Massage Envy

Scheduled an appointment less than 24 hours out for my underage daughter. I was not able to drive to the location to sign the release and needed to cancel/reschedule. I was charged for the appointment. No flexibility offered.

This was my second massage with Markita so far, and it was great service both times. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely return.

New therapist, “Jackson”. He’s excellent! Professional, polite, strong.

WORST massage I’ve ever had will NOT be going back. The masseuses name is Rebekah and she covered me in oil and was greased up all over my body so much I had to wipe my back before leaving and had to get a shower when I got home because she got it all up in my hair….came in for an hour massage and all I got was her stretching me and pressure points. And her digging in my back were I knew I was sore but didn’t want the knots taken out because I knew it would hurt. And to top it off she ended my hour massage 10 mins early. Am just a mom who wanted a nice relaxing massage for an WHOLE hour and instead I got 50 mins of torture.

Ashely had the lightest hands that ever touched my face. I just didn’t want it to end. It was a good time, I think she did it for almost and hour or so. Also I met Jacob on the front desk, he was really nice. Now I’m thinking should I try Jacob hands or keep with the amazing Ashely’s hand? What do you think?I hope the service keep the same on my next appointment ❤️ Thank you very much!

Message Envy Foley,Alabama was the best experience ever. Kai was the best. Very polite and professional young man. It was eight women on a girls trip. And we absolutely love it. And the entire staff was so great. I will definitely will visit again .

Kasper T. Is an awesome therapist. I had a recent back injury and massage therapy was recommended by my physical therapist to help with healing and pain and numbness. I booked an appointment and oh my goodness, it was SO great. My affected arm and upper back are thanking me already. Kasper is very thoughtful, and it was a fantastically relaxing experience. She is also super knowledgeable about everything. She explained things and took her time, making sure I got the best experience and best therapy possible for what I needed. Will be coming back to see her!

Seth was amazing. This is my second time getting a massage with him and I am definitely going to come back to him again.I go to Sandra for my facials and she has been wonderful! She really took the time to help me instead of just doing the facial and letting me go. Her suggestions have really helped me take better care of my skin.

Apparently they are too good for our business. daughters got us a gift card from here 2 years ago and every time I call to make an appointment they say they are booked and won’t be able to see us for another couple months. then they require we put a card down as well. went inside and no one was around. I guess they are short staffed or something but it shouldn’t be this exhausting to get a massageEDIT: I am so beyond frustrated with this place. My husband and I were finally able to get an appointment but had to reschedule with another massage therapist. Well we came to our appointment yesterday 3/17/23, waited another 10 minutes while no one came out, and then was told our rescheduled appointment was cancelled! No call to let us know ahead of time, nothing!Asked for the manager’s contact so we could get a refund, but the employee said they didn’t know it! My husband was so frustrated he tore the $120 gift cards up to pieces. I will never visit this place or any massage envy again. I hate to write a bad review but man. zero stars

Patricia is my favorite therapist, although I appreciate everyone who’s worked on me. She really knows how to treat TMJ and headaches and overall wonderful massage. She is a good soul to chat with and relax. Thank you!!

I have been extremely pleased with the services I have used at the Greystone Massage Envy. Bryce and Tresden have worked hard to rectify the knots in my neck and upper back areas. Jacob introduced me to the Jan Marini skin research line of products. My skin truly has improved. I look forward to trying the stretch sessions and the hot stone massage.

I was supposed to have an appt (4/28/23) at 2pm; I accidentally drove to the wrong location (20 min away). I called the front desk to explain what happened and she told me they just wouldnt be able to do the add-on foot treatment and I said ok thats fine. I finally get to the correct ME and they take me back and tell me to undress to my comfort level etc etc and the massage therapist comes in to tell me I only have 20 min left. Clearly, I misunderstood. So, I told her I would rather just re-schedule. Also, not thinking I have to pay for this missed appt (because no one told me that amongst all of this communication.) Long story short, I try to explain my mistake and no mercy was given and the girl behind the desk tells me I have to pay anyway. So, I basically wasted a whole gift card for no massage. There needs to be some sort of management or professionalism added here. And extra clear communication. I will not be back to this location or possibly to any massage envy ever again. Super disappointed. I am a mom of two littles and it is already extremely difficult to make time for something like this. It wouldve been nice to at least get some sort of reconciliation.

