Been eyeing this restaurant for a minute finally got the chance to go was not disappointed. Food was amazing. I cleaned everything off my plate. Drinks were great and very cute. Atmosphere was wonderful. And had the best server was very nice and informative. Her name was Isabella, she also informed us about Thursdays and Fridays open bar special.
I made a brunch reservation to celebrate my 40th birthday! The administration was super helpful and informative with menu options. I had eleven people in my party group. I chose a pre-fix menu for my brunch since we had over 8 people. Brunch is served family style. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. They had our table ready. This restaurant has a beautiful ambiance. I chose the pre-fix brunch menu, which consists of 1.5 hours of bottomless mimosa, 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. Prior to arriving at the restaurant, the hostess called me to notify me that they did not have empanadas. Im glad they called ahead of time to let me know.I loved that they give you plenty of juice option to choose from for your mimosa. I have to say the passion fruit mimosa was delicious. Honestly, they make sure you get all the bottomless mimosa you can. They kept bringing the champagne out and juice consistently. The Dj they had was really good. He played a variety of mixed music. Now on to the food, I chose the spicy mango BBQ wings, guacamole, and lomo tacos. The wings tasted really good. The guacamole was delicious, and my favorite appetizer was the lomo tacos. The chipotle aioli sauce on the tacos was delicious. For main entrée, I chose cachapas chicken and waffle, Bruno Rancheros, and the chicken sandwich. The chicken to the waffles was very good, nice, and flavorful. However, I was not a big fanatic of the glaze on the waffle. Had the glaze had not been on the waffle, it would have made a big difference in texture and taste. The chicken sandwich was delicious, and I was surprised to see they served a big portion of the sandwich. My favorite entrée was the Bruno Ranchero. It was delicious. The steak was nice and tender and flavorful. For dessert I chose the tres leche and flan. Both were good but the tres leche was my favorite. Staff came out to sing happy birthday to me. Overall, this place is a vibe. Me and my guest had an amazing time. Theres nothing but great vibes in this place. Theres no place to dance for brunch, but we got up and dance anyways, we went around the dining area dancing. Some other people got up and follow us. FYI, the margarita are nice and strong here. We ordered regular flavor margarita and strawberry margarita pitcher.Book your next event or outing with Republic Latin Fusion you wont regret it! I can not wait to go back and try their dinner menu. At night, this place turns into a lounge with live dj and performers. Check their social media for event details. I can not wait to return! Thank you, Republic Latin Fusion, for your amazing hospitality! Until next time!
In the span of two weeks I’ve already been twice! Once for my anniversary and then again for my birthday. I went on a weeknight for my wedding anniversary, the manager Barry came out to greet us and was so kind! And when I went again on a weekend for my birthday with friends, there was a guy that came over to do a magic show at our table. From the drinks to the food, I enjoyed every single thing I tried. My favorite dishes were the lomo saltado and the short rib empanadas. I rarely eat beef, so that’s really saying something! And the drinks were STUNNING. Good music, good service, and good vibes all around. I will be returning for brunch soon! 10/10 would recommend.
How can there be this many great spots in one area?Came for a large graduation dinner and it was great; our server was so patient and ON IT. The hostess whom I assumed is the manager knew who our party was upon arrival and why we were there even though we came early. They were very accommodating when more people showed up and our seating had to be changed. The drinks were great-the pińa colada was the star of the evening. Very well made, creamy, ice cold and strong. The food was good; recommend that you get the guacamole and chips, Caesar salad (beautifully dressed and comes with dried cranberries; loved it!) and my sisters got the mushroom croquettes and said they were worth coming back for.Overall, I want to come back and would recommend 🤩
Went there yesterday for lunch to check the place out as a wedding venue. The staff were all amazing! Barry, the event manager, made us feel so special, we knew immediately that this would be our venue.Mia, our server, was lovely and accommodating, Christian, the bartender, is masterful at his craft… my fiancé and I had the Coco Loco and a spicy mango drink that were both insanely delicious. The food was so next level also… had the grilled Octopus( I have never had better), vegan mushroom balls, lamb chops with Brussels sprouts, grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach and for dessert we had a decadent Tres Leches cake and the vegan Tiramisu. With each mouthful you could taste the skill and love the chef puts into his cooking! The plating was gorgeous too! Not only am I looking forward to having our wedding here but also to coming back for another great meal before then.
We stopped by because we were interested in Republic Latin Fusion as our wedding venue. We’re having a small wedding (50 total), and didn’t need a catering hall. Since most restaurants do not have a dance floor, we were having a hard time finding one.Enter Republic Latin Fusion. A unique little oasis in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We sat down to a cozy setup for a wedding chat with Events Manager, Barry. He then introduced us to our waitress Mia, bartender Christian, and later, Chef Alphonso. What an A+ team, including the runner, whom we did not get his name unfortunately. We started with home made guac with home made tortillas. Simply delish. Then I moved on to vegan mushroom croquettes, with an edible flower on each, and perched on a dollop of creamy sauce. It was completely divine. The champagne has various flavors we can add - I opted for blackberry, my partner for guava. Such a lovely touch. The other drink I had was a Coco Loco. Served in a coconut shell and garnished with mint. It was nectar to my tastebuds. The main meal I had was grilled chicken, with mashed potatoes and spinach. My partner had the lamb chops with Brussels sprouts and potatoes. My chicken was a bit hard/tough. Everything else that was served was obviously made by a talented chef who LOVES their craft. I can’t express enough how the staff truly enjoys their work. The setup of the restaurant is perfect for a wedding, party, or just a great dinner. Compared to the rest of the space, the restrooms need updating. The doors were in need of love, as was the floor and garbage can in the accessible bathroom - hence the 4 stars for atmosphere. Barry said they are redoing them.Overall, I highly recommend Republic Latin Fusion as an event venue or a place to meet friends for a great meal. I’m looking forward to our wedding there and watching our guest enjoy the restaurant.
I came during brunch/lunch time. Very nice atmosphere. Drinks are delicious I had the Aztec omelette light and filling. The coco loso is very nice drink and the presentation is very lovely...I wouldnt recommend the chicken and waffles however the waffles is made of corn a bit dry even with the fruits and the chicken pieces are not seasoned....Mia who was my waitress very lovely and polite and very attentive...I would visit again.
