My girlfriend treated me to my first massage here. I must say, it was a great experience.They took their time and thoroughly massage you. I felt like I new person once I got off the table. 10 out of 10. Hands down!They were very courteous as well!

First time getting a massage and I decided to give this place a try after looking over the reviews. Solid decision made and I already started planning my next trip halfway through my massage.So, I showed up a little late and Id recommend showing up a little earlier so that you get the full hour. I was led to a dim room and was given some time to undress (topless + underwear on). Then, I laid face down during the first part of the massage. The person giving me the massage then asked me to let her know how hard she should go along with asking me where Id like to be focused on. During the massage she asked if I was feeling good and I had no complaints whatsoever.The massage was superb and I was so relaxed that I couldve fallen asleep easily. I was already wondering when I should come back and if I should pay the extra $10 for additional hot rock services. There was a little water fixture and relaxing music playing to help with the atmosphere. The room was clean and the sheets smelled similar to hotel sheets. They also provide a robe but I didnt use it.They take cash, card and have a QR code for Zelle. I forgot my physical forms of payment so Im very grateful for Zelle.

I really enjoy Sunny Massage! Linda is so kind and works hard. The packages are the best deal in town, and I will be coming back for more. If you need luxury and fancyness, this may not be your play, but if you need the job done and want to save some money so you can to keep coming back, this is a great option.

The massage was decent and I liked the hot stone and herbal massage. The session was more focussed on the upper body like shoulder, back and neck.However, one of the concerns for me was Hygiene. My masseuse was wearing a mask and seemed to have cold and sniffles. She clearly hadn’t recovered from her illness yet was giving massages to clients. 5 days after the session, I tested positive for covid. My feedback to the team is to not let sick employees give massages as these are high contact sessions.

Did a couples massage and was an average, did the job, was relaxing and got in deep for me but for my partner it was lackluster and too soft for her. She purchased a Groupon for this so we could have a better experience at a better price which maybe happened? But after when we were about to leave the masseuse asked us to tip, not saying if wed like to or tipping would be appreciated but demanded a tip. When we gave her some she said and I quote is that all which made my partner feel bad and gave her the rest of the cash in her wallet. Wasnt a whole bunch but it was about $40. The woman still looked at it and said ok with a disgusted look on her face like we had insulted her. Shes lucky she even got a tip after all that, I was about ready to take it back. All I can say is I will never step foot in there again and dont recommend anyone else to go there. Also, their normal prices are all over the board and saw a couple different prices for the same thing which makes me question their actual pricing. Just save your money and time and go to another place. This places rating deserves to be 2 at most, think theyre putting fake reviews up to hide these bad ones. Will be reporting to BBB.

My girlfriend and I got a 90 min Couples Deluxe Body Massage w/ Essential Oil, Hot Stone & Hot Herb Bag and we left feeling very relaxed. The masseuses were friendly and accommodating as they scheduled us for the same day. During the massages they checked in every now and then to make sure the pressure or temperature was satisfactory and thoroughly got all our sore spots. I would highly recommend this massage service!

Great masseuses who are careful to keep your concerns in their minds and help focus on the areas of your body that you would like to get relief in. My favorite place to get a body massage! It is very nice, clean and comfortable with great relaxing. Linda is a fantastic masseuse. I had been suffering shoulder and back problems for weeks. All my pain and stiffness relieved after the treatment! Really recommend this place!

The massage was ok, but the biggest issue I had was that both massage techs INSISTED on getting a tip, and when I gave them $25 they said that wasnt enough and insisted on more. I ended up giving them $40 ($20 each). The last time I checked, tipping someone was optional, so Im pretty not happy about that. To have a nice relaxing massage, tip someone already and then be bullied into paying more money is completely unprofessional on their part. Would not recommend or go back here again

If you dont mind leaving a very large tip, Id recommend going!For more details see my full review below.Me and my wife got a Groupon for a massage then, when we arrived, added another 30 min for both of us at full price. They were very accommodating and said it was no problem. Because of the language barrier, we spent about 15 minutes in the reception while they contacted someone to translate the transaction. Not a big deal, we werent in a hurry. We paid them then, and included the tip.The massage itself was fantastic, 5/5 stars. They asked for a pressure level preference, and adjusted when asked to. I got off the massage table planning on writing a glowing review. But then when we got out to the reception area to leave, and they stopped us.They asked for a tip. We told them we included it in our initial payment beforehand. We even pulled up the receipt to show it to them but they didnt understand. So, we waited another 15 minutes as they again called someone to translate for them. They hung up and very insistently told us they needed more. We were getting fairly uncomfortable at this point. Instead of trying to argue, and because of the language barrier, we just pulled out our wallets and handed them some cash. They looked at it and said it was still not enough. 😐 SO we reached in again for more cash. Finally they said thanks! and we got out of there.While Im sure the massage was good for me physically, the relaxation part of it only lasted till we left the massage room 😂. Sad to say, I was pretty tense by the time I got to the car.Sooooo, it doesnt stop there. Since then, Ive found several reviews where others have had the same experience. The owner has even replied to these reviews saying theyll fix the issue, but obviously that is not happening. The final straw for me was that my wife left feedback for them on her Google account, and they replied with almost the same wording as the others who have complained. Looks to me like they have no intention to change. So there you go, thats my 2 cents 😂Overall, great massage but an uncomfortable experience. If you dont mind leaving a very large tip, go for it!

