On top of having quality products and a surprising variety of items, Bella has the best selection of glass and implements if thats your thing priced fairly.They also have stamp cards for a discount, raffles, and even holiday events.Youll never go to a shop with a more informed or friendly owner, or find better cared for employees at a smoke shop counter in Louisiana.P.s in spite of the few fairly obviously low thought level comments they sell tobacco. I know because thats what I go for on a monthly basis. Tubes and a big bag of tobacco, way cheaper than cigarettes(roughly 10x cheaper in fact.)

Great place to shop. Everyone is very nice laid back and very knowledgeable. Perfect place to go if you’re new and have questions or not sure exactly what you need or even want. I like it, good stuff. Check out the Bella Rewards Card, I’m a couple few stamps away from a cool discount. People hardcore suck these days so when you’re nice it definitely inspires loyalty.

Place is great, awesome workers and a great environment. Owner and workers are very knowledgeable and have extensive knowledge on products they do and don’t have helping you know what your looking for. Products are very top quality also and mostly hand made.

Update its been over a year since I originally rated this store and now its even better id give it 6 stars if possible the employees feel like family its a very professional store and its easily the best one in the state! They have the best customer service in Baton Rouge. I live on the opposite side of town and drive all the way over passing many shops on my way. Staff is very knowledgeable on all products sold and also always polite. All products are of high quality. I highly recommend Bella for all your smoking needs.

Fantastic customer service, better than any other smoke shop in BR. My first time there looking for a specific brand of vapes I had trouble finding elsewhere. What makes Bella Sunrise different is that Adam the owner is so knowledgeable about what they sell. He could easily explain the difference in products, so that you can buy whats right for you. Nothing pushy, just making sure the customer buys the right thing. Other shops, you get staff that doesnt know all the details about their products, or how they compare. Left with four pens, and felt really good about the purchase. Told my friends about the shop, this is where were all going from now on. Long drive but 100% worth the trip. Also worth mentioning he was masked like I was, none of the other shops I stopped by had staff wearing masks. Its a small shop, but its the one you need to go to.

Great place very knowledgeable staff. CHEAPER THAN HOTBOX!!!! On everything I could ask about was cheaper, huge collection of glass. I was very impressed. Adam was Awesome!! He knew his stuff and as a salesman was also great by not pushing me to buy the most expensive items. Just the items I was asking about. Thanks again Adam, I will be a returning customer.

Best selection. Great prices. And all local. Only place we go and there are plenty of shops closer to where we live but Id just rather go here. Always leave with something great!!! And the dude thats always working in there is just the best and so nice and knowledgeable. Makes the experience just that much better.

This is my favorite spot in the Baton Rouge area. Super chill, and helpful staff. Always smells amazing! Staff is not only extremely friendly and inviting, but also incredibly knowledgeable about all products that they sell. Amazing selection of water pipes and pipes. Though some of the prices are higher for similar sized and look at other places, the quality of dare I say pieces of art are second to none in the Baton Rouge area.

Awesome smoke shop! They have a wide variety of pipes and water pipes and other cool accessories. Though its way over priced in my opinion, their products look really high quality and the customer service is awesome. And we were given free RAW lanyards with our purchase! Will be visiting again.

Knowledgeable, and laid back. Idk about you but most times going to a new head shop I get pretty tense - what are their rules? What to say? What do you call certain things?I was greeted with smiles first off, which is always a warm welcome. Staff was well versed in the different kind of products they offered. I went in there thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but the woman working with me actually showed me a better product for almost the same price that I wasnt even aware existed.Thanks so much to you! Over the past year, I’ve been to the store 4 times. I plan a 5th return tomorrow. The service is outstanding. The quality of the product you are looking for is 1st class. Knowledge of products sold is fabulous. The price is fare and the location is under 15 min from my home.

The huge selection of pipes is actually intimidating... but in a good way. Its almost arousing.. very arousing...On a serious note, theyve got truly beautiful pipes on their shelves. I plan on coming back pretty soon since Im in town again, since it has been a little bit, but oh damnn, the amazing selection! Itll make your wonka wiggle with joy.Sorry. This place is honestly awesome! They have the largest selection of premium glass work that ive ever seen in baton rouge. They also have a lot of pieces that are locally made ! Will definitely be going back !!

Im from out of town so I wasnt sure where to go, ended up finding this place and I was very happy. They had a good collection and it was all arranged in a convenient order. Very pleased with the service Adam gave me, helped me out with a lot of annoying questions I had.

This is the worst place to buy anything from. I previously bought a vape pen for about $25 from this store and it stopped working within a week. I returned the pen back to the shop with my name and number and was told the manager would give me a call within a few days. As I patiently waited, a few days turned into a week before I started to call and try to talk with someone. After calling several times, I was told the manager was only in on certain days, didnt come in that day, or had already left. After a month and a half without a call from anyone I finally reached the manager and she said that she could not give me a refund or another pen and the only thing she suggested was that I come look at another (more expensive pen) and the most she could do was give me five freaking dollars off after I spent over twenty. In the end I did not get anywhere and ended up losing and wasting money but I WILL NOT be returning to this shop and hope that I can save someone the time and trouble of spending their money at this place

I got some cool things for a good price. Guy working there was super cool, ended up staying to talk to him for a bit. Recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint!