Ive been getting massages most of my adult life and love when I find someone who listens and actually follows through with massaging specific problem areas. Andre is great with deep tissue and will often recommend stretches you to can at home that work! Its wonderful.All of the staff at this location are VERY nice. Ive never had a problem as some other reviewers have experienced. Everyone has always been kind and met my expectations. Great job, Greystone!

Valesa is AMAZING! She always does a fabulous job. I’ve been seeing her for 10 years and her experience and knowledge are top notch! Massage Envy is lucky to have such an incredible therapist as a long time employee. She is the only reason I have kept my membership.

Wonderful massage, great communication with massage therapist who knew her stuff well! Worked on all my trouble spots and gave me advice how to work on them at home. A++.

This place has it all. Wonderful massage therapists, wonderful management, and an adorable sweet pea at the front desk, I believe her name is Hailey? She was terrific and has excellent customer service skills for Massage Envy’s clients. 5 stars all around and thank you Hailey for the splendid chat and help!

This Massage Envy location in Greystone is a 10/10 experience. Tresdon has truly magical hands and the perfect touch. He gave the best massage I’ve had to date. And the ladies at the front desk are always especially welcoming and helpful. I look so forward to my monthly massage here, and being on their wellness plan is SOOO worth the money. :)

Massage Envy is close and convenient. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and cool. On my last visit, I had Tresdon. Very nice and quiet guy. He took the time to read over my chart before I arrived. That meant a lot to me. It showed me that he cared about me, my needs and wants. Some people just start from scratch and move forward. My husband and I have had membership off and on for the last ten years or more. My girls trip always includea massage. I enjoy taking a break from the real world and the massage always remind me that I should relax more often.

Massage envy is the best. Ive been coming for a couple years and have enjoyed each massage. I was very impressed with the guy that did my massage. Ive had different ones. But always a great massage.

The staff here are friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere... My 5 star rating is mainly for my experiences with one therapist - Andre James!!! I have had many massages before but, after my first session with him, I now schedule sessions with him regularly. All I can say is, WOW!!! ANDRE is by far the BEST therapist I have ever had!! I wish I could give him 10 stars for his professionalism, knowledge and technique. What I like the most is that he takes the time to listen to any issues I have before customizing a session that targets those areas for me. He is committed to ensuring every session is a superb experience. Cant say enough great things about Andre!! Overall, however, if youre looking for a Massage Envy in the greater Birmingham area, this is the place to go!

Heather was my massage therapist and she is outstanding in her field. She has been trained well and is very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She always asks the client what they need and she is very compassionate. Heather is the best!

I would highly recommend you use Ashley at the Greystone location for all of your facials! She is super helpful and knowledgeable! My face always feels amazing afterwards and I also feel totally relaxed!

I went to get a massage the day before my birthday and all I can say is WOW! My neck and shoulder blades were so achy when I arrived. When she was done I was able to move with ease. Her conversation was professional and the entire experience was a great start to my birthday. Thanks again Patricia! ❤️

Ashley always provides a very soothing experience when I have a facial. I love the feel of my skin when I leave. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my facials!Had a massage with Ann Lofton yesterday and she was able to massage out stress from my back and shoulders that had been keeping me awake from the pain. Wonderful job!Had another session with Anne Lofton this week. She did another great job! She is always aware of my comfort and takes care of my problem area, this time it was neck and ankles.

This was my first massage since COVID lock down last year. Kasper did a great job!! I am so thankful and will def be back to her! The staff out front also did a great job as it was my first time at this location due to moving from Atlanta.

Do not sign up for a membership here. You will be charged monthly and there are no appointments available. During Covid the clinics were closed and continued to charge members a monthly fee. So hundreds of members have many service credits built up and there are never appointments available. It’s a horrible place to work and they cannot keep staff. I have personally had two massages (booked 6 weeks prior) canceled the week of because the therapists quit. They treat staff horribly. Over a three day period I called the Hoover locations 7 times, left voicemails and emailed and never got a response. Once I showed up to a service and sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes, when I asked where the therapist was I was told they never came in. Avoid ALL Birmingham area massage envy, they all have the same staffing issues and over booking issues and horrible customer service.

