DEFINITELY A HIDDEN GEM 💎Vape City has only been open for a month or so. They have such an amazing selection of beautifully blown glass, great prices, and the sales associates are extremely helpful.My husband really wanted to get a lighter/torch, but of course the only one he wanted didnt have a price tag on it. The guys that were helping us immediately started looking for the box in the back. After a few minutes, he reappeared with the box and the price. The sales associate was just as excited about finding the box and price as my husband was. Of course we ended up buying it. They have a gold selection of thca Delta 8 Delta 9 Delta 10 disposables and cartridges. Another cool thing is there e-cig selection. They have brands that Ive never even heard of let alone seen in another store so that was pretty cool too because I always love finding new brands to try!IF YOU HAVENT BEEN HERE YET YOU NEED TO CHECK IT OUT. Once this place is discovered by everybody its definitely going to be the spot that people want to go to because there is nothing comparable in Birmingham. It is truly one of a kind and ultimately the best kind!

Went in on 6.20.2024 @247p on my lunch break and asked the gentleman for the prices of the RAW papers which were behind the counter where he was sitting and on his phone... he proceeded to state he dont know the prices nor willing to check for me to make the sale. I simply turned around and walked out....EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...Do not shop here!!!! Went to BlackTie CBD in Homewood and received 5 star service..Vape City is straight garbage until they get rid of that guy!!!!!!

Store has plenty of options and a good selection. The person working the store was nice, however I bought a disposable vape and it didn’t work. Before I left there was nothing they could do for me other than have me email them. I’ve never seen a store not replace what was purchased at the time of purchase! Don’t know if I’ll be going back this protocol is terrible when we expect our purchase to operate properly as soon as it’s opened! Defects are something vape users deal with and often times are just swapped out. Not the same practice here! Also, did email them before I left the parking lot, I haven’t heard back , this review was 4 hours after the email was sent.

The majority if not all carts sold here are also very old. (can see the metal separating)Also, the flower sold by the brand Mary Jane CBD does not have lab results for the QR code on the side.(Scan it and see for yourself)Lastly, 80% of the vapes sold here have been sitting on the shelf since May, if not before then, which is why you cant inhale any smoke, vapes wont pull, and vapes will leak.----------------------------If you work here, its only a matter of time before you get fired for no reason.Anatolli, Alex and Cynthia are sorry excuses for upper management.