VIBES !!!! This spot turns into a dance party on the weekends with immaculate energy. We ordered the ceviche and the birria tacos which were amazing. They also have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options like mushroom croquetas and vegan barbacoa tacos that taste delicious. Drinks have amazing presentation too! Will 100% be coming back.
We had an incredible brunch experience at celebrating our dear friends birthday! The food was delicious, but what truly made our experience stand out was our amazing waitress, Mia. Her warm smile, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations made us feel welcome and cared for from start to finish. Mias exceptional service and kindness added a special touch to our celebration, making it a truly memorable occasion. Thank you, Mia, for helping make our friends birthday brunch so special! We cant wait to come back and enjoy another wonderful meal!
On a Sunday night, we enjoyed a cozy dinner at a restaurant with no more than five patrons. The atmosphere was enhanced by delightful live music. We opted for a Piña Colada and a Passion drink, both of which were delightful. Our main courses, Salmon and Lamb Chops, were excellent. The dessert, a Bon Bon Cubano, was absolutely delicious. I look forward to returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it.
Had brunch here. The espresso martini is good. Chicharron was savory and tasty especially on the tostones and sauce. The chicken sandwich was very sad though. Chicken was dry the bread was not warmed or toasted. It was giving 7 eleven packaged chicken sandwich. The DJ was playing good music and that was a vibe. The host was nice to offer an alternative but we just decided to go.
This spot is just incredible. The decor of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, a bit of a jungle feeling. The space is set up really nicely and the seating is great. The service is really good, friendly and accommodating. This restaurant is extremely friendly towards families and groups. We were amazed by the quality and quantity of the food. Their cocktail variety is nice and they are perfectly balanced. We had octopus appetizer, which was big enough to share. As main we had pork loin, and the pepper steak. The pork was tender and full of flavor excellent combo with chimichurri. The steak cover with fries felt almost like comfort food. As desert we had the Tres leches and this was big enough to share again, soaked in the coconut milk, this one was nicely balanced and not to sweet or to heavy.Highly recommended and definitely will come back.
This is some of the best food I’ve had in New York. Went on a Saturday night and I am shocked that is wasn’t packed. The octopus and another appetizer set the tone for what ended up being incredible main courses. Highly recommend the chicken skewers, but the ceviche, and even cauliflower pizza were delicious. The staff was also attentive, helpful, and friendly. Great for a date night or group. Highly recommend for a unique palette experience.
Connor showed an element of service that was unfathomable. He was friendly, efficient and timely. I would recommend this restaurant ten times over for the service alone but the food was quite tasty. The drinks are 10/10 and food is delicious. My only criticism is that I didn’t have more ! This place is great for parties and dates either one you will not be disappointed. Ask for Connor!
Title: A Culinary Fusion DelightMy husband and I recently dined at a Latin-infused Asian restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. We both indulged in the seared salmon, a culinary masterpiece that reached new heights when we sizzled fresh lemon over it, elevating its flavors to an immaculate level. The drink selection was equally impressive, featuring the adventurous Sunken Ship and the potent teapot concoctions, boasting 6 to 8 shots. Needless to say, these libations left me in high spirits, thanks to their expertly crafted blends. Our server, Donna, deserves special commendation for her excellent recommendations. She steered us towards the tres leches with coconut milk, a dessert that transcended expectations. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the coconut milk adding a tropical twist to the classic tres leches. In summary, our evening at this extraordinary restaurant was a harmonious blend of Latin and Asian influences, punctuated by exquisite seared salmon, innovative drinks, and a tres leches dessert that left us longing for more. A culinary journey that truly deserves the highest praise.P.S I was wondering why the response was so dry. I forgot to add my pictures and video 😒🙄
I came here on Memorial Day for brunch, which then turned out to just be an early dinner because of how long it took to be seated, get our menus, have our drink orders taken, and we had to ask for water 3 times before receiving it. Me and 3 of my friends were inside before we sat ourselves outside and there was a few customers outside who seemed aggravated with the service as we waited for our drinks (which we should’ve taken as a sign to leave but unfortunately we gave them the benefit of the doubt - costing us an hour of our time that we’ll never get back). We arrived at 3ish and did not get to place our drink orders in until 3:45pm. The brunch also ends at 4 and so we figured we could do their happy hour instead, which starts at 4pm - 7pm. The bartender, not the waitress/hostess, came outside to take our drink orders and when we asked if he could mark our drinks as happy hour pricing he said he couldn’t because it was not 4 pm yet. We received our drinks at 4:10 (yes, 25 mins after we ordered them…)The drinks were very good, I got a Lula margarita and their piña colada was frozen (which I presume is already premade). We got the short rib and potato empanadas to start, which were very delicious but overpriced for 2k which are split into halves. The filling was delicious and the green sauce was a perfect match for the appetizer. We all ordered the Waygu burger from the “Brunch” menu because one of us wanted to order the birria pizza which was not available until 4:30 (make it make sense). The burgers were the best choice as it was massive and cooked to my liking (although, the waitress didn’t ask - it was medium rare). The dressing on the salad was delicious and the truffle fries were good. We had ordered another round of drinks but my one friend ordered her second drink when the first round of drinks was delivered. She waited a little over 45 mins for her coconut mojito. The waitress told us that the bartender was new and it was clear that they were short-staffed but on Memorial Day?Anyways, we ordered 4 tequila shots and the waitress told us they were free of charge and on the house given the fact that they also messed up a drink order the second time around. They gave us a drink we did not ask for so they let us have that although and then brought us the corrected drink. I felt really bad for the staff as they were clearly trying their best, but management needs to do better with making sure the have enough people to service the large indoor and outdoor space they have!Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of food and drinks. However, the service was beyond belief…there’s definitely room for improvement. Given the fact that I was really excited to try this place because I’ve seen it hyped all over Instagram and Tiktok. I’m not sure I’d ever come here again, especially since they had the audacity to add suggested tip options of 20%, 25% or 30% ON TOP of a mandatory card fee?5.5/10 ⭐️
Celebrated a birthday here and had an amazing experience. All food options were amazing that I chose and I definitely would go back when visiting NY. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is a great scenery to take pictures. They have outside seating available also.
