The atmosphere is awesome, Alysha speaks with you about how you are feeling and the plan on how to hit your problem areas. I have been trying to find my go-to massage therapist since I moved to the valley almost a year ago, and Alysha is the one! I hold a lot of tension in my body, especially my shoulders and lower extremities, so I scheduled a deep tissue massage with her. She was very kind and knowledgeable, and helped me figure out a plan to work through the problem areas of my body over time. I had a lovely experience and highly recommend R&R Massage!

I had a deep tissue and heated stone massage with Alysha and I will book again. She is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is calming, while the massage itself was very effective in relieving muscle pain I was experiencing. Best of all, the products she uses are really high quality, so you will leave feeling fresh. Highly recommend!

My husband surprised me with a prenatal massage with Alishiya. I am 37 weeks and let me tell you it’s a must. Alicia did an amazing job and my body felt amazing afterwards thank you so much Alishiya I will definitely be coming back. 🥰❤️
