good local reputation.

Cant say enough about this spot. Kacy C. gave me the dopest massage Ive had in a long time. Melted my trigger points like butter. Was having some ROM issues at the gym and she freed up my scapula so I can get back to the gainz train! Highly recommend this place and Kacy in particular.

This companys membership is a scam. If you cancel within the given window they will still try to collect your monthly membership fees by sending you to collections. Not only is it an annoyance, but theyre messing with your credit score. Poor business practices. I will NEVER recommend that anyone visit this business. There are much more reputable companies in Baton Rouge.

Good Afternoon,I am reviewing to get a situation resolved since I have been unable to get in contact with the person I need at this location.During January and February of 2016 I spoke with Brandy over the phone about canceling my membership because I was no longer using the services provided at Message Envy at Citiplace (2561 Citiplace Ct Suite 600 (E2614) Baton Rouge, LA 70808). I was informed that I couldnt get the membership cancelled until after my March payment was processed. During the month of March, I came in to fill out paperwork and cancel my account. March 31st I received a call from Brandy saying that the payment for March was not able to be processed. I had a problem with my debit card at the time, but the payment for March was processed on April 4th. It was confirmed to me over the phone that I would not have to send any additional paperwork and the membership cancellation process would continue. On April 18th, a monthly payment was taken from my account for the membership and I called to get the situation resolved since I was now no longer living in Baton Rouge or near a Message Envy and could not use the service. I was assured over the phone that this would be the last payment taken from my account. I was not contacted from Message Envy at Citiplace until this Saturday (07/09/2016). Brandy called and left a message to inform me that they were not able to process my payments for May and June. She said she was willing to waive the June fee if they could process the May fee. She also mentioned that it was the stores 2nd attempt contacting me, but I had not received any other attempts before that phone call. I have called the store on 7/9/16, 7/11/16, and today 7/13/16. Every time I have called the person that the front desk says I need to speak with has been unavailable, but that she would call me back. I have not received a call yet.I need to speak to someone regarding this matter. I was charged for April after completing the paperwork to cancel my membership and I now am being charged 2 additional months for a service I am no longer using. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble or cause undue drama, but I really need this issue resolved since the store is threatening to send me over to collections. I am no longer a member of message envy and I would like to stop being charged for these services.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! I bought my wife a gift card for a massage for her birthday. We couldnt afford a membership for her to go all the time so I got her enough to pay for 2 visits. On her second visit she decided to upgrade to a longer massage. FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS they keep charging our bank account $60 even though she NEVER signed up for a membership or has gone back. We have 5 kids and the management never calls you back or refunds the charges. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY only concerned with stealing money from people through cheap tricks and underhanded buisness practices. My advice is take you buisness elsewhere.////// UPDATE!!!! emailed the owner a month ago and GUESS WHAT, she never replied called or did anything!!!! this company is a JOKE and should NEVER be trusted to Touch anyone EVER they should be shut down HORRIBLE COMPANY and even the OWNER DOESNt CARE!!!!!

Went here for my first facial and it was a great experience. Danielle gave me a phenomenal facial and was really in tuned with her products and how they could benefit me at home.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy and seeing Brad for several years now. He is always amazing, as well as anyone else I’ve seen. They are the absolute best massage therapists I’ve ever seen!

Worst customer service. Our couples massage was rescheduled and then an hour before our rescheduled appointment it was cancelled. They offered no apologies and made no attempt to remedy the inconvenience. Ill take my business to a more customer service oriented spa.

Steer clear of this place. They have some great massage therapists, but their business practices are deplorable. When you sign up for their plan, youre basically signing an agreement that allows them to take your money for reasons that dont make sense. You hand over youre money and are severely restricted in what you get for it. Then if you try to get out of the plan, you have to jump through hoops (or change your credit card number). Its not worth it.

Everyone here are so nice and personable. I absolutely love going to Brad! He always listens to my needs and is very thorough and excellent!
