The physical plant is nice and clean (no mold!). The employees were very kind and welcoming. Cicely was my massage therapist and she has magic hands. She did a wonderful job of working my knots out. I will definitely be going back to her.

Joe was amazing! I had been dealing with intense neck and shoulder stiffness after traveling to Baton Rouge last week and hadnt been able to sleep well, and I am so grateful Joe had an open slot that worked with my schedule. He was very accommodating with my fibromyalgia sensitivities and clearly has a deep knowledge of muscular anatomy. I felt so much better afterward and was finally able to get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing first massage from Michelle! She is very knowledgeable and skillful and offered great recommendations for helping to minimize injury and issues for every day living.I appreciated that soon after she started, she made the recommendation to perform targeted massage in some problem areas. She also encouraged me to drink more water and to do more stretches every day to help those targeted areas.Almost hate to give out her name because it will be harder to get an appointment. LOLYou won’t be disappointed!Where I appreciate what Massage Envy is doing with the monthly membership program, I would rather not be pressured repeatedly to sign up for the program, before and after the massage.

I finally decided to treat myself to a massage after a year from my last one. Massage Envy is reasonably priced! I was booked with Tia, and Im glad I was. One of the best, if not the best massage Ive had to date. Very smooth with her transitions, right amount of pressure, and is trained in new techniques I had not experienced before. If youre thinking about treating yourself, do it. Make sure to ask for Tia!!!

Getting massages Is looked at as a luxury, But for me, it is a necessity with all my ailments. Cicely does a wonderful job helping me through it. I always feel relaxed afterwards. She is always so nice and encouraging.

The massage itself was good. Great pressure. However at the beginning of the session I explained that i wanted to focus on my neck, shoulders and back. I had a bad tension headache and wanted to focus on those areas for some relief. He instead did a full body massage. I believe maybe 5 minutes was actually spent on my neck. I was just disappointed, especially after asking for those specific areas of focus.

I had a massage today with Joe and all I can say is wow!! I wanted a relaxing massage and usually don’t like too much pressure but I do work a physically demanding job and Joe could immediately tell exactly what areas really needed to be worked that I didn’t even know I needed! He was absolutely professional and had magic hands! It was a little more painful than I’m used to but the next day at work I felt like a completely new person! My body is working like it should and I can definitely feel a difference!! I will be going back to see Joe again soon!

My Massage Envy subscription has saved my neck and shoulders! So glad I signed up. Massage therapist Joe Cage was fantastic! Highly recommend. When I left I could move my neck and felt so much batter days later. Thank you.

Cicely was absolutely wonderful, she actually listened and took her time on the areas I was having more trouble with, even asking if it was okay to take more time to focus these areas! She was easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable!

Kim is excellent — one of my favorite masseuses at ME! She takes the time to tell me what’s going in with my body and what needs attention. I always feel better after a visit with her!

Michelle is the most incredible massage therapist that ME Longfarm has. I have held a ME membership for years, and it wasn’t until I found Michelle that I identified someone I wanted to visit again and again. At this point, I only book with her. She is caring, she listens, and she really knows her stuff! Absolutely incredible at her job!

