My visit with Sara was exactly what I needed! She listened to my concerns then developed a plan to help my spasmed muscles to relax. I left with greater range of motion and out of pain. She was excellent!Note: she was not a deep tissue massage therapist but was able to effect change within her capability and recommended an upgrade to enhance her ability.

I would highly recommend. This was my first time to have a professional facial, and I do mean professional. Emma made me feel very comfortable and was very informative to all my questions. And the facial felt absolutely wonderful 😊I had it yesterday and today my face still has a fresh beautiful glow. Thank you Emma!

I had a great massage with Myla. She did a great job working on problem areas and the foot scrub was a nice bonus.On an general note, the women’s restroom fan needs to be fixed. It sounds like an airplane is trying to take off when the fan is running.

Sea was amazing! I love being able to get massages with her. Not only is she a great masseuse but she is lovely to chat with. I only get massages from Sea now and I cant imagine going back to anyone else.

My experience with Melika was fabulous. My first time trying stretch and rapid therapy, I wasnt sure what to expect. She was very informative and sweet, stretches felt amazing. Definitely something I would recommend and will go back for myself!The cedar hills location staff was great to work with.

Mallika was amazing! I’ve never been in for a stretch and rapid relief session before. When my regular massage therapist (Charlene, also amazing) what going to be gone for awhile, the front desk scheduled me for the stretch session instead. I will now be incorporating that into my regular visit routine going forward. Highly recommend.

Robert is an intuitive massage therapist who helps me through shiatsu massage. My knots are melted and I have much more movement throughout my body. Bonus, I don’t get the toxin dump like I do with a traditional massage. I highly recommend him!

Rachel was fun, and the facial was great! Massage portion was great, which is important to me since I get the treatments for relaxation and have had some very poor experiences with previous aestheticians at ME.

Had been awhile since I’ve had a massage, had some credits accrued so went big for a little afternoon of self care—adding an infrared light bed treatment & a facial. Came out so revitalized! Due to a GPS snafu, I arrived 20min late, but they got me in for whatever time I had left. In a 40minute session, Sea’s skill was evident right away. Couldn’t believe how she completely rebalanced my body in such a short time, with gentle focused manipulations & pressure points. I had pulled a muscle in my back—gone! Thank you, Sea! Infrared was a new treat. And my facial esthetician, Mia, brought a glow back to my complexion as icing on the cake. Thx ME for a re-set afternoon!

Love Rachel- gotten my customized facials with her and she never tries to upsell me when I ask for a specific product-she shows me the product I’m looking for and mildly suggests what would work with said product which I appreciate. She’s easygoing and talks when I want to talk and relaxes me when I want to have quiet time. Love her!

Great customer service, clean facility. Alyssa, one of the managers there, is always very helpful and supportive. Will keep going back.I use the Red Light Service, Amazing. Helps decreasing inflammation and helps to shorten injury time. I have some injuries and the red light definitely has helped me feel better.

Rachel is amazing and provided me with excellent product recommendations! It was so relaxing I fell asleep, which is ridiculously hard to do as a parent. The redness in my nose is completely gone as well as my mini breakout. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a target area session, and in just 30 minutes, she made it feel a lot better. They gave me a great first-time deal, but I would recommend a membership for anyone who want consistent treatment.

For years I haven’t found anyone who can work through the solid wall of knots and tension……..then I met Sara! She asks questions about what I need and actually listens! . It was a wonderful experience! I got my first ever shiatsu style massage with Robert and it was amazing. I’ve had lots of massages at different places but this one really sold me on coming back to Massage Envy to see Robert again! I walked in as a sore mom with random back and shoulder and neck aches. I walked out light and really relieved. Robert has healing hands. It truly was amazing. The staff here is friendly and professional.

Sea has great energy! I was relaxed immediately. Her cranio/sacral method is so healing after experiencing trauma. She is friendly and open. She is attentive to whether her clients need a change in pressure and finds all the right places to treat, like an expert. She is very experienced and it shows.

Mallika was great! Wish she were available again before I fly back home!

Bret was amazing for deep tissue. I have a lot of injuries and need someone who’s a great deep tissue therapist and never disappoints!! One of the best I’ve had over the years!

