Relax Massage

Overall experience was painful and uncomfortable-The Guy was very rough massaging my back. It was painful and I told him several times he was hurting me and he laughed till i told him to stop.I asked for a 40 minute massage at the beginning and got a less than 30 minute massage, they argued with me saying it was a 40 minute massage when it wasn’t. Will not be returning!

The store is so clean, quiet and spacious. Staff are nice and polite and Lucy is my favorite masseuse. She is an experienced massage therapist and Ive been her client for years. I always felt so relaxed and comfortable after the massage therapy. My favorite is the body massage as I always have neck and back pain. They do offer foot, and back massages too and price is very reasonable. You can either make a phone call for an appointment or just walk in.

This is a very knowledgeable and very professional Business. The manager is a great and very Professional Massage Therapist I have ever used. You tell her of all your ailments and with her years of experience and knowledge will take care of your issues.

Im a cyclist and I ride my bike a lot. Once I walked into the mall and had a short 60 minute body massage. Thank you Lucy for the relief of my back, thighs and calves. Ill be back again, she Very good, I will ask her to give me a 90-minute call next time

This is a very nice studio, much nicer than I expected! I was hesitant to enter at first, because it is inside of a mall, and there might seem to be a language barrier, but the masseuse there is actually the best that I have had, possibly in my entire life. And I get allot of massages!To add to it, the prices are very good, at $50 for a one hour massage, it cant be beat!

I wanted 20min for me and my husband, but they lady made me get the 30min. while at the register she told me how much i should tipI was so annoyed I walked out paying $90 never again. So unprofessional

I wouldn’t recommend chair massage. His hand is too heavy i have headache after. Also his hand have a strong smell of cigarette. Waste of money and even ask for a tip that he don’t deserve. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The First time I went there it was Wonderful. I had a Woman Massuse I went Last night and a Man gave me a Massage and I had to tell him that his hands didnt belong there. He was trying to put his hands where they didnt belong. He tried several times to get to offlimits places.. This made me feel Very Uncomfortable and then he acted like it wasnt a big deal. I will Never Go Back Again to this place. I was in Parkdale Mall Location ..

The people who work here arent licensed to perform massage therapy in the state of Texas. You are only allowed to perform reflexology without a massage therapy license because reflexology isnt massage. They should not be doing full body work on the public.After receiving a response from the owner i must add... I have been in this establishment. There are no licenses displayed as required by TDLR. No license numbers displayed on advertisments or flyers. Only that there is a certified not licensed by the state of texas massage therapist on site. So... be careful using any so called massage therapist here.

My Boyfriend went in for a massage we went to pay befor he received it and the lady didn’t want to give him his change back , she kept saying Tip Tip and pointing to the Tip jar .... 🤬🤬 He told her let me get the massage first then I might Tip .... Seriously 😒 will not be going back bad Buisness

Mediocre Massage at best. My girlfriends back still hurts 3 days later. They made her pain worse not better. Would not recommend.