The food was good, but the restaurant wasnt very full and it took a suuuuuper long time for anything to come to the table. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the margaritas though , WHOOOOOO! So friggin good! Normally I dont do a cocktail but man that kiwi margarita was of the chain!!! And out of the desserts the lava cake was more like just a piece of chocolate cake, the flan was ok, but the tres leches was the absolute best!(Out of the 3)
My partner and I came for a vegan MeetUp and were very impressed, everything we ordered off the menu were clearly marked vegan and were delicious! We had the impossible empanadas, mushroom bao buns and avocado tempura roll and would order all 3 dishes again! Three dishes for the two of us was perfect but we were very hungry! Our server Mia was great, very friendly and food came out quick! Atmosphere was perfect, lively but music was not so loud we couldnt have a conversation. Well be back with our omnivore friends!
It would be better to give a 0 star to this place but it isnt an option.I made a reservation for 11 people to celebrate my birthday. The reservation was for 9PM. I have asked previously on the phone, if it was possible to bring my own decor, and get there earlier to decorate my table, and they said yes. I got there by 8:50PM, and our table was busy with another party. We were told they were almost leaving and that we could wait in the bar. We were already 8 people in the bar waiting by 9:30 PM. They said, we will give you the table, when the rest of your guests come. WE GOT THE TABLE AT 1O PM. I bought my own cake, and my own decor but at that point I didnt use them, I just didnt want it anymore. Finally in our table, there werent waitress around, knowing their kitchen closes at 10:30PM. Then one waitress came to take our order. I ordered 2 Tostones Sides for the table, they never bring them, but charged us in the receipt (I asked to take them out).Horrible food, HORRIBLE service. They CHARGED US $100 US FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY OFFERED. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then, they told us we have to leave our table if we werent going to buy a liquor bottle, but we could stay standing. Then, they come singing happy birthday to me, and I though, finally they are doing one thing right. No, my husband paid $60 dollars extra for 3 little slices of cake. None of my friends ate their food, it was terrible.Lets talk about the music. No Merengue, No SALSA, I just learnt LATIN MUSIC is only techno music and REGGAETON.I came here to celebrate with my friends my birthday and it was a a really disappointing experience, everything was disappointing, food, service from hosters, waitrees, all of them. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE, AND PLEASE RETURN THE SERVICE MONEY, YOU shouldnt get money for the TERRIBLE SERVICE you offered to us.
Made reservations for my girlfriend’s birthday here. The service was terrible. The food was okay. Unfortunately, my friend and I got the American wagyu and it was terrible. The meat was cold and chewy. I felt my jaw cramping. Server didn’t ask about any special accommodations, took forever to check on us, and never brought out the last drink. It was so bad I decided to just get the check before I got my last drink and go somewhere else to not ruin my girlfriend’s special day. The only reason the place deserves a star is that there was a photographer who took great pictures for my girlfriend on her special day, kudos to her. They should give her the automatic 20% gratuity instead.
We went Sunday evening around 830 so there weren’t much people. The atmosphere was nice. We had the avocado roll as an appetizer and it was amazing. Our drinks were nice and strong. Only critique is we waited really long for our main dish so that was kind of disappointing. But overall the experience was good
Highly recommend this place! The food was so good and so were the drinks. I ordered the corn waffles w/ chicharrón and it was seasoned well and so good. I went on a weekday during early brunch hours and although it was empty the vibe was perfect. The owner and staff were so kind to us. Will definitely be returning!
The ambiance here is amazing. i loved the aesthetics of the restaurant and the photo op sign. We only had drinks and appetizers but i would give them a 10/10. With the constant events i would 100% come back next time but i would find seating by a booth. when they’re setting up for the club/lounge they remove all the tables and chairs. it felt awkward that we were like the only table in the middle of the floor but we left soon after. overall food/drinks and vibe was a 10/10
Great service, Dayna was really attentive to our bottomless table, and made sure we got our drinks promptly. Food came out fast, and drinks were refilled quickly, I felt they did a great job of making sure they were taking care of us. Definitely would come back here for bottomless.
The food and drinks were excellent and the service was terrible! Our waitress was not attentive. She disappeared for long periods of time. Our table had to ask several times for certain items. We did not get the option to order dessert because there was a soccer event that took precedence. TBH, they appeared to be racist because another group who booked a reservation for a birthday celebration was pushed out for the event with no comps. Eat and drink here at your own risk!!!
My friends and I made reservations for Sunday brunch for 115pm, called to say I was running a little late, got there right before the time. The atmosphere walking in is nice. The hostess sat us and it took about 15-20 just for someone to pour us water. A lady came by, took our order. Another young lady came over to our table, 30 mins later to say that she would take our order because the other lady never put the order in.We ordered the bottomless for $35 with guacamole and langostinos which was really good. Also ordered the short rib empanadas which were ok.I ordered the chicken and waffles, which took a while to come out. To make up for it, the chef came out and brought it to me which i really appreciated. It was amazing. My friends ordered the Wagyu burger and Churrasco Frites (skirt steak) and they had no complaints!Overall, I would come back again for the food and drinks. The DJ was cool. Maybe he turns up a little more later on in the day.
Server was nice, but they had one server with too many tables. Everything took forever. The food was mid. They charge fees for every damn thing. Like $13 to pay with a credit card. Atmosphere was not impressive. Overpriced. Would not go back.
Definitely enjoyed being here, the food and the drinks were delicious! Mia our server was great, super attentive and patient. She also shared her recommendations that were 10/10! Loved loved loved the live band 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This was always the go to for brunch or a delicious dinner, I came back and the menu is completely different, more expensive but still quite delicious! However, the service was terrible. Took about 20 minutes to get a menu, another 20 to get our drinks and apps in, the waitress never checked on our table, plates from the apps and empty cups were removed after we received the main course. The chef and the kitchen crew is carrying this restaurant because if it was for the service I would not be coming back.
Our server, Mia, was exceptional. The food was amazing (definitely would recommend the birria tacos) and the wait staff all around were attentive to our every need. I can’t wait to come back here for brunch with my girls.
Love this restaurant, it may seem like just your regular restaurant around the block, but they are packed with everything! 10/10 Food, I love the limo salteado, the service was amazing & drinks are strong and made to perfection, exactly how you’re craving! Ambiance is amazing I’ve been here twice already on two different nights, two different vibes both 10/10, the live music, I loved &I can’t wait to come back!
Best drinks in the game !!! Really the whole ambiance is amazing , it gives tulum/ Costa Rica vibes . The customer service is spot on , when we told our waiter, Christian, that the torched sashimi was too smoky for our taste he gladly switched it out for incredible guacamole . The salmon and Casablanca is my favorite and drinks wise the best is mama lychee and the papa mango. This is my 4th time here and they alwayssss deliver . Best spot in Brooklyn, and I don’t say that lightly .
