I visited Nara on our vacation. Finding such a skilled massage therapist on a whim was a gift! Her incorporation of Yumeiho was new to me but the integrated effect of that therapy plus her deep tissue work left me relaxed and restored. Thank you!!

Do not wast any time or money going into other places.Yesterday, my back was extremely painful that I couldnt even bend or look through my shoulder. Luckily I found this place. Nara took care of me so well. Thank you for your marvelous arm! Today Im feeling myself again! Woow!I could give 10 stars. Definitely worth spending my money and time!

I was looking for a last minute massage and stumbled upon Bella Spa. I’m so happy I decided to book here. The owner was wonderful and so sweet! I left feeling relaxed and very happy with my massage. I will definitely be coming back and recommend!

This is really wonderful place to get professional massage so far in my 5 years experience at USA I experienced first time great message here. Owner is pretty much cool, down to earth and work nicely on our body. I chose Bella Spa, because this place had 30 minutes massage sessions and was close to my house. I didnt know this place is a gem.I made an appointment for my 6 years old son. He didnt know what to expect, but Nara was so nice and made us feel very comfortable.She started with Yumeiho Therapy and then my son got a relaxing massage (he needed it badly after starting kindergarten). Nara was very gentle and professional.At the end of the session she used hot towels to wipe off some oil. She made sure the towels are not very hot for my son.After the massage she gave us water bottles and asked if he wants some homemade pizza and a banana.Nara is an amazing person, doing her job very well.Me and my family will definitely come again.Thank you, Nara!

This is the best experience Ive had in a long time. I have always put off getting a massage since I dont like to sit still for a long period of time. I bought the 60 minute session and loved it! Nara location is a quite, private house. I really enjoyed the privacy as she is the only one who works there I do believe. I am a hairstylist so I spend all day bent over a shampoo bowl, drying hair, and twisting my body. Needless to say I have some serious shoulder and back aches and pains. I had a customized 60 minute session where after a consultation with me she used a few different techniques to eleviate the issues I was experiencing in my back, shoulders, and neck! It was pretty intense but I loved it. I was feeling so tight and stiff that it hurt before my session, and after I have motion without pain. I feel so much better, and am so excited to see her next month. I really love the fact that I can afford this monthly or every other month and really look forward to relieving some of these knots in my back and shoulders.

Naras studio is a hidden treasure. In my experience with therapist, I have seen a good amount of practitioners being a carpenter. My first treatment with Nara she walked me through the consultation process. Inquiring about injuries and problem areas I have notice on my body. During my treatment Nara would give me tips on how to better my problem areas.I appreciate her knowledge and her desire to want better for people. She is direct and a Genuine person.In Art.You have to Love what you do.Art derives from the Soul. Here Its an ambiance that presents her work with such a benevolence. The way Nara cares and listens to the client is a rare Quality to find.Closing statementIn our society, to much recognition is given to Entertainers. I was on day 5 of a migraine and desperate for some relief and thankfully she had a same day opening. I told her about my migraine and that I had tickets to a concert that night but couldnt go like that and she said shed take care of it. I figured the massage would help my neck and bring it down to a bearable level of migraine. Nope. She spent the first 10 minutes or so stretching my entire body in ways I didnt know my body could stretch and then she told me to relax and cracked my neck on both sides and my migraine was 100% gone instantly. The massage was intense - I mean INTENSE. I work out a lot and she could feel how tense all my muscles were and she went to work. If you are looking for a calm relaxing massage - this isnt for you (or maybe ask her for that). I have bruises in some areas now 5 days later and it hurt to sit for about 48 hours because of the intense glutes massage 🙃 . BUT I left feeling taller and my body really worked for long lasting healing. It was like no massage Ive ever had before but it was exactly what I needed. If youre looking for a healing session for your body this is the place to go. If you want a fall asleep to soft music massage, Id head elsewhere.

Nara was excellent and did a great job. place is quite private and secure. She is warm, pleasant and really a nice person and her massages are very good, I can feel the change and I plan to try this place more often.

The place has a nice, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The massage was great! Did some stretching first to loosen up and then the massage was amazing. I only did the hour but I would opt for the 90 minutes next time. My back felt so good right after. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall the massage was not bad, could have been better. I will give her the benefit of doubt and try again.The GoodFirst 15 min was stretching and I loved it. Last 5 min was hot towel wrapping and wiping, loved that too.Amazing pressure.Very friendly and professional.The badStarted 5 min late and ended 5 min early25-30 minutes in the middle was inconsistent rubdown. Too much oil and she kept moving around the body too much.

This is the best place in Bellevue to get your massage done.Nara is friendly and a through professional.I had to visit Bella Spa to throw away stress from my body and i got good results.Finally I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.She is amazing and thanks a ton to Nara !!!
