Whoever you had working this morning Friday, July 12 Very unhelpful I came in the store, preparing to spend Money and it’s Obvious That the person who’s working the front desk Is in no hurry to try to help somebody didn’t even greet me when I walked through the door But the main thing is every question I asked got met. With I don’t know are we don’t have that Didn’t even attempt to try To see if they had something That could be compatible with my vape . This is the last time I will come Here I highly recommend vapors Forge on 280 their stuff is half the price And every person that works in that store is so Friendly and attentive to their customers.
10/10 customer service is always excellent and the staff is very friendly. If you and your friends are looking for a cool chill spot come here!

We visit here to smoke hookah. Service is excellent. All the employees we’ve encountered are friendly and so helpful. Hookah flavors are quality. The lounge area is secluded from the storefront and has TVs, music, heat, and AC, although it may not look super nice from the outside.

Ive always loved coming there however elijah said he would give me a good deal because there wasn’t a price tag got home and i found the price tag on the bottom and it was 20 dollars cheaper than what he sold it to me at. as far as i can tell they also sell to what seems to be a lot of children. I love most the employees and what they have in the shop but that one employee is super rude and money hungry very poor customer service on his part.

My business has supported this location with bulk shisha purchases at a small customer discount for over 2 years during the pandemic. I come in today and get a hassle with some new guy and a manager on speakerphone. Inconsistent business exchanges calls for me to start back placing my large orders with Texas hookah and Fumari directly. Principle in this case will override the convenience of them being near my shop. Poor attitudes and service.

Me and my friends went into the hookah shop after having been there many many times before, but we didn’t have our ids on us. We were treated very rudely by “elijah”. He stared us down as we left. I then called the next day and he refused to give us the managers number and answered everything I said without hesitation, but when I kept asking for the managers number acted as if he couldn’t hear me. He also told me to not call ever again. I’m very upset with how I was treated and will not be doin business here until “elijah” is gone!!

Did not see a price tag on a hookah and the guy at the counter said he would give us a good deal on it. Once we left we found the price taped to the bottom and it was $10 less than what he sold it to us for. Dont go unless you want to get ripped off.