Republic is a large restaurant. Very chic looking. Sexy vibe. Good for a date or a celebration. The food was good. Service was decent. It was a slow night. Not crowded at all. At times we were the only party in there. So with that you expect quicker service. It was a Monday night. Im sure Thursday through the weekend its packed. Overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed the yucca fries and the Peruvian fried rice with chicken. My friends had the salmon and the mushroom steak. Both dishes looked great. They enjoyed their meals as well.
This restaurant is AMAZING!! The atmosphere is a lounge vibe with fantastic service and delicious food! I had sushi as an appetizer and it was some of the best Ive ever had! The quinoa bowl is super light and healthy, highly recommend! The owners are some of the nicest people youll ever meet! You wont be disappointed!
We had brunch reservations for a birthday event. Party of 40. Mia our Host was absolutely Phenomenal. The service was impeccable and food was delicious. The General Manager was very accommodating. Will recommend#trixsta
This place seems so unassuming but we were so pleasantly surprised! The food and drinks were AMAZING and we particularly enjoyed the stuffed empanadas, mushroom coquette & Caesar salad. The servers were friendly and attentive and catered to our large group so well.Karaoke night was so fun and the DJ/host really made the vibes more fun with strobe lights and bubble guns. Totally recommend for a bachelorette party or just for fun celebrations!
We had an amazing time! get the bottomless brunch!! amazing deal, especially with all the juice options. the food was great and the staff were consistently checking that we had water, juices, and extra champagne. our sever, mia, was very kind, knew the menu well and had answers to all our questions! she was great the whole time, definitely coming back
Came here on a Sunday around 8pm with my gf for our anniversary dinner. Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. We ordered a pitcher of sangria which we never received, the short rib empanadas had too much potatoes in it, we couldnt taste the meat, the meats from our main dishes were not well seasoned, lacking salt. We ordered the steak and lamb. The fries that came with the steak and mashed potatoes with beet puree that came with the lamb were good. When the food was brought out one of our plates was given to another table which the waiter then realized that he had made a mistake so he took the plate back from the other table and tried to give it to us which we declined. The server and waitress were both nice / professional. Due to the mistake with the food and forgetting our drink they did offer us free dessert and a discount which we appreciated. We are going to give this place another try in the future due to how our inconvenience was handled.
My family enjoyed an amazing New Years dinner here. The establishment was relatively quiet which was great for us. The ceviche mixto was delicious and the seafood chaufa was amazing even after warming it up a few hours later. My only complaint is that it was a bit chilly indoors and we asked if they could turn on the heaters( particularly for the kids). Which they did for a full 5 minutes. It felt like they did it to avoid complaints. Other than that the restaurant is clean with friendly staff and amazing food
I celebrated my birthday here for dinner/club at night and unfortunately was dissatisfied with the service. Particularly, a bus boy who I didn’t get the name of but had braids that night. My reservation was at 9:45 so it was pretty late but the amount of time it took to get a waitresses attention/attended to contributed to the extended wait time to receive drinks, sufficient cups, desserts, and a birthday cake that I brought of my own. Towards the end of our dinner while I was still eating, I was asked if the tables can be removed to clear the dance floor. I asked if the table I’m using can remain because I was still eating and he said but they needed to be cleared and I said but I was still eating unless they wanted me to eat and stand and he said he had to get the manager which I wish he had. The bus boys waited around me to watch me until I finished eating but it wasn’t until my friends and I were met with hostility afterwards that it mattered to me. I asked him a question later and he ignored me, then at some point bumped into me harshly and one of the others to my friends too. Not to say it could have been intentional but overall, I was dissatisfied with my service especially considering my table alone spent over $1,200 for dinner and drinks and I chose to spend MY birthday there and I was the one met with hostility. Food was delicious and so were the drinks but unfortunately, service could have been better and made my birthday experience wayyyy better.
I was so excited to eat here and unfortunately it was a great disappointment. We started out with what I have to coin the worse latte I have ever had in my entire life! For a Latin infused restaurant they did not use good Latin coffee. The waitress was a very pretty young lady that seemed to look right through us and nothing was registering. I asked for sugar since the only thing that she handed to me was a cup of packets of Splenda and stevia. She looked at me like I had 3 eyes and she never came back with it!!! My coffee got cold, I went to the bar and asked for the sugar and the other women apologized and gave me a “sugar” bowl with spoon. Turns out it was Salt!!! After I swallowed one bug sign and coughed from the salt burn, She made me a new coffee. Can I just say that even with the sugar it tasted like muddy water - looked like to too! if I could imagine what that would taste like it would be this coffee! The radio was on playing Dominican bachata, and then a guy on the floor playing instruments trying to accompany the song on the radio unsuccessfully. I ordered the Peruvian fried rice with chicken with a side of sweet plantains with cheese. have had this in other restaurants before and is a favorite of mine, this restaurant’s was sub par in fact unrecognizable as a dish. Really greasy, loaded with so much shredded tasteless chicken I couldn’t taste the rice or all the peppers and veggies in it at all. I couldn’t stomach it. The fried plantains with cheese were actually very good. The chicken tacos my husband ordered left much to be desired. It is safe to say that if you know what this stuff is suppose to taste like you will be extremely disappointed, if you want a waitress that acknowledges that you exist this isn’t the place, and if you expect the waitress to come back with your sugar you can forget it!
After my run in McCarren Park, Greenpoint - Brooklyn, I wanted to try the new Latin fusion in the neighborhood and boy their food was amazing. Most of the menu is gluten free, so I could choose a lot of things and since I just became vegan, I also foundcmany options to choose from which made me really happy. So I ordered the vegan and gluten free empanadas, the ensalada verde and the cauliflower wings (vegan). The chef came out to say hi which was super nice of him and he was very accommodating to my dietary needs (i appreciate restaurants that do that so much). My biggest surprise besides the empanadas being gluten free was the salad that had cactus in it (never ate it before) with the combination of the jalapeños and pumpkin seeds- that salad was incredibly yummy.I also try their maracuya (passion fruit) non alcoholic drink and it was so good that it made me smile. I’m definitely going to try them again on the future and probably bring my friends too .
