When entering Manhattan Laser Spa my first impression was that the waiting room was elegant, calming and professional. The staff is also very friendly and informative. I Saw wonderful results after just one session, I’m so glad I went to Manhattan laser spa! It’s worth the time, effort and $$$. I totally recommend them! Also brown girl approved. 🥰

Definitely the best place for Laser!!!!!!!! I have over 3 years using their services and always feels like my first time. Their customer skills and professionalism makes you feel like their #one VIP customer. They cater to all your needs and make you feel so comfortable at all times when getting the treatment done. I started seeing results just from my first time. I have actually moved to Florida and when visiting family in NY I make my appointment with them, and they always try their best to accommodate me. I have referred all of my family and friends and feels so great when they share their wonderful experiences with me. Lisa the manager and all staff are AMAZING! Laser hair removal was one of the best investments I’ve made. Manhattan Laser Spa is the best. My aesthetician was very polite and patient, I must admit with my minimal squirming, but squirming none the less :) Depending on your treatment area, the treatment is not painless, but….it is so fast! Once it’s done there’s no lingering sting. With the results that I got, I would do it again and recommend it. I have more of a tan complexion with dark hair, that I would say is more than most people. Hairy! My results were beyond my expectations and I am very happy. I wish I had done it sooner.

Ive entrusted Manhattan Laser Spa with my skin for over a year now. While I was a little skeptical at first, the staff and Esti team has made me feel super comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. Ive used MLS for full body laser hair removal, Vi Peel, RF microneedling, and PRP. Guliana is my girl for my laser hair removal and skin needs. Lisa and Sean on the front desk team in BK and 34th Street locations always have great advice and help work around my schedule to get in for appointments.

I’ve always wanted to try laser hair removal but it always scared me reading mixed reviews online varying from people who thought it was the best invention to those who said stay away at all costs because of their horrific experiences. After receiving a personal recommendation many years go I was still nervous to attempt but then got another recommendation for Manhattan laser spa not too long ago. After building up the courage I went ahead and booked a package. The staff, especially Lisa at the front desk is very knowledgeable and explains well. The salon itself is very clean and never overcrowded. The wait is usually not long and mostly on time. I’ve seen 2 laser technicians but Gulya is my favorite. Very attentive, adjusts the setting to your tolerance without compromising results. Tries her best not to miss a spot:) For this location she is only there on Tuesdays unfortunately so booking in advance would be best!! You won’t regret it, ask for Gulya:)

Id been considering laser hair removal for years but was extremely apprehensive having heard about peoples varied experiences with the procedure. After consulting with Manhattan Laser Spa almost a year ago, I regret ever having listened to anyone. I researched multiple places and remember calling MLS whose receptionist was so kind and patient, giving me a full run-down of the areas they take care of and their very fair prices. They also always have deals throughout the year which Ive taken advantage of more than once.Ive had almost all my sessions with Jade whos nothing short of sunshine personified. So sweet and gentle. I saw results immediately after my first session - and thats saying a lot considering my Middle Eastern heritage. However - and I cant stress this enough - consistency is key! If you bought the package and your technician says be back in 6 weeks, they mean it. Listen to them. After all, theyre the experts.If youre looking to begin your own laser hair removal journey, look no further. I promise you wont regret it!

Amazing services!!! I come here to get laser hair removal for my back and upper arms and my technician, Janna, is so wonderful.She is my go to technician and I have followed her since before she began working at this location. She used to be my facialist/esthetician in another spa and totally saved my skin. And now with the hair removal service I am totally blown away with the results after only the 3 sessions. I get it done once a month and at this point there is virtually no hair growing in the spots I was treated.She works so quickly and efficiently and always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process.She’s so polite and not pushy about getting additional treatments but very informative, you could tell she is passionate at what she does. I trust her completely and once my hair removal sessions are complete I will continue to go to her for other treatments.

I had my first service with Nadia on 3/14. The entire experience could not have been better. Booking was easy. All of my questions were answered, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I can not recommend MLS enough. They are super professional, caring and patient. I have seen great results from coming to Manhattan Laser Spa and I definitely recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and my sessions are normally really quick. Its also easy to set up appointments and the place is very clean.

The spa was running a promo for full body any areas no limit (I made sure to read the description before) the woman who confirmed my appointment told me that the areas I wanted to treat would cost more to do. I reminded her that the ad said no limit to the areas you want to treat and she claimed it was a mistake. Following the appointment I noticed that the tech missed spots on my body and the laser did not work well. I did 8 sessions of laser before at a different place so I know what my results usually look like , I don’t grow hair for at least two months after and they’re fine hairs, but after this visit it’s as if I didn’t do the treatment at all. I’m not satisfied and will not be returning. The two stars are because the building itself is clean and beautiful.

