Vapor Maven

Went back to vapor maven today after horrible experiences with a few employees. Ryan was there and he is the most helpful, and polite employee they have!! He went above and beyond to help me find a flavor profile I was looking for. Been in there several times with Marlee before and she is rude as all get out. Anytime you ask her anything she just says i dont know and walks off from you. If she even gets up at all. Because of her I almost quit coming. Ryan got me signed up with a discount. And before today. I had no idea they even had one!! I will be back as long as Ryan is there.

As always with most vapor Mavens the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was misled about the type of vape they sold me. The kid was friendly just had no clue what he was selling. I went to return the coils that were completely sealed just purchased less than a week ago and the young girl immediately said we dont do refunds only store credit. And I said you dont do refunds at all..and she rudely kept repeating feel free to read the return policy on your receipt. Which is ridiculous they have no signs up, until you buy something and its too late. The young girl didnt have to catch an attitude for the buissnesss shady policies because clearly she doesnt run anything or make any rules anywhere. But obviously shes used to people getting mad that theres no signs saying no refunds until you buy it and read their two foot long receipt. Put a sign up and train your workers to point at it, and say sorry for any inconvenience but thats our policy. Instead of saying read the return policy only after you bought it. Whoops too late now huh....! If she would of put herself in my shoes instead of going on a power trip to tell someone off I would of never wrote this. Rude on top of greedy policies I hope this buissness suffers as a result. They took my money they dont have to take yours.

My daughter said the place was really cool and she got a great deal on vape juice so I had to check it out. She got two bottles for $20 and she usually pays $15 each. They got the cheapest glass products I have seen in town. I picked up a glass pipe for $4.99 + tax and the same size piece across town was $15. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!

I have been to a lot of Vapor Maven’s all over Missouri and Oklahoma cause I drive a semi truck and most of them are easy to get into I was at this location last week and Ryan was so helpful he was telling me about the rewards program and even signed me up like I said I have been to a lot of Vapor Maven’s and not one employee told me about the rewards program if it hadn’t been for Ryan I would have never known about I will definitely be stopping at this Vapor Maven location again

Went to 4 different vape shops in Bloomington Normal area and this place went above and beyond trying different pods to find one that fit my Vape since I hadnt purchased it at that location!! Will be returning to this shop for all my vape needs!

The manager Isaiah and the employee Ryan are too awesome guys. I had a weird issue with my battery for my vape and they replaced it free of charge for me cuz I just bought it a couple days ago. I definitely will be going back to this store the only thing I wish they had more of is zero nicotine juice

I went in there specifically for CBD products. The store attendants didnt even greet us when we walked in the store and continued having their own personal conversation. The store clerk behind the counter didnt even want to get up and help me with products that were behind the counter on the other side of the store. They had no clue or information on any of the products I had asked about. The other store attendant sat in a chair on his phone the entirety of the interaction.

The managers, and staff are very helpful and polite. I go in about every other week and the Service is amazing every time

They have alot of different kinds of Vapes the guy that works there is pretty helpful

New favorite place the people are supper dope especially Ryan and his gf. Forgot my bank card and they reached out trying to find me and did huge thank you and if anyone is doubtful don’t be they got the best