Tresdon is a phenomenal massage therapist!! He was very gentle and patient. Entire ambience was amazing!! I left out of there wanting to hit the bed. I was so relaxed!! Staff was very friendly and professional which made this first time visit so amazing! Will definitely go back!! Ask for Tresdon!! He’s the one😊

I have a membership but I am having a hard time getting an appointment. A month to month and half wait. Either need to open another location or get more therapists. Finally got one yesterday for 2nd week in September. I will never be able to use all my sessions. I will admit when you can get in, it is wonderful.

Had a short massage with Patricia, and she was very nice and did a good job! Brianna (works up front) was also very helpful in explaining the membership and helping me check in.

Great massage by Seth, however I feel like my time was cut very short. Only got about 40 minutes massage, he started about 10 minutes after (he came to the waiting area to get me at 5 minutes after my appointment time)and stopped about 10 minutes early. I don’t need that much time to undress and dress.The massage was very relaxing and beneficial.

I felt more calm as soon as I walked thru the door! This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the encounter. There was some confusion over the booking since my husband booked it as a surprise, under his name, but the staff worked quickly and politely to correct the situation. Patricia has a calming nature about her and that came thru in my massage treatment. Ill go back again!

I have been visiting this location for nearly two years. All of the therapists have been great. And then I had a session with Andre. Wow! Best session ever. Since then I have been having regular sessions with Andre. He takes the time to listen to any issues and tailors the session to target those areas. He has been working with me for months to work out issues that have been created by years of bad habits. I feel so much better and most of my day to day pain has been alleviated through continued session and Andre’s advice. He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Can’t say enough great things about Andre!! And the staff have always been friendly as well.

When I first arrived, Rachel & Jay were so friendly & made me feel so welcome. My husband has never received a massage before. Bill & Chakita were very professional, knowledgeable, fun, & informative. I wish that we didn’t live in a different state. We would be at this envy, all the time. Great experience! I might have to make another visit to Alabama soon. :)

I was a little late and flustered at the start of my appointment but Ashley was calm and very understanding. She was meticulous and shared every step of the facial process with me. Due to her professionalism, I was able to calm down and enjoy my service.

I have sent both my wife and mother to Massage Envy in Greystone several times over the last couple of years. They are always so happy and relaxed and rave about the services following their appointments. Thanks for making gift giving so easy and rewarding. I like my messaging session with herI like deep tissue messages and she can change her pressure according to my need .I enjoy my sessions and come out relaxed , refreshed at end of it . I booked a 90 minute massage with firm pressure with Tresdon and he did a phenomenal job. I had a baby 4 weeks ago and I was in dire need of this massage. He was very professional and was consistent for the entire experience.

Ashley did my chemical peel and it was amazing. She’s super sweet and made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving. The receptionist were also really nice and welcoming!

I have been a member at this location for over 6 months and love it! The front desk staff is always willing to accommodate any schedule my husband and I need. I have had massages from at least 5 of the therapists and they were all great! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a great massage.

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy since they opened in mountain brook and typically get bi-weekly massages. A co-worker was getting her massages at the Greystone location and just raved about her therapist. I had to give him a try. Andre is super kind and does more than just a standard massage. He truly customizes each massage to your needs each visit. I now have a standing appointment with him! Check him out and tell him I referred you!

If you can see Casey for a stretch session do it. She makes you feel comfortable and is very attentive. Not only have I scheduled as a return client with her, but I also set a loved one up with her.

I became a member of massage envy after my recent divorce. This is the only thing I do for my self. My therapist is Andre. He is very intuitive, and after the last session, I feel more than fantastic.....I feel like a new person...renewed. Every time I go, I have an experience that helps me get on through the rest of the week. I would recommend this location and my therapist to anyone. Trust me, you will feel better.

Patricia is hands down the best masseuse I have ever experienced. She listens, she adapts, she cares, she invests in her clients. If you have the opportunity to schedule with her, book immediately!!

The staff is friendly enough. The services are pretty good, but the massage therapists talk the entire time they are giving you what is supposed to be relaxing. I had one tell me everything from her orphan husband to problems with former employers. Geez. Not my thing. The facials are pretty nice.

