Vape

Sold me the wrong coils for my vape, didnt offer a receipt, then refused to exchange them for the right coils. Even when showing my vape purchase in my bank records. I wasnt asking for a refund, just for them to fix THEIR mistake.

This is the 5th time I have stopped into one of their locations and only because of the convenience of the location, once again they did not have any vape pods that I need for a device that I purchase from them employee called all other locations to find them and no item was in stock this is ridiculous since its happened several times I can get them at other shops always and since i was not able to get the pods i asked about purchasing a very common and popular brand and flavor of juice and they also did not have the product not sure whats been going on with this company but seems they just dont care to sell anything for the vapes they have. This and all Boise locations are worthless to me for the last year and a half so I go to a local shop they only have two locations but the owners work most days the price match and find anything you request, they will order any product for a customer if they dont carry it but they carry most common parts and brands that are used.

Dont let them convince you get the new losgal disposal vape. Its garbage. Coil burns out in 1 day. They will not refund.

Sarah (With an H) ;) was AMAZING!!!! She was so nice, and walked me through everything I needed. Then when I had a small issue with my device she jumped all over it and made sure to take care of me. This gal needs a RAISE!!! Very knowledgeable made you feel comfortable, and over all just super nice! Will defiantly take my business to this location every time.

I use to manage this shop till I was fired for a abusive stocker that came into the shop and would not leave I called my boss and informed him I went in an got a restraining order this was on the 28 of Oct I was fired on the 13 of Nov for that guy being in the back room. Vape pays so little and treats their managers like slaves I believe I was fired because Im female with a strong will that speaks up for injustice the general manager threatened to sue meif i did not take this post down. Im not scared its all true he is in the wrong . I feel like its discriminating on his part against woman they have fired 2 females that speak up and strong willed. In the last month ... so I wont be shopping here anymore

Such an amazing Assistant manager to vape in boise on ustick. He was so helpful. Helped me pick the best vape and juices ever took the time to show me how it works. Definitely will be back! Went in Saturday afternoon after my last vape died. He deserves a raise! 👌🙏 Thank you again!

Wow, talk about super rude for no reason. Older gal couldnt be bothered to help me and was rude and condescending as she could be. Handed me my purchase after all that and said, here ya go no thanks no have a good one. Just here ya go with a dirty look. Ill never be back....ever.

I got the manager MJ fired by telling lies to the ceo. I abuse woman. This company is a joke. Dont shop here dont work here .They did back my play. Lol Nice job Kyle. You rock bro