So i came to Republic on a Groupon date and let me say upon walking in the outside entrance is so inviting and picture worthy, it smells so good in here not like a food smell but a welcome to my establishment smell lol .. the music is your classic salas playing in the background the lighting is not to dim or to bright give a great date feel. so for starters we got chicken tacos cause why not its Tuesday lol , i ordered a spicy margarita & a Rico Spice for our drinks and lamb garlic mash & and Rib eye and garlic mash and salad .. so for my lamb i asked for medium and got that it was a nice bite and the seasoning was well put throughout the mash had the right amount of garlic and was nice and creamy .. now for the ribeye he request Med and they gave him Med well and you know what they say if the table shakes while cutting your steak its overdone ... so over all i like this place and will come back for again just hope they get the meat temp correct my server is as a nice help also we told him about the steak and he offered to get make another one for us but we didnt wanna wait. Went to wash my hand in the bathroom cause you know i had to check out the bathroom and l t me tell you the bathroom was a vibe as well nice cleans bright and inviting ....
I went here with some colleagues a few weeks ago, and we had an amazing time. We were shown the utmost hospitality, had great food and drink, and the live music was so cool! A very fun and lively atmosphere, the perfect first stop for a night out in Williamsburg. I would recommend this restaurant highly, it will not fail to impress.
Loved the food. It was nicely seasoned. We had several things chicken and waffles, cerviche, wagyu, and salmon (tad over cooked but still nicely seasoned). The people are great. The host Nielis is AMAZING! She was so helpful and attentive. Two things: Im not sure if the DJ is new, but he was the only person vibing to the set he played. He most certainly is a 1/5. Hes responsible for the vibe, and he missed the vibe check completely. Lastly, grapes do not belong in cesar salad....EVER. Besides that, drinks are good, and the restaurant itself looks great.
Loved this place so much, will be our go-to ladies night. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beef tacos were my favorite. You have to order the tacos! My friends liked the salmon and Peruvian rice. Bartender is amazing- pina coladas and Paloma were a dream. Decor and music made it a vibe ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I’m coming back
We booked in this place to celebrate New Years, we ordered appetizers, 4 dishes to share and several cocktails. We were 4 people and they charged a 20% tip when it is only 6 people or more, we agreed to pay it because so far the service was good. Then we asked for a bottle of vodka and as soon as we finished with it, they approached us and told us that we had to get away from the table because they wanted to seat other people, we told them that we were asking for the Uber for which we needed a few minutes of time, they left. They bothered us for it and they took everything from the table, including a container with food, they took it from us by force and when we asked to return it, who attended us (A blond man in a black formal suit) He called the security personnel and they literally took us out of the place by force, pushing us without caring that a woman was with us, they made us look like criminals when all we wanted was time to wait for our Uber and that one of us could enter the bathroom, which they did not allow. We paid 1,000 usd for unfortunate and disproportionate and unpleasant treatment. An absolute lack of respect.
This place has a very sexy atmosphere, just opened in the neighborhood this is a must visit! The food is nothing like youve ever had, a true Latin fusion! So many vegan options, I couldnt decide which was my favorite. All of the staff is super friendly and accommodating, faculties very clean, and they have a great mocktail list whilst they await a liquor license.
Overall: not impressed, everything was overpriced for what it was. I wouldnt eat here again.Food: we had the Lechon Asado - it was soggy. The Chicharron de Pollo was dry and spongy. Almost like it was cooked frozen. Also the Ox Tail slider is not on a slider bun, its on a bao bun.Drinks: they served me a flat diet coke.Service: the staff was friendly. Everyone was really nice.Ambiance: beautiful venue
Went on Saturday for Colombia game and experience was great! Good food, good drinks, great atmosphere. Further, post game they had Joshpele (celebrity magician ig: joshpelemagic) who was amazing! An amazing addition to an already great night.
Food is great there, but they need to listen on instructions on food order. They lack of getting the food orders correct dont know if is the surrounding noise. They place is a nice atmosphere n waiters are very nice. I would recommend 👌
Ceviche was very very fresh, which told me a lot about the place (it’s unlikely for a restaurant to be that fresh). Short rib empanadas were amazing. Drinks were big and really good. Highly recommended
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. From the moment we walked in, my party and I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The hostess was not only rude but also unaccommodating, showing no willingness to assist us with seating. This behavior made us feel racially profiled and completely disregarded as customers. It’s disheartening to encounter such treatment, and I would caution others considering dining here.
Mia our waitress was so sweet and attentive! The music was amazing, a really good mix of everything. I loved that it was a nice mix of people too, different cultures and ages.
Republic Latin Fusion is a regular spot for me, notable for its lively atmosphere where people actually dance to Latin music. The DJ consistently delivers a good vibe, and the overall music and drink selection is commendable. One aspect to be wary of is the bartenders. While the service is generally good, they have a tendency to add their own tip without consent and charge for premium liquor even when standard is requested. I, along with other friends and strangers that Ive witnessed, have had to call them out on this behavior, and while they usually rectify the situation, its disappointing that it occurs frequently enough to be a concern. Its happened to my at least 3 times, in particular with a batender always wearing a cap. Ive learned to always check my card statement immediately after closing out. Overall, Republic Latin Fusion offers a good atmosphere, but be cautious of potential billing discrepancies. These bartenders kill the experience. If management reads these comments, please train your bartenders to be more ethical and professional.
Server Mia, was very attentive always checking to ensure that we were okay. Food was sub not good. Birrra pizza lacked flavor, tried ordering salmon on Sunday at 5pm they didn’t have it as an option, sautéed pepper steak filet mignon was okay
Delicious isn’t even the word! Beautifully presented and so tasty, you could truly see the heart that was put into this restaurant just buy their food and beverages. My favorite dishes were the Lomo Saltado and Spicy Tuna Ceviche. I also loved the mock tails, I tried the Mango and Lulo mocktail and they were both amazing. The Lulo is a must try!! Very unique flavors that I believe you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Please check out this restaurant, it’s an absolute gem. Republic won’t disappoint!
Definitely the bartenders are the stars at this spot. Drinks are off the chart and music was tight. The food (ordered tapas) was pretty good too. Surprisingly fun crowd for a weekday.
We came here right at the start of summer because they had lovely outdoor seating and Latin food sounded good. Our server Mia was the best. My friend is kind of a picky eater but they were able to make some adjustments to help her out. We had the Mixto ceviche to start. Then I had pepper steak tacos.