I have been going to Massage envy over two years. I am an older guy and happened to stop by when my back was needing surgery and i was in tremendous pain. The team was professional, listened to my issue and assigned a specialist to me right then.Two years later i have avoided surgery and managed the pain. I highly recommend.

I had my very first massage here. The ladies upfront are very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. My massage therapist was Maria. She was AMAZING and made me extremely comfortable. They also offer the Murad line. I purchased some from age reform and some from age resurgence, every product has worked wonderfully. I will be back!

I’ve been coming to Massage Envy Greystone for about 4 months now. All of the therapists I have had have been great, but Andre is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I know make my appointments only with him because he takes time to listen to where my problems are and focuses the massage around those areas. Hands down the best massage ever!!!

Went in for a facial. Been having acne due to hormone medication. Cassie walked me through all the options I can do to deal with this acne. We decided on a chemical peel and she walked me through everything she was going to do and what I needed to do at home. Excellent service AND my face feels great!!!

I have seen Melody Joy now at Lee Branch a couple times. She is excellent! The only massage therapist that has been able to get the deep massage my body requires. I will be back soon!

I went to massage envy with some major pain! I have Achilles tendinitis and my ankles were so stuff from pain. I also jammed my wrist, which I didnt think could even be helped from a massage. But today (the next day) Im waking up after sleeping better than I have in weeks with my feet having way more dexterity than theyve had in a while and my wrist feels so much better! Im so grateful to Patricia for giving me an incredible massage that transformed me from being stiff and so uncomfortable to feeling myself again!Also, the manager and the team members at the front desk are very friendly and helpful!

This company has terrible management they need to fire everyone for the new year!!!! I am waiting on Alexius to call me and hasn’t. This company is a scam. Hand and stone is way better I’ll never return. The Hoover store is terrible now my service I received was very amateurish and Brittany at the front desk did not have on shoes. USE ANY OTHER LOCATION!!!

I came here twice and at the time was underage, so i had my sister with me. Another time my dad was parking the car and we were a few minutes late and they told me to leave until my parents were with me and didn’t let me check in either. They then called my father to tell him they will have to cancel the appointment if he didn’t show up. rude customer service. Then when i was getting my facial done she was very judgmental and belittled me for my age. A customer is a customer and they should all be treated the same. I recommend going to a small business where they actually care about their customers :)

I needed a massage after running a half-marathon and was able to book one with this Massage Envy location because of the convenience to my daily routine. I was a little skeptical because the place was completely empty the entire time I was there. This was my first experience at Massage Envy so I received the $49 price for an hour massage. My therapist was very nice but once she came in to begin the massage, she talked the entire time. I was severely sore from my 13.1 mile trek the previous day and was in need of complete relaxation. However, I couldnt relax because she was engaging in conversation for the entire hour. Even personal matters that should not be discussed with customers. Needless to say, Im still sore, and I will not be returning to a Massage Envy or recommending it to anyone. And also when I went to pay, I understand they have to give me their spill about a membership but I was not interested because of my experience and was also told to look at a sheet for what they recommend I tip the therapist.

I have been trying to cancel my account with them for 3 weeks now because my wife and I are both in school and working and dont have the time to go use our massage time. I was told that they would email me the cancellation form and no one ever did. Called back and I was told a manager would review it and get back in touch with me. Someone whom I think said they were an assistant manager did call me back but said they would leave a note for the manager to review and get back to me Monday since they had to leave early that day. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has called me back yet. I am a traveling manager for the company I work for and have been training new employees and working the entire time and have not had the time to call them back until today when I received the call thanking me for paying again. I call them up asking about it and am told that I am locked into a 12 month contract even though when we signed up we were told that we can cancel at anytime and also told that I would have to come to the store when a manager was there to take care of anything which is fine I will be going on this Monday to handle this. I will also be requesting a full refund including the overdraft fees that will hit my account this week because they have continued to take money from me even though I have told them several times Im canceling this plan. Just for note the massage therapists themselves are great, its the management that is terrible.

Yesterday was my third session with TRESDON at the Greystone location and I have scheduled two upcoming 90 minutes sessions with him. He definitely knows his job in massage and pain relief tension, he deserves a 10 rating! Thank you TRESDON!!!

