My girlfriend and I went in for a couples message with Laura and Naudia and it was fantastic. This was both of our first messages so we weren’t sure what to expect but we both left feeling amazing. I would highly recommend them and their services. We will definitely be back in the future!

My best friend, of 20 years, husband decided to treat her & I to a “couples massage” session, we rarely get to spend time with each other due to adulting, this was also both of our very first times having a massage & we were both incredibly pleased with the whole experience.We had a little trouble finding the location, I had a general idea because I work just down the street but we had read the reviews prior & expected that, when we called to verify if we were in the right area, the woman who answered was very pleasant & helpful. (Grey building behind Wells Fargo, 2nd floor)Checking in was fickle, but when we called again, the lady was still pleasant — and explained the system they’re currently using is hit or miss but explained they were switching to a different one and we were met by our LMT’s immediately, Kinley & Naudia.It being our first times, we didn’t know what to expect but they were very personable & listened to our individual needs & it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We walked out of there just floating due to being so relaxed & our tensions eased. We absolutely will be back. If I could give 10 stars; I would.If you need anything to persuade you to give Stellar a shot; let this be it! Absolutely fantastic. i cant recommend them enough. we did a couples massage and we had Laura and Elaina. they were both super nice and accommodatingi see some people ding them for it being hard to locate but honestly, it was no problem for usseriously, if i could give 10 stars, i would. atmosphere was perfect and they were both amazing. i will DEFINITELY be coming back here. great place

Found Stellar Massage via a Google search for massage therapy. I decided to give them a try as their hours fit with my work schedule and their are several therapist to choose from. My massage was with Naudia. She listened and focused on the areas that were the most bothersome to me. I requested a mild type of deep tissue massage as I never know how deep the therapist will go. Naudia knew what I was wanting and did just that. I think next time, Ill go for a deeper massage. Definitely recommend by Naudia and Stellar Massage.

I have been going to stellar massage for a few months now and i have never been disappointed. I have had the privilege of having Jordan as my massage therapist and she is by far the best one i have ever been too. She is friendly, informative and thorough. She goes over your paperwork before she starts to make sure she can best help any issues you may be having and she is informative if you inquire about the muscles that are being worked on. I would 10/10 recommend her if you are ever considering a massage. the prices are also fair and you get your full monies worth.

The therapists cater to the patients needs and provides exceptional service. Each therapist that Ive met has been extremely nice. My wife and I purchased a membership after our first visit because we were so pleased. Ive had the pleasure of Jordan as my massage therapist for each of my visits and she does exceptional work. I deal with frequent back pain and she gives thorough attention to my trigger points, while avoiding my sensitive herniated disc. I highly recommend her. My wife has been treated by both Jenae and Elaina, and was very pleased with their work as well. Their pricing is affordable and they provide great membership plans for people looking for recurring massages. Highly recommend all around.

Just got done with our third couple’s massage at Stellar Massage. Every experience has been absolutely wonderful. We had Chris and Austin this time; both were extremely talented and gave fantastic relaxing massages. My boyfriend struggles with some shoulder problems that Austin took great care in addressing. And I thought Chris was the perfect balance of relaxing while still gently working out some knots I had. We are both looking forward to our next visit!

I just had a fantastic massage with Chris. The 1st time I got a massage from 1 of the male therapists I was nervous but I got over that quickly. Both of the male therapists are very professional. Received a gift certificate for my birthday to Stellar Massage. My brother chose the place because of all the wonderful reviews and I was not disappointed. I had never had a massage before and didnt really know what I wanted. April was able to walk me through the process and provide an amazing relaxing experience. She was so knowledgeable about muscles and connectivity, it was so interesting to talk with her about the process. She was excellent. I am moving out of Birmingham in a few days and she really helped me relax from the stress of moving! Wonderful experience!

My husband and I had never had a massage and wanted to do something different for our anniversary. We scheduled a couples massage at Stellar Massage. It was wonderful! I had Crystal and my husband had Kate. The whole experience was very soothing and relaxing. We were both a little nervous at first, but these two ladies made us feel very comfortable and were very professional. I think this experience was one of the best anniversary gifts we could have given each other. We will definitely be back!!

