Herban Therapies Spa has a beautiful atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff and very good prices and promos. I primarily have my lashes done and I am always happy, They are extremely professional. They take your care, comfort, and treatment very seriously. I continually find myself returning to Herban Therapies even though I no longer live or work in the area. I would strongly recommend them to one and all!

It is always wonderful visiting Herban Therapies. The clean facility welcomes you from the moment you step through the door! My eyelash extensions were done quickly and look fabulous! I even was served an iced coffee for my journey back home. 5 star service the whole way through!

The place was nice and clean with fun ambient lighting, it was really cute inside. They were incredibly friendly and set me up with a drink while I waited for my appointment. They were great about making sure I got the lash style I wanted. The bed was heated, which is important for me because I get cold easy. It was a nice experience, I appreciate attention to detail.

I came here as a first timer for the Massage + Facial package after searching for local small business spas in my area. The staff is very communicative when it comes to scheduling and educating on types of appointments either through phone call, text or in person. My appointment was late in the evening and I was grateful that none of my services felt rushed or lacking even though Im pretty sure I was the last one of the day.My massage therapist was able to lull me to sleep with her fluid and varying pressures. I believe Jen was my esthetician and she helped me figure out what the best service would fit my facial needs, especially since its been years since I got my last facial with someone. Overall I highly recommend them after my experience.

I had a phenomenal experience today at this place. I got a massage and a facial. Chandra is very warm, kind and has a great vibe. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Hands down, She is the best and I cannot wait to go back! Jennifer did my facial and it was also a delightful experience. Overall great service I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Wish I could give it five stars since the ladies there were incredibly kind. I booked the 60min new client signature massage- on the website it says aromatherapy and head/scalp treatment are included, which I was not offered. I also waited up front for a few minutes since they don’t have anyone separate for the front desk which is reasonable for a business on the weekend. By the time I was checked in it was my appointment time, then I waited another 10min as there was some issue with the computer and they had to turn over the room. My massage did not start until 1pm or later and it did feel a bit shorter than it should have been, but that could just be my perception. Chandra was great and responsive to my pressure needs. I think my biggest issue is just not what I booked online being transferred to the appointment and I also felt they may have been too busy to look at the form I had filled out online with my medical history and needs. That’s ok though, I think they were a bit swamped today, I’m just not sure if I would come back again. Chandra was wonderful though!!

Definitely going back.I brought my friend in with me we did a full 2hr massage and facial. My first time getting a facial and OMG, my face felt amazing afterward. Anna did an amazing job. She was knowledgeable and patient while answering all of my questions. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. Thank you Anna!

I love this place. Rachel is my girl. She always does a great job. It’s clean and she is timely and my lash girl for as long as I have eyelashes 💖😆There’s also a deal on Wednesday’s that’s $80 for a classic set which to me is a steal. Rachel is a lovely human being. I actually had a lash poking me after I left and I thought maybe my eye was just irritated by being closed for so long during the apt but it was bugging me all day…I messaged her and she had me come in right away on that day and she fixed it for me. She even gave me a free fill a week later because some of the lashes had to come off when she was taking off the ones that were bugging my eye.She always remembers how I like my lashes too which I really appreciate. She’s the best. 💖

If I could give no stars I would. Ive purchased many Groupon and never had an issue, after struggling to find location and calling trying to reach the merchant for better directions she would not answer. After my 5th call she answered then told me I was to late and wouldnt reschedule.She must love people being late and doesnt answer so she can just pocket the funds and not do anything.Again Ive had my eyelashes done and I get that being late(although I was in the area just needed better directions as my GPS was taking me to apartments) you think she would at least reschedule. Nope. Im sure if you actually get your service done shes good. But this is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and being that Ive been in the same job for years (customer service not eyelashes) I get that customers can be hard and no understanding, but this is not the case. Unable to get any sort of refund. So there goes 75$ down the drain.Be careful getting groupons with this merchant! Specifically RachelShe redeems the coupon whether you are there or not making the money you pay for a aserive she will no longer provide

I brought my bestie here for her birthday. We enjoyed skin brushing, massages, foot treatment, and facials with mud on the spine. Amazing! My friend loved it as well. Anna is fantastic! My friend really loved her gal too, but I can’t temper her name. Anna’s massage was so relaxing I feel asleep for a bit. That never happens to me! We both left the spa feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you ladies for helping to make my friend and me feel so pampered. It was a fantastic experience!

I came here with a friend for a girls day. The staff were good at communicating and working with me to ensure my friend and I could have services done at the same time. When they had to change one of services last minute, they were very apologetic and flexible. The services itself were amazing. We had massages, hand/foot treatments, and facials with mud on the spine. Truly incredible and relaxing.

Rachel did an absolutely incredible job with my lashes. I told her I loved them full, and theyre full! She was faster and better than my previous lash specialist and Im so happy I found Herban! The salon is so cute, the ladies are so warm and welcoming, and my experience overall exceeded expectations. I also scheduled a massage while I was there! Yay!