Tien always addressed the special needs I have at the time. I had knee surgery and she really worked the IT band, and addressed tightness in leg I didnt even realize were a problem. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Great at deep tissue on my back as well. Doesnt only do the trigger points but the whole back. I do 90 minutes, but always wish it was more!

The front desk gal and check in process were both great! My massage with Charlene was okay. I liked some of her alternative/eastern techniques but it felt a little herky-jerky. No long smooth strokes - lots of pushing and rocking - and part of the massage was through a towel. I thought that was odd, like she didn’t want to touch me? I could tell she was passionate about what she does but ultimately, I decided to go with with a different therapist for my next massage.

Had a very relaxing facial by Rachel who was very professional by asking questions to determine what type of facial was best & make sure I was comfortable.

This is the best location in Oregon Ive been to. The therapist for my stretch appointment, Leah, was very good and I left feeling very relaxed. The receptionist was kind enough to book me appointments for future massages, and I was happy to hear there is a deep tissue therapist at this location. Ive had bad experiences with multiple cancellations at the Sherwood location and lack of good therapists at the Salem location. I would recommend Cedar Hills over either of those locations for sure.

I just had a wonderful massage with Alex! She has the capacity to work all your knots and tension out and leave you feeling super relaxed all at the same time! Great technique!

Bret and Robert are incredible. I always book them!I appreciate Brets ability to adjust pressure as needed and always makes me feel better with his therapeutic methods and firm pressure.Robert is excellent at his shiatsu style massage. Combining massage and the tissue massage gun, hes helped me gain some much needed mobility.

My review starts when I walk in the door. I am greeted by the front desk staff, normally Kailee and Allegra. They always greet me by name and have delightful attitudes. When I check out they always make sure to say something witty which makes me crack up!I also wanted to mention that I got a facial from Tristyn when my massage was cancelled, and even though it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted I did enjoy the service. I also appreciated that they were able to find me something the same day. All in all, the Cedar Hills Massage Envy is a wonderful place and I always feel welcome and the services are 10/10 (always).

Love Myla, Tien and Sea’s uniquely wonderful massage techniques. They’re all good at finding just the right spot on my shoulder blade and working through it. The fact that Myla did reflexology in a former role comes through in her amazing foot massages. Tian applies firm point pressure with her hands (not elbows) and remembers exactly what I like on every part of my body. Sea employs a shiatsu-like style of point pressure which I find sublime.

Mallika is great! She is very knowledgeable and also positive and pleasant as she provides stretching and RTR.

Alex just always does an amazing job. She is truly gifted.

Mia was wonderful! This was my first facial EVER and she did such a great job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I appreciated that she didn’t try to do too much or push more intensive products since I was a first timer and my skin can be sensitive. Mia was enjoyable to talk to and I will definitely be going back!

All of the therapists have quit. The management is failing.I was tresspassed by the police for replying to a front desk employee when she asked if I had heard about the legal alligations. (The general manager walked in between her asking me and me replying after meeting the manager.) Apparently they dont allow it to even be spoken of by a customer. Guilty conscience.I already put a full description into the online portal and received a canned response. I am going to talk to my friends at #0001, they have a good relationship with corporate and know my character. I lived in Scottsdale for a bit recently.

Myla was fantastic. Not only did she do a good job with the massage but she was informative about what was causing my issues and even gave me some stretches to help alleviate the problems.

Wonderful facial! I was so relaxed and pleased to be helped by Tristyn. She did excellent with my needs for my specific skin type (dry, red) and the massage portion was so very relaxing (also with nice pressure on my shoulder muscles). When the last moisturizer was being applied, it felt like butterly wings, she was so gentle. I recommend the 90 min with Tristyn.

I had the best, first-time, Shiatsu massage experience with Robert. He was able to work on some areas and release points that had been troublesome for awhile. Def recommend him. The front desk staff was also very pleasant and accommodating.

Tien works with speed and efficiency that i really appreciate. She is wonderful!

Its decent. I was told my masseuse canceled as she was under the weather. And was assigned another person, they were good, but seemed to be in a hurry. Massage was not more than 45 mins and I felt super rushed towards the end. The guys was not bad, but he seemed sick and kept coughing, and had not cut his fingernails. Had a very mixed experience, coz the front desk people were nice and welcoming, but the massage experience was not the best

I went to Mia for my first ever facial and she was so kind and explained everything she was going along the way. She made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Thank you Mia!!

