Daniel was the cashier that helped me around the store. He was very sweet, respectful & very knowledgeable as well. He scanned my driver liscence so I can have a lifetime of trying vapors without constantly paying, its a non refundable 1.00 per person to receive a lifetime trial really made me very happy other places charge & charge but not Avial Vapor. After you make that one time payment you will receive a mouth piece in plastic brand new to try all vapors you want to try. This store & its employees are very knowledgeable & will help you in any way they can. So far for this first visit I will be returning to store only now they are very professional & never had such a great experience before, till now. Trust me you got to give them a try & you will see for yourself what I am talking about. Prices are also very good. So far my favorite is buttered waffles, apple cinnamon funnel cake, & Espresso beans. I wont be shopping anywhere else but Avail. Dont judge something till you try it.

I am pleasantly surprised by the modern classy design of this vape shop. The employee who assisted me was very knowledgeable and able to assist me in what I was needing. I was able to get everything and ready to start vaping within a short time and walked out very satisfied! The store associate was extra helpful and very friendly and accommodating. Joining their customer club for cheap has amazing benefits too!

I live in Boone NC. My mothers neurosurgeon is located in the Bristol Regional Hospital. The last time I drove her to her appointment, a drive of nearly one and one half hours, I realized I had run out of my vape juice. A quick google search showed Avail was less than a mile away from the hospital. As with most businesses the reviews were either the best ever or the worst ever. I only needed a small bottle of a tobacco flavor to get me home. What I found was the most thorough and professional vape shop, BY FAR, that Ive ever seen. I was pleasantly greeted by a young man named Daniel. He was not just a clerk as most shops have, he was a consultant, properly trained, well versed, and thoroughly knowledgeable and courteous. The store was clean, tidy, and well stocked and had a huge array of samples in dedicated mods with disposable tips. I cant tell you the number of times I have wasted money buying juice only to discover it is disgusting after my purchase since that was the only way I could try the product. Good Luck...Too Bad...bye bye. The negative reviews I read were mostly due to cost and I concede the prices are higher. However, with their membership business model and a system that almost completely assures satisfaction with every purchase, my contention is that, as a customer, I will actually spend less in the long run. Also the Avail brand of juices is such a high quality and seems to last so much longer I think it alone will offset that extra cost. My only complaint is not having an Avail store in Boone.

The staff is generally kind, courteous and helpful. They have a great selection. They are about same as any other vape shop when it comes to prices, but have really good specials on juices.

Really clean, nice environment, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices on devices are reasonable, but juices seem high to me. They also quit carrying wire and other things for advanced users.

The Best Vape shop I have ever been to. Knowledgeable friendly staff, great selection of products that you can sample, modern clean store, and they have excellent procedures in place to make sure minors cannot purchase vape products. I recommend this shop to everyone, if you are into vaping or interested in learning about it, do yourself a favor and go here first. You wont find a better vape shop.

The staff is great but their prices are outrageous. I mainly go to East TN Vapors and pay $20 for 100ml of amazing liquid, where as Avail seems to think $12 for 15ml of house liquid is a steal.

Cool store layout, nice and clean.But charging someone 56 dollars for two bottles of juice is outrageous. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

Don’t bother with this company, go to Rocky Top, Parkway Vapors, or East TN Vapors for your vaping needs. We bought two bottles of Glass juice, they charged us $68 when the price on the Glass website is $16 a bottle. The other vape shops around here sell it for the price it should be sold.They’re over priced, don’t spend an arm and a leg for the same juice.

Very cool place and the staff is knowledgeable and dont care to answer your questions. I talked to the same person for 15 minutes asking questions about devices and juices and left with exactly what I needed.

Extremely pretentious and rude. Went in to check them out after moving. Will definitely be making the drive to my normal vape shop. Also overpriced.
