I absolutely love this place! The prices are better than WILD BILLS, the service is so personal I love it! Customer service is just so awesome there. They have very nice mods and a nice selection of juices, both popular and you always can find something new there as well! I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Competitive prices with a great selection of e cigarettes and other items. Very fast service and they take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. Great easy access location.

Its an okay place. Pretty much a lack of other places to go to. They always have younger guys working, and they seem rather marketed towards teens/young adults. Not always the best atmosphere, and some of their prices are a lot higher than others. And lets be honest, the juice they sell is junk. However all the vape shops in the area sell junk juice.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent service, great selection of vape hardware. At other stores Id go in to buy a coil and theyd be sold out...that NEVER happens in Vape Ape. They dont have as massive of a selection of the fluid like other chain stores but the ones the do carry you can gaurentee are of the highest quality and best flavor. These guys really know theyre stuff.

Great place to get your juice and vaping items. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They dont push products on you to make a sell like Wild Bills. I enjoy going in there every time and dont feel like they are just trying to push a product on me. They give thier opinion on certain items and make recommendations but in the end they are glad to help you with what ever you decide. They also take the time to get to know thier patrons and make it more like going to see an old friend then just a business to make money. Ill never go to another shop unless Im not near one of thier locations and its an emergency.

Extremely friendly staff that are spot on with their flavor suggestions when Ive come in looking to try some new or a taste Ive been craving. Very pleased with the glass drip tip I got there for my Saucecode tank and cant forget you can sample practically every flavor they have available, which is INCREDIBLE. Im new to vaping and it blew my mind all the tanks they have on the wall with flavors just ready for you to toss on your mod and try out. Plus the rewards program for purchases is pretty dope. Thanks!

Don’t always like how the one employee is always playing pool and such when customers are looking at products or want to buy something. However the bearded gentlemen is a different story. Great guy, with a good attitude and is always very helpful 10/10 for him.

I have been going to Vaped Ape since they opened. The customer service is more than outstanding. The knowledge the staff has is next to none. When you shop at this store you feel as though you are number 1 and on top of that, you feel like a true friend. The prices are outragously low compared to other B&M shops and the selection is near perfection. Their in house juice is above most others and a very wide selection that you can sample for yourself using the Atlantis V2 (i believe). A rewards program being offered, low prices and great customer relations is what makes Vaped Ape stand out from the rest. They have authentic gear at online prices unlike other local B&M that almost double the price and try to justify the cost by saying youre paying for convience. I rate this store a 10/10 hands down. Perhaps the best shop in MI.

Friendly and helpful staff. They had pre-charged batteries on the off chance, like me, you leave home without putting in fresh batteries. Vape Ape will be my go-to vape shop whenever Im in Bay City.

I stopped smoking jan 2nd. 2018 starred vaping on on jan 2 at 3 grams of nicotine an by Jan20th i stopped vaping . had not had a cig since jan2 an i have no craving for one. Seemed like a really nice place and the people were friendly. Liquid prices seemed a bit high compared to what Im used to but they may be normal for the area.

Low quality juice very pricy in every aspect. Would not recommend, save yourself some time and money and just go to wild bills like everyone else