Went for a pre mothers day brunch and everything was amazing.. Mia was amazing server.. we were not rushed, great customer service.. and astounding knowledge of the menu. Will definitely return
We had an amazing experience! The show! The food! The music and the energy of everyone was amazing! Vanessa is an absolute stellar server had so much fun!
Terrible service. After take so long with our food and drinks they rushed us out without offering us dessert. They tossed the table next to us out for a soccer event. Definitely do not recommend.
The food and vibe was amazing! Mia was THE best! She gave such good recommendations! Definitely come through. Their bottomless is no joke!!
The food, drinks, music and ambiance are amazing! Mia our server, is attentive, polite and answered all our questions. I would most definitely come here again!
Our server Mia exuded professionalism! She was very attentive to our needs and showed the upmost respect. Her recommendations was top tier and I would definitely be coming back!
Ruined our Valentines dinner! My partner and I purchased tickets for the 4-course V Day dinner for 7 pm. We were seated promptly, drinks came out quickly, and our orders for the 4 courses were submitted. Then... nothing. My first course was a simple Caesar salad which came out after we had been drinking for about an hour. But eventually, after enjoying a cocktail and finishing a bottle of wine, we realized another hour had passed and we hadnt received our second appetizer course. Considering our table was supposed to have a 90 minute limit for the entire 4 courses, it was obvious something was very wrong. We shared our concerns with our server who only replied with I know, as if the staff knew things were bad but couldnt do anything about it. Not soon after we found the manager at the bar and asked to close our check early. He was visibly frustrated as we watched him snatch the card reader from another server who was fumbling trying to close our check. In the end, we only paid for our drinks and $10 total for the first course. We then bought some pizza from a place around the corner. Terrible experience!
Before I write this review I want y’all to know that it’s not often I publish reviews. It took a lot for me to do this but the experience was so bad that I just had to. I went out with my friends and we were ready to have a good time and spend money. This review is about quality and restaurant accountability. Here goes:Last night, we chose Republic Latin Fusion to celebrate my birthday, attracted by its appealing photos and positive reviews. However, our experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance was pleasant upon entry, the food fell short of expectations. We ordered tacos, lomo salteado, and chicken skewers, all visually appealing but lacking in taste and proper cooking. The lomo salteado resembled boiled beef, with cold fries and chewy meat, barely edible. The tacos were underwhelmingly small and flavorless, akin to tortillas with grass. Even the chicken skewers lacked flavor and were left untouched. The only decent item was the grilled corn. The coconut mojito we ordered turned out to be a pitcher of ice, mint leaves, and club soda. The service was subpar, with our server multitasking as a DJ and manager, possibly indicating understaffing issues. He was probably working as the chef as well which would explain the awful food. Despite our complaints about the food and drinks, the management only offered a meager 15 percent discount, and even charged extra for hot sauce and jalapeños without prior notice. I think it was out of spite because we complained. Who charges for hot sauce and a sprinkle of jalapeños on tacos you’re already paying for? They did remove the pitcher of mojito, I mean club soda, from our bill. However, they should’ve lowered our bill more than 15 percent. We basically left all of the food on the plates. As patrons who expected an enjoyable dining experience, we felt disregarded. Restaurants should prioritize quality over Instagrammable aesthetics. While Republic Latin Fusion may look good in photos, it reality falls short of its menu prices.
Victoria was amazing her hospitality her smile her energy was every thing mia was also outstanding I asked her what kind of whiskey she had her reply was wat kind would u like!!… I love that it told me that the possibilities were unlimited I love this spot the ambiance the music the entertainment just everything had an amazing night with my man and my brother a great time
Hey I came by to celebrate my kids graduation we had an awesome time We had the pleasure of meeting Connor he was great he made suggestions for us to try and check in , definitely heck it out Tuesday my kids got to play Trivia the host was engaged an kept the crowd going .. We came on a Tuesday so it was a chilled vibe and we will be back!!!!
It was my first time visiting this restaurant & I am very happy I stopped by! The ambiance was amazing with live music & they had such a nice, fully stocked bar. I had the seafood Peruvian fried rice & it was perfect! It wasn’t missing a thing! I also tried the Casanova pizza & if you’re into mushrooms, you’ll definitely love it. It had this really savory buttery aftertaste which made me weak to go back & get some more. Still can’t believe that pizza was vegan too! I highly recommend this place!
First off let me say sometimes I dont believe tiktok and their nonsense, but baby REPUBLICone word Awesome sauce..my waitress DonnaAmazing hospitality..explain the menu very accommodating no attitude..service with a smile she made my mom happy..its my new spot.. oh yes the Band was great tooThanks for experience
After happy hour the prices are a little high for the drinks but the atmosphere has good vibe energy all around and the food was great. The music was good and staff was really nice.
Great ambience, friendly and attentive stuff, drinks and food looks good and taste even better. Two thumbs up experience
Isabella is the hottest server in the game and was amazing 😍 great food and good vibes... Also love the violinist doing electronic vibes ... Highly recommend the espresso martini and grilled octopus yas
I went with my family for a birthday dinner last night and the service and the food was amazing! They took care of us and made us feel so special. Shout out to the owner who came to the table to make sure we were having a great night. And thank you so much for the birthday shots! This place is so beautiful. The staff were amazing and always smiling. We loved it. Definitely coming back!
Awesome service from Danna! She was a great help, the restaurant is amazing and super accommodating when asking questions. Would come here again!
We went for Valentine’s Day dinner. Our reservations were for 7:30 pm. We were seated right away and got our drinks pretty quickly. They offered a 4 course pre-fix menu for $80 per person. Drinks were $20 each. After putting our order in we waited over 45 mins and not even the 1st course had come out yet. They only would bring the next course out for us when we asked for it. It was a pre-fix menu. There is no reason we should have waited so long for each course. They seemed understaffed, overwhelmed, and all over the place. The reason we didn’t get up and leave is because we knew we probably would not get a table somewhere else. By the time we finished dessert and got the bill it was 10:45 pm. Over three hours mostly sitting and waiting and not eating! It’s a shame because the food was delicious, the shrimp was just a tiny bit overcooked, but nonetheless very good. The ambience was beautiful, but the service was sooo bad it took away from all the pros. I would give it another chance on a non-holiday but my bf said he will never step back in there. He spent almost $300 for the two of us and didn’t think this place deserved it. He was pretty pissed off about the whole experience
This place was pretty good the first time I went.. food was fresh drinks were strong service was great. Second time around there was 9 of us, 5 out of 8 plates were COLD so cold as if they were sitting for more than 30 minutes !! one plate never came out and was rushed so steak came out raw and chewy! I had 4 margaritas and was not feeling buzzed at all.. disappointed!
