Called at 9:42 pm and they answered and I asked if they were still open and they said they were still there but technically closed. I asked if they were gunna be there for the next couple minutes and they said yes to come by. I said I was a few blocks away. I got there at 9:47 and store was closed and gates were down. Why tell me to come by if I came by literally 5 minutes later. They could have easily said no and come by tomorrow and I would have. Poor business practice.

Worst play jay was horrible yelling at customers not a professional place at all you call to see if they have a certain product all they do is say hello i cant hear you just because they dont want to talk

Spent about $150 first time purchase at this vape shop and let me tell you the customer service is HORRIBLE. With so many vape shops you would think the most important thing is keeping customers coming to YOUR store. The mod we purchased is great and working just fine and the juices are amazing, but there is so many places these things can be purchased at, for starters the internet, and generally MUCH cheaper but I thought why not support our local vape shops. Part of the $150 purchase was a $5 coil and that coil was the wrong coil we needed. We came back the next day asked if we could get the right coil and we were told that they don’t make the coil i asked for, rather it doesn’t exist? I mean first off how can the coil not exist if I have one already on the tank, secondly, we didn’t ask for a return, we asked for an exchange. You might be thinking wow it’s just $5 get a new coil, which is practically what we were told. It’s clear that $5 doesn’t mean much to the shop and they don’t care as long as they already received your money. Customer service goes out the door the moment you walk out with you. If a shop would rather lose a customer over $5 it’s clear they don’t care and that’s exactly what happened here, DONT shop here. There are plenty of other vape shops that offer much better customer service and actually care about their customers new or old.

Prices a bit high for juice. I bought a 100 ml Killer Kustard for $35 that I know I can get for $25 in Manhattan. But I was desperate so oh well. Nice clean place.

Been to many vapes stores and by far this is the best one I been to. Nick, great guy and love coming here to chill. Once you come, you will never go to a different vape store. Best one out there!

I broke my old Breeze 2. Staff was very helpful/knowledgeable and I ended up buying a better and sturdier vape. Would highly recommend coming here for all your vape needs.