I have bought a full body laser package in 2018. I was so happy with the result and staff. They have a beautiful sitting area and the wait time to start my laser was very short. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful in explains how packages worked and scheduling appointments. I appreciate reciting reminder txt of my apt because of my very busy schedule. Lisa even advised me on trying new treatments that would improve the texture of my skin. Jade, my Esthetician performed secret RF. She is fantastic, she explained the process step by step before and while she was treating me. Jade made me very comfortable through out the process. I love that she answered all my questions and advised on what I should do with my skin to keep it glowing.

The service Jade provides every time I get my treatment is outstanding. She is kind and patient, despite how long my sessions are and the pain I am in. The results of my laser hair removal at Manhattan Laser Spa were beyond expectations in terms of the results. Prior to my laser hair removal treatment I had to groom unwanted hair twice monthly. After two sessions, the hair stopped growing back, and, the remaining sessions were used to maintain results and to achieve consistency. Moreover, the staff is professional, clean, and, just as importantly, made me comfortable during sessions. I actually intend to continue periodic maintenance, as, needed, and, happily recommend the establishment.

I am leaving a 5 star because my experience with the technicians for the laser sessions have always been friendly and wonderful. I was with Gulya for my latest session and it was such a pleasure really! Laser results have also been great for me. Like others my only note is about front desk, this time she was nicer but a lot of times Ive come in or been on the phone with them I didnt find them to be that friendly honestly.

I have went to many places for microneedling and other treatments. Last year, I began a full body laser hair removal treatment and was permanently rid of all body hair in 9 months! I just came back from hair removal session. This time I’m pleased with what I see with Golia’ work. She and Jay are great, detailed oriented and very patient.However my 1st session with a blond lady (Idk her name) was terrible! and I even called to cancel my whole package! I didnot see any result after that session! during her work, at some point I had to ask for a break and she didnt care and pretended can’t hear me and told me if you talk I can’t do my work! She was just a disaster!By changing her after my complaint, Im happy now with Golia’ work and will continue with her. She is awesome and highly recommended 👏

The front desk is RUDE! It’s like they’re being bothered by your presence. Not at all welcoming, in fact, I knew I was never coming back the moment I sat down to fill out paperwork. It’s sad actually because the technician was amazing! When people walk into a facility, the first thing they notice is the cleanliness of the waiting area. Second, they notice The treatment of the front desk. Finally, the Doctor/RN/technician. I’m surprised after so many bad reviews about the front desk, that they’re still going on like this. How are you supposed to get new clients with girls treating potentially new clients with rudeness and cold shoulders? With the prices the procedures we do, maybe say “thank you” upon paying. Maybe say “you’re welcome” when a client says thanks. Here’s an even better idea, when a client walks in and says “hi!” Say “hello” back. Try it! And if you’re really THAT miserable, maybe work somewhere else and give the work opportunity to someone that needs it and will do a better job.

This is my second session at the Manhattan spa Brooklyn location; I love it. I’ve noticed good results just after my first session and Im so happy and excited for the coming sessions. The front desk lady and technician are so professional and nice. I highly recommend this place.

I took my mom for her laser treatment. Ms. Lisa at the front desk advised that the spots will be gone upto 90% GARANTEED in 4 sessions. After 4 session my moms skin was still the same. Nothing was changed. Please save your money getting discount packages meaning you also give them 100 dollar tip everytime you go there. Ridiculous SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. A dermatagolost because thats what ms.lisa recommended me to do go to dermatologist after 4 sessions of 1300. Ms.lisa also tried to give me different treatment which was also 1300 that I have to pay for no results. Do NOT go.

I thought for a few days whether to write about my experience and dissatisfaction with the service I received.I bought a coupon on groupon in the amount of 300-350$ for juvederm filler for smilelines, when I came for the scheduled appointment Paula suggested that I add another $300 for the Radiesse filler because it is better and I will be very satisfied with the results, she refunded the groupon coupon and I paid 600$ for Radiesse with a card. (stupid,now I know).When she injected the right side of my face, the filler leaked and spilled into my mouth (above my teeth), it was terrible, my mouth was full of liquid and her hands were shaking, she was apologizing, but I wasnt I could not speak, I was afraid, I ran to the toilet to wash my mouth, I have never experienced anything like that.After two weeks, I saw that absolutely nothing had changed and that the results were NONE on the right side, on the left they were ok, she told me to come and she would fix it, unfortunately I did not see what she injected into the injection, but even after that the results they didnt show it, and when I wrote to her and said I wasnt satisfied - she said I still need to pay $600 for another treatment. Shameful and very unprofessional.