Love my massage therapist - very frustrated by the front desk employees. I was told that I could buy a 3-month membership where I would pay one time (no membership commitment) for 3 massages. Turns out the woman at the front desk signed me up to be billed every 3 months for $177. Three months later when I noticed the charge, I called and was told by the manager that the girl who did the transaction would have to refund me and she wasnt in. Since when cant a manager issue a refund? What if the employee left or was fired? Are you telling me no one could get a refund? It didnt make any sense. I finally got my refund after having to call repeatedly (no one would call me back). Now I discover that they are still billing me $177 every three months and I havent even been in for a massage in over 6 months! I call for a refund and no one calls me back, so I have to drive down there and then Im told no management is in on Sundays. Called on Monday and the manager, Mike, handled it all very well and got me my refund, but unfortunately due to this experience, I will not be returning.

I made an appointment at least a few days in advance. As a stepmother, and full time caregiver of a fully handicapped child, and mom to a toddler, I need to care for myself in order to give good care.When I arrived for my massage, I was told that someone else was booked at the time I was booked. I drove one hour to get a massage from my friend, who knows my extremely high stress situation at home. Nothing was done to rectify the situation, nor did they offer to rectify it. I did not even receive an apology.The workers really need to take better care or at least Pretend to care about clients.I will not return.

Tresdon is very professional and good at what he does . He is the reason for me to start going back more regularly plus of course because of my back pain from workingMy back is better because Tresdon knows how to get to the places that hurt … thank you my back is feeling better !!

Omg this was my first experience receiving a massage. Seth was so amazing and cooperative. He made sure I received the massage I asked for. After receiving a massage in the areas I asked for I instantly felt relieved. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Seth.

I am utterly disgusted with this location!! If I could have given a negative star I would have! I scheduled a massage for my husband and mother in law (transferred my hours). I am not able to take advantage as I just had surgery. I explained this to the young lady and she proceeded to schedule the appointments. When my mother in law went that told her she was unable to use it. When i talked to the young lady she was rude and unapologetic and had the nerve to tell me that the hour would still be used!!!! This was the worst customer service Ive ever encountered! Chic fil A is up the street maybe she needs to get a crash course in proper customer service skills from them!

Don’t waste your time. I opted to be a member here, but every time I book an appointment, I get a last minute cancellation. I understand life happens, people get sick, etc. but when it happens more times than not, management needs to consider getting more reliable people or hiring additional employees as a back up. I’ve reached the point where I’ve built up so many “credits” that I don’t have time to use them all because when I try to, they cancel. If I cancel my membership, I lose the credits/money.Also, the last massage I actually was able to get, was so horrible I debated telling them to stop so I could leave. Wasn’t even an issue of too much or little pressure —it was just awkward.Go anywhere else.

I have been getting massages from Kasper for a while now and she is always fantastic! She communicates very well, remains professional at all times, and I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free! I 100% recommend Kasper!

Lawd! Today was epic! Phylis showed up and out! Her voice was very intellectual and professional.She asked me” Is this too much or not enough pressure?” I said, “ you can add a little more”. What did I say that for????? My whole life changed! She sent KNOTS packing! I wanted to holler bout 4 times, but I soldiered up for the ultimate release! She is a great massage therapist! I had a great 1-hour deep tissue massage with Tresdon. It’s a shame I had to put my membership on hold because there are not enough therapists to adequately service their membership at this time, especially when they have gone up $15 in their monthly dues!! Sad…

I have been a member for 2 or 3 years now and Ive always had a pleasant experience. Bri has been my therapist for almost a year now & always adjusts to what I need each time. The other ladies Ive been to there are also great, but right now Bris my girl!

Massage Envy has been part of my rehab from serious surgery involving two months of atrophy in bed confinement. My age made recovery a challenge. I requested the studios best person and Andre was recommended. Over the past year of steady work, Andre has restored much of the muscular function to my body and nerve activity to my legs. Careful and increasing pressure over time combined with profound professional understanding of massage therapy have produced great results. I am back at the gym with gradual increases in weight application that have restored muscle mass and endurance to a fully depleted physique. I have woven in medical physical therapy to provide a structured program of progress. What makes it all effective is Andres massage therapy that is providing the basis for the steady pace of improvements. I can thank Andre (and have) for a much-upgraded quality of life.

