Stay away!!! I will never return ! Go somewhere else if you want people that actually know what they are talking about! you only leave disappointed ! Place is well decorated with sofas and nice chairs. Ill give them that but most of it is low quality. All vape gear theyve sold me was shoddy quality and they frequently take advantage of customers lack of product knowledge rather than educating them on products. They often sell you faulty products or push product that you dont need and over charge, charge the customers based on who the customer is and what they think no one would know... If you really looking for top notch and latest and genuine vape related products avoid this place. I would not recommend Brooklyn vape on graham if you want to buy authentic vape products.stay away!! I lost my money.

Great vape shop, very chic decor and laid back environment. Many vape shops feel a bit elitist. Brooklyn Vaper has a very warm and inviting vibe thats a welcome change for people who are new to the Vape scene.

Excellent customer service. One of the few smoke shops that has ongoing e-juice deals. This is now my go-to for vape and e-cigarette products.

The workers are very knowledgable on the Vapes and Liquids. If you are new to this they will help you get the right stuff that would suit you. It is also a nice chill place.