I booked with Jordan because so many reviews were singing her praise. I learned today that those praises were well deserved. She was very polite and knowledgeable about massage therapy. I have suffered from tension in my neck, shoulders, and back for a long time, but she was still able to apply the right amount of pressure to help loosen my muscles. I will have to book more appointments so she can continue working out the tension, but I walked out today feeling better after just one session. She was also true to the time and fulfilled my entire 60 minute massage. The time spent completing the intake and getting ready did not take away from the hour. After reading all of the positive reviews, I was impressed enough to join the massage club, which came with a $10 discount for todays session. I look forward to booking future sessions with Jordan. I visited Stellar Massage for the first time on Sunday. Patrick is great at deep tissue massage (my appointment was for 60minutes)! He is a very fun and professional guy!In conclusion, its probably one of the best massages Ive had, especially in Birmingham! I would recommend to anyone. My boyfriend and I had massages at Stellar last Sunday. His therapist was Kaitlyn and mine was Chris. I want to start out by saying Chris was very professional, receptive to my needs, thorough and communicative. It was one of the best massages Ive ever had and I would highly recommend him. My first massage with Christopher was this past Saturday. I have been to several massage therapist recently. The problem was either the atmosphere was not pleasant or the location was not optimal. I am glad to say that the massage with Christopher with Stellar Massage was pretty much perfect. The location and atmosphere was great and I cant say enough about the massage. It was great. My pain was down as was my stress. I have already scheduled my next massage with him.

But he was only one available during time I wanted to go and he has great reviews on here so I took a chance. I found Stellar Massage through Google and after reading the reviews, decide to give it a try. Austin was my therapist and he was fabulous! I had a 90 minute message and he spent a lot of time on my problem areas (neck/back/shoulders).He checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure wasn’t to hard. I joined the Stellar Massage monthly club this year and I look forward to my massage every month. When I started my monthly massages, my shoulder was extremely sore and I had pain lifting my arm above my head. I am happy to say, I have no pain in my shoulder now. My last 3 appointments have been with Patrick and I have been extremely satisfied with his deep tissue massages. Patrick has experience working with college athletes and it shows. He knows where all of my tight and sore muscles are and knows how to massage the tension away. I always leave feeling relaxed and stress free. On top of that, I was able to schedule my last massage 4 hours before my appointment. I really appreciate Patricks availability and the convenient online scheduling.

I have been struggling with back and neck pain for the past two months and was not getting lasting relief from sessions with my chiropractor. I called and set up an appointment to see Kate at Stellar Massage. I was able to get a same-day appointment and the staff I spoke with over the phone was both polite and helpful. Upon arriving, Kate listened carefully to my concerns regarding my back and neck, and the specific areas that were giving me the most pain. She showed me some diagrams and explained some of the muscle areas that could be causing the pain. The deep tissue massage with Kate was the best massage I’ve ever had. Throughout the session Kate communicated with me regarding the amount of pressure and what specific areas were continuing to trouble me. Before I left, she showed me some stretches that I can do to alleviate some of my back and neck pain. In my opinion, Kate went above and beyond just the hour massage I paid her for. My back felt better when I left that day and I am still experiencing positive results from my massage with Kate. I highly recommend Kate!

Fantastic service! Very clean, very professional, very kind. I have been to many massage therapists and appreciated my time here! Highly recommend. Definitely would have 5 stars, however, the walls seem to be very thin and so you can hear people speaking and walking outside the massage room which can be a little off-putting. Aside from that, will be returning!!

Had a great second visit to stellar massage. I was in need of a deep tissue and that is exactly what I got. Chris was very knowledgable and hit all my problem areas. It was one of the deepest massages Ive had. Often therapists have difficulty going deep enough with me, but this was not the case. I will definitely return when I feel things tightening up again. I purchased the birthday special massage (90 minutes for the price of 60) for my husbands birthday this year. He has multiple sclerosis and does not have feeling in parts of his legs, his feet or his hands. He also can not lie flat on his back without experiencing extreme vertigo. I let Kerri, his masseuse, know that he had these issues ahead of time.Kerri was great!! My husband said she had lots of pillows to accommodate his back. He said that she was very gentle (some masseuses like to manhandle you). He said that in the areas where he did not have feeling due to his MS that when she would massage that area that for a brief moment, his feeling returned. He had nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. I am thinking of signing him up for the club membership so he can go on a regular basis. We are thinking that it might actually help his MS.Definitely get your next massage here!

The therapists strive to deliver a personalized session and respond quickly to requests for lighter or heavier touch, or changes in the room such as the music or temperature.Ive been a member at Envy and Heights and have had massages at different spas. Ive always felt cheated on time except at Stellar. Ive had slapdash massages at every level. Im very happy to have found an alternative to Envy and Heights that provides a quality service for a good price and lets me share my membership with my household.

