Josh does phenomenal bodywork. He is extremely well informed about the musculoskeletal system, he asks great questions, and listens carefully to come up with the best approach to relieving and healing pain. He’s by far the most communicative masseuse I’ve ever had, and immediately integrates feedback into the massage. Amazing.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Josh at Fit BodyWork. I was at a conference at CU Boulder and my upper back/neck became incredibly tense and knotted up. I was so happy to be able to make a same-day appointment. Josh was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable for the duration of my massage. He listened to my needs, minded every area that was bothering me, and found spots I didnt even realize needed attention!! Hes exceptionally intelligent and taught me a lot about anatomy and massage therapy along the way. I am from Connecticut so Im disappointed that I wont be able to become a repeat client, but if I ever find myself back in Boulder, I know exactly where to go & who to see! 10/10 would recommend Josh at Fit BodyWork to get the care & attention your body needs to be relaxed & healthy. Josh at fit bodywork is amazing – 100/10 recommend! He is extremely professional and very kind and personable. Josh came to our employee appreciation event offering 5-minute chair massages and he was busy the entire time! Whether they’ve had lots of massages in their lifetime, or this was their first massage, everyone felt better afterwards and shared that they had such a great experience with Josh.This was my first massage, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Josh made sure I was comfortable and asked if there was anything I wanted him to know or areas to focus on during the massage. He is super knowledgeable and explained what he did and why it’s important for self-care. I highly recommend working with Josh!

Josh is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. He is super knowledgeable about the human anatomy, and he is very accommodating during his sessions. I am a very active person and after a session with Josh I feel loose and renewed. I am also a big guy and Josh is very strong so he’s able to work on my muscles better than anyone else I have gone to. Not only does he give a great massage, but he also gives applicable self massage and rehab, so that I can keep myself healthy outside of our sessions. I would highly recommend Josh to anybody seeking a top level massage especially those who are very active.

We did the massage class and it was so fun and enjoyable! Not a lot of places give you intro classes, so definitely a unique experience!
