One of the best selections of cigar in BK. Decently priced. My top 2 favorite smoke they had. Couldn’t believe it most BS smoke shops don’t even carry Padrons. Was surprised when I first walked in and saw hookah’s all over was gunna walk right out. Definitely surprised and pleased. Definitely be back there.

Cigars are dry. I asked to use the hole puncher for a Cigar I purchased from them and the cigar cracked when I punched the hole. I asked to replace it and was told no and I should be careful! Don’t waste your time.Update: I was there as there are no other cigar shops in the area. Spent 50 dollars. Told the worker about my past experience. He told me I shouldn’t do that because they get in trouble. He then insulted me with a three dollar lighter despite the fact that I requested a report cigar.

Lie about their prices. Have been there twice for juul pods and got charged 50% different prices each time. Don’t believe the cost stickers as they upcharge you at the counter.

Beware! I bought an Airbar Box vape and it was fake. It was odd that the guy who sold me this vape asked me to try it in-store first. Im assuming theyve ran into problems selling this product before, thats why he asked me to try it in store, but I was in a rush and left. After the first 3 pulls the tip started burning every time I inhaled. Then I got zapped. I went back and asked kindly for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to take another one. I didnt want to take a replacement out of fear that it will have the same issue. I then found out that many merchants are selling fake Airbars. I sill dont understand why they refused to give me a refund. Thankfully, I paid with card and was able to call my credit card company and cancel the transaction. Shame on this place.Update after reply.It was your store, I have the correct address.If you claim you sell original products, why not just refund me and take it up with the supplier. BTW I forgot to mention that I did try to scan the QR code and it didnt work. This is another reason why I knew this was a fake product. Why couldnt you just refund me? I literally came back like 5 min after purchasing despite me being in a rush. I knew I had to come back right with hopes to get this resolved. Unfortunately, you guys dont know how to take care of your customers. What kind of company denies a refund for a damaged product, 5 minutes after purchase?

Everyone here is super nice and they let you touch their items before purchasing. I did however buy a 75 dollar water pipe piece and the bottom broke :( . Ive bought similarly priced items at other stores that seemed to have been better quality. That being said, I have seen better quality stuff in this store, as their selection is huge. These guys arent just trying to make you buy something and it get out

I went there as a weekly customer for about 1 year even though alot of things are overpriced. But then the owner is always telling me he got illegal stuff in the back to sell me. Its just weird cuz most of the gentrification people go to that store and go to the back. Bad vibes

Look no further for any other smoke shop. Cream of the crop of all smoke shops in Brooklyn. They legit have anything and everything you would ever need. Staff is genuine and kind people. Mega bonus if you enjoy quality cigars, they have a 200sf humidor. The people that own the store are quality, and trust me They’re delivering! Check it out and spread some love. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I have been going here since they first opened. Love the way the different staff tries to help and accommodate my needs even for things that they dont have and try to bring in for me. This store has had a lot of different staff members all which Ive became good friends with now they have the lady who has always been nice to me and my girls.

First, please note, I write reviews close to ones every two years. So this is surely deserving. ||Experience|| When you go to a smoke shop you are ideally going for a specific thing. I did not expect my eyes to widen or to be captivated by the sheer organized display of assorted bongs/smokes/accessories/hookahs. When I originally started looking around for a water/oil pipe online and compared that to local stores outside of Bushwick smoke shop, I was lead to believe that I will never find a budget friendly choice to what I was looking for. That all changed here. Not only did I find an good price range for a piece I was more than happy to find, but the staff knew more than their regular share of details per item I was interested in. Best of all the staff did not do sales pitches. They shared slight personal experience and allowed me to ask away and poke where I pleased. Not only did I find what I was looking for and happy with my experience, but I also located a future piece that I might invest in. Bushwick smoke shop at 388 Troutman St is worth the visit and expectation. : )

I had bought an item from here that wound up being defective. When I came back, the woman behind the counter tried to argue with me that it did work when I clearly knew that it didnt. After about ten minutes she finally agreed to let me exchange it. The new product worked fine, but someone shouldnt have to argue like that to have a faulty product exchanged. To be on the safe side I wont be coming back here again.

Huge variety of stuff and very reasonable prices. Not clean store. Looking for a one-hitter or 2 foot tall bong with 20 different percs youll find it all here. Staff was friendly, they kinda talk like salesmen but they arent pushy. If you know the websites to order glass from overseas you can get cheaper, but for a brick & mortar store here in the US this place is solid. And theyre open late. I will be visiting them when I decide to buy more glass I dont need

Good guys in the shop with a large selection of smokes. I got a bad stick which was a little dry and cracked.I went back and they swapped it out, no problems. Good customer service.That alone will make me a repeat customer.

Happened upon this place while going to KCBC which is right down the street from them. Did a quick search for them online to see what there hours were. They have a very nice of cigars, hookahs, bongs... You name it. I only went there to get a couple of cigars to enjoy on the 4th but I could have spent nearly an hour looking at everything. The humidified room has a decent layout for the space and easy to navigate. You do need to tippy toe and also duck to look at some of the sticks but that is par for the course. The cigars were reasonably priced to the market, so they are definitely aware of the value and cost of their sticks. This is a come back to place for sure for your needs. Really varied in all brands of products... Cigars and pipe needs. 420 needs... Pretty much anything for you smoke needs. VERY friendly service! Definitely will be going back.

I went into this smoke shop because it was close to my job and the reviews were great. I walked in there not knowing anything about vape pens and the guy that works there (didnt get his name) was really awesome and patient with me. He explained everything and answered all my questions even though at time I felt they were rhetorical. lol. I ended up buying 3 vape pens and it was totally worth it. I would recommend this store to anyone both beginners and experts. I will bring all my friends there.

***WARNING: THEY SELL FAKE PRODUCTS HERE***I bought two Vision Spinner IIs and were guaranteed by the store rep that they were authentic. I checked the codes on these when I got home and they turned out to be fake.I brought it back to the store for a refund and they then told me theres a no refund policy which is not stated anywhere in the store or on the receipt. They even called the stores owner to confirm and I was again told that even though they sold me a fake product that I was told was authentic, they wouldnt give me my money back.This is a dishonest store and I wouldnt trust that they sold authentic glass, batteries, e-juices, or anything else. Stay far away -- youve been warned.

Be careful in this shop. Everything is marked up. Youd be better served going to an actual local spot or just getting what you need online. Some prices are commical. $17 for a 5 pack of Swishers that are normally in the range of $5-10 is insane. Seriously unfortunate that theyve decided to carry on the old trope of headshops overcharging.

I went to brooklyn smoke shop the other week in desperate need of some more vape juice. Mark, the owner hooked it up AND cleaned my vape and fueled her up with the upmost care. If I could give BSS a 6 star rating I would!

BEWARE - Purchased a Mango Juul 4-pack from here on January 27, 2019 and it was a counterfeit. It taste nothing like the actual Mango Juul, and made me extremely lightheaded after 2 hits. I tried to return it, they denied it, and would not give me a refund. Ill be reaching out to Juul tomorrow to let them know.
