This is the best smoke shop in swfl! I’ve been a customer for years because of the products and costumer service provided! Anthony and his staff are always very welcoming and helpful! Make sure to stop in and check out this great store!

Been going to this spot for the last 6 months after going to smoke shops for the last 5 years , these guys won me over with the way they always look out and willing to help there customers in any way they can ! staff and owners super friendly . one of the biggest selections for anything you need by a long run ! they are the best ! not gonna go anywhere else anytime soon !

One of the nicest smoke shops i’ve been to in Bonita and Estero. Gulf coast smoke has a great product selection and even better employees; they are extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in looking for a water pipe and they hooked me up with an amazing setup. A water pipe, ash catcher, and a bowl. I would highly recommend coming here!

I am rarely surprised at poor service anymore, but this experience made me realize we are doomed as a nation. The young lady was sweet. I dont even hold her accountable. I spent $82!!! On a single disposable product. I opened the box at the store and showed her that something was not right. The plug was a long string covered with oil and dirt. I asked to exchange for a new product and got the deer in the headlights policy answer. No dice!. I gave her 3 chances to make the right choice and she was incapable of thinking outside the box. I explained to her that what was happening here was simply theft and she was confused. So, i simply smiled and explained that there were many MANY vape shops and i tossed my 82 bucks in their can. My day got better after this experience. I hope yours did too.

Some of the rudest employees ever. So unprofessional, cursing, flipping people off and then following us to our car to harass us thru the window. I’m a business owner in Bonita and we don’t treat customers like this! I will make sure to let everyone I know, to avoid this store.

Tantum is always so amazing and helpful when I come in! No matter what the issue is shes there. You have ample choices and Tantum explains everything so well. Not to mention her second in command, Yoshi. Bestest behaved boy ever. Always great to see him and Tantum!

Been going to this place since 2019. The original owner unfortunately passed away and their best manager left in recent weeks. After spending hundreds of dollars here, the new manager and disrespectful, blonde millennial counter worker told me that they could do nothing about a faulty pen they sold to me the night before. I will not go back here and I suggest the same for you.

Went in to buy roling tips for my medical cannabis, was capped at 10units...wanted to buy 20. Didnt know the FLDOH had a stronghold on what you can buy in a smokeshop.