I recently visited this spa for my lashes. They are amazing! Professional, clean and my lashes look amazing. I worked with both Jen and Rachel. They were so great, I highly recommend!

I have been using Herban for about six (6) months. I get my eyelashes done almost on a monthly basis and love the results. The extensions stay in longer than any other clinician I have tried. In fact, I just has my last set put on March 16 and they are still holding strong and look good and its April 20, so more than a month. I will definately book again.

I’ve been going for years. Anna is amazing at facials, dermaplane and Microdermabrasion. The spa is always quiet and clean. They use high quality products but the cost is much less than other “fitness” center spas.

I highly recommend Herban Therapies Spa and cant wait to return! Jen is fantastic!!!

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and my eyelashes tinted. This is the first time Ive had somthing like this done. Nicole helped book my appointment and made feel welcome. Jessica did a great job, and calmed my nerves throughout the entire process. I think my eyebrows turned out great.

I received a 2 for 1 Groupon gift for an hour Signature 60min massage and an hour HTS Signature Spa Facial. As soon as you enter the door, the dark and aromatic mode is set. I requested a deep tissue massage, and at first glance of my masseuse I was uncertain. But to my surprise, she had power where needed although I wished she focused more on the area I called out. I’ve gotten massages before and am used to the drill, but was surprised when she climbed on me using her legs for added pressure. It was unexpected and the initial shock passed but a bit uncomfortable when her foot moved its way down my mid-section. If you’re looking to ‘sleep’ during your massage, this may not be the one for you. But if you’re looking for a full body muscle stretching massage, this is the one.This was my first facial and Anna was awesome. She explained things as she was applying, but not overkill. The liquids and oils smelt calming and the scrubs weren’t too rough. The body scrub was the best, as it dissolved in what appeared to be a soft powder. Overall, the massage and facial were great.Would recommend and go back.

I almost dont want to write this review,because I dont want this place to get too popular! But anyways, this place is wonderful. Ive gone there on two separate occasions for eyelash extensions, both times with the amazing Groupon deal. Prompt and efficient service, easy online booking system, and zen-like setting/music. I am now hooked and plan on getting my lashes filled regularly.Protip: this place is in a business park called Bellegrove East/West, in the second story of a building with several other businesses. Read the signs. I got lost my first time so go early so you can find it and wont be late for your appointment.

Got my lashes done asked for silk and got charged for silk, but with a past of getting silk from other places this is definitely not them. They are very plasticy. Also I had a one hour session and my eyelashes where done in 45 min and very messy. Definitely won’t be coming again.

It was my 1st time trying this spa. The place was beautiful, clean & professional. I had a hot stone massage & hydrating facial. Two for 1 deal was great!! The prices are very reasonable. I left refreshed & relaxed. I got compliments on my glowing skin for days after.

Its been nearly a week and I am still glowing ! The ladies at Herban Therapies treated me like royalty. They were attentive to my needs, caring, gentle and extremely professional. I highly recommended treating yourself to this relaxing, enjoyable experience.

I got a groupon for a couples massage. The appearance and energy of the spa was amazing, it had a very relaxed and cozy feel to it. Both ladies did an excellent job. I had tension in my shoulders, neck and head which all melted away. My boyfriend said the massage fixed all of the issues he had been having with his body as well. I highly reccomend this spa for massage, it was incredible!

Awesome service with great prices. I got a Groupon and went in. Rachel is fabulous. The place is very stylish and clean. They honor the Groupon price for future visits. I waited to write this review till I had gone a couple of times. Very happy with my eyelash extensions.

Things that were good: Price point, facial woman was professionalThings that were bad: They asked me to reschedule last minute. The building doors were locked when my appt started. The facial table broke when in use and it was handled in a poor manner. Overall service was not up to par with other spas.Definitely would not return.

This is my favorite spa experience on the eastside. The services are all excellent. The deep tissue massage is particularly wonderful. The decor is warm and inviting, I just love the space. Also, theyve got a great selection of skin products as well and unique beauty/relaxation gifts.

Pam did an amazing 60 minute massage working on exactly the areas I specified. She has healing hands & was experienced, professional & I appreciated her gentle nature. The location was easy to find, provided parking & had a great selection of lovely gifts. I would definitely recommend herbal therapies!

I had a wonderful massage from Mona. If you like deep tissue, I highly recommend her. My friend had the best facial with Jennifer also.

They failed to call me when they said the person who had my appointment didn’t come in. I showed up and waited for 40 minutes just for someone to come out (couldn’t find anyone before that, no one was at the front for the whole time). They said I could wait for an unknown period of time for another appointment or I could reschedule. I booked my appt a week and a half prior and even confirmed via text two days beforehand. Super unprofessional, the manager failed to call me after I asked to speak to them, and they treated me like I didn’t matter at all.

Ive been here three times and each experience has been wonderful. Anna does an especially great job, and I will definitely be back again.

I had a massage by Anna and I felt very relaxed when I left there. The decor in the rooms is warm and peaceful.

I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! Excellent job, super natural looking, fast work, soothing atmosphere. Will return to this spa for sure !
