Second time in and got some really great advice from the people here. Amazing staff, fun environment, overall this is a great place to check out if your looking to chase clouds in the Boulder Area!!!

I love this place! Staff always remembers me, my device, my flavor palette, everything! Theyre always so helpful and I get everything I need when Im there. The points you accumulate helped me get a new vape (for free) when I needed it the most! They also have some dope artwork and glass pieces! Awesome job guys!

There was a time when I would have given this place 5 stars. Today though I go in to find yet another change to the detriment of consistency. An employee who has helped me multiple times didn’t recognize me and an employee I’ve never seen before berated me about my attitude regarding change and inconsistency. The employee who didn’t recognize me offered a discount if I was a member of their most current reward program, a program I’ve been a part of since the first program they used but here 3 programs later and no transfers from original programs to the current system and the current system doesn’t communicate seamlessly with the cash register which I have a profile on. This place has simply gone downhill. Tired of it. Better place with better employees and more consistent selection exist. I’ll be heading to those places from here on and writing good reviews for them.

If you are looking to learn about or get into vaping, there are few places that compare! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will go beyond the norm to make sure you are informed and educated but not enough to push a sale. They let their expertise insure that youll come back.The ONLY downside to this store is, since it is on the Hill, parking is terrible. That isnt their fault, just dont be afraid to walk a little too avoid parking fees.

Excellent customer service! Great prices! I actually went to another vape shop right next to them first, but when I walked in, I wasnt even acknowledged. I stood in a weird, uncomfortable silence as the 1 employee was helping another couple. I get that, Im not saying drop what youre doing to help me, but at least say HI Ill be right with you! So, I came to Boulder Vape house and the employee literally saw me coming and opened the door for me, stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately! The 2 for 1 pricing was awesome! He had me in and out in like 3 minutes (had my dog in the car out front so I was kind of in a hurry) he even answered the phone, and continued to count my change and help me. Thats how you multi task! Thanks so much for the great service and the juice is great!!!

IDK what the debate about the staff is, but I think they have some issues with helping people all at once. Maybe they seem unfriendly if theyre helping another customer and you barge in demanding attention. Ive seen many people leave this shop extremely satisfied, and the selection they have of both juices and mods, drip tips, and attys.... is huge! They more you go in, the more the staff will warm up to you, in fact, ive never met a more welcoming, genuine staff other than the guys at bvh.

Nathaniel and James are paragons of customer service and have dramatically improved the quality of my life. Every time Im in here I feel like I gain 15 IQ points with the superior quality of assistance I receive. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Great selection of juices mods and tanks. Whats even better though is there knowledgeable staff. All of them there know so much about vaping its a good spot just to swing by just to ask a question. Another thing thats great about this spot is all of the amazing art for sale!!! If you need something to decorate your room you can find it here.

CU Student/boulder resident here, BVH is awesome! The staff know their stuff and they really care about what they do. The staff are friendly, interesting people, and their Juice line-up is prime. Like Brielle said, the art there is amazing, and they even have cool clothing on sale. Fantastic store, fantastic staff, what more do you need?

Had a horrible first experience at the Boulder Vapor House and didnt revisit the establishment for about 5 months. Then I had the pleasure of speaking with Rex who was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth; the first dude I spoke with months ago was a giant d!ck.Awesome juice lineup, TOP of the line mods, and the knowledge to make you feel comfy. Thanks guys, Ill def be back!

Ive been coming to this place for about 2 years now. At first, it was great. Small, knowledgeable staff that you could build a rapport with. They knew what kind of juice I liked, what coils my vape takes without having to ask. I go in about once a week for some coils and another bottle of my regular juice. These days when I go in Im being accosted by a new 19 year old every week. Theyve tried to sell me the wrong coils (pretty insistently) try to push the juice menu on me and always always always push me to sign up for the worthless rewards program. I dont know if the place is under new management or what but the customer experience has really gone downhill to the point that this will no longer be my primary vape shop. They had a good thing going, I hope they get it back.

Not just the best vape shop in Boulder, but has to be considered probably the best in a 500 mile radius. So much more than just a place to buy vaping products, its an art gallery and an event space too. Everyone is super nice and you can sample any of their products before making a decision. Stop by and show this small business some support!

Friendly staff? Maybe Ill give it a second chance but the two times I went there, they were about as pleasant as the DMV. Their rudeness is why I started going to Mistery on Santa Fe in Denver which is about 1000x better!

Went in for atomizers for my pen. Showed the employee my own and they handed me atomizers for my pen. They turned out to not be the right type, so I walked right back in (2 seconds later) to get the right ones, and they wont return them! They tell me too bad, they cant return. Dont waste your time or money here, theyll just rob you like they did to me. Horrible customer service!!!

Super fancy gallery style vape shop here. Great selection of premium hardware, snapback hats and some very heady glass art. Glad I went, might swing back thru when looking for high end gift ideas but Id have to say not my spot for the quick/easy/cheap trips, more of a premium experience fo sho

For a while this was the only vaping shop around me and I dreaded going there every time. This staff is very rude and they do not ensure their products. So if you buy something from them and it breaks or malfunctions the next day youre out of luck. But now that I found so many other vaping shops that are closer and have better customer service Im so happy and probably will never go back again.

Friendly and personable vape store that aims to know customers by name. On the hill, great location right off Broadway, fun atmosphere with music and local art. You can sample any flavor and theres a wide selection of vapes. You can also take your vape to them for repair if youre having any problems.

Awesome shop! Travelling through Boulder from Australia on vacation. Dropped in to grab some juice and their juice selection was amazing. Super friendly staff happy to have a chat. Vape gear ranges from your standard Smok/Vaporesso mods to super high end stabwood/squonk mods!! damn I would have loved that palm-bf mod if Id had the money!Thanks guys for your hospitality and assistance. - John and Holly.

I’ve shopped at Boulder Vapor House for almost 3 years, staff and owner never fail to make you feel welcome. The staff is always honest and helpful. I will always go here for vape necessities.

Visiting the boulder area on business, needed cart/vaporizer/tank, something.While they didnt have the cart I wanted (SMOK dual coil cart), they went out of their way to get me something that vaped very well for me, and said they would likely stock the SMOK cart, even though I will not be a repeat buyer.Their e-juice is top notch, I bought some on the spot, despite not needing any.These guys are enthusiastic, helpful, and deserve your business.

The people there were very nice and well informed. The products seemed top notch and I liked the ejuice I left with (space jam pulsar). Prices were very good compared to websites.

James was crazy helpful today. Really understood the product and took the time to listen to what I needed from his shop. Very good experience and Ill be recommending this store to others.

They have supreme customer service, an inviting environment, and an excellent selection. I always feel welcomed and never feel rushed. It’s also cheaper than smoking and far more delicious.

I dont even want to give thus star. I went in to get pods for my JUUL since i was out. The clerk said they were out of JUUL PODS but we have these off brands that will work in your JUUL. They dont work with my JUUL. I tried to use one when i got in my car. Went back in and was told sorry we dont do returns or exchanges. So now im out $40.00. I would love to know how you are going to make it right.

Yes yes, Boulder Vapor House is the best vapor smoke and eCig shop I have visited, and I have been in a few across the country. I like the large variety of eJuice to choose from and all the fancy specialty mods for the true eSmoke connoisseurs. The staff is very helpful there and you can even try out the eJuice before you buy it.

Absolutely the WORST shop I have ever walked into. Can not understand why the ratings are so high. The owner is a joke, the product is crap.Awful. Just awful.

Stopped by on our way from estes park to pueblos for aio replacement coils. They had exactly what we were looking for and were friendly and knowledgeable
