They sell bust vape batteries. Dont buy from here. I wondered why the woman made it a point to show me it was charged ect ... it Because theyre unreliable and she knows it. Worked for 3 days and now dead, no matter what I do. & they make sure to stress no returns. No wonder. I bought one a couple months back also and it only worked for 1 month but I thought it was just a fluke so I purchased again. What a mistake that was.

Dont make the same mistake I did, this is a head shop that sells a small selection of vape gear, not a vape shop.Update: I tried them again today, I needed juice and some coils for a different tank, a tank i purchased here... and still I was given the wrong coils. The employee, and the owner both couldnt do a refund, there was an offer for a discount on juice or an iou for next time.... I wont be coming back so that was a nonstarter. And a discount on juice... really?Every time I come here they give me the wrong coils. They will not swap them and I now have 20 coils for tanks I dont own.Its freaking irritating to say the least.

I came here with my boyfriend several times (he vapes, I do not), and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a fun evening trying different e-liquids and never felt pressured or rushed. My boyfriend picked out a new flavor that he loves and well definitely be back!

Friendly staff very helpful during sales but products are trash.... they were so nice I bought 3 defective pens within 3 months also passed out sum business cards bc they were so friendly but my coworkers and friends also got defective vape pens I wouldn’t shop here bc they only help u within the first 15 days of something goes wrong !! They don’t offer any sort of exchange or customer loyalty!

I wish I had the same experience with customer service everyone else seems to get. I went to the store because the device I bought from them a couple months ago has not been working.I tried different juices and SIX different coils of different ohms (two of which came with the device to begin with) and my problem still persisted.The person I tried to talk to kept interrupting me while I tried to explain what problems I have been having and what I have done to try to troubleshoot it. Not that that mattered to them. As soon as I mentioned I was out of town so I took it to a different vape store that sells the same product, they just assumed all of us were idiots and put in a different coil and told me to try that and sent me on my way without letting me even finish explaining the problems I have had with it. They gave me the whole they must sell fake products crap and every time I go to this store they act like they are the only vape store that knows anything about anything and they are the exclusive dealers in everything that has to do with vaping.I could live with the arrogance if they could have at least heard me out because there was A LOT more to my problem than what I was able to say. They gave me the new coil (the 7th one now) and the problem is still very much there. I mean I guess at least they tried something but considering their logic, maybe their coils are fake too.I may not be an expert but I guess Ill just go somewhere else from now on since I dont especially enjoy being treated like dirt every time I walk in.

Loved this place at first. Bought a vape and explained I don’t know much about them, just trying to quit smoking cigarettes. Was sold a vape that would leak at the drop of a dime. Would have to go back almost every day and have someone mess with it. Every time there was a new clerk and they would tell me that what the last person told me was wrong and that I needed to do “this” to make it work correctly instead. Spent around $200 in this store just to be extremely unhappy with what I got. Went to another vape store and they hooked me up with a vape, taught me how to use it, and I have loved it since. Will not be returning to this store and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for someone who doesn’t know everything there is to know about vapes. Even if you ask, they won’t teach you how to use and properly care for your vape to get the best use out of it.

This was my first time here, I tried this vape juice I ❤ cookies too. Its very sweet and has a taste of oatmeal 🤗. They have booths that you can come in with a friend and hang out.
