I’ve been to many massage places - this takes the cake as the worst. I’ve specifically asked for firm/strong massage before the session as well as during - there wasn’t any noticeable improvement.Then there is a language barrier and high tip (minimum 20%) as noted in other comments, which I wanted to give a chance to assess personal experience, but they were right. I’ve walked out feeling dissatisfied and no better than when I’ve walked in, just slimmer wallet.I won’t be coming back….

I had the best experience both times I have come in, I opted for the 90 minute the first time and then I asked for a full 2 hours with hot stones some deep tissue work I needed on the back of my thighs, etc. They will really work you out but be prepared to be sore after deep tissue work. Consider cold H2O therapy 🥶 after you leave.

Coco was so amazing! This was only my 3rd massage i’ve ever received and my first from Bigfoot Spa. I throughly enjoyed the experience, and the service was amazing! Everything was very relaxing, and they checked in during the massage to ensure everything was okay. Will be returning, thank you so much!

We had a fun time enjoying the fish experience. The stuff was really helpful in accommodating nine of us. They are very nice. We recommend this place a 100%.

I really like Li’s service. She is very friendly and professional. She adjust the process for me when I mentioned my shoulder pain. After 60 mins body massage, I feel my shoulder and back much better. The background music is very relaxing. I almost sleep. Most important- it is very CHEAP!!!!!! Just $70 for one hour. Cheapest I can get and best service in past 3 year. I will back again next week.

I went here for a foot massage but when I got there I decided on the 60 minute combo massage instead (basically full body massage including some hot stones). My masseuse was very good-strong hands and good pressure. He made sure to ask a few times if the pressure was ok. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time on my neck and back, but I really liked the head/scalp massage and arm massage.

I absolutely love the massages Ive gotten here. You cant beat the price either. I also love that they have flexible hours and take walk-ins as well. Recently I came in and there was an issue with my card and it processed my tip twice. Luckily I called them and they told me to come in so I could be reimbursed since I was double charged. They kept their word and handed me cash for the mix-up. Next time I probably will just pay in cash to avoid any issues with their machine. but yes, I will be back!

Me and my boyfriend went here for a couples massage, and I did not like the service. 1) they had us both with female massage therapists which I was fine with, but during my massage my therapist walked out to tend to other customer, after more than 5 minutes someone else had came in to massage me without saying anything and I didn’t realize until later that it was a man!! And I was NOT okay with having a male therapist touch me but they didn’t ask me.2) he did not give me a good massage and he hurt me, after I told him once to stop using a lot of pressure he continued to hurt me. Did not listen to me, and I felt uncomfortable. The First Lady that massaged me never came back. So most of the massage was not good.2) My boyfriend got burned by the hot rocks and the lady used way too much pressure on his legs, causing pain. And it was his first experience which was ruined he doesn’t ever want to go back.I do not recommend this place because they’re not professional. Especially when it comes to females I SHOULD BE ASKED IF IM OKAY WITH A MALE TOUCHING ME.

I went to this place about a month ago. Id been before the pandemic and had a good experience so I thought Id go back. I read about the tipping issue and thought that must be exaggerated. But guess what? Its not. I had a fine massage and when I was paying I gave her an 18% tip in cash. She looked at it and said is that all? I couldnt believe it. I said it was a good tip for the service and she was just rude, like Id done something wrong. Tips are optional. I will never go back.

Ive been coming to this place for years. I loved it at first. I recently went there and was extremely disappointed. The massage is good. No doubt about that.However not everything is good.1) I walked in and the attendant told me that they no longer offer the same services/price thats on their website. I asked about the ones on the board they have at the reception. She says thats an old price list that has been changed by the owner. I asked her why not change it on both the website and process board,her answer was as sketchy as they tried and failed. I felt like she finessed me since the price of service I paid for wasnt matching what was online.2) After the incredible massage, I tipped her and she straight up DEMANDED more. She even got angry. I tipped her well but she was unappreciated.3) management should really look into training their staff with better communication. Also UPDATE YOUR PRICING to match the services as is. Im so disappointed in that tbh

Shady and poor customer service. The first time I went, the therapist kept walking out during my massage to deal with other customers. This happened no less than 6 times during my hour long massage. Youd think she wouldve added on time to my massage to compensate for time lost to walking out, but no.The second time I went, I got another therapist, thinking I should give them a second chance. She was good, but then demanded I tip her an extra $20 on top of the 20% tip Id already given via credit card.How anyone can enjoy their experience at this place is beyond me.

Price on their website and price charged on site was different,50% more than their website. The massage it self was good, but they charged you before the massage, asked if I want to tip now or late? I said later. After the massage she asked how much I would like to tip and I said $15( which is 20%) she then said you should tip $20. I said No, since the cost of the massage was $70. Such a weird experience, never had encountered it before. You should charge your clients after the massage and not before, and 20% tips is plenty 😳😳

We are regulars here.... And this place is awesome! Where else can you get a 90 minute deep tissue massage for $100? Its close to our house in Murray hill area and they take walk-ins! Last time we brought 2 of our friends and they loved it too!

