This Vape Shop is really warm and inviting, they almost always have what you need, vapes, tanks, ejuice, coils, and of course they carry other recreational tobacco products too. The staff is always nice and eager to help you especially with how often their inventory changes and I really appreciate how they are willing to give you an honest opinion about some of the products when you find yourself trying somthing new or needing help finding a substitute for somthing they are out of stock on. Despite the location itself being rather small they carry so many options and everything seems pretty straight forward. Another bonus is the parking lot is very well lit comapared to other local vape and or smoke shops in town so if you pull up at some odd hours of the night atleast know youll feel much safer visiting Vape City compared to visiting their other competitors at night. Lastly its nice that they are open 24/7. I would recommend anyone who vapes to go check this place out its totally worth it!

First time ever writing a review. Don’t ever do business here. Girl was completely useless when trying to sale a vape. She didn’t know which one was the best brand, sold me a vape that required a battery (wasn’t aware), wanted to do an exchange, ended up getting a smaller vape (10$ cheaper), she didn’t give me the $10 back that was owed because it was an “exchange”. Never have I gone anywhere where I bought something exchanged it for something cheaper without getting cash back for the difference. This place is shady as hell. Mind you it took a good 15 min before she even came out from the back of the store.

Absolutely eye watering prices. Tooters up the street sells 120ml juice for about 30% less than this place sells 60ml juice. This is hands down the most expensive vape shop i have ever seen. Go literally anywhere else.

Great vape shop! I’ve tried a lot in the area and this one has been my favorite. The staff is always cool, their warranty coverage is awesome, and they have a good variety of brands. Enjoy the experience each time! Dawson was great!

Visited on my vacation to Texas. Management is terrible. Selection is terrible was going to give it a 1 star but an employee named Jordyn was there she was very helpful and polite. But i recommend shopping elsewhere

Usually I stick to Tooters for convenience, but I ran out of herb and burnt my last coil right after midnight and ended up coming here. Way bigger selection, and equally as chill employees and music. I picked out a disposable nic vape and asked about Delta 8; was planning to get a Cake but the guy recommended Ghost. So I got the nic and two of those, and was absolutely laid out the entire way home. They also came with a few hours to return them with a receipt if they were defective. Definitely coming back some time.

Fantastic storefront, fantastic employees, had everything I needed!!

They sold us coils that were in the wrong box and when we went up there to get the issue fixed they refused to exchange them claiming the district manager said no exchanges which in of itself is ridiculous considering they have their inventory so messed that they don’t even have them in the correct boxes. (Issue fixed)

What was initially a negative experience has become a positive one... Vape City came through with a replacement device for me... Im very happy with my new Seahorse X... Will definitely be returning...I recently purchased a Seahorse X device from Vape City... Unfortunately there were issues and it seems Vape City DOES NOT stand behind the products they sell... One piece was broken and another was missing .. When I brought it back, with the receipt on the same day of purchase, I was told that since they didnt carry the replacement accessories for that device and they didnt have another one to exchange it for that all they could offer me was store credit to pick out a DIFFERENT device... They refused to get replacement pieces despite the fact that the manufacturer makes and sells replacements for both parts in question... They also refused to get another Seahorse X to exchange it with... And they refuse to refund my money even with the receipt... I dont want a different device... I want to purchase a Seahorse X or I dont want to purchase a device... Replace the faulty parts, replace the whole device, or refund my money... Its what a professional and reputable establishment would do...

Even though you cant get refunded for broken/damaged vapes was still satisfied getting another device for equal to or slight difference higher (1-2) dollar difference overall the store has been nice and clean and the staff even though they are coming from different vape city stores they still assisted me with my vape and mod needs and even CBD which is really really hard to find these days with covid pandemic and everything but all and all I was satisfied thank you

Staff spreading false information on returns. I’m out $50 because they sold me a broken device and couldn’t return it 2 days later after being told I had 14 days.
