Vape Loft Trussville

I love vape loft and will not buy from anywhere else mainly because I got tired of wasting my money at other smoke shops on leaking vapes, dud batteries and unattainable accessories for vape kits. Ive never gotten a defective product from Vape Loft and I love their flavor varieties that they will let you sample to find your favorite ones. Great prices and excellent service. 🙂

They actually invested in TEST vapes so you can TRY BEFORE YOU BUY! Who does that?! So cool! Setting the bar for all those lesser vape shops that feed us all those lies about why they cant offer testing.Mike was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, made some great suggestions and definitely knows his stuff!We live 50 miles away, but Ill be visiting Vape Loft from now on for all my vape stuff. Vape Loft in Trussville has always taken care of me. Mike panic attack this morning and my glass broke. Chad took care of EVERYTHING even let me have a minor melt down and a safe space/judgement free to have it in. Not only do they carry what you need, their employees are knowledgeable, quick to service all your vape needs and have excellent pricing compared to other local vendors.

You will only get vapes and juice here. The store is clean and well stocked, but its just vape stuff. Nothing extra like a traditional smoke shop.

Usually I come prepared and know what I want. However, one day I just swung in without doing any research. Luckily Don was able to listen and help me find what I would like. We chose the thelema kit and Im very happy with my purchase.Thanks again Don!

Normally a good experience. But today at 2:00 p.m. I went in the store and the girl working treated me like I was stupid ( huffing and puffing, eye rolling, and she even at one point began to talk louder so I guess that would magically make me know what to choose) because I didnt know EXACTLY which coil I normally get. I didnt know exactly which one because the people who usually work know what I need when I ask because theyve all helped me before. I just turned around and walked out because I wont be spending money somewhere I am treated poorly. Its not a good look for your store and I recommend teaching her some customer service skills.

Ask for Shelby!! She is the absolute best! Not only is she very friendly and helpful, she really knows her stuff. I went in not having a clue what I really needed in the way of new vaping supplies and she was extremely patient and took so much time with me making sure I was happy with my selection. Excellent customer service is a lost art these days and Shelby is doing it right!

Great locations, great selection, employees always very helpful. However I found out today after being a long time customer that if you buy a tank and it doesnt work right from the get go that ur just stuck with it. Mine didnt and like normal procedure when something malfunctions from the factory you return it. Not the case here. They only offer discounts on a new tank. I gave the tank back as I didnt want it(didnt work) and left with nothing. (Trussville)

This is the best vape shop in Alabama! They are patient with newbies and can chat it up with the pros. Their prices are can better than any that I have been to. They have a Comfortable atmosphere with samples before you buy. They are not just trying to make a sale. They will get you what you and what’s best for your vaping goals!

Every time I come into this store, the service is horrible. I recently visited, due to the convenience of the location, to get a new vape. When I walked in, the sales rep behind the counter acted as if he didn’t even want to get up and he had no helpful knowledge about the new product they had in the store. I honestly had to do my own research while standing in the store. The guy even put my salt nic juice in the wrong tank that should only have regular juice due to its high wattage coil (Nord 2 comes with two different tanks for either style of vaping). I will definitely drive the extra mile or two next time!

This store has the best employees! This is my go-to store for all of my vape needs! These guys will work with you for as long as you need to make sure you are given the best mod and tank for your needs. I personally work with Kenneth in the Trussville strore and trust his judgement. I had been shopping at the one in Crestwood for over a year weekly. But my last few visit has made me want to search for another vape shop. The staff they use to have was very helpful and courtesy. Now they have new workers and they are charging double on the cores and more on the e juice. I miss the other workers. So Ill be taking my business else where. Because I feel they are price goching

Poor selection staff didnt even try to answer any questions of ours. Was my first and final time in this store. I left there and traveled 30 to Homewood and purchased what I needed, from someone who didnt mind answering a few questions from as the man at this store stated is d@mn newbie. Hate f@$%ers like that so I took my newbie ssa somewhere else. Wouldnt recommend this establishment unless you already know what you want or are semi familiar with vaping

Great managers, they go above and beyond, answer any questions, they help you out and dont make you feel stupid. However, some... well a lot of the workers, well, lets just say, theyre not the same story. If you dont know a lot, they dont offer to answer a lot of questions. Id Dave or land in having a memory lapse other mgrl were always there is be an exclusive customer.

If I could give them more then 5 stars, I would. They have an amazing selection of juices, mods, tanks, and drippers. The people working there were extremely helpful and always answered all of my questions. They were out of my Clapton could and one of the employees gave me 6 sets of premade coils he had because of it. If i lived in birmingham, this would be the only vape shop I would ever go to

I always go here. I’ve purchased many juices and mods, kits, accessories, ect.... here. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Whether you are a beginner or a professional this is the place for you. They have testers for every juice and an explanation for every flavor.

8/29/2017 the employee working, 6 foot guy with a beard gave me incorrect information about some coils. Stating the baby beast coils come in 1,2,3,4 coil variants. Told him he was wrong or misinformed and tried to show him the info on the baby beast coils but the employee stood on his word. So to him and all the customers who ask him about the Q2, X4, T6 and T8 coils will be told they have, in order, 1,2,3,4 coils, which is incorrect. The employee let his pride of being correct cloud his judgment when shown and told that he was wrong. But what do I know. I only use the baby beast as my main tank and have been buying and building coils for it since release. We can all be wrong sometimes, even at our jobs, but to not accept the info presented to you showing you while youre wrong should help change your mind. Not make you double down on incorrect info. Train your employees better not only with inventory familiarity, but also with customer service.

Best vape shop Ive been to in multiple states. Large E-juice selection with a very great atmosphere. The employees really know what theyre doing and will go out of the way to help you. Fantastic place.

Nick and Tony were extremely helpful. After the horrible service at vape loft in moody, we came came to Trussville and every problem we had with my mothers vape was fixed within minutes. Highly recommend Nick and Tony for all vape needs.

Nice selection of beginner setups as well as hobby attys and mods as well. They have a new selection of moderately high end items to boot. Some things that most shops dont really keep in stock. (DotBox, Petri RTA, Revenant box mod, etc.)Kenneth is by far one of the kindest, most knowledgeable vape shop reps Ive seen and an all around cool guy. I recommend supporting your local b&m vape supplier, and Kenneth gives you a reason to keep coming back with great customer service.

Oh my gosh where do I begin with this trip!!!!! I go in here all the time and I love it Im always welcomed when I come in and Kenneth helps me so much but this time was different I went in to upgrade on my vape I wanted an RDA and a regulated mod and man I got so much more!!!!!! Thank you so much Kenneth!!!!! I wanted a kangertech Dripbox 160w and I was told they dont sell that anymore so I asked what he could do to upgrade me and he got me an aspire Archon and I absolutely LOVE it and he helped me (like told me what to do) to set it up and I love the cloud I have now and I love it in general!!!!!