The BEST!!! At first, I was shy to do laser but when I came to Manhattan Laser Spa in Brooklyn, I started with one area and then immediately added full body because as it turns out, their laser is only a bit painful and often not painful at all. I was amazed by the results!I also just started RF microneedling for my acne scars. After just 2 sessions, I can already see my skin being smoother!

I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions on a large area and used 4 of them but then got pregnant. I obviously couldnt continue my sessions and asked if my account could be frozen, they told me it was not a problem and would freeze it till after I had the baby. After I had the baby I called to see if I can make an appt and they told me to get clearance from my doctor first, so I did. About a month later I called to make an appt and they told me that I only had 1 session left because apparently they charged me for the 5th session since I canceled that appointment (this was never communicated to me when I canceled) and that the 6th session was expired since I didnt use it and they never froze my account. The woman I spoke to said there were no notes about me calling to freeze it. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and apparently the only way to speak to a manager is by emailing. I would never come back here. They also dont do a great job with their laser service. I went to Vilena Spa instead and Elena was amazing and communicated everything to me from what I should and shouldnt do between sessions and she was determined to get all the hair out in the 6 sessions, whereas Manhattan Laser Spa claimed it may take 9 sessions or more.

I love this spa! My daughter and I have been coming for years and now we come only for random touch ups. I love the technicians but my favorite is Gulya or Julia (she’s so sweet). Try their services, you won’t regret it!!!

Has grown back at the same rate. Its a little thinner.Finished my treatments, about 2 months ago.So I think it depends on the person of course, but I didnt have that great of an outcome.

Really bad. Charged us over 2000 dollars with garaunteed results and in the end got no results. They also forcefully put the pinpad infront of you to ask for 50 dollar tip. On my second visit went through hell with pain and i got a response well everyone has a different way of doing things . Horrible.

I came here with a groupon to try laser hair removal. The place has a very chic feel to it and the person manning the front desk is very pleasant. The tech I had for my first two sessions however was intimidating and mean. Kept asking me if I had pain now over and over... when i told her i was fine it seemed to upset her. Had very terrible bedside manner.I asked for my tech to be changed and once that change was made my experience was excellent. I do feel their lasers did a amazing job. The reason I gave them a 4/5 is because when you ask for Brazilian it includes all of the front and the back. They told me the back side was a separate area. Very displeased when i had to purchase a whole other groupon to have my butt lasered.

Worst service ever !!!!!!!! I booked 6 sessions which are supposed to be 15 minutes each. Each session lasted about 1-3 minutes and THEN told me i need to come back for another 6 sessions. ( they do a very bad job on purpose i assume so you can purchase more)On one occasion i found one girl that took her time ( session probably lasted 5 minutes) i asked the front counter if i can come in when shes in ( totally being flexible with MY schedule) they told me that it wasnt possible and i get who i get whenever i come and that they dont know whos coming in to work for them..i would NEVER ever go back here, and i dont recommend ANYONE to go here. They dont care about customer service and they literally do a terrible job on purpose .

Hello, have been coming here for over a year now and did many services and was planing to actually sign up for my laser again and velashape however I come in today to the front desk a person. Named Lisa worst attitude ever, vey unprofessional and refused to help. I would rather sign up to a different place that might be 2 blocks away then dealing with her. I also recommended 3 friends and we all suppose to do the new package differently not after seeing to days service and nasty attitude from LISA.Very impolite person. Even tho I loved the place but NO WAY! DONT RECOMMEND IT due to staff

I’ve been coming here since 2017. I get full face and chin laser. The girls are super friendly , both the tech and reception. I’ve never had a bad experience here. And they’re really great with rescheduling if you need it. Super cleans , and bright. Parking is sometimes a drag but that’s not their fault, lol. I was a hairy nineteenth before no doubt lol😆😆😆...I’m considering the hydra facial and maybe a micro needling session...once I get these coins in order 😂😂😂 I’ve recommended a friend and my sister too since I’ve been coming here. Both have gotten sessions for chin laser. And the giant mirror in the waiting area is always calling me for those good selfie 🤳 lol.

