Family Massage

I have been coming to this location for 90 minute massages for about a year. I always have different therapists, always female. I really enjoy my massage here, they are always very kind. The most important thing is to use the colored heart system they have at the front. They indicate how firm you want the massage. Beware of the deep tissue! They mean business!! Not much English is spoken here, Google translate can help too.

This place does not have good customer service. I have been utilizing this location for about 3 to 4 years. I was provided a Clover Card to track my massages. I had 3 more appointments to reach 10.Once I completed massage #7 and proceeded to give them my card number, the receptionist said we aren’t using that method to acquire points any moreI asked her if she planned to speak with the manager to allow the credit for my long-term established relationship and honor my history.She promised to get back to me. I have visited their facility 3 times since my request was denied. I have received various responses that sounded something like, I’m sorry we cannot honor your card.Consider this as a warning. This business does not stand with the customer.

This is our go-to massage spot in town. Cash price is less than credit which is nice to save some cash. We always do the 90 min combo foot and body its amazing and a great way to fully relax before getting in to the full body massage portion. I typically can get a same day appointment as well so thats nice since we fly by the seat of our pants lol.

New to the area and yet to find a good foot reflexology massage. I gave this place a shot despite the negative reviews to see for myself. Lesson learned.30 minute foot massage (with last 10 min neck , shoulders and back) was $33 ($3 more because I paid with card, but of course they dont tell you that until after they ring you) then, I felt bad for the older lady so I tipped her $10 (as she hovered over my shoulder waiting to be tipped) so $43 wasted on a ok massage. Not memorable. Didnt received the neck, back or shoulders and when I questioned it at the front, the ladys answer was next time do 60 min, more time ....Never going back. Rather save my $ and roll my feet over a tennis ball 😑

My friends had an okay foot massage here so I tried it out. My experience was horrible. The front desk girl was insanely rude. She was on the phone when I walked in, she didnt make eye contact or acknowledge me for 5 minutes. She was cold, rude and condescending. They had a sign on the front desk that said if you pay with cash you get a discount, so I asked if I would be receiving a discount since I was paying cash, she rudely said no, so I brought the sign to her attention and she rolled her eyes and said NO. She ended up being the person rubbing my feet, so that was awkward. The massage itself was pretty lame, hardly any pressure, it just felt like someone was rubbing me with lotion. Not worth the money. Horrible customer service and no talent when it came to the massage.

OMG! We did a couple’s massage and thought the price was good deal. They hurt us both. Bruises all over our bodies. Mostly mine, and I said,please not so hard? Never,ever had bruises with a massage before in my life, won’t ever go back!,

Great place! Had a 90 minute foot and body massage and left feeling fantastic. Working from home has caused a lot of pressure to build up in the neck and back. They were very thorough in releasing that stress and working out all the knots. Neck and back felt loose for the first time in ages. Will definitely be back!

Spent two hours here. The best massage I ever had in America. Tony is quiet, but he work hard. I am novice to the hot stone, and I love it. Their hospitality is proverbial.

This was the strongest lady to ever give a massage she really hurt me she doesnt speak English so telling her not so hard wasnt working I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody

They did not honor the Groupon voucher I purchased saying its not in the market anymore. I cannot make a refund because I have viewed the voucher already. I clearly mentioned when I called for an appointmentthat I have a Groupon voucher, but when I showed it to her thats when she said it is no longer in the market. What a rip off!!

Stopped in for a massage as a walk-in. My neck had been killing me. Great massage. I will be back!

Really great couples massage, exactly what we were looking for. Good atmosphere, clean and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

The manager is a person who has no word, the last time I was there, I called before to make an appointment and fix prices, and when I arrive at the place waiting for my massage she does not respect the price she told me, she is the worst magazine I know , the place smelled like a dead rat, unprofessional facilities, the masseuse does not understand or speak any English, difficult to communicate, although they are very good at doing massage, I would not return to this place because of the experience I had

Cindy was the best!!! Felt relaxed and pain free when I left.. I will be back!! Highly recommend!
