I WAS a regular until I was not helped and treated rudely by a man with a CU parent shirt and a negative mouth. When I spend TOP dollar and come back anyway, regularly and often- I stop coming and throwing my money to a small business here when Im treated like that. Feel VERY sorry for that mans kids, money wont buy respect its earned. With honesty and kindness. Go somewhere else to shop.. And to the CU salesman in a tobacco shop- think about what effect you have on strangers. EVERY PERSON NO MATTER WHAT STATUS YOU THINK YOU SEE DESERVES TO BE TREATED AS YOU WOULD HOPE TO BE TREATED. see, I am NOT who he thought. And I talk to many business associates here. in Colorado. Once again I am disappointed in my generation. May I apologize for them, they havent evolved yet. Runnin out of time....🪞

I started going to smokers friendly a little over a year ago. And Im very pleased with their tobacco product selection they also have other things you may find useful like radon different types of devices that you may need for smoking. This particular smokers friendly owner-manager people who work there or very nice and personable people and very helpful as well. I highly recommend this particular smokers friendly shop thanks again have a wonderful day. Well back again this year and the new lady working there Geneva I think is her name shes definitely very helpful in finding everything I need and also is very personable and friendly and its just a overall great environment. Shes definitely a great addition to the staff in this smokers friendly .

I don’t smoke but deliver cigarettes to a friend in an assisted living every few months. So I call & ask the managers to pre order 10 cartons for me. They are so accommodating & trusting. It is a greatly appreciated service

Back in November, came in asking the woman at the counter if they had Versa hemp cigarettes (pointing at a display, with what I assume now was a display package), woman from the back cuts her off and yells weve been out. No offer to check, not even gonna acknowledge her employee who is helping me. Goes on some rant about their vendor not showing up... didnt really listen after catching that misdirected attitude. Dont really care whose fault it is after that, Ill go to any of the other shops in Boulder and hope for a better experience 😃

Honestly probably the nicest people in town. No judgement. Knowledgeable and charismatic owner and workers!! && I only got one little thing and they made my day just because of that good vibe.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is always willing to go out of her way to help me with any issues. Ive had bad luck with lighters, however the good vibe and good customer service is what keeps me coming back. Conner T.

Customer service here is mixed. Some employees are friendly and helpful, while others seem to be annoyed at the fact that serving customers is part of their job and make you feel rushed to get out of their store . . . even when youre the only customer there. Im an old pro at tobacco and related products and always know what I want when I go there, but I feel sorry for anyone who actually has questions.

Lady was rude and extremely pressed to get me out of the store. I had questions about products they carried, she answered them as passively and aggressively as possible. The price markups are off the charts. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE, after this i went down the road and was helped by lovely people at the other smoke shop

Customer service.. these folks treat you like family and care. They helped me with Kratom today which saved my life. I will be going back here on the regular now. Love & light

I bought a ecig and I am new vaping and had the clerk help me...she was not really helpful to having me set it up! So...another lady helped me and was very helpful. Not a bad price for the set up and had some great juices. They also had Grinds Coffee pouches, Caramel flavor, which taste amazing and will hopefully help us stop chewing tobacco.

Bought a quality (so I thought) refillable lighter, lighter won’t accept gas. They refused to replace it. Bought another lighter, the piezo mechanism failed before it ran out of gas, again, won’t replace. Sells junk and won’t stand behind their products. Cigars are also crazy expensive and old and stale.

Always a pleasure shopping here. They have a great selection of inventory and there is always something new or on the way. The staff have all been friendly and helpful.

If I could give them zero stars I would.I called the shop on the 28th and spoke to a Serena to see if they carried the ejuice I use. Im a former smoker, and I mean a SMOKER, who went cold turkey after 42 years. I only vape tobacco flavor because that takes care of cravings, etc. Dont like those foo-foo flavors. This Serena specifically told me they only had 3 bottles of straight tobacco: 0%, .6% and one 1.2%, which is what I wanted.I asked if she would please put under the counter in my name and I would have a friend pick up on Friday (yesterday). My friend gets there and, nope, nothing there. The guy then calls Serena and comes back and tells me there must have been a misunderstanding - that she never checked and they dont have it. BS! I was on the phone when she read them all off. My friend wasted so much of her time because theyre a bunch of liars who will tell you what you want to hear over the phone, just to get you there so they can sell ya something else. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you like getting your chain yanked.

Smoking establishment that doesnt have butane even tho all other smoker friendly have at least 4 different kinds. Never heard of one running out but I guess thats boulder for ya.

I shop here for ALL of my tobacco needs. I just wish their Cigar Humidor Room was a bit larger to accommodate a broader selection of Cigars.

Best place to find your smokes, smoking accessories, and tabacco flavored vapes not to mention star buds is just around the corner.
