Man Brycen and Ashton helped out so much man, I was deadass struggling with my cards for whatever reason and they helped me as best they could with infinite patience. Everyone is chill in there and I’m truly blessed to have created my skateboard named Genesis. 👍🏾🙏🏾🤟🏾 man those dudes are cool

The cashier guy didnt catch his name, tall dude with dark hair, super awesome! Made our shopping experience so fun. He was super helpful and answered all our questions. Very informative. The glass pieces were very unique. Nice store great selection.

This is a great shop, I had a broken piece that they were able to send off for me and have repaired. Wonderful staff who are always going above and beyond all expectations! :)

Bought a dab pen battery and it burned up half a gram of dab and broke the pen and they refused to replace it, just kept reiterating that they didn’t make any error and refused to do anything to fix the issue. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. The customer service is very very poor.

Went in tonight for a full skateboard setup for our 7 year old. They had decent selection of decks his size along with all the parts for the small board. The guy that set him up was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful!Thank you guys for settling him up!

This place is amazing with amazing people to back it up. I love going here just for the good feeling I acquire from being waited on by a genuine staff that truly cares about you and your needs. Their laced with professional knowledge of the product, a hint or two (or more) of humor mixed in, and a grand slam of getting you just what you want and need. Check the store out if you havent and feel the great vibe that is spread throughout the store.

Needed knew bearing for my skateboard. Both employees were super helpful and nice, also were very informative.

Went in this morning....got some incense went to the counter and waited...employee was helping two customers look at pieces in the back.....I waited a few mins as they talked and looked at me...I made a phone call.....went over after a few more minutes and asked if he could help as I was ready....he said only one working today buddy when youre ready....I replied I am....he refused the sale and threw me out....wow and Im there weekly and have never been treated like that.

Stopped by today and received great service as always. After I left a gentleman I believe named Patrick called and informed me Alex had found a $50 bill on the ground while i was there and they wanted to get it back to me. What an honest amazing team!

Just went in today 2-13-23, The guy working the counter(I feel terrible not catching his name) was super knowledgeable, didnt make me feel stupid answering all my dumb questions.Very friendly. The actual store was clean and inviting. The over all feel of the place was peaceful. And the prices were very fair.Will definitely be back again,this is how you treat your clientele!!

Over the years I’ve stopped in for random things and I’ve always found what I’ve wanted for a good price. The owner of this shop is an awesome guy. Nice dude. The employees are always very nice and down to earth. This is hands down one of the best shops in town. And always has been. I won’t order online unless I check this shop first. Preferred shop over the west end. Even though It’s a trip to get to. Thank you guys for always being on top of the game !!

This place was set up really nice. It was nice and clean as well. cant tell you how many times Ive driven by and not stopped in. The place was very chill and the gal there was so friendly.They had so much stuff there to look at and buy, I wish I had more time to look at everything. Well definitely have to stop in. This is your classic head shop. They have a great selection of local blown glass, all sorts of paraphernalia, mods, tanks, juice and a then a bunch of similar lifestyle clothing and jewelry etc, many items being locally sourced. Selection is Great, Prices are fair though not the cheapest and even though all of their staff have been friendly, they are still Salesmen.

Kinda pricy but quality products tho so it makes it worth it. Staff is very knowledgeable & super helpful! Ahop is very clean & surprisingly not as claustrophobic as I expected from seeing it from outside. Wish theyd price match other shops but hey u cant have your cake and eat it too right?

I bought a cigarette case here and couldnt have if the guy didnt already know about them. Limited selection but not expensive!

Huge selection of glass, incense and other goodies for the counter culture. 3 members of the staff were there and each of them were friendly and helpful. Great service and a fun experience. Cant wait to go back for more!!

Holy sweet baby Jesus, what a store. Walked in Chris was right there helped me with what I needed and talked to me about different products and such. Talked tattoos and the electric lettuce accessories. Will definitely be back.

Came in last week for a new pen dude behind the counter was really helpfull knew his product but didnt try to up sell me something I dont need, or afford. first item he shows me was a cheaper pen that has great reviews. I asked what else in my price range even doubling it he said nothing as good as what he showed me. Ended up getting the one he recommended been using it for almost a week now I love it. Will definitely be back for anything else I need.

Used to be my fav for a new piece of glass, but as of late no deals on replacement bowls.Dont tell the customers that youll get a buy on replacements if you buy your glass there, if your not gonna stand by it.Ive seen 14mm bowls go from 8-12. Now most are 25. Pretty funny when the entire piece cost 100... Ill get my replacements where people remember me.

I cant say that I have left this place dissatisfied with my visit. I know they carry a lot of similar items any head shop would I also enjoy their individual style, it goes with the trends but in a way that suits repeat customers. The ambience is inviting and never too over the top. 4 stars only because I was actually visiting smokin Smittys, No Hate at all. Discontent you do your thing!

Reed is an exceptional employee! He is a breath of fresh air compared to the mediocre service I have received at other local hed shops. We came in about 20 minutes before close, but that had NO effect on our quality of service. Reed was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. Even in regard to local glass artists. If youre looking for a quality glass buying experience, I absolutely recommend discontent!#GiveReedARaise!

