Your posted store hours online are all lies!!!!, love you guys when youre open though.... who knows when that will be half the time. Im either too early or too late. My advice is come in atleast an hour after they open or before they close. Great people and service

I love this shop, they have the best Peppermint juice in town. BUT they are NEVER open when their posted hours say they are going to be! It’s very frustrating! Sometimes the lights are on and the open sign is on and the door is locked. Sometimes the lights are off. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for this issue happening all the time.UPDATE 8/14: apparently the random closings were due to a rogue employee. I’d like to come back to say that I really do love this shop. They always have what I need and if a flavor is out of stock, they’ll make a recommendation that is very close. Updated stars as well.

Tried to visit this place two times during their posted business hours because a friend told me about a good deal they had on ejuice. No one was there. The door was locked and the lights were off. If you plan on visiting this establishment good luck. Apparently posted business hours are just a wild ass guess.

Almost everytime I visit I always leave with either the wrong atomizer or the wrong strength of juice. Not to mention when I ask for a specific bottle of juice that I see and want Im always stopped and asked if I want a different bottle even tho I clearly want the one that I requested. The employees are nice but need improvement on how to run a shop properly as to what the customer needs/wants.

Ive gotten juice here before, I enjoy the brands despite the fact that a lot of them are sold out, but I can deal with that. I came here at posted hours, 11 am, waited for close to 20 minutes for someone to show up.Makes me wonder if theyre going out of business? Or the employee is screwing the owner out of business. Or the owner doesnt care. Regardless, will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Came here twice today. Once a 12 and then again at 2. Closed both times while store hours say they dont close until 6. Sign says will be back at 11:00. Cant recommend.

This is a Great Vape + store they expanded there products for the fine product and more. Place is the Kind you want to go to were you can ask?s and get an Intelligent answer...which is not always the Normal. Great owner and family but what else do you expect from BA.

This place is close to my house, so I come in occasionally to pick up juice or coils whenever I dont feel like driving to get them at my go to place. Today was no different, I went in to see if they had a drip tip because I had lost mine. Came in, walked into a group of young men, two sitting on a couch, one behind the counter and another standing a few feet away. As I looked into the counter, I suddenly looked left, and saw a ring of vapor heading towards me, and glared behind and saw his friends smirking....like he purposely blew a ring at me and hoped it would have hit me before I had noticed...I think the one who blew the ring was the owner or owners kid who usually watches the store. I dont know if its just me, but I found this to be very rude, and it just ruined my experience at this store. I walked out and didnt say anything else to them. No longer coming to this disrespectful hangout spot.

Best vapor spot in Tulsa! Great prices, great e-liquids and the best customer service. I have been going there for a few years now and love everyone there!

Do they know their own hours of operation? It shows the hours on the door but they dont seem to open by said hours. Other than that, they are nice and helpful.

Sold me the wrong atomizer. Tried to return it a couple of times, but they were not open despite the fact that I was there during the posted hours of operation.

Their nice, but you have a better chance of hitting the lottery than them being open on time.