My husband and I both had massages with Sally this weekend and she is great! I had a prenatal that was so relaxing and just what I had needed. My husband injured his leg earlier in the week and it had been swollen and painful for days and was so much better after Sally worked on it. Cant wait to go back!

As a chiropractor I am very aware of what constitutes a good massage. Last night I had a STELLAR massage with Robert. To put it into perspective, I have had pain in my right pelvis and flank for a year now ever since a fall. The pain was severe 8/10. I have seen Chiros, PTs, acus and massage therapists over the last year and maybe got a little better but it always came back with force. After my first massage with Robert, last night, I felt instant relief that carried on throughout the day. I am VERY impressed with Stellar Massage and especially Robert.

4 different people (in my about 20 visits) have had the unique honor of working on my stiff neck at Stellar. All were wonderful--although warning if you are a wimp dont let the owner work on you, she is not gentle, but you will feel better later.I review places as I see them--good and bad--I have been a customer for about 3 to 4 years there seems to be an expanding set of options and I have strayed but keep returning because it is consistently a good massage in a clean pleasant setting (new place better than old)--only fault I would have is setting an appointment online--site could be better--but there is always the phone--it works--I recommend

I have gone twice so far and both times Kelly worked on me. A deep tissue massage then a yummy Swedish massage with hot stones and towels. Pretty sure my new favorite thing was the hot stones, I have never had them before. I will definitely try that again.. Did I mention it was the most yummy sensation, divine!Kelly is deceptively strong and I was so relaxed this last go round I had to sort of ooze off the table when she was done. I suffer from back pain, insomnia and anxiety. I needed tension relief. It was already 3pm and most were closing for the day. Another, some wanted membership for 6 mos. and some waiting period of 2-4 wks. Can a girl just have a back massage? I dont know how I end up finding Stellar Massage thru Google, but Im so GLAD I did. I was able to book an appointment EASILY ONLINE SAME DAY. I was nervous since I never had male massage therapist. Let me tell yall something, this man named AUSTIN PAINTER is amazing!! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Austin, made everything so easy I totally forgot my stressful day. Thanks to Stellar Massage and Austin, when I got home I slept like a baby. I go to Stellar Massage every time I visit my daughter. It is the highlight of my trip and Im not sure Id be up to the drive home if I didnt. I was loath to try anyone except Jenae, but due to timing Ive had to and they are all wonderful! (I am still partial to Jenae). They all took time to talk to me and get to know my needs for themselves and I feel like they all tailor the massage to my particular needs and what I like. If you want a good massage, this is the place to go.

5 stars! I love this place. It’s been well over a year, maybe 2 yrs since I had a massage. I’ve started jogging recently and dealt with some muscle stiffness and soreness. Nate gave me a fantastic massage. I felt relaxed afterwards and much less sore. I went on a 2 mile jog that evening and felt great

I recently moved the Helena area and was looking for a new LMT for both pain management care (from a previous car accident with orthopedic injury) as well as prenatal since I’m pregnant. This place was perfect! My therapist has been Jenae and she is absolutely amazing! Her technique is so relaxing and she’s been very accommodating for me! Not to mention this place is immaculately clean and they go above and beyond to sanitize (especially with COVID.) They offer a full range of services with different add-ons so I feel like there’s something for everyone. My advice would be to book in advance so they can accommodate you adequately. But overall, I plan to continue getting services here throughout my pregnancy and beyond. Highly recommend ⭐️

Phenomenal experience. Deep tissue, full body massage helped to alleviate pain and stiffness of rheumatoid arthritis. Deducted one star only because its not easy to find. They really need signs outside the building.

I also really like the monthly/weekly membership offers. It saves money and allows you the flexibility to come more/less based on your schedule while paying the lower membership cost with no contract obligation.

Ive been going to Stellar Massage for years now and they are amazing. Ive seen Becca for help with my TMJ and back issues, and I always walk away feeling like a brand new woman!

I received a tandem massage from Jenae and April last week, and very much enjoyed it. They both were able to work deep and get to my problem spots that nobody has ever been able to work out before. They were also able to see how I work certain muscles, and the stresses they are under during the massage, which impressed me greatly. Especially April, in knowing the special circumstances with injuries Ive had on my legs. I would highly recommend Stellar Massage to anyone, especially for deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy. If you tell them you want deep tissue, youre going to get an intense deep tissue massage. Which is exactly what I enjoy. I havent tried them for a relaxation massage as of yet, but I plan on doing a couples massage with my wife very soon, and Im certain it will be equally impressive.