This might be my favorite local business in Billings, MT. I cant say enough great things about this place. Every single time you walk through the door, the staff make you feel like family. You are always welcomed with a smile and multiple greetings. Everyone is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just good souls. The amount of inventory is ridiculous (but in a good way) - there is nothing they dont have or cant get for you! A big thanks goes out to Sydney for always dealing with my nonsense. I love discontent. You can find just about anything related to smoking here. They have a great selection of glass bangers and bongs. They also have alot of clothing items and accessories. Pretty much whatever youre into they have it here. Plus the staff is amazing. Theyre the coolest guys I know at any shop town.

I went into the 24th store and the staff was very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about vaporizers, and even had some suggestions after learning my needs! There are many great head shops in Billings, but I definitely recommend checking out Discontent first!

I love this place. I get my favorite sweatshirt/jackets ive ever owned from here. They are hand made and super sick. The owner is always a nice dude I always swing by when I get the chance

Cidney or Sydney (apologize for not getting the spelling) was absolutely awesomesauce. She went above and beyond to help me out and took the time to explain details. Give the girl a raise! Hard to find good employees like this. Great store with great products but its people like her that bring me back because of the service and not buying online. Kudos!

I go to the Discontent stores for the awesome quality of Kratom they get. The Kratom prices in small amounts are average but they discount the prices dramatically the bigger and larger amounts you buy. Keep up the awesome work guys.

Just left Discontent (downtown), and was treated so well by the two guys that were working. I had heard really good things about the shop but was extra happy with the service. Both guys took time to answer all my questions and didnt make me feel dumb for being a novice. Thanks guys! Ill keep spreading your good word

Good people that are willing to help with any questions. Great selection of Vape equipment skateboards clothing and smoking apparatuses. The best part though is absolutely the employees. They take their time with each customer and make sure that everyone gets help.

They are helpfiul. we purchased a device and didnt like it too much. we never took it out of the box or packaging. wanted to return it. was informed that they have NO RETURN POLICY. not even store credit.was advised by Adam to talk to Rusty, their store manager. but Mr. Rusty is only available weekday mornings.not convenient at all. would rather shop online or different store that has a better way to handle customer service issues.

This place is awesome! Lots of smoking apparatuses, beautiful hand-blown glass, funky threads and everything vaping. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. I needed help with a part for my vape, the guy fixed something that got messed up at another vape store, and got me all set once again. Large selection of vape juice. Altogether a great experience each time. And it always smells amazing in there.

The guy working was super helpful, really nice and a rocking personality that brought a smile to my face on a gloomy day! He helped me find some frog stuff it was awesome.

This is a great shop for all types of glass art pipes and more. I always take my friends here to show them all the cool glass thats here but there are skateboards, clothing, and even frisbee golf item and so much more here!!!!

Worst glass I have ever bought. My piece broke in under two weeks and it never got dropped. Business as usual and a part of the piece just falls out

The service was good but their product is waaay overpriced in my opinion also I bought a water pipe for 70 dollars... way more than it should have been and the bowl brakes the next day While I was unclog in it with a Capri Sun straw a plastic straw broke your glass bowl You guys sell overpriced single blown glass

Very rude!!!! So rude at the west end that I spent my $100 plus elsewhere. The help I had picking a suitable flavor was met with sarcasm and stupidity you would swear they trying to go out of business! I.E. I wanted something that was sweet not sour and was asked if I ever had lemon meringue pie. Being in my 60s I wondered if this individual in his 20s had ever wondered how well a busness could fare by being rude, belligerent, and unfriendly. Well I can tell you that everything in this store can be purchased elsewhere and that is where I will be spending my money. Long haired (shorter than mine) red headed 20 something should be fired. Either way worst of luck!!!

Because of the review by Rita A....and the thoughtful response from Rusty (owner, I believe), I feel that he does care about the customers and the service his employees gives!!! I am going to check this place out for myself for i am looking for a good vape that gets me off these horrible cigarettes!!! So...today is Sunday, Nov. 12,2017....i will give an update after i visit this shop!😁Ok.... I shopped at this store this evening... and i was greeted very friendly. I was personally walked to the back showcase, where Reed assisted me. He was a delight! I told him what I was looking for and he was very thorough in showing me what may be perfect for my needs, and explaining to me how to set it up and how to use my new vape! The 1st Ave N location is awesome. Im a Baby-boomer not familiar with vaping, etc. Their one on one service and knowledge helped me when I wanted to end 40+ yrs of cigarrettes. Very nice variety of clothing, skating and gift items.

The gal that help us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! They have gained our business for a long time. I would recommend them to any of my friends who vape.

Love this store I go there every paycheck to get my e juice always cheaper then competitors and the staff is very friendly I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door and they are very happy to help you with what ever you need I highly recommend this store for everyone to at least stop in and see what they have! awesome store awesome people!

Shop geared towards the younger crowd above 18. Items such as clothing to pipe screens. Some items are being discontinued. Although there is a variety just did not find what we were looking for. Not a large shop, but a large variety.
