My friends and I wont go anywhere else. Great products, great prices, great selection, awesome hours. I cant say enough about the staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. To top it all off, I set my keys down on their table out front and left without them. When I realized where I left them, I called and they held the store open for me to come get them. On a holiday weekend no less. Not a lot of people, let alone businesses would act in such a way these days. I rarely review places, but this place is well worth coming to check out.

Awesome, huge selection of coils and juice, and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. And that staff is some of the most delicious eye candy in town. Seriously, I go in here to buy coils I dont need just because the men working here are hot. Smoking hot. The only kind of smoke that counts, now that these gorgeous fellows have helped me get off tobacco for good. The e-liquid is not the only thing in this shop with flavor. Thank you Cloud 9 for adding a little extra spiciness to every visit!

I like this place, I have bought a lot from them in the past. Today I walked in and neither of the clerks were wearing masks. This is a small shop and it is difficult to distance. We are shutting down businesses all over Erie county to try and prevent the spread of Covid, and these guys think it’s fine to shirk the bare minimum to help.

We like this little vape shop very much. They have come a long way since they first opened and have a nice selection. They will special order stuff for regulars too. Very nice people. In the summer the owner would always insist on giving us cold bottles of water out of their cooler for free.

The staff here are helpful and friendly, and the store is very clean. Great little shop with a lot of products!Update 9/9/20: Went in to get some disposable Hyde vapes and again the store is super clean, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I love the products that they recommended! The prices are very reasonable too. Loved it. Found everything I needed. Employees were very nice. They should explain some things more in detail. I bought a coil and didnt know that thinner or thicker liquids would make a difference in my vape pen,now because I bought the wrong coil I cant use it. But besides that excellent.

They have quality goods at competitive prices, and will buy anything you need they dont have. Theyre the only place with Mi-Pods and accessories in Buffalo and thats because I asked them for pods for mine. Friendly staff, and everything you need.

This is the greatest vape spot in all of buffalo. Will always come to cloud9 and get all my vaping products. Ive been a regular here for about 6 months. Anytime Ive needed a recommendation on Ejuice, Ive loved every single flavor recommended to me. They also have a huge selection of Dutchies which is a huge plus. Staff is awesome especially in the summer time when everyone is outside smoking the Hookah. You wont regret walking in here - I promise.

Store has a lot of options especially with CBD but the staff didnt seem that interested in selling anything and spoke they needed to say everything with 160 characters or less. The overall experience is just OK. Id go back if I needed something but Im not driving 20 minutes to get there.

This place is becoming a great source for all of your vaping needs. They stock coils for most brands of tanks and just started carrying juices from many reputable brands. Its hard to find good juice in the city. Great central location for when biking around the city. They also sell pipes and you can even hang out and smoke a hookah for affordable price.

They are very helpful in educating customers with purchases. Great because vaping can be a long term investment. Store is always clean. Staff gets to know and always makes time to answer questions.

Ive been coming here for a few months now and love it. Aside from their vape products they carry a very wide amount of smoking accessories. From hookahs to hand pipes, you can get it. One of the main hooks for me is their variety of CBD infused items. As a medical patient its a much cheaper option than going to a dispensary for quality product. Highly recommended.

Cloud 9 has been my go-to smoke shop for years. The customer service has been phenomenal. They have everything you need. The workers are very knowledgeable in regards to smoking and vaping products. Prices are very reasonable. Sammy, Haj and Joe always are very welcoming and personable. A few times I needed a specific vaping product and it wasn’t available but Haj was able to order the product and provide it to me by the next day!! They have earned my loyalty and respect. The people who work there make you feel so welcome and arent pushy. I always have a good time and look forward to my bimonthly trips there. They now sell locally made resin art which is so cool! They offer a wide variety of CBD products but also offer incense, incense burners, this dope dragon statue I saw, and smoke odor eliminator spray (its GREAT for your bathroom). If youre looking for Wildberry incense in the village go here!

This place upcharged me on some simple quitting cigarettes/vaping products, the person who works there doesn’t actually own the store, barely knows anything about smoking, sold me an ohm vape and 3 bottle of salt nic juice that weren’t for sub ohm and wouldn’t refund any of the items, literally there to try to sweet talk you into making any purchase possible without warranty for your satisfaction, I’d go anywhere else but this place.

Not a bad place to get new vape mods I go here for my coils. Cuz if I dont have the money I can get them singly. Just wish they would get steam junk Vape juice products. Employees are always very helpful and kind.

Im fairly new to the vaping world and needed advice to get started. Every time Ive made a purchase from them, on the advice of the employees, its been a bad choice. I swear they steer me towards a certain lower quality vape so I have to keep coming back to buy another, because every single vape Ive purchased has broken in a short period of time. They failed to mention all of my options, and explain the difference between certain types. The charging ports on them dont last, one of mine broke within a month so I was screwed out of another $80. Why they didnt tell me that the better vapes have removeable batteries I do not know, but I can guess that its all about me having to keep replacing my vape. Im done with this store forever. And they always bad mouth other stores who actually create their own juice. Cloud 9 only sells prepackaged juice which means a sweetener has been added, therefore the coils dont last as long. Ive tested this theory out and found that house juices are definitely better for the coils, they seem to last about twice as long. Not to mention, the prices they charge for vapes are on average, about $20 more than other stores, for the exact same vape. Beware of this place, theyre not there to help you, only themselves.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Very bad service . noone knows what merchandise they have . seem to always have to call someone on FaceTime to ask prices and questions. They cant seem to sell their selves properly. They sell expired e juices and sell vapes that are extremely over priced which is uncalled for . as i do understand you must make profit off of your merchandise but 3 xs its originial price is a little much . Ive lived in buffalo for over 17 years and if you want amazing prices and amazing e liquid go to natural vapors in south gate plaza.

Bought some juices and new coils from here one day and 3 days later the coils were black. Bought more coils same results. No other juices do that to my coils. I dont recommend the juices but they do have good vapes thats why they got a 2 star. Then I also over paid for the vape that I bought from there. Bought a kangertech dripbox for $100 + new battery 13.99. And later found it somewhere else for $69.99 with a battery. So I would do some research before going here. I would go to vaporize me up the street for your juices. He has higher end stuff with reasonable prices and good flavor. and he knows about juices. The guys at cloud 9 seem like they just got into doing it

The employees are nice but not always the most knowledgeable- sometimes giving incorrect information or even the wrong products. They have a decent selection of vape supplies, hookah supplies, and glass.

My friends shop there exclusively for all of their hookah needs and supplies, so far they have told me it is the best shop in the city for all of your hookah needs and supplies they wont go anywhere else.

Good selection, friendly staff but their process are pretty expensive. You are basically paying to be on Elmwood. That being said they are open like all day and night so if youre ever in a pinch at 1030pm...

Absurd prices near double what they advertise online, Im new to this and they immediately tried to fleece me telling me it would be 120 bucks to start until I picked out somethings much cheaper. Order online from anywhere else, itd be 50 percent cheaper.
