My job had a happy hour for the teachers after a hard week of state testing. This location was wonderful and spacious. The service was on point. Would recommend for anyone looking to accommodate a large group.

I drive by this place from work every day and finally decided to stop in for happy hour. I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. This place has so much potential! It’s very spacious, offers billiards, dance floor, games, tons of seating areas to hang with friends, and great drinks and bar food. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because bartenders are not as responsive as I would like because it takes time to flag someone down even though it’s not that packed. Besides that, loved the space, and would recommend to drop by for a game night out with friends.

Service was great up until the point of closing the tab and paying the bill. Long haired brunette server felt the need to practically jump on my back assuming we weren’t going to pay the bill and followed me everywhere. Also, three separate bills for food, drinks and billiard? A tad excessive. Food was yummy and place was vibrant and clean.

Cozy spot with games and a very nice updated section where you can sit down. I really liked the updated look it has kind of a Gothic old time classy section with the red couches.

Food taste good but served cold!!

The place still smelt like new❤️ I love the ambience. The pool tables pockets-- so tight! But, very challenging 👍🏋️They have 3 billiard tables on the far end of the pool hall. The bar is like an island: its in the middle of them all! Theres basketball arcades, punch (if you cant make the ball--just throw a punch on the punchers!🏋️I love their hamburger with bacon😘 There was hockey table, foosball, and ping pong table

Carlene(?) was awesome! The DJ was awesome The wings were awesome lol. My friends and I love this spot and we come every other Saturday because it’s such a vibe!

I really enjoy myself everytime I go to play pool. They have a very nice area where you can sit and eat and Hava a cool bar for drinks. Go and have a great time !

Great place, Very chill during the week. Seems to get more busy during the weekend like any other good place. Staff is very attentive. Get their piña coladas, frozen margaritas in my opinion are not work it. But that’s just my taste. Will come back definitely and recommend to friends.

This space is huge and absolutely incredible. We came in on the Fourth of July and it was empty but I know this place is usually it.

Ha-weeds is a hidden gem here in sunset park. Stop by to play pool, air hockey, table tennis, ski ball and more. Big open space to relax with your friends and have drink and food to eat. I’m definitely coming back.

Love this hidden spot! Def a great place to sit back chill get your play or dance on. Every time Ive gone its been a really fun night! The staff is awesome...so def makes it a much better place to be for a fun night!

My experience here was very delightful, very spacious and welcoming, and for the most part, the employees were very professional and courteous, especially Shaday, she attended to our every need and was such a sweetheart. She made our night even more enjoyable! I will definitely come back and have already told my friends that are coming down from Canada about this place! Again Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

I’m a regular customer at haweeda tavern I really enjoy the atmosphere there. The staff is awesome the food is great. The dj plays music for all groups of people from Latin house reggae hip hop club… The security is A-1 very professional….I speak highly of HAWEEDA Tavern to friends and co-worker and many of them have been there and everyone was pleased…👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great food, drinks, staff, and very clean. Pool tables are in excellent condition and the staff would wipe them down after each use. Everyone was very helpful and their menu is very inclusive for those with dietary restrictions. Will absolutely return and recommend this place to others.

Cool spot to have a couple drinks, play some games and most importantly shoot some pool! This is a great spot for big groups or if you just want to sit at the bar and chat. Can’t wait to come back!

This PLACE IS AWESOOOME!!!! Me and the family were staying at a nearby hotel for a wedding. A friend was checking out nearby bars where we could watch some sports and relax with our group. This place exceeded our expectations.Drinks were good, the food was good, and the music was good, and the pool hall,,,, awesome. From the outside, you would have never guessed what you were walking into. The staff, including the security was really cool.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool spot to hang out at with a group of friends, or a person for a chill & relax low profile outting, I recommend this place.

I love this place! They have Play Pool For Free for ladies from 5pm - 10pm and 7 days a week! Who can beat that!!!...They have 3 snooker tables with different sizes, small, medium, large. They have an Island bar, a nice music, a mini-stage I called the dance floor, complete with colorful disco ball.This place is one of the places we play pool leagues to, on Sundays . I love the ambiance of this place. ❤️ They keep their ladies room clean, I cant say the same with their mens room--i never gone there🤷 for I identify as a woman, lady, her, she, girl. But, I presumed, that too, is clean 👍Psst...this place has a punching bag -- if you are mad to someone or something, you can always come here and let it all out to their punching bag! In my case, I let it all out to shooting all the balls down to their pool tables 6 pockets over and over and over till I wear my self down! 💪

I really enjoyed myself and so did my people. Security was very informative. He showed us around and gave us the layout. Shaday was very polite and her character is beautiful. The bartenders did a great job in handling the crowd. And the young man who was serving the food was fast and efficient. We will be back soon with more people and were actually going to plan a few parties in the near future. Thanks for the great time.

