The Euclid Wild Bills is hands down the best Wild Bills/ vape store I have ever visited! The crew working there is nothing short of exceptional – they are professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their expertise and dedication to customer service are evident from the moment you walk through the door. Very bad customer service I was trying to return a battery that broke after a few day of use and they said I could when I called and asked they told me I just need the receipt. So I went back up there a few days later and they try to tell me because i used it I can’t return it. That’s not an acceptable, you should not sell products that break after a day of normal use.

I used to work for Wild Bills and Id like to say since I left I think corporate has made a lot of good changes. Store was really clean, pieces were extremely organized, and the associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. Specifically I believe Zack was his name he seemed to know what he was talking about and was very professional. You got a satisfied customer here thanks guys!

Went in to get a new bowl piece for my bong and met Zach, he was more then pleased to help me, on top of being super knowledgeable abut everything i asked about he was super polite and friendly as well as punctual: its been a long time sense i felt like a worker wasnt rushing when i had questions and needed help, recommend this location to anyone especially if Zach is working!

I know it’s hard to find good employees these days but come on guys! Who ever works there with hideous tattoos all over the place and a terrible black beard is about as much of a tool as possible, if you look up tool his photo is right there. It never works good to have employees that have no power or authority anywhere else in their lives so they make sure to exert it at work and try to force people to have to listen to them because in their everyday lives no one’s cares to listen to them or even glance their direction so they feel the need to try to be powerful at work as if you guys are the only place to buy those kinds of things. Vet your employees better and try to find quality respectable looking workers unlike the tattooed up hairy fella! I ended up just going right around the corner and paying less and finding what I needed and let everyone know about Mr. Tool. Look how many recent 1 star reviews you guys have, clearly you need to train your employees a lot better, I’m not a kid, I’m 35 years old and can’t tell you how many people I’ve heard talk badly about your Euclid location.

Wish I could rate no stars. The 40 year midlife crisis wast of a paycheck with backstreetboys hair no gages in his 4 long gross displaced earlobes just stood in front of everything I was trying to look at. He acted offput when I said excuse me and treated the guy inline infront of me with the same hostile attitude. Honestly just uncomfortable through the whole thing

Wednesdays are the best. 20% off most things. Good Friendly service. The only thing I do not like is. When you go in to look at some stuff. Theyre on you immediately. Makes me feel almost like Im being rushed. I wish they would wait till you ask for help. Otherwise Im a big fan.

These guys are complete frauds and crooks! I asked if they had any decent battery for carts, I told the manager I was having a problem with them breaking after a very short time, He recommended a new product ,a battery that had a plug In Charger and told me they warranty the product for 14 days, so I bought one took it home and had problems right off the bat with battery, it would not charge right or work properly, I took the product back and he tried to tell me that he could get a very small hit of smoke off battery, and that was too bad and to have a nice day. I asked why he wouldnt warranty product, he said its not his problem and that I couldnt exchange my battery for one that works! This guy aint going to get far treating his customers like this! I dont recommend this place unless u want to get robbed!

Don’t buy from them if it’s bad they will not refund you. No customer service at all. They sell bad products and they know they are bad and will do nothing. They have 3 for $10 mr vapor strawberry ice. They know they are burned out and they are selling them anyways!!!! Even one of the workers said they were bad after I purchased them and they would still not refund me!!!! This place is a joke! Don’t waste your money!!!

Closest to my house but despite me asking for it, they havent gotten my strength of salt nic in for over 6 weeks. Youd think after asking weekly that theyd get it in. Staff changes a lot but havent had issues at this store.

Went and bought three packs of cigarettes, got in the vehicle realized they were the wrong kind. Went back in and they would not take the cigarettes back and give me the right kind. I understand they don’t have to but never before has a place not just switched out the wrong kind with the right kind before. They said they could be tampered with in the five seconds I left the store and obviously they weren’t even unsealed! I recommend going somewhere that treats their customers with honesty and respect.

Excellent place and excellent selection. The guys are great too! I was so happy when I heard they were opening one closer to home. It’s really the only place I go now. Some of the cheaper glass they have is imported cheap stuff that doesn’t last long if used daily. It’s to be expected when you’re buying a bowl for $10-$15 though. Other than that they’re doing a great job.

I shopped at wild bills on Black Friday and they had wonderful deals! The employee Evan was so helpful while I was trying to pick out which glass piece I wanted. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and gave his honest opinion. I would recommend to a friend!!

This is the best place for almost anything if you smoke tobacco wise or marijuana. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Wednesdays are wildbill Wednesday and you get the best deals. I use Mr Vapor flex and they have the best selection of flavors and lowest prices period.

Been here twice and this place absolutely slaps. Workers here are fantastic and knowledgeable. Also patient because I’m a very picky person when it comes to flavors. One of my favorite locations for sure. :)

A pretty store. Extensive LED lighting highlights glass shelving filled with clear and colorful glassware, bright, bold packaging--an ocular orgasm with every entry into this visual paradise. Personal service is outstanding. Anything less than five stars is due to their vendors or manufacturers decisions, not the store.

Through out the summer my neighbor would have fires at nite. I was invited and greeted with a cigar each time. Of course I would bring a preroll to boot. So only fair I got some macanudo cigars to share with them. I heat up my porch and we hang out, fun times had by all..

The Euclid location is a good place to go. Guys are knowledgeable and help you find what your looking for. These guys rock compared to the Wilder Rd. location. The manager at Wilder Rd is a douch who pushes anything at you just to get you spending money and out the door with something you really didnt want. And gets an additude when you ask questions about any products! But the guys at the Euclid location are patient with you and ask you questions about your preference and help you make a good purchase.

This store looks nice inside and the staff seems helpful. They have a large selection of glass pipes, vape, pipe tobacco and CBD. Unfortunately, I went there for cigars. They have a huge mold problem in their humidor. Do not go here for cigars.

This is a great store for you tobacco needs. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful for all of your needs. They carry many forms of CBD for those that benefit from it. I highly suggest the CBD peach rings. Everyone here is friendly and its hard not to hang around and chat.