Ashley at Lee Branch location was awesome, she was talkative and interacted with me while she worked on my face! She focused on the areas I wanted to improve. Would recommend her!

The facility is clean, and everyone is very attentive and polite. Andre, though is AWESOME. I am now pain free, and looking forward to more progress with my flexibility. I highly recommend stretching before every massage.

I waa skeptical about massages because for one, I am extremely ticklish. I dont like for my shoulders or feet to be touched. Ms. Patty has the softest touch and I never flinch. This is my second time going and both times were amazing.

I called to set a SURPRISE appointment for my wife on her birthday and spoke to Austin. I wasn’t even going to book it under her name in fear that they would somehow notify her on accident. Austin assured me that wouldn’t happen and said he could just change the phone number to my number and we would be fine. Then about 2 hours later Austin (yes the same Austin) calls my wife and leaves her a message (yes her voicemail is in her voice with her name) and tells her that he got the wrong time and needed to change the appointment by 30 minutes. When my wife asked me about it I was able to just brush it off that obviously they made a double mistake and must have been for someone else. I called back and changed the time (and Austin apologized and assured me the number would get changed so it wouldn’t happen again). I thought we had barely dodged the bullet until they called back again today and left my wife another voicemail to confirm her appointment this week! Surprise officially ruined!

Marcus is an amazing man. I needed a massage apt. at the last minute on a Saturday and he accommodated. Not only did I get a massage but the best in my life our of over 50 I have had in my life. He even went to another office and got an ice cream sandwich for my elderly mom that was with me. When I told him she had alzimers he gave her a mini massage before leaving even though his family was expected him home already. Also, if you have a scar that needs attention he is your man! May God continue to bless him as he blesses others.

Got a facial with Ashley. Absolutely wonderful. Ashley is very professional and friendly. She makes you feel so pampered.

My massage from Tresdon was amazing! He listened well when I told him the issues I was having. The massage was wonderful and helped me with the problems I am having. I can’t wait for my next massage with Tresdon!

I had my first massage and love it! John was wonderful with massage my body out. The job I work I am always on my feet and always looking down making lenses for glasses. After my wonderful experience my boyfriend hook me up for a whole year. See you guys later on this month.

Brittany is wonderful! I’ve been going to her for over two years, and she’s very reliable. She always remembers my trouble spots. I don’t know what I’d do without our regular appointments.

I don’t know where to begin. I had pulled muscle in my shoulder. Pain radiated up to left side of head. Worst headache I’ve ever had. Came in to be seen by Tresdon. By end of the session my shoulder pain had went from an 8 to a 2. NO MORE HEADACHE. In fact I was so relaxed I fell asleep during session. Will ask for Tresdon again

You can do a lot better for the money. That isnt to mention that they raise rates after you are already in a contract so that you are forced to pay whatever they want. They only provide about 40-45 minutes of service for an hour. I havent ever been able to tell the difference between my services based on the needs I let them know of. Overall, its average at best, and I do not recommend getting in a contract with this company. Im very bitter that my monthly contract is more expensive than it was when I signed it and that there is no way to break the contract despite moving 2800 miles away.

Patti was fantastic new exactly where to follow the muscle and nerve.. if you have any sciatic nerve problems she is the woman to see can be strong-handed but can be soft handed your choice from the two young women up front who are all so great with a great smile to miss Patty and her massage everything was a five-star

Patricia is a wonderful therapist because of her intent and her listening skill. The direction of her massage strokes make all the difference, as she not only follows the direction of the muscle, but cross fiber and distal directions as well. She always brings me relief, and is kind.

Anne is very attentive and always seems to know exactly how to address the issues I have at each visit. I always leave feeling refreshed and healed. Her massage always creates for me great movement and flexibility.

I saw Kevin for a massage last night and it was really wonderful. Not only do I feel more relaxed, but he helped show me some stretches that I can do to help with my Achilles tendinitis. I highly recommend requesting Kevin as your massage therapist. I cant thank him enough!

I go to many massage envys across the country and had yet to find one that actually worked on the issues I had. I have terrible back pain and many knots on one side, which had gotten to the point of causing some TMJ. Markita here at Greystone diligently worked on my problem areas throughout the entire massage and it was FANTASTIC. She even suggested some things I could do to combat the TMJ after the massage well. I booked my next appointment with her and cant wait!

