Had to grab quick item for friend and very limited knowledge about products. Staff was VERY HELPFUL!! She got me in and out quickly and efficiently with exact item needed. Store is top notch; clean and organized. And in process of adding a “cereal bar” to adjacent area that is very affordable with a LOT of name brand cereals options. I’ve never heard of a cereal bar but it was very cool. So cool, I took pics to show my husband. 😀

Had gone in with a sensitive situation I was trying to resolve and the technical knowledge of Clay and his team was superb, i have zero knowledge of these products and after a difficult conversation Clay spoke to me privately and guided me with information I was unaware of, also suggesting various solutions to the situation which he did not owe me. Genuinely appreciate and respect that assistance and am grateful for his guidance.

Can’t purchase something for (literally older then me) my mom because she’s not capable of being with me. Never been told this as I’ve done this in the past others places for a grandparent? But ok…. Other then that the guy was nice.

Love this place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they’re selling, the owner is a great guy, just overall great vibes here.

Excellent service and products on both the vape and the hemp side. Dont be afraid to ask questions they are very knowledgeable and everything is reasonably priced. They are VERY about the rules and the law. So be sure to be appropriately aged and to have a valid ID. They also have a membership program and a giveaway sweepstakes going on right now (Dec 202)

The first time I went to this shop I enjoyed it. However, I was refused service due to not having my significant other with me. For reference, my significant other was at work at the time when I went and I was going to pick up something for him. We both are way over the age of 21. I was then told by an employee at the shop in a rude manner to look at the sign. I personally will not be returning here.

Been hearing about vape loft. Live here for a years. But finally made it over with my friend . I accidentally forgot my id. I get it the law. My friend was just going to buy it( ten years younger) but the host was being beyond difficult . Technically she can buy two but she said “ I know it’s for her tho” like ?? I’m 32 I showed a picture of my id on phone. Just so difficult. As she talks about how pregnant she is? Well legally that’s weird too. I dunno the whole vibe .. ask my friend “ why her id is from . Why somewhere else” does she live here now. Is this and interrogation. To smoke a vape . Never have this experience at any other shop in Bham. Damn.

Ever since my first visit in 2017, Ive been singing the praises of this establishment to anyone and everyone looking for a shop that has it all. Whether you need e-liquid, nic salts, disposables, a new rig, replacement coils, or advice on how to get started, this staff has you more than covered.Lets touch on customer service, which is second to none. Whenever I walk into the Loft, Im floored by how helpful, how knowledgeable, and how friendly every team member is. As an example, I was looking for a change in e-liquid, just to shake things up, and Heather knew from memory just what I would like. The recommendation was dead-on, because these folks CARE.Theres also an impressive selection of delta-8 and delta-9 products on offer, and I hear theyll be getting glassware in soon! The prices are right on the money, the products leave nothing to be desired, the atmosphere is just to die for (still looking forward to that vape lounge I keep hearing about!) and I could not more highly recommend this one-stop shop.Ive visited other vape stores. But Ive only ever bought from these guys, because they run circles around the competition without fail.This is it, yall. The gold standard, and it just gets better. Cant wait to visit again soon. The Vape Loft deserves its lofty name--- youll never have to settle for less than the best.

They could have very easily sold me anything that they wanted.However, they sold me what I needed, as well as called another store, found what elseI needed, as well as programed there address into my phone to help me find it.My husband and son couldnt believe it. This is my second time visiting the first time was awesome but today it wasn’t as pleasant with the customer service the guy seemed mad because I wanted all my change back which was a Penny but it was my change and I wanted it lol he said they round up it round down with change 🤔😳I sent at 7:15pm

At this point, I would avoid this shop at all cost. Youd think after coming somewhere 1-2 times a week for several months in a row, they would start to remember things about you. I get the rule they have in regards to purchasing items while present, even though they are the only shop with such a silly rule. However, youd think they would learn their customer base a bit. Take more time to get to know your people and less time worried about an arbitrary rule that isnt required by any sort of law.

The staff at this vape loft always treat me like family. They are very accommodating to me and always get me exactly what I want.

This shop has some of the best customer service of any vape shop in America. I have visited several times while in town for work and they literally have everything you need.

Absolutely LOVE a this Vape shop! The blonde girl that works there (Heather I believe was her name) was amazing! Extremely informative about all the products and was so patient in helping me find the perfect product for me.

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helpful for picking a flavor, and there are so many to choose from. Whenever I have a mechanical issue with my vape they always figure out how to fix it (thanks Heather!) The store has comfortable couches, barstools, and a porch where people can chill and vape outside.It really helped me quit smoking.They also have a wide variety of CBD and Delta-8 THC products.