I saw Chris on Friday with the expectations that my sciatica would ease up and my expectations were met! He is extremely professional and polite and did an amazing job on the massage. I will definitely be going back and would recommend.

I made an appointment today to get an hour massage, showed up to be informed the person I was scheduled with doesnt work Saturdays. Not a good impression since Im from out of town. They offered me a free massage, but could not since Im leaving tomorrow. Would not recommend, need to collaborate and communicate efficiently.

I had an awesome experience today at Steller Massage! Katelyn gave an excellent deep tissue massage. She was very professional and focused on my problem areas. I will definitely go back!

I went to stellar massage couple of times and got an email requesting to give a feedback.They are very good professional massage therapists.My first massage session was with Jenae Jeffers and that was excellent(5/5).Also, she taught me few terminologies before and after massage like trigger points,how it functions,what follow ups required at home to make it better(salt bath etc.).Yes,the lessons are free.I would recommend to opt Jenae for the people who wants a very strong massage and ok to bear a little pain and relax for the entire week.My second session was with Meredyth as Jenae was busy on that day.I would rate 4/5 as i had a nice massage but not completely satisfied.I was expecting to get stronger massage like the one i got from Jenae. But i know she did her best.If you are a soft person who expects smooth massage,tranquility,100% relaxation and deep sleep,Meredyth is the right choice.They are awesome not business oriented and i will visit them again.-Bala.

The massage was excellent. Ive been twice. However, upon finishing my massage the masseur proceeded to rub the oil all throughout my hair. It left me looking so dreadful and greasy I had to go buy dry shampoo before going anywhere else.

Sally used a variety of techniques to ease the tension in my back. She seemed very experienced, and I walked out feeling like I had a new back. The online booking system with Stellar Massage is very convenient.

Although the massage was great what I got of it the therapist was all over the place with time, selling me a product, and talking to me the entire time. I went in for an hour long massage and even showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. We started at 6:30 where I was told I would do 30 minutes on my back and then 15 minutes on each side. I got 30 minutes on my back and was told my time was coming to an end. I told her I requested an hour. Then she only did 5 minutes on each side. I then asked again I requested an hour. She told me it was 45 minutes long and still charged me for an hour. I probably wont be back because I was not late. We started on time. I got charged for an hour I didnt receive. Maybe if I had someone more focused and calculate time I may have had a better review.

Very easy to schedule. My therapist asked specific questions to determine my needs. She did a combination of myofascial release and deep tissue. She wa able to target my problem areas, provide relief and education to help me when day to day to decrease pain. She was very professional. I would definitely recommend to someone new to massage or if you like deep tissue or have pain relief needs.

Austin Painter has the best hands in Alabama. I fell asleep on the table. I needed a good relaxation massage after a very stressful month at work. He knew what to do to make it enjoyable. He is also good for anything that ails you. Used him several times, he is an asset to the firm.

Belittling clients and rude customer service from the owner. **upate: I have seen the response from the owner, and I will let the consumer decide what they think* she said anything that you bring up staff, they think it has been cleared with me which is (in my opinion) not a good business plan. I asked for a $20 gift card (MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER ASKING FOR ONE) expecting to recieve a card that simply had $20 loaded on it, like normal, and her staff chose to give me $40 because of my usual discount. It is not my job as a new consumer to know what is and isnt allowed, and there is a very polite way to go about doing it, coming from a family that owns 3 very successful businesses, I dont think TEXTING ME IN A GROUP MESSAGE AT 1:09 A.M. accusing me of taking advantage of her is the way to do it. But if thats good customer service to you, then I redact my statement. Otherwise, Id reccomend a massage therapist that brings more relaxation than stress to your life.

I called to get a couple massage scheduled and the young lady that I spoke with was nice and tried to schedule something for us. I called back to confirm the time the second lady that answered the phone was rude, nasty, and loud in my ear. I never been spoke to this way ever in my life. The communication between the employees need to be better.

Great experience. Definitely had lower back pain relief. Sally did a great job, gave me advice on ways to prevent what was causing my pain. Will be returning soon.

I have had numerous massages at other places and always ask for a deep tissue massage and never ever have I had one like this. It was truly a deep tissue massage and was amazing. Definitely will be back!!