This place was not that great. Its like the express oil shops for your car. It is okay if you need a quick relief massage, but if you are looking for a relaxing time this really isnt it. My massage therapist was sweet but not very skilled. The rooms where you receive your massages are that great either. The front desk tries to pressure you into joining so you can receive discounts, etc (didnt seem like a deal to me) and to be honest, not that friendly. If I need an ASAP massage, probably would go here, but other Spas in the area usually can fit you in.

Valesa at Massage Envy in Hoover is the BEST massage therapist there is! I have used her for many years and she knows just what to do to work out the parts of the body that ache. She has helped my low Bach, much, shoulders. and whatever hurts. She’s a 12 on a scale on 1 - 10! Validate, you rock!

The girl up front had no customer service skills, I tried calling several times no answer, had an emergency & was late for my appointment she charged me 100% after I drove their & she canceled my appointment. I asked for her manager she said she was off & she could not give her number. Very rude place I will not be visiting again the Greystone location.

Love having Ashley do my facials. She is sweet and knowledgeable and had a very soothing touch. 10/10

Casey and the stretch was very good. Massage therapist seemed bossy. Hands on the table. Roll over on ur back, not that direction. Slide over an inch. Move down an inch. Slide ur head up on the rest.I could get comfy. After 12 - 15 years, this was my only not excellent experience. Usually 4-5 star.

I am giving my therapist, Andre, 5 stars. He is the master of massages! I have had lots of massages in my life, but the first time I saw Andre put all previous massages to shame. I am a regular with him now and will see no one else.

Appointment hell. Maybe its a good business if you can get beyond the lobby, but I wouldnt know. I first made an appointment Saturday for a 5pm massage. I was already in the parking lot when they called to tell me they had made a mistake and booked me with an aesthetician. They offered me a half off facial or massage for their mistake. Having no interest in a facial, and already a little disappointed and annoyed, I rebooked my massage for Monday at 3pm. Come Monday at 3pm, I walk into the lobby and find out that my appointment has been cancelled. No one called me. The people at the front desk dont know why it was cancelled. Im done. Im twice as stressed as I was three days ago, and I still havent had a massage.

Kasper was Great! She was able to target muscles that were sore and stiff as a result of a new workout routine that I started. Because of this I signed up to become a member at ME.

I called explained I had a procedure and needed a lymphatic massage. Gave them tge timeliness of my procedure. Got to appointment, and they told me they cant see me. They Apologized for tge front desk person not knowing the rules. So huge waste of time!

I signed up for a membership at the Greystone location and I am owed 3 massages. Due to my schedule, I do not have the time to go. When signing up for the membership, I was told that I am allowed to gift massages. However, I called to gift massages that I have paid for and they are now telling me that I can gift only one a month. This is not stated in my contract.

Not the best facial and definitely not the worst. I had clumps of product on my face when I got back into my car. Ive had enough facials to know that my experience should have been better.

They Missed so many places on my body, including my face, head, and arms....and i was only given a 35 minute massage when I payed for 60 minutes. I went back at 4:10, massage started at 4:15 and I was told to get dressed at 4:50.

This company continued to charge my credit card after my membership ended. They refuse to honor the massages I have paid for. Bad business practices are so rampant that a class action lawsuit has been filed against them.

This place has a crazy high turnover rate apparently after they got a new manager. Every time i get use to someone or someone suggested someone to me they are gone. Coincidence, I think not. This is crazy. They really need to rethink how they do things there. Guess i will have to find somewhere else for my guy to go to.

I had an appointment at 6:30pm. When I showed up they were closed and never notified me of a change. This is the 2nd appointment out of 3 that was canceled or in this case canceled and not notified.

Therapist didn’t ask me any questions or clarify areas of concern. Also they did not tell us ahead of time that they were not doing couples massages.

Tresdon Berryhill does a great job every time. I am always more relaxed and able to move better after his massages.

Massage was okay. Much of the time was spent in what I assume was touching a pressure point but with paying for an hour massage I was disappointed with 20-30 minutes of gentle poking instead of an actual massage.