Tien is an excellent massage therapist! She has a good knowledge of how to soothe muscle tension in the lower back. And she is wonderful with deep-tissue massage.

Very disappointing experience with this location.I booked with an experienced therapist and learned once my appointment was already in session that they switched me to someone else and changed it to a 90-minute session (I booked a 60-minute). Yikes! Accident or not, this is unprofessional and places burden on the customer for the business’s mistake.I chalked it up to human error and called to at least request for 30min back as a credit. This was denied and the clinic claimed they could do nothing else to make it right unless I signed up for another appointment or service first. Ridiculous!Massage Envy tends to have therapists that are all across the board in experience. My massage was average at best today (which is why I was particular about an experienced therapist!) Would not recommend this location or Massage Envy. Have been going for years and quality is really up and down - they could at least balance that with good customer service. Strongly do not recommend.

I come to this location to see Robert, who does shiatsu. Hes amazing and has great knowledge of anatomy. I always leave my sessions feeling amazing and relaxed.

No one here can do deep tissue besides Alex. It is tough to book with her though since she is popular. Every other massage therapist that claims that they can do deep tissue there—cannot. I spent and wasted thousands there. Cancelled my membership and would never go back.

Sarah is the most amazing stretch provider. She really helped with my range of motion. I was in a car accident recently. She really took the time to listen to what was really bothering meI will be back again!

My massage therapist was wonderful. He used a good amount of extra pressure when needed and checked in several times to be sure the pressure was okay. I would definitely choose Breton again.

Sarah does a great job of stretching out my cramped, tight strung muscles.. She is very knowledgeable in how the muscle systems of the human body work and function together.. I am over and above pleased with Massage Envy and the staff there..

Been coming to Massage envy for a while and Robert is simply the best. I had a severe ankle injury earlier this year and he’s been using shiatsu methods and it has been instrumental in my healing process.

My husband and I were members of Massage Envy in Colorado for years and never had any problems or complaints. When we moved to Portland, we transferred our membership. The Portland area locations are terribly run. Their staff are always new and making mistakes on your account. It took me half an hour to check out at my last visit. The Broadway location (same franchise owner) raised their rates twice without warning to subscribers, and in December 2022 they ran a gift card promotion up until the day they abruptly went out of business. Rather than notifying everyone immediately that they had closed, they began cancelling appointments without explanation. Not until two weeks later did they send out an email saying they had closed the location permanently. They charged my membership the day they stopped providing massages at my primary location. When I asked for a refund of the gift cards, as the other locations are too far away for the intended recipient, I was told it was impossible. Unbelievable. Buyer beware at any of the Portland-area locations owned/run by this team!

Amazing therapist Myla. I’m not gonna lie she can heal my body in 11/2 hours where as everyone else is 2 hours. It’s not that she’s faster, it’s that her knowledge of the craft allows her to go straight to the problem. I love her massage.

The Cedar Hills location is terrible!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership for a very long time and they will not process the cancellation form. I was signed up by someone as a gift originally, but I don’t use the membership and live nowhere near the office location, but they will not cancel the membership. I sent cancellation forms in yet again a month ago and they still have not sent me a letter acknowledging receipt of it and confirming cancellation as it is stated they will do on the form and my membership on their website still shows active. What angers me the most is while they refuse to cancel the membership, if you don’t pay your membership fee they start sending letters from a collections agency. This place is nothing but a bunch of thieves!!!

Myla was fantastic. I was having some issues with my neck and it was giving me such a bad headache. After an hour and a half appointment with her, I am 95% better than the next day, theres an unbelievable difference. Shes extremely knowledgeable and very very effective.

Myla, was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the pain I was having on the right side of my body. She explained that because of being a side sleeper that by releasing the tension in the front of my chest and neck would stop the burning sensation in my upper shoulder back and neck. When I walked out of my session I had relaxed and I am still free of the burning sensation 🙏 big thank you to Myla! 😊

Ron is a very good listener. He addressed the areas I specified that were causing me discomfort. Ron also has a great deal of knowledge on referred pain and anatomy in general. He is great at finding the problem areas without even having to point them out.