Bigfoot has the best pricing in the area and around $10 cheaper on average for most of their services. For reservations, try texting their number listed if they don’t pick up immediately. Make sure to put your preferences (time, number of people, and what type of service you want). If you go enough times they tend to remember you so that helps facilitate and makes things smoother during the booking process. It’s all worth it to me since I get a better price and just as good quality massage as any other reflexology place in the area.

While the massage portion of my visit was fine, I did not appreciate the demand for a higher tip. We tipped well on the credit card but the gal stood there and demanded more. This ruined the experience for me so I will not be returning. I will also be reporting this to the IRS.

I’m giving this business a two only because the massage part was great but when it came down to paying the ladies there were making it difficult by me trying to pay card via Apple Pay. So I gave the lady 120$ cash she demanded a tip! the 20$ was her tip. After I had paid her she had the audacity to verbally assault me. IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Great people with good customer service.The massage is very good and they take into account any areas you want them to avoid due to pain or if you have other concerns. They are very thorough and make sure they give you the whole hour that you have paid for and sometimes will go over the hour to ensure that. Their prices are very competitive compared to other places.Their chairs go all the way back so the massage covers your head, neck and back too.Very relaxing atmosphere and they do their best to make you feel at ease.I took my parents here when they were visiting and they loved it. I would highly recommend this place, very rejuvenating!

AMAZING! This was by far the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever gotten. They definitely know the human body and all of its pressure points. They applied pressure and hit all of my back’s sore points perfectly. I came into the massage with all sorts of body pains and felt immaculately better immediately after the massage and the following day.This place can get busy so I highly recommend making an appointment.

My husband and I went in for a foot massage. We were led to a nice room where we both got ready, my husband removing his shoes, socks, wallet etc. Myself, I had removed my glasses and began to relax. When a woman came claiming she had an appointment. Then a woman who worked there told us that they were slammed and we needed to go. We left without any sort of apology from staff what so ever!We wont be back and certainly do not recommend!

Sadly its gone way down hill. The clerk tried to get me to take a more expensive package and when I stuck with my original choice she suddenly said their credit card machine wasnt working and Id have to go to Safeway to get cash.Seems shady. The last couple of times Ive tried to go there Ive left disappointed.Anyone else have a similar experience?

Honestly one of the best Ive been to. I had a spinal surgery when I was a teenager and they work very well with my fused spine. I cant recommend just one, ive tried several of them and they are all vastly experienced. Each a little different, but they are really good at finding what hurts.

Not your typical spa. Ambiance is authentically true to what you would experience in the far east (if you have been there) Great massages. All consistant with each masseuse. Slight variances, but overall end up with the feeling of rejuvenation when you leave!UPDATE: NEW MANAGEMENT. Inside has been remodeled. Closed off and has private rooms. It would have been nice to have transparency that there was a change in ownership. I purchased 10 massages in advance and had a stamp card to keep track of how many I had used. There was 2 left and the new owners did not honor it. DISAPPOINTED. I had proof of purchase. I will take this up with the BBB.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Beaverton! I first came here a few years ago after a foot injury. I thought perhaps a foot-specific massage would help and happened to find this place by Googling nearby spots. Hands down the BEST hour of my life! Foot massages are under $50, which is just insane for one of the best massages of my life (and Ive paid a lot of money for massages before). The next time I came, I opted for a full body massage. I was not disappointed. Honestly - get over here and book a massage with these people!

Alice is an amazing body worker. She was so personable and created a relaxing, healing environment. She really listened to my needs and treated my body with all of her healing tools. I would recommend her to a friends any day.

Poor experience. No calming music, interruptions during massage to tend to other customers, not enough pressure applied during massage. Next door was blasting rap music. Not relaxing at all.

These people have healing hands! I have a neck and back injury so sometimes Im in quite a bit of pain from working my desk job. I found this place a couple months ago and will continue coming back. Its a more open space compared to other spas with the best of vibes. Low cost with a variety of services. I highly recommend going here if you need some pain relief.

Really happy with the deep tissue/hot stone massage I received (60$ for 1 hour).People were friendly, and I was able to get a same day appointment.

Be prepared paid $10 tip each time. Ask for $30 msg and end up paid $40. They insisted worked extra 10 minutes so customer need to pay it up to $40. Just be very careful and I wont come back again. Too bad!

This place is convenient located by Safeway on Murray and Allen. Clean, quiet and my massage lady Yeng is amazing. Also very reasonable. I cant wait to come back.

I traveled to Portland and was tired, so I searched on Google to see if there was a spa where I could relax or have a massage. The first one nearby is Bigfoot Foot Spa. Maybe it’s the name of the store that attracts me! try it! You won’t know until you try. After trying it, not only did it bring me total relaxation, but I was also deeply impressed by the environment and cleanliness of the store. So I like this store. If I have the chance to go to Portland again, I will visit again!

Very good service, a place I would return to.
