I had a wonderful experience getting laser hair removal here. The technician, Flor, was very kind, courteous, and extensively knowledgeable. She understood my needs and was very quick with her work. Compared to some other places I looked into the prices are quite good in my opinion. The laser itself is very modern and while not completely painless it is much less painful than previous lasers. I had previously received four laser treatments at this very location in 2017 and while the laser back then was tolerable it was definitely not as nice as the new technology is. I would highly recommend this treatment.

The front office ladies are very friendly and approachable. Made me feel welcomed. It was my 4th time coming and Ive noticed a big difference in my laser treatments. Thank you ladies for always having a positive attitude and making every time a great experience.

The facial was a valentines gift and it was a fabulous gift. The massage therapist was so gentle with her baby toe fingers it was so relaxing. I had drank a five hour energy right before but I still managed to fall asleep a little from being so relaxed. Afterwards my face felt so wonderful. I must do again!

The ambiance of the spa was serene and relaxing, which set the perfect tone for my treatment.The esthetician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, which put me at ease. The microdermabrasion itself was thorough yet gentle, and I could immediately see and feel the difference in my skin. It felt smoother, looked brighter, and had a noticeable glow.I also appreciated the follow-up care advice, which has helped me maintain the fantastic results. Overall, Laserderm exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for more treatments. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch skincare services!

I have had awesome results with laser hair removal, and it’s so worth the time and money coming back for each session, I don’t have to worry about shaving anymore. The people are always welcoming and the place is always clean. Their hours are great and can have appointments mornings, evenings or even on Saturdays. It becomes an addiction because once you’re done with one area, you’ll want to do a different section because of the results, I’ve been a client for over a year now and so worth it. They have different monthly promotions so keep an eye out, and they also do Black Friday specials too.

Staci is excellent. She discusses with me what she feels I need and then provides the service. Love her. She is professional knowledgeable and takes care of her clients. I would not see anyone else. 😐

This is my 3rd time coming here and I absolutely love it. Love how clean everything is and how they always take me in on time. I have noticed a big difference in how less of growth of hair is & I love it. The equipment is 100% professional and does not hurt at all! I appreciate every time the laser technician asking if the frequency is okay or lowers it a little. You must give it a try and treat yourself!

I had a botched microblading job done years ago and have been very self conscious because of it. I had 2 tattoo laser sessions with Jessica and the microblading was almost fully gone. I did my 3rd session with her today just to remove any lingering shadowing and could not be more pleased. I can now live without knowing I have unwanted ridiculous eyebrow ink and am happy with my original thin eyebrows!

I had the microdermabrasion done on my face today with Nathalie and I could NOT have asked for a better facial! Her hands are SO gentle it never fails for me to fall asleep during the facial because of how relaxing the environment is. I will never go anywhere else for a facial. This is the best place to get facials done at! Love this place!

I would say that one of the greatest things about working at LaserDerm is how much we have grown in such a short amount of time. Being a new employee at LaserDerm has been a new experience for me and it would have been impossible without the amazing team we have helping each other learn. Their laser hair removal works very well, I saw results very quickly which was very impressive! Their laser tech, Esmeralda, is very good at letting you know how the laser works and makes sure that your experience here is great. I recently got a facial with Nathaly and it was amazing! The ambience is perfect for a good meditation session while your skin gets cleaned up and pampered. I felt extremely comfortable which allowed me to fall asleep during the facial. The music was on point. And Nathaly was professional and gentle with me. I highly recommend you get a facial with her!

Facials with Nathaly are the best. She’s so gentle with her hands, which in turn, allows for a very relaxing experience. I’m currently employed at this location and it never fails for patients to mention that they fell asleep because of how relaxed they felt.

As a patient I am beyond disappointed in the service that I received. Each session was PAINFUL and uncomfortable. Half of my visits were STALLED due to FAULTY EQUIPMENT not working. The technicians didnt even bother to suggest creams to ease the pain! After painful and uncomfortable sessions I have had ZERO RESULTS. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This location advertises Virtually pain free and Most advanced equipment yet it was the complete opposite. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Very nice people, they answered every question I had and in a timely matter. They allowed me to speak to their technicians and they explained the process to me, in a way I could understand perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone interested in laser hair removal or facials and massages. They have everything!

I wish there was an option for Zero stars. I purchased a package of treatments. I arrive on time and every single time I have been made to wait and even though I ask for a particular facialist. I still get somebody else and I have to start all over with my skin concerns with someone new. If I can extend the courtesy of paying and arriving on time, I should be extended the same. NEVER AGAIN!

They don’t to take the exact amount of money so you don’t get any change back and when you sign the contract it doesn’t say any where to take the exact amount of money. Also I have been going since October and have paid with check and debt and today they said no checks and if you paid with a debt card you get charged a fee of $7 when they never did that before.

Very impressed by the esthetician (Sarah) that got my deep facial done. Excellent work ethic/communication through out the whole facial. Overall I was very satisfied!

They always answer their phone on time. Ive gone through six laser sessions and the hair barely grows back at all. Still need 2 sessions to go. It hurts very very little. Only thing is its more expensive compared to other laser places in The Valley.

Staff was very nice and the place was immaculate! I didn’t see a huge difference and did not get before and after pics like you do at most places.

They wanted me to pay with my debit card so they can charge the fee which is 7 dollars, so I take out cash and they don’t give you change back you have to take the exact amount of money, when I asked why she tells me well you have a card pay with it 😮 I asked where does it say to pay with the exact amount of money and her answer was it doesn’t say anywhere very bad costumer service

Terrible place, I bought Groupon and they canceled my appointment and Flor said that it was my problem with Groupon, instead of providing good customer service and having a pleasant experience. Zero recommendation, terrible service from the manager because she is “new” and the owner Flor who yelled into the phone saying that it was my problem with Groupon.