I have been a member for years and Cedar Hills is by far the worst ME location. I have so many credits to be used but almost every time I book an appointment I get a call they have to cancel because the therapist quit. Today after confirming my appointment yesterday, I drove all the way there, waited for my appt and the young lady at the front desk informs me the therapist is not coming in. I felt so sorry for this young lady because it’s not her fault, yet she has to call everyone booked with this therapist today. There is no manager to be found, apparently they moved to another state and is managing remotely. Because this is a chronic problem I requested to cancel my membership a few months ago but was told I had to use all of my earned credits (which is around 10 massages) in 60 days or I would forfeit all the money I paid in. How am I supposed to do that when I can’t get an appointment because they are booked out until September??? They told me they would reduce my fee down to $20 a month, but I would no longer accrue credits. So let me get this straight, ME won’t reimburse my money, instead charge me more so I can book massages that are chronically cancelled? They are still stealing money from me. I have paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for massage units that I am unable to use and they refuse to reimburse me. I think it’s time for a class action lawsuit. This is fraud.

Always a positive experience - from front desk to massage

I should have read the reviews before signing up. I transferred the membership from Tucson to portland and the monthly charge went up by $10 without any explanation. The transfer from I signed does not have any mention of increase in fee. 1 hour massage is not 1 hour - it is actually about 50 minutes. Also it is impossible to make appointments. So I end up paying for monthly charge and cannot get into get massages.

I highly covet the time I get to go to Massage Envy. My therapist, Myla, always takes the time and care to help pinpoint what is most needed and rectify the problem. She always brings helpful tips to take with me in my daily routine.

Absolutely great massage by Ron! I’m really not liking that I pay for my membership every month and can never get scheduled in the same month…. It’s upsetting more so that I drive 45 minutes to this location since the Hillsboro one closed down. I love ME, and have been a member for 6 years…. But I think I need to find somewhere else to put my money. They never have openings and I just can’t go months to use up my massages. I’ve accrued so many just because I can’t get scheduled…. What am I even paying for? Ugh.

If you want to give your money away then go here. You can’t book a massage any earlier than 3 months from now despite having to pay monthly for services that aren’t even available. They never answer or return your calls and the staff is extremely unprofessional. The expertise is varied so sometimes you might get someone who’s good at the service they provide or they have no idea what they’re doing. Last time I was there they didn’t have any music in the background and didn’t even offer a bottle of water afterward. The front desk staff are extremely rude. I have 5 hrs built up for massage and I can’t even use it so I told them to just use it for whatever service they can provide like a facial. Then I’ll be cancelling my membership. I don’t even feel relaxed when I go I just feel more stressed.

Been a member here for years. Love the variety of therapists, and you cant beat the rate. HUGE shout out to Leah. Shes been such a helpful front desk genius. She made sorting out some complications super easy. Very patient, efficient on the computer and all with a great smile.

When my girlfriend told me she bought a subscription to Massage Envy I thought it was a worthy investment. She walks a lot at work and really requires a good massage weekly. She looked forward to her first session but was completely disappointed. She has dealt with unprofessional and rude customer service agents, has had her appointments cancelled several times, has been given misinformation, arrived for her appointment but learned her therapist was gone for the day, called to confirm appointment, arrived early for said appointment only to have the receptionist rudely speak to her while informing her that she was mistaken and that she missed her scheduled appointment the day before. To add more insult to injury, my girlfriend was told she had to pay for her missed visit. When she has been fortunate to get a massage or facial, its very subpar. There is no professionalism or organization and speaking to management does nothing. Having a massage is supposed to relieve you of stress. My girl is more stressed after her ordeals on her scheduled days for massage. Save yourself the hassle, the money and the disappointment. Go somewhere else.

Honestly Im very dissatisfied with this establishment, Ive been a long standing customer for this company for the past 6 years, and have payed my subscription her every month. However when i made an appointment for today no questions or comments about my account, only to be told by the employees when I drive all the way there that I can not use my already payed for credits becouse for some reason my last payment didnt process, and I would have to pay that before I could used my already payed for credit so that I could relieve my back pain today. This is absolutely mind-boggling the way i was treated, as if i was a first time customer and had trouble with paying my payments on time, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, unacceptable way to treat someone whos a paying customer and who didnt even receive any phone calls about this matter previously to this day, my membership will be canceled with this place immediately, I will not be treated this way. . I had plenty of prepaid credits to use that they could have just let me have the massage instead of inconvieniencing everyone involved, but instead they got stingy and didnt allow me to use them, i honestly want my money back , this is rediculouse.. DO NOT RECOMENT THIS massage place UNLESS YOU READ EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO, AND ACCEPT ALL THE RANDOME POLOCY CHANGES

