The Humidor Room cigar & Scotch Bar

I really enjoyed it except for the really loud vulgar music. Would much rather have some light jazz or something different. I love the comfy chairs! Great selection of cigars too!!

My son and I were in town and needed some down time. Great place to hangout and relax for a few hours. The humidor has a large and varied selection. The bartender made an excellent Scotch recommendation to a novice Scotch drinker. The atmosphere there was nice. We travel to Birmingham quite a bit and will be returning

The ambiance and the great customer service we were given was above and beyond anything but FANTASTIC!!! Thank You for celebrating with us. The Humidor Room turned out to be a fantastic find during my business trip. A quick Google search led me to this excellent cigar lounge. It boasts a great selection of cigars and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Visited twice while on business trip. Great service and a solid crew of locals who treated me like one of their own. Its the Cheers of cigar lounges. If youre in town, dont regret not swinging by for top quality company, drinks, and cigars.

Nice cigar lounge, various cigars to purchase. Have tvs inside with private rooms also for groups to reserve. Bar service, no food. Live Dj on the weekend after 8pm

I think the venue is great. A bit under whelmed with bar and room customer service and the cigar selections. I’m a huge My Father cigar user, which they don’t carry. Very comfortable inside. Probably I would recruit more conscientious staff.

Great place to sit and relax. Decent little environment, with cool people. There are a lot more fancy cigar bars out there, but if your just looking for a spot to hang out, smoke a cigar, and have a glass of whiskey, check it out.

Not a bad selection of cigars, maybe a little over priced, they do offer a military discount.

Definitely a vibe, nice place to smoke with a small lounge. Drinks arent watered down and DJ FatFree didnt miss a beat. Will return soon, update pending.

One of the best places I have ever smoked a Cigar

So I really don’t like leaving a bad review but I feel it’s needed in this case. I went in 5/27/23 and I initially had good service. Bartender made sure I was taken care of. Then a new crew came in which coincided with a buddy of mine showing up. One bartender in particular younger blonde woman (I wish I had a name) would rather look at her phone and talk to the other staff then ask my friend and I if we needed anything. When we did ask for a drink, she would say “just give me a minute” or “hold on” and never came back around……..It was not that busy. Now as someone whose wife was a bartender, I give more slack because I do get it. I still left a 20% tip because people gotta eat but it sure hurt me to do such. We were drinking top shelf scotch, you would’ve got me for a lot more if someone would’ve treated up with respectSide note: I say we were drinking, my buddy never was able to get a drink. I shared mine with him……

Me and my motorcycle club members visited this bar from Atlanta and we had a very good time in the bar. Kudos to the bartender she was very nice and attentive. Well definitely visit again!!

Excellent chill atmosphere. Seating inside and outside. At the bar or around the table/tv. Good wine and cigar selection! I usually run in and grab my cigars to go. Smoke a Perdomo Connecticut last night. Excellent mild cigar.

Stopped in while I was in town for business. Even though they have a solid cigar selection, keep in mind this is a bar first and foremost. Its loud, theres loud music playing, the lighting is dim, and it has a local bar feel. That being said, the locals were friendly, prices were competitive and the staff was friendly. A good stop, but wasnt the quiet cigar lounge atmosphere I was looking for.

Enjoyed the night, DJ was good, bartenders were good. Will definitely go back only thing is need a small menu of maybe wings, dip and chips.

Im not a smoker, but being able to sit outside was great. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun. Oh and I was able to watch football too. Thumbs up

This is another place I feel deserves a second chance. It wasnt packed, appearance was decent and considering the type of bar it wasnt over powered with cigar smoke. The bartender was nice and helpful. I ordered one drink that in my opinion was pricey for the serving but taste great. The atmosphere was a little uncomfortable however once the music selection changed. I also thought it was raining in the building due to a leak from the ceiling. Fix the leak!! and maybe consider music choices that does not have offensive language. I think it should be mutual which can be enjoyed by everyone.

While visiting the area from NC yesterday, we decided to visit this store as I had heard about how nice it was. The humidor room had a good inventory, a bit unorganzed, but nevertheless well stocked and nice seating ateas fir smoking, inside and out. The staff person who opened the store on this day was horrible!! The young man was very unprofessional, disheveled, and not very helpful at all! He spent more time on his phone than trying to assist us. We literally had to leave out the humidor room to search for him when we had questions! His responses were short and confusing as if he didnt know the answers! Not sure if he was still hungover or high, but he was NOT helpful or accommodating! He really could benefit from a customer service class or two!! I will have to make an evening visit in hopes of having a better experience.

First visit was a late night birthday surprise and I was NOT disappointed. The female working the shift took time to educate us on the cigars and her recommendations were spot on. She made a great drink too! We stayed a couple of hours enjoying the atmosphere, the drinks and the game and picked up a few additional birthday smokes for the birthday boy. The biggest surprise came when I closed out my tab... it was a lot less than I budgeted for the evening! We will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a grown folks experience.