Went with family to watch the football games, we had a great time playing the amusement games ,wings were really good ,big screen TVs, enjoy the beer towers

Tables are top quality, bar is well stocked, food is well made and fairly priced and the place is overall extremely spacious with an arcade section and an outdoor cafeteria table style section so there’s a bit of everything but the main focus is obviously billiards. Tournaments are held there regularly and the staff is extremely friendly. I love this place.

This place is nice, atmosphere is great, very clean and good music, there are very pricy though in my opinion

Carlene has always been AMAZING!!! Very professional, personable and best at what she does. The hot crispy chicken sammy was bomb! Crispy cauliflower with curry sauce, crispy Brussels Sprout with hot honey!

Two stars for the cake policy.I came to this place to celebrate a birthday and we brought a cake. The waitress/bartender saw the cake and said that I need to show her the receipt of the cake or I wont be able to have the cake in Ha-Weeda.We understand that there is a serving fee and we are ok paying for it, she said that still the receipt is necessary.Long story short our intention was to have a nice evening so we needed to email them the credit card transaction, showing the cake purchase. SERIOUSLY!!!Later the I find out, with the manager, that they request the receipt in case someone gets food poisoning, REALLY!I do appreciate the fact that the manager took the time to explained their reasons but if some one get food poisoning, how can you know that it was the cake they brought from outside?🤔, the only way you can be certain of that is if your guests did not drink or eat your food.TO BE FAIR, if you are not bringing a cake the music is very good, the place is nice and the food is very decent.

Very spacious, lots of pool tables, arcade games and tons of seating. This would be a fun place to bring a big group.A little out of the way from the train, but they make up for it with really good mixed drinks/happy hour deals.

It was a rainy Tuesday night but the place still was very active. The tacos were great & the bar tender was friendly & cool. I had fun on a rainy December night cant wait to see it in the summer.

First time here and will definitely be back. An unexpected stop on a Friday after work for some delicious drinks. Had some nice conversation with Arleta behind the bar, she made our drinks to perfection. Plenty of arcade games for all to enjoy. Definitely recommend it.

My first time coming to Ha-weeda Tavern was such a fun experience with the games and bartenders that they have working who give exceptional service. When my friends and I went the first time it was Raul the bartender who had served us. The drinks he made were honestly amazing that were not too sweet but just right to my liking. You can never go wrong with a place like this! I loved the service, the ambience and games. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Amazing diamond tables, great staff and great drinks, really fun spot just the food is consistently horrible, please invest in a better kitchen, do yourself a favor and do not order food when you go here, i was served some wings that should be illegal to serve, completely inedible super old wings, whatever sauce that was on my wings was just overcome with the taste of old crunchy wings

Interesting spot. Drinks were strong, food was not bad. It also was not GREAT, it fell somewhere in the middle for bar food. Venue is HUGE, there is a lot going on, take this how you wish. It could be overstimulating for some, or some might say there was plenty to keep entertained.

We went on March 25th, and it was their second anniversary. We went, everyone was cool, fun, and the vibe was great. They did a performance, and the performers were awesome 👌

Other than the security guard, no one made us feel welcomed. The bartender with glasses paid us no mind. What kind of bartender doesnt make drink recommendations or brings me a beer, sees an empty bottle and doesnt bring a refill. Instead dumps the empty bottle and ignored I existed..... so Im just content sitting at a bar empty handed?? I really hoped the positive reviews I read were spot on but after last night, never going back.

Great place to play pool and enjoy with friends. The pool tables are in great condition, new! They have other arcade games, like air hockey, foosball, basketball, and skeeball (all in great condition). We didnt eat at the restaurant section but did try the their bar menu Barbacoa Beef Nachos, which was amazing, refreshing (great for a summer dish) and big enough as a snack for 4. They seem to have a full bar, beer tubes/tower and beer bucket options. The beer bucket was on average price with other places Ive tried. The margarita was a bit sour but was told it was a new batch and the manger was very accommodating to remedy the complaint. Overall a great experience, will be back and recommend to friends.

