My husband and I went in and Jonathan was working. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products being sold. He was able to fully answer all of our questions, and there were a lot of them, and he was able to point us in the direction of new products that we really enjoyed based on our preferences. The layout of the store and the atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable, which is a huge plus. I didnt feel like I was walking in to a dark, uncomfortable dungeon that just happened to sell vape supplies like some shops Ive seen.These qualities definitely set them apart from the other vape shops around. I will definitely be going back! Highly suggest this location.

The thing I like most about this place besides their selection is that they will spend all the time with you that you want trying different types and figuring out what you want. Prices are good to!

While I dont vape with my pinky extended (like some classy socialites), I do enjoy vaping more so than my old habit of smoking. The staff are great and very welcoming, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the prices reasonable. The only downside (which they have no control over) is the very basic and douche covered type patrons this activity calls to, like a moth to flame or like a mullet to Camero. Just look at the review the refined master of etiquette left a month ago about their preferred smoking stance and the pour bar (is that a thing? Dear God please dont let it be a thing people say.) All jokes aside, great place!

Their Prime juice is the best in town, love this place and the people that work there.

I was traveling n bowling green, broke my glass tank!! Ofc right?! And found this place thru google, it was the only place still open at 7pm!! Went and Steven helped me pick out a new tank and set it up for me. He was great and definitely recommend this place!!

He greet me with a smile as soon as i stepped in, and was able to point me to the product j was looking for and not once did i feel rushed to pick something. Even though we were there right before they were about to close, he was not in a rush to get us out the door. We are new to Bowling Green and have been to this shop 3 times now. Everyone is so helpful and kind no matter what day you go in. Juice can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase and vapes come with a warranty that never expires! Best vape store Ive ever been to.

I went in last night last minute! I have until recently used a juul. I went in not knowing what i wanted or how to use any of it. The guy was super helpful. Took his time and helped me decide what was going to work best for me. He also set everything up and loaded the juice before I left. Highly recommend!!

The best vape shop Ive ever been to as far as customer service goes. They also have a much better selection of nicotine salts than most other places.One of the guys even gave me 10% off some pods because they only had one pack left, which was very nice of them.All in all just a great shop, and they definitely have my business from here on out.

Best possible experience i could have at a vape shop. The place holds up to 375 cats at ONCE!!! All the ladies here are single and ready to mingle. I went on a date with one and she had the brightest of personalities. Best rings Ive seen in years.

I shop here often and they are always informative!! And it’s the first time I’ve used the Prime juice mixed there and a new flavor by Noms kiwi nectarine and passion fruit and it’s absolutely lovely !! Strong flavor and not too sweet !

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the store has a welcoming and calm atmosphere. I always go here to get my coils. They have a good selection as well; most popular vapes and coils. Would recommend.

I always have a great experience at that place. New guy wasnt the nices but that was the first week of the shut down. The normal staff is very nice and helpful. try it if curious!

I only go here for my vapes and juice bc they have the selection I like but you’ve been closed essentially two days in a row I go the first day and you closed at 4 that’s fine but don’t leave a paper on the front door saying you’re going to reopen if your not gonna be there even 2 hours after your posted time says, laziness seems to be taking over

Had an exceptional time at your store. Your employee Greg helped me understand my choices of products and pointed to a good deal which is always appreciated.

The sales rep guy with huge holes in his ears talks like a teenage stoner and tries to be way too personal to the point it is uncomfortable. The store itself is half empty now and the selection is a lot smaller than before. The ecig selection is questionable, every ecig I have gotten from them has lasted just a little past the warranty and I have heard similar from many around town.

I have to admitt I have never IN YM LIFE been to such a great place that had such an array of items for me to choose from and touch and purchase. HIGHLEY RECCOMEND this location to get all of your email cigarettes because they really know how to treat you right as a customer!! So I vape for straight taste. I dont have any nicotine added to my juice. So this being said, I love the taste of name brand Prime.This is my #1 go to for best taste.

Stopped by to exchange something on a Friday afternoon around 2:00 pm. Person inside and sign on the door closed for lunch. He would not open to serve several customers waiting in the parking lot. Bad for customer service.