Very good, really nice and knowledgable staff, however I bought an ego-t style battery that shocked me and then got it replaced with another battery that had the same problems. When it comes to their cheaper products, they kind of suck, but the staff was incredibly helpful and when I chose to return my battery they reimbursed me in full even with the loss of my receipt, I highly recommend this place even though the product sucked, they were helpful and willing to work with me.

Clay was such a nice guy! Very patient and helpful. Set up my starter kit for me and explained every question I had for him. Definitely glad I came here for my first vape purchase. Thanks so much guys!

He took his time helping me out and we talking a lot about vapes and option out thr. He is very well knowledgeable. I will definitely come back cause he made the atmosphere feel calming and so fun. I went to this shop for a simple battery. Once I arrived I realized that I didnt have a mask. I walked to the door and spoke to Jordan. After I explained what I needed. It provided seevice for me at the door. That is great customer service in my book.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was my first time making a purchase of Mr. Salt-E Liquid. I was lost as to what the flavors were and strengths. The gentleman explained them each with enough detail, that I was able to select an enjoyable flavor. A+

I was looking for some guidance and assistance choosing the right kind of vape/CBD combination for me. The person working was so helpful and nice!! They gave me their undivided attention and helped me figure out what would work best for me. I really appreciated it and felt welcomed, even though Im incredibly new to this stuff. Today was the second day in the last two weeks that I had to go in there. Each time a guy name Kenneth helped me. Friendly and courteous with no problems assisting me with my supplies . They will help you and save you money at the same time. As long as they are open they have a new customer. Great place to go for your vaping needs.

Most knowledgeable staff in Birmingham. Clay really knows the products better than anyone I have ever met. The store has a large assortment of products and juices. Whether you are a beginner looking to something to start with or longtime user looking to upgrade a mod, this is the place to be.

Talk about customer unsatisfaction!!!I went in to buy a coil and ended up buying a brand new kit from the recommendation of the salesperson.Two more customers had come in while I was looking and I stepped aside and allowed her to assist them . She asked if I was ready and I asked about another vape in the same line as the one I was interested in. She told me it was an updated version had an internal battery and was more expensive. Then asked if I was ready as another customer came in. I paid and left drove a mile and turned around thinking I had rather pay the extra than deal with batteries. I go back in and tell her and she says so your gonna get that one also? I said no I wanted to trade the one I had just purchased not 5 min ago. She said she was sorry but she couldn’t do that her boss would be upset . I could only exchange with a defect. I mean really! I just bought it. WILL NEVER USE THAT STORE AGAIN!Also I had been there before and asked if they kept a record and she said no but when I looked at my text it plainly shows my previous visit. The vape I bout was marked down I feel like the reason it wasn’t allowed to be returned was due to this reason. Very bad Custer relations.

Most vape shops will learn who you are by name, if you visit enough, and warm up to you. However, this shop gives you that feeling of being a friend from day 1. Great selection, great recommendations, and always willing to help you out as much as they can. I cant recommend them enough. Go see Clay if you ever need anything!

The shop here is clean and well organized. there are tons of Vape Loft locations and they are always kept to a high standard. the employees are very knowledgeable and current on all the new tech coming out.

Great variety of choices and the employees are usually friendly! Its hard to find a good parking spot if you go late at night, so its probably best to take an Uber or Lyft or walk if you dont want to have trouble parking. Or, go at an earlier time.

They stand behind their products and all the employees are extremely nice and helpful

Some of the best staff youll find in a vape shop, without the attitude of some of the other vape Lofts. Solid advice and quality juices that other stores havent caught onto yet. Selection is great, shop is cozy and often busy, always friendly.

I highly recommend that you go by and visit this place, beside their wide array of excellent juice lines, the staff is extensively knowledgeable.I have been smoke free for only two weeks, so the cravings to grab a cigarette are still strongMy brother and I are from West Georgia, and were in Birmingham with our father whom was unfortunately in UAB CICU.To capitalize on the horrible situation that my brother I were going through at our fathers bed side, the coil for my Playboy Vixen had given up on me, and my brother had nearly run out of juice.To much of our luck, this place is only a few miles from the hospital. So we headed over to restock our supplies.Clay, the clerk that was running the shop that day, was not only willing to help us, he went out of his way too do so.He found an excellent juice for my brother, and then, because he didnt have the coil that I needed in stock, he called another store in the next town and found me the part that I needed.Ive was completely blown away by the excellent, caring, and knowledge based service that we recieved.