BEST DECISION EVER !Started coming here a few months ago for Brazilians. Spent so much time and money with waxing. Im so happy I made this choice. I barley have any hair now. Its amazing. I also have really sensitive skin and my skin and doesnt break out at all. Ive only had 3 sessions and the difference is unreal. Sessions are quick easy and clean. DO NOT DO COOLSCULTING HERE! NO RESULTS AND NO COMMUNICATION! Waste of your money. I performed a 4-part tummy cool sculpting in June 2021 (a full day session). For weeks I experienced pain. It would have been ok if I had results. No results; in fact it added 2 inches around my waist after month 2. I reached out to them for some viable solution to which they said to wait 3 months and a manager will talk to me after the post-pictures. I took pictures, but no-one returned my calls and emails and when I visit they say to email because no-one is on site to talk to me. Four months later, experiencing reverse results and still no response. TERRIBLE!

This location in Bay Ridge is not only convenient for me but they are also very professional! I was very nervous the first time I went but the technicians and the receptionist are great and really know what they are doing. I went to Manhattan laser spa to get dermal filler ,the technician suggest 3 injections with 1ml ,I follow her suggestion and I trust her as professional but I ended up with no change at all and I spend almost $2000 for nothing. They charge me $54 just for the appointment ,they gave to sign a waiver and make me pay before the service ,not professional ,when I told them that I was not happy by the results ,they want me I add more injections ,never ever I will go to this place ,I will not recommended to anyone ,I got scammed

Nadia was the best at explaining the IPL photo facial & making me feel comfortable. Great service & great quality! Definitely recommend.

I paid for a Coolsculpting treatment that went wrong. The treatment should have lasted for one hour and 15 Minutes. However, the machine beeped announcing a thermal event, meaning my skin got too cold within the first 10 Minutes. The technician tried it a second time (against Coolsculpting protocol). I had another thermal event after 10 Minutes. I was asked to come back in 2 day to finish the treatment, but my skin was too damaged. All purple, now dark brown, about 5 or 6 Square inches of pigmented skin on my thigh. It looks like a severe burn, still more than a month later. I have been calling and emailing for a month now, asking for a refund. All I receive is an anonymous email saying that there are no refunds since the treatment was rendered. They took absolutely no responsibility, and refuse to even talk to me or handle the issue. The only person I was able to speak to is the technician that messed up my skin, and she was recommending I use Hydroquinone, which is a skin bleaching agent that I am allergic to, and is not safe to use. She said she had no say in refunds, and all was out of her hand. She couldn’t provide me with a manger or owner name or contact info, saying she would relay the info. WORST experience and outcome. BEWARE!

The technicians are very nice and know what they’re doing but I’m writing this about the front desk and I never sit there to write a review but I’m very very disappointed with the service ,I always attended my sessions but comes today and I was not able to go in on time due to work asking me to stay longer, I did what I had to do and called to reschedule or come in at a later time the front desk then let’s me know that if I don’t come in on time I would lose my session she said the latest I could be is 15 mins and if I wanted to reschedule I would lose my session which is something I didn’t understand, I ended up leaving work early. She’s very rude and when she talks to you it’s not professional at all unless you’re trying to book something new with her.

I originally loved coming here. However, after 8 sessions of laser hair removal I have not seen much improvement. Additionally, its very hard to get an appointment and the front desk is not accommodating.

Lisa at the front desk is super helpful in figuring out the best treatment and working out a good value package. Pleasant space, always on time, and the treatments work!

Unfortunately I’m not really happy with my experience... I was never called to remind about my apt (its not their policy to do so..) and when I couldn’t make it due to work, etc they told me if I have to reschedule one of my sessions will be lost... that is crazy..since I paid for it in advance I guess they act like that... also I was told In 6 sessions I would see results and my problem areas would improve.. (scarring) I definitely see a difference but I wouldn’t say the problem I initially had went away. I understand every hair growth is different, skin is different, etc etc and it can take more than 6 sessions for many, but every session I went to instead of being thorough like I feel they weren’t really.. they tried to sell me another package..I’m going to continue with my laser experience somewhere else.. the techs were very sweet btw- no complaints about that..

Great staff… never tried to force a procedure, I went in once wanting something and they actually told me, I didn’t need that much or a different way of doing it . I love that, the staff cares and isn’t looking to make money off of you when not actually needed

Got a Groupon for a hydra facial and trust me they facial was over in 10mins. Worst service and no prep whatsoever. Wasted my money.