This place was outstanding ! Me and my partner had the short rib Appetizer It was to die for!! The ambience was amazing and the service was top tier. The host was really the one who made me happy . Donna was the best! I watched her seat us, take our order and also take 6 table orders and served everyone without delay or any hesitation. She was fast , efficient and so knowledgeable. The drinks were also amazing , the corn waffle and chicken for brunch was made to perfection. I was impressed and so satisfied. I am definitely coming back!!! Thank you for the amazing service and quality. The entire staff was outstanding !!
Stopped by on a sunday night with friends. The lambchops with mash potatoes were pretty good.Id say avoid the teapot shots and just get normal cocktails if you need a drink. Youre just wasting money watering down your alcohol. Fun idea, though:)
I admit weve been sleeping on this place - has a very clubby sort of vibe, felt a little fancy for a casual night out from the outside. BUT we were wrong. Its super nice for sure, but doesnt feel fussy and the staff is super nice. They run deals almost every night. So far weve gone twice for Taco Tuesday. $10 Margaritas and $12 tacos. The lomo and pepper steak are amazing. We also tried the chicharrones and fried rice, both of which I recommend. Definitely check it out.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, because of our waitress Mia. When we arrived to the restaurant, we had to wait a little bit, even though we had a reservation. Mia profusely apologized and gave us drinks on the house. She was attentive, making sure we were taking care of the whole night. The food was really good and the drinks were also really good!! I will definitely come back here!!
The food was incredible and delicious! the music was very nice and the service was magnificent. my family and I all tried different drinks and they were all so great! especially the coco loco. the ambience and the environment of this restaurant is welcoming, I will definitely be coming back to enjoy again!
First time here … looked like it was jumping inside , so I decided to go in for an after work drink .Thank god I did .. the bartender bryan made the best drink I had in my life ! The “rumba” drink is a must have .I personally got mine without the spice and switched for casamigos anejo .But again .. was blown away . Big props to Bryan for his drink making skills .Definitely becoming a regular . I suggest this place 100%
Great portions on the foodDrinks are strong and niceService was great. Came on a Monday evening and got sat right away. Place had a few people dinning and drinkingDanna was very politeLamb chops were deliciousMusic was great for the Spanish listenersAppetizers were good too ( guacamole and also ordered the pork belly )
I had a really nice time here . The food was great , service was fantastic. Great vibe and music. I would def recommend.
The food was great the staff was very nice but there was a few times that they werent as present but my overall experience was an 8/10.
SO VEGAN FRIENDLY!Fun and lively atmosphere. Expect loud music and dim lighting and even some entertainment on the weekends. Plenty of delicious vegan options! The cocktails are great too. Our server was very helpful even though it was very busy. Definitely make reservations.
The music was good but the prices of the drinks are to high (plus taxes). How can you charge $16 for a tequila shot? Damm
This place is awesome ! Food was great presentation was on point and our server Mia was amazing. Couldn’t have been a better night 10/10.
Beautiful ambiance and Isabella was a great server (cute blush girl 💕)Will be back!
Republic Latin Fusion is just what the neighborhood needs. They have a menu that caters to everyones taste palet and unique cocktails made with a perfect balance of style and flair. Republic Latin Fusion will have your stomachs full and your legs dancing all night long. And if brunch is more your style, they have bottomless!
Beautiful restaurant. Service was great. Food was 8/10 Drinks 10/10. My only complaint was the menu that was on-line was not the same menu that the restaurant had. I suggest update your on-line menu. I was looking forward to the ox tail pizza but that was removed from the menu. Other than that I will definitely come back.
Great specials! Good food! Now, if only they could split bills by person, they would be perfect ✨️
Stopped in for some appetizers and a specialty margarita that absolutely hit the spot! Lomo tacos, empanadas (mushroom and short rib), along with classic tostones and Buffalo cauliflower bites that created a wonderful variety of flavor. Republic has all the hits for both vegan, and non vegan eaters along with a cozy, inviting space to lounge and enjoy yourself. 10/10 recommended to all, shout out to all the staff who truly make the experience special, “Con Amor”!
This restaurant is amazing, I ate camarones ala votka, uffff super delicious. The guacamole was sick, everything was incredible. Thank you guys you’re amazing
Absolute fantastic experience at this restaurant. The vibe/atmosphere of this place is top notch.Drinks were on point. Food was delicious everything was spot on. We were raving about how good it All was. Our waitress Barbara went above and beyond giving us shots on the house. She is awesome. Just made our overall experience that much better. I will definitely be returning to this place. Drinks food and vibes are immaculate.
Mya is the best! Thanks for making our experience a memorable one. 10/10 would recommend and will most definitely visit again!
Delicious food as well as amazing drinks. The atmosphere is so lovely. Definitely going to visit soon!
The service was excellent! Mia was our server and she was so sweet and pleasant.I enjoyed every thing we ordered. We had the short rib empanadas, the esquites, birria pizza, pepper steak and seafood fried rice. All of the dishes were flavorful and worth ordering. I would definitely go back for more!
Ayla was the best waitress ever super attentive and sweet could not ask for anything more !!!!! Really made my birthday special !
Highly recommend! We live in the neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. We had the bistec and it was well worth the price. The place itself has very club-y vibes ( big space, beautiful bar, incredible music) and it made me deeeeeply hope that Republic Latin could become one of those places that’s a restaurant by day and dancey bar by night. North Williamsburg desperately lacks reggaeton clubs, this would be a hit!!
Food was amazing. Not a long wait time for food. Great lighting. Not too bright or too dark. Appetizers were delicious as also the entree. Our server Danna was on point with her recommendations as well.
Mia was the absolute best server. Very attentive and was always willing to help. Great vibe and very friendly
Republic restaurant bar and lounge stands out in a sea of options located in the area. Comfortably hosted my party of 4. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and attentive and the drinks were stellar, but its the food that will have us coming back again and again! Fair pricing, gluten free and vegan options, I would recommend!
Mia was amazing! The food was delicious, and we had great time celebrating a birthday!