Months ago I scheduled a massage for earlier this month (they were so booked out) the day before they had to cancel it and reschedule, not a problem and they happen to be able to the same weekend. Then the morning of that massage I get a call that its needing to be cancelled for whatever reason, being pretty upset I didnt bother rescheduling. Then a few days later I decided to call back and try for a third time, scheduled one for 3 weeks out, just now received a call they have to cancel that one as well. All of these were scheduled with 3 different therapists which makes it even more frustrating. Not any real explanation or even trying to make it work some other way.

I had a wonderful experience here and signed up to frequently come in for appointments.

Considering a subscription/membership? Just dont! Ive had 2 appointment cancelled on me this month. And... theyre so booked up that you cant get in until August. (Its may 23rd today.) Theyll bill you monthly for a service that you cant touch. And once they have your money - they will not give it back.

Therapeutic Massage for pain after a car crash for 40s female. Ive been going to them for several years, and while I really appreciate it, I can understand why it might not be for everyone. I do think it works best if you dont plan on this being a one time deal. My reason is I dont think you will find your compatible therapist in one visit. It took me 3-4 visits before I found the one that fits me best. We have a relationship, she has gotten to know my problem areas, and knows how hard or soft to be with me. I think its a miracle when you get someone your first time and its perfect. I have fond memories of a place in London for providing a miracle while I was on vacation!The location is convenient and parking is plentiful. The facility may feel slightly more clinical than spa like, but I dont think that is a bad thing. I appreciate the clean, fresh, and professional atmosphere. I trust this vibe over someone trying to reproduce a spiritual or romantic vibe and it turns out creepy. There is no creepy vibe here.Because I do prefer a particular therapist, I understand I have to book weeks ahead to make sure I get her for the time slots I prefer. Plan ahead, it works!If I could change one thing, it would be to relocate the military recruiting office thats next door.

My first appointment here was great, so great that I decided to sign up for a monthly subscription. Joy was my massage therapist and I would give just her 5 stars. They encourage you to schedule out for a year so you have better odds of getting the person you want. My first appointment was a gift but they charged me for it anyway. I chose not to make an issue out of it. My second appointment was great. I would love to tell you about my third and fourth appointment but I didn’t have them. I did not get a reminder call for either appointment even though it had been 4 months since I made the appointments. After the second no call, I asked why this keeps happening and the “customer service” agent April informed me that she called me the day before. I had ZERO missed calls and ZERO voicemail messages from this place. This is what they said the month before, basically calling me a liar or someone who likes to throw money out the window for appointments they won’t show up to. I asked April if she in fact was calling me a liar and she put me on hold. She comes back to inform me the manager is busy and I tell her that I would just like to cancel my membership. Upon hearing this, she hangs up on me. I called back to repeat my request to cancel my membership and still have not heard from any “management” person. Save your money and don’t subscribe to this joke of a business.

The people are great, but I bought a year membership only to find that theyre booking 6 weeks out. You can use credits for planned special occasions, but you dont plan tension or soreness and cant go in because you really need a massage NOW!

Christa, rescued me without any issues, and was so helpful. She offered to schedule me out a bit so I could draw down on the 14 credits I have hanging. Thank you!

Holy Cow! Ive visited many branches of Massage Envy in the past few years and the Cedar Hills Massage Envy is my favorite by FAR. The therapists are professional and amazing. The office staff is so nice and accommodating. I couldnt be happier. They are always looking out for the customer and it shows in everything they do. I love this Massage Envy. I also wanted to mention that I was a member here during my last pregnancy and they were everything I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Might as well just flush your money if you’re looking to get rid of it for nothing. Every month they deduct money for services that just aren’t available. I haven’t been able to get a massage in months but I still get to pay for them. I have so many credits built up and canceling will make me lose them all. Signing up with ME is a big mistake.

You pay membership fees every month automatically from your checking account yet there is little to no availability to get an appointment thats not 2 months out. Massage therapists are inconsistent in quality/expertise. Inot worth ut. Find a place and therapist you like and spend your money there.