Good clean, fun , laid back friendly environment. Parking is great, Beverage pricing is competitively lower than surrounding clubs. The staff /owner/ are wonderful and attentive to the customers. No one under drinking age or smoking age is prohibited . ADULTS ONLY! Karaoke Thursday and Saturdays. Wonderful DJ Mark

My husband and I Love, love this cigar bar. The service is awesome. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. If you are a cigar smoker or just want something to do this is the place to come.

Feels like a fun local place. Stop through on my way to a meeting, and was not disappointed. Large humidor and a decent selection of cigars. People were very friendly, very easy going. I wish I lived closer. If I come back through, I will definitely stop again.

This is a little far to drive from Birmingham, but it’s worth it. Low key bar with a variety of alcoholic beverages. There is also a living room style seating area. Large selection of cigars. Nice vibe. Highly recommend.

I stop here several times a month because of the great location, helpful staff, and great selection of cigars. If you are looking for a place that is on 280, I would highly suggest using this location! If you have questions about what to grab for the weekend, just ask! The staff is always great!

Great chill place to have a cigar and a drink. Big Walk-in humidor with a great selection. Love to come here and unwind. And Cowboy makes an excellent old fashion to go with your cigar of choice.

Great place to enjoy a cocktail and your favorite cigar. The Humidor Room has a great selection of cigars and a fully stocked bar. They generally have live entertainment of some sort on weekends or karaoke. If cigars arent your thing, they also offer hookahs. The vibe is laid back with bar seating as well as some comfy chairs and couches. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Theyre open until 2 AM on the weekends so its a great late night spot.

Great place, good atmosphere, awesome customer service (great bartenders, knowledgeable and friendly owner). For that, I could give a solid 4+ Star Review.Now for the other side of the coin, there are several items which I feel need to be brought to the attention of the owner:1. All too frequently the bar is out of ingredients to make drinks -- this includes mixers, alcohol, limes etc. I have heard on more than one occasion the phrase Im out of glasses for drinks.. mind if I re-use your glass? Maybe purchase more glassware for times when it is too busy to keep up with washing glasses.2. The place needs a regular housekeeper or cleaning service, as the dust is inches thick in places, including on merchandise for sale, and in both restrooms. The Christmas display in the showcase behind the DJ is still up (a n d its March).3. The selection of cigars has been lacking which may be due to the Corona Virus/Pandemic but it needs to mentioned.4. Air circulation seems to be non-existent unless the doors are opened (front and back). The place could stand from an air filtration system.Id love to give The Humidor Room a Five Star review .. but details mentioned make it difficult to remain a regular/frequent patron.

The music here tonight was great, I dont know who she is but dang, she good! We had a few cigars and drinks, you cant go wrong with this place. They have a ton of cigars and a great bar tender. You can sit inside or outside. Just a great little place.

Man this place use to be really cool with the fish tank, live band, and karaoke. Went last weekend and it was kind of bland at best. Has taken a step down but all in all its still a good cigar lounge.

This place is really dope, they play good music they have Dominos to play cards to play and hooka (i think Ive only seen it never smoked it) but still a great place. Not too crowded not too dead. If you come with a small group its amazing

I have been coming to this place for two years now on my birthday. The cigars are the best prices kn town! The bartenders actually very knowledgeable about the cigars as well. Great place to relax, have a cigar, and a glass of whiskey.

Everything about this place is amazing!!! I went with some friends and we did not leave until they closed. They have cigars, hookahs, wine and whiskey. The owners are fun (Amir is so nice). A must try if you want to have a great time. Met several regulars but Ya Ya is the best, fun and crazy.

I really like the atmosphere and selection. If you are going for Hookah be aware that they only allow it during certain times, I have shown up twice to be told they arent selling hookah that day. I would call ahead to see if interested.

This is a nice place to unwind. Their cigar selection is ok, but their drink selection and skill in mixology are great. It is a pleasant atmosphere and appeals to most any age group.

We had a great experience at the Humidor Room. Very large selection of Cigars. The staff was very hospitable towards us and knowledgeable about thier inventory. I would definitely recommend The Humidor Room for anyone who wants to relax and smoke a good cigar.

A fun place, however. I asked the bartender about hookah on New Years Eve. Her words were, Not happening! The place wasnt even that busy for a bar on New Years Eve. I hope they get a new bar tender soon.

Went in the early evening after being stuck in traffic to let it die down,was greeted by some regulars and the bartender immediately on entry,everyone is very polite,very nice selection of cigars,and scotch and wine,VERY comfy chairs,and very affordable...2 pints of beer,and a mid range cigar set me back only $13...you cant beat it,a lot of fun,and a good place to meet new people...will head back

The vibe was cool, but the selection wasnt. Maybe the rona slowed the choice of sticks, but the scotch was def lacking. Id go back if i could take my own smoke and drink.

Very nice set up and has plenty of places to sit and enjoy your cigar, plus get a drink. Only downside is some of the cigars are over priced. I would suggest visiting though :)

While it was great to be able to smoke and drink at the same time, I felt the staff and customer service was lacking and their cigar selection was sub par.The humidor might have a problem since it doesnt have a door and some of the sticks were affected by bad humidity.
