All time favourite place to pick up the necessities for vaping

Stopped in here one day while I was running errands at the mall across the street. Friendly employees, convenient location and nice atmosphere, but their juice prices are higher than some other stores in the area (I paid $30 for a bottle that I later found in another shop for $20) and they charge a fee to try different flavors (just a few dollars, but still a major turn-off). I was told this would be refunded if I made a purchase. I didnt think to check the receipt while I was still in the store (silly me), so I didnt realize until Id gotten home that I was still charged full price (no fee refund). If its not too far out of your way, Id recommend Nextgen over Beyond. The employees are equally helpful, prices seem to be lower or at least comparable, theres no charge to try new flavors, and they also have a rewards program (I think every $200 you spend gets you $10 off, or something like that).

Vape shops in general seem to be sub-par in this region. I had a positive experience. Prices are good for the location. Very convenient and they actually have a good selection of 12mg nicotine juices, which Ive had a lot of trouble with in New York.

I’m a vape noob and came into this store without a clue, only questions. The worker there was super friendly and explained to me how it all works. Once I got the gist of it these vaping machines didn’t seem all that complicated. He pointed me to some starter packs and set one up for me. Choosing flavors from a MENU was definitely overwhelming. After giving me several to smell I chose the one that chimed with me. Hats off to the helpful employee. I left the store happy and vape supplied, and I’m looking forward to join this trendy habit.

Absolutely love this place. The workers are so friendly and seriously knowledgeable. They let you taste out the flavors so you know exactly what youre getting. If you know nothing about smoking or even if you do, this place is seriously great.

Chain vape shop with many popular brands and juices. This particular location has a pretty sweet interior and a fun, unpretentious staff elevating it from the boring corporate cloning process of its siblings across the city/state/country.

Was very helpful in choosing out my first vape. He explained everything to me from the beginning . Im very happy with what I purchased . Def will go back there for my juice .

These guys are really cool! i was in town for the Gorillaz show with my wife and they let us sit and hang with them to eat some time before the show. talking about different fluids and stuff. real knowledgeable people, they knew their product line and the history of it all very well. I dont live in NY but if i did this would be the place to go.

Best place in Brooklyn for all vape products. .Im new to the vape world..Chris is the man he took his time to explain in detail what I needed to know and what products are best for beginners. .The lounge is awesome with a beautiful view of the barclay center the very heart of brooklyn.THANKS CHRIS YOUR THE MAN.P.S. Unfortunately, Vape Lounge did not carry a new mouthpiece for my Evic Mini. Its a popular vaporizer & I dont understand why Beyond Vape would not carry the piece I need. Unprofessional & outdated. What a shame. Lamentable.

Best vape shop in ALL of NY. The most knowledgeable and friendly staff, the best selection. You can try flavors before you buy and its the chillest place to hang out.

Staff seem friendly enough, but they NEVER have what I am looking for. Im always told It was supposed to come in today, but didnt happened several times in one week and many other times. This is the closest location for me, so I keep trying. Looks like Ill just start heading to a different shop. from now on.

Horrible customer service. We’re just came for a vape, not the nasty attitude delivered by the lady in glasses. The guy didn’t look like he wanted to be there either. There are Enough other spots to go to in NYC that I won’t be returning

Customer service is horrible at this location. Employees are rude, not helpful, and behave like robots following the stores policies. Avoid Chris at all costs. I will never set foot in the Brooklyn location again!!! Go to the 14th St store instead those guys are all great!!!

This place is AWESOME the staff are helpful friendly courteous and the prices are well worth it get yourself a membership and earn points for discounts like them on Instagram or Facebook get a discount members of service get discounts also definitely my go to place when I wanna save some dollars and get quality at the same time