Marci is an awesome stretch therapist! After my initial consultation, she researched the types of stretches my body needed for my condition. She is focused on me for 1 hour, she gives instruction on what I can do at home between sessions and the conversation is good too. I really look forward to my sessions with Marci. Geaux Marci!!! Love this place and LOVE the staff! I’ve been taking care of everybody else and never having any energy left over for my own self care and at a certain age, neglect has finally caught up to me! I suffer from 2 slipped discs in my neck, deep lower back pain, hip joint pain and severe fibromyalgia tender spots all over my body and pain and stiffness in my joints that have diminished my overall mobility. Yikes!! This won’t do because I still have to work and support my family! I don’t want pharmaceuticals because I have enough issues as it is and I certainly don’t need pills that might cause some new ones! This place was close and convenient and I was desperate. I went in and told them I haven’t had a massage in over 22 years and that honestly, I don’t know what kind of massage I want or need. I just need some help and relief. They suggested a 30 minute stretch with Marci (she’s amazing btw) and an hour long massage which I had with Tia (also amazing). My stretch was first and I was in so much pain and was so stiff that it was embarrassing. Marci was very patient with me and told me that she wanted an hour with me next time and she wanted me to do my massage first so I would be more limber by the time I got to her. When I got to Tia that first day, she customized my massage due to me being so tender and I made a joke to her that this is what happens when you haven’t been touched in so long! We both had a good laugh. Lol 😂 I enjoyed myself but boy! Was I sore for about 4 days after. I knew this was a good thing though. I have continued this routine once a week and got the membership after my first session because as much work as I need to get my mobility back, it just makes sense! I can see where it wouldn’t be cost effective for someone who just goes every now and then but for someone like me who considers this a type of physical therapy, it’s absolutely cost effective for me! It made me feel really good after my 3rd stretch session with Marci when she showed me where the flexibility in my leg was my first visit compared to that day and how much it had improved! I don’t have pain anymore after my sessions since that first day which is good. I’ve had a different massage therapist each time so far, so that has given me a chance to see who fits my needs best since right now my sessions have to be customized. They are all so good! Last time I had Shannon, she was different in the fact that like the others she listened to my whining and wincing, but instead of stopping in that area, she lessened the pressure slightly and talked me through it, making me breathe. She knew I was so tight and it wouldn’t do me any good if she just stopped working on that area. I sensed that she was really trying to help me in the long run even though it was painful. I had no idea I had neck muscles running up into my scalp that were so tight and tender to the touch. I just never thought about it. I didn’t know I was hurting until she applied pressure and I almost couldn’t take it, but she explained how with my neck issues, all these muscles on my scalp were connected to my neck and she needed to work on these. I WAS sore in my head after but I have not had any headaches! All that tightness may have been what was causing them! Who knew?! The conversations with everyone there has been enjoyable as well! Some people go to massage therapy as a luxury but to me, my sessions are a necessity to help me get my full range of motion back in my neck and hips. I definitely recommend this place, so far, my experiences have been so helpful!

Destiny was great. She asked before we started what my expectations/needs /desires were. She explained what she would do to incorporate my specific issues. She concentrated on my problem areas along with other techniques to help relax my shoulders and upper back. She is very knowledgeable and very strong. She was able to apply significant pressure throughout my 50 minute massage to help relax several muscle spasms. I felt free of pain and very relaxed as I left my session with her. I will definitely ask for Destiny on my return visit.

Denise is the absolute BEST to do it! I’ve been requesting Denise for a year and wouldn’t change a thing about her! Her bedside manner is NEXT TO NONE! I wholeheartedly appreciate her and her hospitality! The entire ME crew is all that and some!

I would recommend him to anyone, especially if they are experiencing muscle soreness and tension. After his sessions I had increased range of motion.

Joe was extremely knowledgable and professional. He not only worked diligently to relieve my discomfort, but provided a relaxing experience simultaneously. Ive had several massages by various masseuse over the years; however, Joe ranked as one of my top two in one session. Looking forward to future experiences.

They had us fill out a questionnaire on a tablet for our preferences. I spent time choosing the areas I preferred (and didn’t prefer). But I don’t think the massage therapist read those. We received a Basic massage with minimal pressure. More like a rub down. The face part of the table smelled bad. We got a 50 minute massage but paid for 60 minutes. I was overcharged on my credit card but they did refund that after I called twice. The ladies were nice. They offered us water after the massage. The bathroom was clean.

After nursing 28 years, I have had a lot of wear and tear on my body, as any nurse can attest to. So investing in self care with a membership to ME was an investment for damage control, stress relief, and self care. Most therapists at LongFarm are wonderful, but 2 stand out as exceptional with their knowledge of muscle anatomy, pressure points, and techniques. Yulaine, and Joe!! Both take time to listen to troublesome areas, are very professional, and cater the session to my specific needs! Both give recommendations for posture, stretching, and “home work” exercises to prevent further injuries and continue with therapeutic healing! I wish Yulaine would work some Fridays and Saturdays! Both have manic hands and are truly gifted in their calling and profession!

My 2nd massage was with Ethan, who came recommended. I wasnt impressed at all by his technique. All he did was apply pressure, no actual rubbing 😒 Maybe he was having an off day because my sister had him also and wasnt impressed either.

Tia was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend! I’m looking forward to scheduling my next appointment.

She did a great job other than, I have bulging discs in my neck which is in my file and we talked about it last time I was in. She massaged my neck pretty hard so it was hurting. Other than that she did great.