This restaurant is cute. We went on a Monday evening for a birthday. It wasnt very busy. Host was sweet... complimentary coat check behind the host stand... we got seated almost immediately, even with an incomplete party. Drinks were good... apps were good. My entree (lomo saltado) was DELICIOUS. My sisters was ok. She had some sort of chicken pasta... one of my other friends got the steak. I thought it was soso... didnt taste seasoned to me. Tostones are really good. People raved about the rice... overall, great experience.
I was out with my sisters and daughter .. Mia was our server and she was amazing..we had a great time .
The atmosphere was great our server Danna was great. The unlimited mimosas were great.
Great place! Our server Mia was amazing! Food was delicious! You must try
Amazing service!! Incredibly delicious food and amazing drinks!! I would return as many times as possible
What a place! I booked reservations, walked into the front door and not one worker acknowledged my presence. After 10 minutes of just standing at the entrance watching the workers running around in a confused state trying to fix a situation, I asked a worker if I can be seated and that I have reservations. I was told that it’s not her job and I’d have to wait for the host. After finally being seated, I was in for another longhaul, and this was just to get a menu - and it never came! I’d finally had enough and just walked out. Then I find out from a friend that she had the same experience! I give this place a few more months before they’re shut down. Customer service will definitely outdo its good food and good vibes (as I’ve read that their food and music are good).
I had an amazing experience here! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The decor is great and the space has a very warm, welcoming vibe. I will definitely be back. Decent happy hour too!
The food was so good. So warm and flavorful. The portion are nice and big! The bottomless brunch is a MUST!! We had such a great time. Can’t wait to go again!!
Went for our last dinner in NY and came away disappointed.First we ordered sparkling water but it turned up flat. Twice. Then we ordered the mushroom bao buns and were told that there were none. So we switched for the mushroom empanadas only to be told it was mushrooms they were out of. Except the tacos turned up and they were mushroom. Finally none of the vegan desserts were available. The seared salmon and the cauliflower wings were really good. There were enough of the latter to share between two people. And the mushroom tacos were pretty good too.
Already been there twice and the vibe is dope! And the owners are some cool dudes! Worth passing by
The place looks great. The DJ was on fire, the food was on point, and there were big portions. The service is minimum, at the bar, and it needed a little work . Overall, it was great
Mia was the best server ever !! Best experience in this restaurant. Good drinks and great food. MIA was very attentive 😊 cant wait to come back ! Hopefully shes my server next time
Atmosphere was nice.Service was very slow and the one person taking orders also had to have their eye on the door. There were maybe two food runners. Food and drinks came slow.A friend ordered the waffle and chicken chicharrones but the waffle came out burnt so we had to order another.Apparently the virgin mojito was good.Eggs Benedict portions were very small.I ordered the mushroom chorizo vegan burger. It did not come with mushroom chorizo. When I let them know, they just gave me one-fourth of a vegan patty chopped up and said it was mushroom chorizo. The fact that they tried to lie to my face was so very disconcerting. The music was nice.
The presentation of the drinks and food was spectacular! Each drink we had was a hit. The octopus, pork loin and calamari dish were fantastic. Highly recommend and we will be returning. Staff was very chill and friendly as well.
Isabella changed my life and experience - I no longer need a therapist!!! 10/10Shes a wonderful human!
Great service from Danna, the food is also very tasty. You can trust a French guy! See you soon
I have been here several times and I have always had a great time. The food is amazing and the service is more implacable. On my latest visit Mia, was incredible and went above and beyond to make our night incredible. Definitely will return and would recommend you check this place out.
Food was delicious!! Svc was good till it got crowded. Then my waitress became less attentive. I had to call her multiple times for service. The music got good like after 9 something. They had a nice little performance and the place it nice. A bit pricey.
Loved good service music all of it it was my 2nd time
Amazing food! I tried the açaí bowl and it was so tasty! Their sun worship juice was delicious as well! I would definitely come back here for a brunch day!
I came here about two weeks ago on a Saturday night, having made a reservation. Here are my honest observations/experience:Pros:The music is pretty fireThe appetizers are okayServers are friendlyCons:Music is REALLY loud and sometimes there will be a performer walking around the restaurant dancing. Not necessarily a con, but be aware of it.The food, apart from the appetizers, were mediocre. The ceviches in particular were a big disappointment. The worst part was the service. The servers are nice but the service was absolutely horrible - everything seemed so disorganized. It took us about 20 minutes after being seated to get even water (I checked the time as to not be dramatic) and our drinks came out about 25 minutes after we put it in, and only because I asked the server if our drinks were being prepared. It was literally Two glasses of wine, and it’s important to note that the restaurant was not very busy at this time so it’s not like the bar was slammed.*edit to add: we pretty much spent our entire dinner chasing down servers to ask about the status of our items, to the point where we debated whether or not to just order two glasses of wine each rather than wait 30-40 minutes between glasses of wine if we order separately (which is what happened in the end).Overall, it’s fine. I can understand the aesthetic and vibe they’re trying to make but it kind of flops in the end. The horrible service was what actually ruined it for me, and I probably will not be going back.
Sooo good. Octopus app, BOMB! Lamb chops, Amazing! Pollo ala plancha, really good but the best part of it was the broccolini. Drinks, great. Not amazing but great. Mia and her helper…. Top notch customer service. We went on a Sunday night when it was about 3/4 empty. I’ll review again on a busier night but my experience was amazing and I will be back.
Amazing staff. Great vibe, music and the food and drinks are incredible.
My husband, friends and I came to Republic Latin Fusion for our friend’s birthday! We had a phenomenal time. The service, food, and atmosphere (music) was top notch!! Yohanny was very friendly and welcoming to our group! We will definitely be back!! This is a place you won’t regret going to!! 👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️
I made a reservation for my family for my son’s birthday after finding them on TikTok. TikTok of all places! Making the reservations with Kevin was seamless. We arrived early and Mia and staff took us in with no issues. The food was great and service was impeccable. Mia kept up with all of our requests with ease. I would definitely recommend Republic to all who are looking for good Latin Fusion. Drinks, apps, dinner & dessert…. Chef’s kiss
Great spot for a nice dinner really good drinks and excellent service, beautiful venue and when dinners over on the weekend it turns into a lounge and they have really cool dance parties there and a big bar where its easy to get served a drink
The food was amazing! Specially loved the crispy calamari and the lemon pie. Wonderfully mixed flavors! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cool decor and cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place!
Syed was lovely. Food was excellent. Live music was fantastic. Definitely recommend.