I booked myself a 90 minute massage and had been looking forward to it all day. Unfortunately, it ended up being the worst massage Ive ever had. He spent 45 minutes on ONE SPOT. I was face down for over an hour. He never even touched my lower half. I was visibly anxious and in pain. He even acknowledged my discomfort, but continued on saying he was almost there. He also made moaning sounds the entire time and chatted on about his interests outside of massage. The next day the spot he worked on for 45 minutes was sooooooooooo sore. I could barely move it.

My wife and I came here for Valentines day a couple years ago. Although the price was very good, my wifes masseuse ended up treating the session as more of a sports medicine tutorial. He subjected her to various stretches and muscle manipulations when she just wanted to relax and enjoy a massage. My massage was okay, but was nothing memorable. The front desk woman was very persistent about ensuring we include a gratuity.

Poor service. Long time club member unable to get a massage appointment at least two months out. Used to find this company good pre COVID. But the worst part is they kept charging monthly fees even though they were closed by mandate due to COVID-19. The company closed 3 locations on the westside and now they are overbooked. Unfortunately while I had sympathy initially due to the shutdown and staff shortage my goodwill has evaporated.

But front desk is too pushy trying to sell addons products to meet their sales quota & not providing proper info to customers on account balances.Repeat - Do not buy the prepaid service for 6 months at $60.The front desk(used car sales) will try to confuse you as to how many massages you have left. Just pay as you go. Very unsatisfied with the front desk service.

I really like my therapist here, but the management is a real disappointment. Instead of calling me to get an updated credit card number, they referred me directly to a Debt Collection service - to collect membership dues for services they werent even offering due to COVID lockdown at the time! I was able to get them my updated credit card info and bring the count up to date right away, but eight months later I am still being harassed by the debt collectors and Massage Envy management refuses to help.

I sent the Massage Envy an email a full 24 hours before I requested an appointment. I had gotten the confirmation email stating they got my appointment request and someone will reach me soon. By 8:00 I had yet to hear from them, so I made my appointment with Hand and Stone, they where able to get me in the next afternoon without hesitation. That was a week ago, and I have still yet to hear from Massage Envy. Im now a happy member with H&S and I plan to tell all friends and family to go to H&S.

Management here is the pits. They do not inform their staff of polices and procedures until its to late and that usually turns out to be at our expense. I have to say Sarah is an amazing therapist. I will miss her. Hopefully they realize that the people in charge are a bunch of disorganized idiots.

This is the worst place ever! Customer service sucks! Management refuses to return a phone call regarding reoccurring problems with cancelations. They cancel appointments made months in advance and are unable to accommodate rebooking as there are no available therapists--then once they cancel they charge your card for the full price of the massage! As far as I can tell Massage Envy in Cedar Hills is a Scam! Do your self a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The very first massage I got at this place was really nice so I signed up to get monthly massages. Thats when everything went downhill. They lock you in and do everything they can to up sell you and get more money from you and they have terrible customer service. They are also not very understanding when it comes certain circumstances, like moving across town.. oh no they wont transfer your subscription. Everything about this place is terrible.

After two days of driving with the kids, I booked my wife and her best friend for sorely needed 90-minute massages at this Message Envy location. I made sure that they received female masseuses, which both preferred. However, both massages ended after only 50 minutes. True, they were only billed $39 each for the introductory one-hour rate, but the bigger issue was that the masseuse never even touched my wifes lower back, which was what she really needed. The massage she did get on her upper back and arms was so light as to be virtually ineffective. Rather than ask for the other 30 minutes, both decided to just leave and get pedicures. A big disappointment for everyone involved.

4th time Ive tried to schedule a massage, and no one is available for well over a week. Maybe its time to develop a staffing plan so you can utilize your online booking system more effectively.

This place engages in illegal business practices and Im getting ready to sue them. They wont let you cancel less you fill out paperwork which limits your ability could massage to 60 days after you cancel. The problem is if you live in an area where there is no massage envy your totally out of luck. Then when you contact your bank and have them stop paying on your credit cardmassage envy sends you to a collection agency, But only since notifications to an old address I dont know about it for months after the fact. Massage envy has been the subject of many class action lawsuit, and given the experience Ive had with this place it comes as no surprise.