I use Massage Envy often. Normally, I don’t have any issues and get an 5 star service. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment to Get a one hour massage. My appointment started at 1 o’clock But when my massage was over and I checked my phone, it was only 1:44 PM. I understand stopping a few minutes early and don’t normally like to complain, but did feel like my time was cut way too short.

The lady Michaela who answered the phone was super nice and helpful. She was so informative and knew her stuff! She helped me pick a moisterizer that i absolutely love and feel 20 again

From my initial visit with Erika the manager, it was a top notch experience. She was friendly, inviting and knowledgeable as was my massage therapist, Tabitha. I have bad neuropathy and she was very educated on what to do for pain relief. I then went over to Laura for a peel who was extremely educated on skin care and straight forward which I appreciate I joined today and so glad I did.

Destiny is very knowledgeable in her craft. Her technique was thorough and she was very communicative, making sure I was comfortable. Will definitely book with her again!

Walked in on time for my 90 min d.t appt. The young front desk employee was pleasant to talk to. Then I waited... I could hear a lot of laughing and talking in the back. 15 minutes past my appt time she called me into the room, and asked a few question. I told the m.t that I had Essential oils on. I asked her if we could use the oil I brought and she said no. Fair enough. She started (hands on) 22 mins past my appt time and spent more time using hot towels that she once dropped on the floor, heated up, then re-used. We concluded 5 mins before the hour. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. 😒 In all fairness, I was charged the $105 introductory fee instead of the $170. I receive Chiropractic and Massage regularly, and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

1st timer at this location and it was great. Stacey was my perfect match for my deep tissue massage. I even became a member today because she was able to workout all of those sore spots. I look forward to my next appointment.

This location requires everyone wear a mask. I didn’t think it would be a big deal until time to turn over and put my face in the hole. I literally couldn’t breathe and had to hold my head up to get air. I was so dizzy when I left that I ran face first into the door. The front desk girls thought it was pretty funny.So, then I was sent a survey. I answered the survey honestly and indicated I did not want to be contacted by management. What did management do? They contacted me and told me they were following CDC guidelines for COVID. When I challenged Erica on her response, and sent a copy of CDC guidelines, she then stated that she polled her staff and that is what they wanted and not so much to do with CDC guidelines. Shannon, the massage therapist, was the only ray of light in this establishment on this day.

Joey was fantastic and did an awesome job! The girl(s) working the front desk however were horribly unprofessional and rude. Laughing and joking when I entered without even acknowledging me. Awkwardly snickered behind the counter for a solid minute before doing their job. The reason for this was apparently a prank call? Just very unprofessional and this was my first time ever going here. Very poor phone etiquette also.

I have been coming to this location pre-Covid. Everyone here is exceptional from the front office staff to the therapist!

I had somewhat of a deep tissue massage today with Makayla H. at Longfarm, best massage and very therapeutic, I have had massages at other places, and this one was more of a pain relief because that’s what I needed, but it was the best. I can’t wait to visit Makayla again. She was so in tune to my target areas and knew exactly of the trigger areas. Message Envy, please do whatever possible to never lose Makayla!!!

I have been a customer here for over 4 years. When i actually come, I love my massage sessions.

Ripped off. Wife bought me gift certificates for a massage, but when I used them they charged me nearly full rate and said if I wasn’t a member then it’s a discount from the nonmember rate. Definitely moving on to find a better establishment that doesn’t rip off their customers.

The facility is always nice and clean but this 5 stars is for Shannon. This young lady did an awesome job. Its this spot on your back below the armpit, if hit just right will rest that whole side....😂😂😂. She did an awesome job.

My massage with Michelle was great.

Before I get to the good part, there is one thing that bothered me, but there is a justification on why I still gave 5 stars. I signed up for a 60 minute massage and they do prep you that its 5 min consultation and 5 minutes post, thus 50 min actual massaging. I timed it and didnt actually get 50 minutes of massage time. My session was from 11-12, but it didnt start till 12:05ish and btwn gettig undressed , getting on the table, and the consultstion it was 12:10. the actual Massage ended at 12:50 so really it was 40 minute massage. Just an issue if you are signing up/paying for a 60 minute massage (50minute actual massage). However, my first visit is discounted so what I was charged made that seem fair. If it was full price, it would of been displeasing.The good part, if you want a real deep tissue massage, this place has the proper staff for it! Their membership is actually a really good deal too. Facility is clean and the staff is friendly and professional.Besides them fixing the minor issue mentioned above by being more aware of the time spent with the client, I will definitely be returning!
