Alitta has been taking care of my skin and waxing for over two years now. Sugaring has changed my life, as the occurrence of ingrown hair is null, which has made such difference for me! I can never go back to regular waxing. She’s attentive, kind and extremely professional. The vajacial is superb!!! High quality natural and organic products that make my skin feel like butter! Mo’s knowledge of the body, strength, and skill is peerless. But the experience of going to Organic Skincare has just gotten that much better, because at their beautiful, spacious new location, there is a personal sauna that is free to use for any massage client. Organic Skincare NYC is a MUST for anyone in crown heights!

I have received nothing but top tier, quality service from the beautiful team at this establishment. I have been here on two different occasions. The first time I surprised my boyfriend with a facial service and I was impressed by the ambiance, cleanliness of the establishment, respectful and amicable customer service and the attentiveness of the service provider to my partner. The quality of his service was 10/10. I’ve never seen a facial executed so pristinely and that’s saying a lot as someone who works in the beauty industry! Today my boyfriend returned the favor and it was my turn to experience it first hand and may I say…..I am speechless at how gifted these women are at their craft!Ebony gave me the best massage I’ve ever received in my life. She was so thorough and in sync with the needs of my body. Alita surpassed my highest expectations with an amazing facial. I can tell the products were high quality and wholesome because they were guiding like silk on my skin. After both services, I was a new person. I was literally glowing, walking stronger and felt so beautiful, rest and confident! I felt like I was nurtured and cared for. I HIGGGHHHLYYYY RECOMMEND THEM!! There are so many spaces in NYC but none like this…I guarantee you!

Got a massage this summer with Ebony and she was awesome. I recently got a massage with Mo, which was also incredible. I got one for my wife the next day... These wonderful ladies are warm, personable, friendly, and highly skillful. Its rare to find a masseuse that knows how to read your body and goes deep... Having chronic sciatica, Ive frequented lots of parlors... This is so far the best Ive experienced and its around my way. Glad to support local businesses especially when theyre great. I would totally recommend it.

What a delightful and calming facial experience. Alita creates a soothing, welcoming vibe, and uses all plant-based ingredients which makes me personally feel like Im doing the right thing for my skin. After just getting back from travel recently (whats worse than long air travel on your skin??) I was so excited to get a pampered refresh from her. Absolutely recommend her!

Firstly, the gal and owner of the spa that did my facial (Alita) was so lovely! It was my first facial and she talked me through each step, educating me along the way about her methods. She gave helpful feedback about my skin routine and I walked away feeing so refreshed. The oils/plant extracts she uses smell and feel amazing. As someone with hyper sensitive skin — eczema, prone to dermatitis flair ups/hives, can’t use harsh products with fragrances— I was relieved to find a shop grounded in more natural approaches to healthy skin. Will definitely be coming back in a few months!

Its been about two weeks since I had my facial and I keep forgetting to write a review. First, I love the zen environment. I hadnt had a facial in years and this experience was great! Altia has a sweet and calming personality. She explained each step and products she used. My skin looked so clear and youthful after the process. I will def go back!

I had such a great experience! The environment is cozy and the facial start to finish was so wonderful. She walked me through each application and what each technique was meant to do. I appreciated the variety and intention. I added on a muscle massage and Im so glad I did! My skin feels divine! Would highly recommend :)

I went to get a facial at this spa. The space was very welcoming, clean and the music relaxed me. Alita was very welcoming and she has a beautiful personality. She has compassion, empathy and she is very patient. The products she uses are organic. She also gave me a cleanser for my face which I greatly appreciated. After one facial I saw a difference on my face. Her hands are amazing I almost fell asleep at one point. I highly recommend this establishment and I will be going again.

Alita is wonderful. I came in for a lash lift--my first!-- and she was kind enough to explain the process as she went. She has an incredibly relaxing presence: thoughtful, open, and non-judgmental. It was such a pleasure to meet her and, as a bonus, I came away with some beautiful, fluttery lashes. Ill certainly be back, and would recommend her to anyone!

This was the best 45 mins Ive had to myself in a while. Alita was amazing in every sense. She explained every step and was warm. Her place suits her, with warm and calm vibes all around. Definitely recommend it and will be back for another facial.

Had a really lovely experience with Alita. I came in super unhappy with some long term milia on my face that needed lots of extraction. Generally i hesitate to do facials because they can cause breakouts, but this felt different. She took her time, explained everything, used all natural products. A couple days later my face is totally healed and I see a HUGE difference. Highly recommend.

Organic Skincare NYC has absolutely done wonders for my skin. From having to suddenly change my entire skin care routine a few months ago to treating myself to facials, Alita goes above and beyond to provide products targeting my skins needs. My intention was to switch to cleaner/organic skincare and when I found this place I had to give it a try. The atmosphere is welcoming and serene and the music just adds a perfect touch to the mood. She also takes the time to explain step by step what products are used for the facials and its benefits which I genuinely appreciate. Same also goes for the skincare items as well as aftercare and I feel much better knowing I am utilizing natural products in my daily routine. Overall, Alitas personality is amazing and the vibe at the store is very down to earth.

Woke up the day after my facial to fresh, glowing skin! After struggling with mascne during this pandemic, I went to see Alita and I’m so glad I did! My blemishes are nearly gone over night. Ive been getting facials from Alita for years. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin and have learned so much each time I visit her. Its not uncommon for her to take one look at me and go whip up an entirely new concoction because my skin looked more dry or needed an extra invigorating enzyme mask. Sometimes, she even makes special serums for me to try at home and give her feedback on. To understand how to work with and not against my skin I wouldnt trust anyone else!

I had the most welcoming, relaxing experience at the Organic Skincare NYV. She thoroughly explained every step she was taking during my lash lift and tint. The lash lift really opened up my eyes! I will definitely return there again.

Alitas facial oils, toners and masks cannot be beat. None of the products I have tried in stores have even come close to the quality or results. Sad I live so far away that I cannot go in for treatments so getting the products shipped to my home is the next best thing! But if you are around 1000% go in she is so knowledgable and can work magic on your skin.

Customer service was great but the massage was average. It felt more like a massage they just do on everyone versus what I specifically asked for and discussed with them beforehand of what my body needed. I wouldn’t go back again.
