Avoid this place! I don’t think anyone here is a qualified masseuse. Very shady operation, bad massage, she made me feel very uncomfortable, and she demanded a tip. Really bummed I went here. Should be reported to BBB for someone to look into.

First time customer. The building was easy to find and there was ample free parking even at lunchtime.The reception was spotless and the staff were able to clearly communicate prices, spa variations and schedule times easily.The room was spotless, with heated blankets and hot towels. I asked for a gentle massage and was totally satisfied with everything. I will be back. Thank you.

I got a massage here a year ago and it was the best place. Clean, professional, and friendly staff. I just visited again. Someone by the name of Juli massaged, but halfway through the massage she asked if Id like to get a massage down there to which I said no. I was surprised. The massage was just alright and I think they got all new workers. When I was getting ready to leave, she asked for a 20 dollar tip to which I declined. Its different than from what it was a year ago.

I wish I could give 0. It was absolute nightmare. The masseuse was inexperienced and had no idea what to do. The price was 85$ for an hour but I came back just in 20 minutes. She just threw oil on me and barely added an pressure. When I asked her to increase pressure, she mentioned she doesn’t understand English and forcefully put my head down. It was the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend it one bit to waste your money over here

Fair price for the area. Professional all around. Recommend bringing 60 for a tip....

I used to come here a lot but the they changed new manager and masseuses. The lady has no idea / techniques about how to do massage. Massage last for 15 mins and I can’t stand it any more and left. They still charged me $65! So disappointed for the place will never come back

Very friendly staff, the lady was very polite and prompt. The Spa was very clean and had a very relaxing vibe.The only down side, is that there was a lot a time spent on my back and not so much on other areas like my shoulders and lower body. I asked for a “medium Massage” but maybe I should have asked for soft, because it was a bit rough. I walked away with multiple knots and bruises on my back. After massaging my whole body she ended with massaging my face…which made me feel a little uncomfortable.Other than that there, were really great moments during the massage. She did great with my neck and shoulders, I just wish there was more time spent on them.

I took a 60minute body massage and she never did the neck saying that I’m out of time which I needed the most but she didn’t manage the time and sat idle for a while. Since I didn’t like it I decided to not tip for this but she started yelling about it that I massaged for an hour (I don’t understand this at all - I believe tips are something to be grateful for and is given when you really like something, why is it mandatory?). We anyway pay for the service they offer which they think is a favor to us, we’ll it’s not.

The massage was good and the place was clean, however, I felt uncomfortable with them asking for more tips. My boyfriend and I both got a one hour massage. $70 each, so I wanted to add $10 each for the tip (that’s around 15%). The lady gave me a look and said that wasn’t enough. She said it had to be $20 each. Since the massage was pleasant, I agreed. After I paid, my boyfriend came out from the room with $40 cash in his hand. He was going to give them cash as tips. I told him I already paid for everything including $40 tip. The lady “joked” and tried to take the money from my boyfriend and the other masseuse joined the “joke”. Guess what, my boyfriend felt awkward and didn’t know what to say. He then said “okay” and the two ladies were surprised, but they went ahead and snatched the cash from his hand. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I left without saying anything because I did not want to make the situation more uncomfortable. I think it was wrong of them to take more cash from us and it was aggressive. I will not go back there again.

Bad experience. I was asked to pay as soon as I walked in. I have had a lot of massages and have never been asked to pay prior to my service. She charged me for the wrong service, I asked for a foot massage (typically $35 at the place I normally go to), this was $50.00. She charged me $62, for a full body. She was having a hard time understanding me so I just went with the full body. When I left she asked for a tip. Clearly not happy with the amount I left she said, $5?? I said, well yeah. You charged me for the wrong service, asked me to pay before my massage and then interrupted my service numerous times. She said, well normally people tip $10.00. Will not be back here. Plenty of other better places around that don’t give you a hassle.

They do a thorough and great massage here. Ive had on and off shoulder pain for a long time now and I felt a huge relief after my recent visit. I can now move my shoulder without feeling pain. Their prices are very good as well.

I went here shortly after christmas. I called and was told I could walk in, which was great. the massage was 60 minutes and was a good/ good enough massage. Base price is fair at 60$/60mins. However, after I gave a 20% tip, the therapist insisted on a 33% tip. Too much for the massage that it was, and it made me pretty uncomfortable. They dont do themselves any favors; they might get a few $ more today but I wont go back.

I called and made an appointment for a deep tissue massage. Upon arriving, two ladies came from the back and immediately asked me to pay first before my massage. I have received many massages and I have never been asked to pay first. It is seemed as if it was race related. I know other people that have visited this place and they were not asked to pay immediately upon entering

Noble Spa Massage Bellevue offers exceptional sports massage services. The therapist was knowledgeable about the specific needs of athletes and targeted the areas that required attention.

I think they changed owners, but in any case, i got an excellent 90-minute massage here. I asked for a tough, sports massage, and the lady understood (although she seemed to have no English) but did superb job. She was breaking a sweat and a bit out of breath a few times. I cant remember what the price was. Either 80 or 90. But i recommend asking for what you want. Hard or soft or medium massage.Definitely great value in Bellevue now.

A quick search online helped me find tis spot and I was able to schedule an appointment via their on line reservation system. The staff were polite and professional. I had a sore neck after sleeping in the wrong position. The staff member listened and focused on my neck and shoulders. I booked the one (1) hour body massage which was sufficient and I returned to work with no beck discomfort. Free parking was a bonus. I felt it was good value. I will be back.

Highly recommended Massage!!! Received the 1-hour full body massage. She was professional and courteous, the entire massage. She first asked what type of pressure that Id like, Hard or medium. I opted for the hard pressure massage. She did a phenomenal job! Shes amazingly strong and knows how to give a great massage. She worked out the knots through-out my body, held down some pressure points on my head, and forehead. Loosened up my shoulders, back muscles, hamstrings, calves, feet, etc. After massage was over, She gave me a cup of water. Left feeling soo relaxed. The service here is very professional. Ive been here many times and the staff is always very nice, friendly. The massage is excellent, try the hot stone! The place is clean and has a good atmosphere. The price is good; $60 for one hour.

Simple place with decent ambience. I had booked an appointment over phone last week. They accept walkins too. Got a good deep tissue massage for 90 mins. Great value for money, you can pay and tip by card and you have free parking. Will surely be back.

Nothing spectacular, its relaxing as most massages are but technique is below mediocre. Simple surroundings, nothing that I would go back for.
