This has got to be the best shop I have been to anywhere around the Tri-Cities hands down. The customer service is amazing. Any time I have an issue with something, I take it in there and they have no problem taking the time to show me what to do. They carry some of the best equipment and juice. All of the gear is authentic and all of their juice is made in the USA and very tasty! Their prices are very fair also. I will continue to go to this shop for sure. :)

If you just started vaping or have been vaping for awhile, you really should check this store out. Super friendly, Super helpful, the store is always clean and the owners are down to earth souls that always greet you with a smile. Prices are good and they sell a little bit of everything. This is my go to place for my Green Apple vape juice.

They are the best vape shop that i have been to since i started vaping over 10 years ago. I moved to NE Michigan 6 years ago and found them and they actually listen to the customers and help smokers kick cigarettes and switch to vaping by trying different levels of Nic. Vape juice, i would trust them with all my business and qould recommend them to anyone who wants to kick the cigarette habit and try vaping.

Seemed like the guy was just trying to push product out the door. telling me things about a product I stated I didnt want. not many choices of vape juices or devices. or info on whats good for what coils. over all felt in the dark about any questions Ive asked. said there were good reviews for a device that I already researched and that had many know issues.

I like the shop. And the juice is good. Im 20 and I just moved to Michigan so I had to request a new drivers license. So when the secretary of state gave me a temporary Id it didnt have a photo of me on it. When I went into the shop some old lady helped me pick out alot of nice things and good juice and as she was checking me out she asked for my Id. So I gave it to her and told her why I had one without a photo and that I was 20 and on the bottom was a secretary of state signature that it was a valid ID and she read it and said that she has seen people fake this type of Id all the time so she asked me to leave. A few months later I go in with my girlfriend for juice and she acted is if she never saw me before. She didnt ID either of us. Good shop tho

The owner is a delightful individual. She takes great care when asking about your vape preferences, and does a fantastic job helping you choose whats right for you!

Very knowledgeable staff member the morning I went in before a delayed start at work. I had looked into sub ohm vaping to help me continue staying to my New Years resolution of no cigs but found my head reeling from all the info online. He was able to explain it all quickly and easily that all the pieces I picked up finally came together to make sense. Very pleased with his recommendation on the IPV D2 and the Aspire Cleito tank as a more advanced starting setup to vaping. Coil prices are excellent when you consider most online shops would charge shipping for just a 5 pack replacement. Keep up the awesome work!

Great place Ive been going there for years now usually once a week. Liquid is priced high but its the best quality in the city and I can not argue with that. Best products around👍

My first visit here. Nick was very informative, I asked a lot of questions and he took his time with me. I didnt feel rushed at all. He explained everything to me. By the way Nick...the cowboy was the right one! Thank You for your patience!!

Havent tried my juice yet but the customer service alone is worth a 5 star. Even asked me what type of mod I had to get the right vape juice for my mod. Instead assuming what I had.

Wow the young man at the counter made sure you knew all the ups and downs of anything that you wanted to buy there they definitely want to make sure that you are happy when you leave and will give you any information that you seek about any of their products the store was very clean product was well faced and as I said the customer service is exceptional

This place is one of the better businesses that Ive ever been to. The owner cares, and has great products! They also come recommended by other shops. Worth your time.

Edit I ended up going back 2 months later because one of my screws in my RDA stripped out after 2 uses and the guy at the counter was very unhelpful did not try anything to go out of his way to help me at all. There for I will never be back.

High end authentic only, kind of made me feel like I wasnt worth their time because I could not afford their products, but still smart people and good price for what they have.

Annie has a wonderful personality that keeps us coming back. She will really help inform you and help you find what you need.