My experience was uncomfortable!!! First I pay for my 2 hour massage for my husband and I before our massage . During my massage this lady had her whole body over my body as she’s giving my my massage. That was uncomfortable!! However, at the end of the massage they want me to add tip to my credit card transaction their options was 20%,30% or 40% which is a suggestion. Which equal to just about a one hour massage. I decided to write my tip in which was 15% of a total of an 4 hour massage. The lady told me”that’s not enough for a tip we work really hard giving you a good massage”. Stood there having me put more down for her tip. I thought the payment of my Massage is for the service that they offer?? I’m unsure how this type of business is getting high reviews and not being flagged. This is unprofessional customer service!!!Responding to Owner reply. I have not Received a phone call or a message from you as you stated you tried calling.

This was a very uncomfortable experience. We confirmed booking via text same-day. They called my cell 5 min before the appointment time (we were just about to park the car) which was odd to me. Then a lady came out of the shop door while we were still in the car (still before appointment start time). They said it was $140 for a 60-min couples massage via text. They ended up charging $142 before the massage started (very odd add-on after same-day booking confirmation, but not a huge change? Just strange to change price slightly same-day without notifying - why not just state what it’s worth up-front?). It was not a very relaxing massage and was not therapeutically effective. I left desiring shoulder and neck work to be completed (she spent a lot of time scratching my scalp and lightly rubbing mid-back, which was either not comfortable or just ineffective). Some of it was good, but most of the time I was just waiting for something to relieve tension areas. They stopped giving message to greet other customers and to answer the phone during the 60-min massage. There were some uncomfortable/unexpected maneuvers during the massage including slapping and hitting, at least for one of us (it seems they had different techniques because only one of us got this, unprompted). Another difference was the lady massaging my partner didn’t massage his feet (we were both freshly showered and groomed, so it makes me wonder if this was either a gender or race thing?) When the massage was over, they immediately and blatantly pushed for a tip, which was very awkward. I wrote a tip, and then she told me to write a higher tip, which was so uncomfortable. Would not go again or recommend, at the very least not for a couples massage.

Weve received massages from this location a few times in the past when the previous staff was present, and they were fantastic. However, the current staff does not understand a word of English, their technique is lacking, and overall, it feels like a significant step down from what we were accustomed to.

COSTUMERS BE AWARE!!!!! When you go in for a massage, leave all your jewelry at home otherwise it will be gone. We whent in for a couples massage and have been asked to remove all jewelry and necklace. We did and give it in to the therapist in hands. After the session we both forgot about it and left, few min later realized that it was missing came back and asked for it. They all pretend they had no idea what we are talking about and said nothing they can do. We did call police and reported. Be very careful with this place!

I had one of the best massages here in the Bellevue area. The deep tissue massages were on point and always help relieve my muscle soreness from working out.

Went there a few weeks ago, saw Anna. She loosened up all the knots on my back, and felt really good after. It is a little wierd that they ask u to pay upfront before he massage, but Im guessing they had a couple of bad experiences with customers not paying. Also, almost every massage place have been to asks for a tip, some are pretty aggressive when doing it. These ladies did not ask me for one, but I did leave the standard 20% at the end, and did not get any pushback or did not get asked for more.💯 would go back again.

I cannot recommend this place even though I loved that when I called them I was invited to come in immediately for a massage. The massage therapist did not honor my massage preferences and complained to me about negative reviews previous clients had left her. She also applied a greasy cream all over my face without my permission after pressuring me to select an add-on I really did not want. I felt highly uncomfortable the whole time.

I came in and got a massage from Lisa, which I thought she did a great job. I have a chronic neck pain and stiffness (like rock) on my shoulders that’s been bothering me a lot and stressing me out. After Lisa worked on me for about 20 minutes I can immediately feel the stiffness has been decreased and the tension on my body has been relieved as well. She was very professional and the rest of the experience was relaxing and comforting. Overall, great service and clean space, will definitely be back again!

I bought a 60 min massage on Groupon to give this place a try. It was easy to find, parking was not a problem, friendly staff. Lisa gave me my massage and she was fantastic. She listened to my request to spend more time on my back, she used just enough pressure to really work the tight muscles in my back. Lisa also made sure that she wasn’t using too much pressure. I normally don’t routinely get massages, after today I will be a returning customer.
