I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped me, but I went in to buy my regular Orion disposable, and he recommended I not get that one and instead get another which lasts longer and tastes better. I was apprehensive at first to try something new, but he seemed knowledgeable and I trusted him so I took his word. The new vape I bought is fantastic. I am very pleased with my purchase, definitely recommend going here and taking the employees advice

Emily is always helpful and very kind. I have seen her interact with other customers and she is very patient and makes sure they are taken care of. 10/10 employee!

I bought a vape from them and they said they guarantee it for 2 weeks and 15 days after I bought it it died and they said theres nothing they can do for me and they also said that one customer wouldnt hurt their business but Im putting it out there that these people dont care about their customers they just care about money thats all they care about I mean I was 1 days past the day of their guarantee and they refused to replace the device I dont recommend this place at all go somewhere else buy online do something but avoid this place at all cost!!!!

The bald guy behind the counter refused me buying my wife a vap but turned around and sold me 2 king palms a some papers carded me(Im 34 btw) and as I was grabbing my items off the counter takes a huge rip off his vap and blew it in my face very unprofessional and disrespectful, will never shop there again!

I went to this location because the one I usually go to didnt have what I went after. I would highly recommend this place, they have a much bigger selection than some of their other stores. The employees were nice and helpful. Store was clean and very inviting. I they also have specials for just about every day of the week. I managed to score 25% off the mod kit I was buying. They also have a nice CBD selection and water pipe section. If youre in the area and in the market for some of these items, give this store a try.

Long time customer that on several occasions I had Manager Hunter as a server to which this guy is a very extremely rude person. I see other comments similar response so one hardly can make this up. Well now you people need to CHECK SECURITY CAMERAS ON THIS GUY and see how he treats certain peoples. On September 22 2021 at around 3:00 pm I waited extremely long time while two very young girls customers were talking with him at counter. I received no response, no greetings, not one word came from his mouth as I waited several very long minutes before I just had to walk out. He knew I was there, waiting yet diddle dattled and lingered as I WAITED AND JUST WAITED. I knew he was just waiting for me to walk out. TOTAL DISCRIMINATION. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN! UNLESS THIS RUDE DISCRIMINATING IMMATURE PERSON ( Mr Hunter ) is gone from this store and all of its connection stores. I will continue to pursue this even if top management will not. Thanks for your time in this manner. I am 56 year old two time War Disabled combat Veteran. I gave you the date and time to review cameras. I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, But you guys do!

Vanessa always keeps us coming back. We have driven across town to make sure to go to this store because she knows her customers so well. She knows our preferences as well as our names and faces. She is an expert at knowing her products and always a cheerful attitude.

Austin helped me today. He was very informative and helpful. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and it was very appreciated by me. I’ve been here many times for juice and coils, but to have someone guide me through a new device was exceptional to my experience. Thank you!

I have bought several disposable vapes from this location. I bought one LAST NIGHT, had it for about an hour before the battery started over heating. To the point I seriously thought it was about to explode. Turns out the juice had leaked into the battery and got everywhere! I took it back into the store today (less than 24 hours after I bought it) and the guy looked me in my eyes and said “nothing I can do, you left the store with it.” I asked him if there was a manager he could get ahold of and he told me he’s not going to call and bother him over something like that, because he’ll just tell me the same thing. I replied “So I’m just out $60 then?” And he said “Yeah I guess so.” TERRIBLE customer service. I will be taking my business (and everyone I know’s business) elsewhere.

Christopher L. Was super unhelpful from start to finish, with not knowing hardly anything about anything in the store seemingly. They Will lie to you about a price, and not allow you to inspect items, and then not allow to return or exchange. 0/10 do not recommend.

I am so done with this store! I bought another vape last week bc I thought I had lost my other one. He says if you have ANY PROBLEMS bring it back and we will exchange it NO PROBLEM!!! Well it’s leaking! She seen clearly there was an issue and she says Caleb said no it’s only a leak,well excuse me but when it doesn’t make proper contact it doesn’t work right not to mention it cause a huge mess!! You guys need to get your act together

Great service and always doing the best to satisfy customers. A lot of people come in here however and expect to be pushed to the front of a line if there is one and catch a snarky attitude. The employees here help people to the best of their ability.

Was sold four disposables and told to try them in store. Tried, they failed the test, but no refund, no exchange, nothing. Not as impressed with these guys as I once was...

One of my favorite shops around the area. Kind and informative staff with a large selection of products, not to mention the reward point system they off for discounts in the store.

The woman at counter acted like she didnt want to be there and it showed in her customer service. She rushed us and sounded annoyed that she had to explain how to work things. She seemed to want us out. I felt very upset when I left. Wont go back. Ill find a new vapor place to drop large amounts of my hard earned money.

I feel like every time I go in, nothing goes right. Its like they mess everything up. I had been in here getting coils, they always gave me the wrong size. And to also say, they sure do love to take their time.

Great staff, the two people that helped me, were super friendly even to a newb like me. Decent selection of goodies and the prices didnt seem as steep as the other shops ive been to. 9/10 would reccomend id give 10/10 if only they had the RTA i was looking for.

Bought a ignite vape and it did not work once I tried it in my car. Wouldnt exchange since I didnt try in store. Wish they would have told me that while I was in there. They says it a 50/50 chance of the disposables not working. Definitely wont buy that brand again

This shop seems to be geared more to the millennial, vaping because its trendy crowd. To say I was not impressed would be a HUGE understatement!The place is sterile feeling. And the their house blends are NASTY!Also, I was shocked when I asked if I could try the juices, they just put a small amount on my finger tips! Each house blend was so disgusting that my tongue was numb! They push you to buy the premium juice blends. Which is double the price.No thanks!! I will continue to stay loyal to SMOOTH VAPES, where each bottle of juice is made to order. And where everyone is made to feel welcome, no matter your age! Lol.

One of the guys was stoned out of his mind and seemed quite standoffish. This looks poorly on the store. I wont be back.

Sold me a vape that doesnt take salt nic and proceeded to tell me I could use any form of juice blew my coils . Very rude unprofessional and rude male. Best advice I could give you is dont bother or waste you hard earned money or time at this location !

Better than Rogers store by far! John and Hunter are awesome sales associates and very knowledgeable. Will not go anywhere else for my vape supplies.

I got a juice that was expired. I noticed because it tasted weird. Went next day to exchange it and they didnt want to exchange it at all!! I had my receipt!

Agree with the review below, extremely rude staff and long wait times. I was treated as a bother and spoken to with a condescending tone, and the worker made comments that insinuated that I was trying to steal something when I was just browsing the products. Take your business elsewhere.

Purchased a caliburn 3 weeks ago now it wont take a charge I returned to the store to try and exchange it & they will not honor it and Im out of $90.00 worth of product now, I will not return and recommend the same to anyone that reads this

Lots of selection, very helpful staff, the CBD products are great, I use them for back pain, my mother has many injuries from a car accident and the CBD really helps her.