I went out to neet an old friend at this place. I was dying to have a reason to check it out being that its relatively new. Im glad to say it feels nice and clean! Sanitizer is available and visible, restrooms are nice and clean which was oh so greatly appreciated. The bartender was very polite and checked in on us just enough to be helpful but not annoying, which I liked. They have a nice air hockey table which I loved! It was pretty w. orange LEDs that made my nails look like they were glowing, so cool ig photo sess. Also I noticed they have that Basketball hoop shooter game for the guys, as well as several pool tables for all who like to shoot pool. Good lighting, not dingy looking and a cute little outside seating is available. I would definitely go back again and Im not at all a bar fan, so yeah. Cute spot.Oh and I almost forgot to mention their menu! Great French fries and many good options. I actually felt like I was at a Dallas BBQ or something for a minute. Lol

Great place to shoot pool. Tables are in great shape, atmosphere is cool and mellow. Full bar as well. Prices are a touch high and the ping pong table can be super annoying, but beyond that a great place.

This place is great to hang out with my families and friends. The location is easy to find parking all over. This place reminds me of places that I used to go to when I was a kid. Workers are friendly and very helpful. It’s a good place to rest and enjoy the entertainment.

Got a Groupon, they said it wasnt good for fridays even though theres no fine print stating that. They flat out refused to honor it. Cool. Traveled out of our way specifically for the Groupon only to be told to screw off.

I cannot believe a bucket of 5 beers is $43 and when I asked as a customer youre suppose to make me feel welcomed mention the happy hr or something, and the simple fact that in there walls there are drawings of there prices, which were different then what was I told.... never coming again they need to work on there staff and there prices...

The place its self is amazing but they need a new bartender the guy behind made it seem like he was doing me a favor getting drinks for me first time I approached him he said to give him a few he had to used the bathroom (no biggie we are human and have out needs cool) 2nd round my friend went and he was waiting for a while even his co worker told him that he was waiting while other people would just jump and ask for the drinks constantly he kept on telling him hold on like dude you see him waiting like really?! 3rd time he did it to me same situation he had a party of 11 all shots this guy took 15 minutes just for shots and again people getting their drinks skipping over us while he kept saying Ill be right with you then had the audacity to tell me dont you see I have a party of 11 lets just say he didnt like my response after words

I had food here and the wings wasnt even cook right and the mozzarella rings was cold. Fries was half it was burn.

Just dont go there if youre under 26. I got hassled on everything and anything, even had to have my friend come up pay for our billiard balls because they wouldnt take my card, which the bar was happy to take as payment.. And then the pool ball attendants took my the beer that I paid for with that card and wouldnt give it back. Just dont go there, its more work than its worth

Nice place to hang out with mate and friends. DECOR AND GAMES AND POOL AND TVS AND EVEN A DANCE FLOOR. I ORDERED THE MEATLESS NACHOS AND MY MAN ORDERED THE WINGS AND IT WASNT BAD AT ALL. HAPPY HOUR DEINKS WERE TASTY. IF YPU NEED SOMETHING STRONG THEN YOU CAN OPT FOR THE TOP SHELF DRINKS. WE DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO TRY AFTER HAVING 3 HAPPY HOUR MARGARITAS.THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT WE WAITER 10 + MINUTES TO BE SERVICED AT THE BAR, SIMPLY BECAUSE NO ONE NOTICED WE DIDNT ORDER A THING.

The staff was very friendly except for the lady on the entrance to the pool tables she seemed like she didnt like her job but the rest of them was very friendly and very polite very nice place to spend your time with friends or your significant other

As far as BK pool rooms go, this is a very nice one. Only complaints are that the snooker table leans and if you are a real player youll probably find the music too loud.

Randomly stopped here with my boyfriend from industry city and was in awe from the ambiance and service. The drinks are amazing especially the piña coladas. Highly recommend!

Great food but their $17 15oz margaritas were served in 10oz cups. Bartenders actually proved they were not 15oz.

Would have gave it 5 stars but unfortunately the bartender Aletta was a real crabby patty. Do not tend the bar if you cant make the customers happy.
